Chapter 5: Dodging Lacrox and Imp and angels properly talk
From the last chapter Octavia after she and her father and uncle got shrunken down by Frizzaroli to save them from a fallen tree, but after a bit of a brush with Bella the fox Octavia slip stepped on a leaf with a panicking Stolas following as the two owls were zooming down through the forest the poor older owl out of place panicking as Octavia learning what she did with her freinds in skateboarding "Dad ride the wind and keep steady, not gonna lie this is fun" she said after getting a good rhythm with surface "I am tying but I am to scare with what is going on!" He yelled as Octavia just felt happy doing this as at school it was just a burden at times and rare for her to get a chance to relax.
Meanwhile in a part of the forest the Guzlord Lacrox was leaning on a tree resting and humming after a good meal as he got up and started to hum to look for a new meal "Oh I seem to get the munchies this time each and every day, and I'll charge it through the food chain like the galloping war may" he said as he watched a hellbutterfly flew by him as a sleeping Amethyst shell turtle was sleeping as he scuttled. "Slithering through the farm til' something comes in view if I'm gonna eat somebody…*grins, seeing the Amethyst shell turtle or his taste a meal* it might as well be…" started Lacrox but he sees up and sees the falling goitia and sees his meal.
"You" he said as he saw Octavia and Stolas fall in his direction as Stolas panicked seeing a Arbok "SNAKE!" He yelled as it hissed nearly biting the shrunk owls but they evaded but fell to the ground crashing the leaf to the ground near Lacrox "Check it out" he said as the father and Daughter stared at the Giant (To them as Lacrox was as big as a Snorlax on average) as the Guzlord smirked as he rapped/sang
Lucrox: I've a basic inclination *Cue the two running to get away*
A very primal need *the ultra beast crashed through the tree branches and vines to get his new meal*
To inspect the vegetation *peeks around to find a good meal for his hunger*
For a egg or centipede *as he glanced at the two climbing up a tree vine as Stolas was worried as Octavia pulled him up but the ultra beast leaned close hunger*
But I just cant control this hunger *Nearly tried to get them but they managed to dodge as they accidently crashed onto a snail with Octavia stuck as Stolas tried to pull her out as she tried to pull free*
I just seem to cut back
The father and daughter gulped as Stolas pulled harder to save his daughter as Lecrox used his green tongue to snatch a branch nearby and ate it no problem.
On my ravenous consumption *as Stolas managed to get Octavia free from the snail and away from the Guzzlord as he ate the snail*
You're both a welcome little snack, if I'm gonna eat someone *Points to a pair of Froakies and Politods who yelped worried* It might as well be you
He then pointed to some bushes with mushrooms with Stolas and Octavia trying to hid behind them "Can you dig it?" He asked as the two fled but were grabbed by the cruel ultra beasts nasty claws or tried to grab him but they fled as they fell into some muddy water*
I could see you as a sandwich *Uses a free claw to grab a leaf and ate it* or a strange exotic stew
He licked some of the mud on the water as Stolas with Octavias help got on a bark as they were grossed out at the creature as Lacrox made a grab at them but they got away

"Better kick it" he said as the two owls kept trying to get away its not safe for owls there size and its growing worst and while Stolas loves nature and plants not by being eaten.

Relax you'll never feel it he'll do you in one bite *several leeches peeked from the water watching the owls supposed attempt to get away*
Leeches: Floating down the river like an oyster in a stew
"Better get Funky one more time" said Lacrox's voice

Stolas and Octavia backed away from the horrible creature but slipped, well Stolas slipped as Octavia tried to help him up
Lacros voice: looks like its gonna be you
They soon got on a log trying to run to the other side as a large tail blocked the path as it showed the smirking face of the guzzlord.
Lacrox: if I am gonna eat somebody it might as well be you! *The two tried to run hurting up a tree but Stolas struggled a bit but Octavia helped him up
A tempting little morsel a tidbit of fondue
The father and daughter continued up the tree struggling with fear at this predador of hunger as he used his tongue to get up one of the branches cornering the two owls
Welcome to the food chain such a lovely point of view *Cue Octavia slipping as Stolas grabbed her*

He said swallowing the two owls down as Frizzaroli, Asmodus and Bella got up to him as Asmodus screamed and then fainted "NO BAD LACROX YOU Cant eat those two! There goitias!" He yelled kicking the Guzzlord as the two struggled as Lacrox was confused "Uh what's a Goitia?" He asked as Bella sat on her tails as she flapped her wings "Delicious and nutritious for all your needs, taste like chicken when eaten raw or cooked" she said as Asmodus heard that and then fainted again at the idea to be fed to such a pokemon "Bella! Not helping so sush! Now spit them out right now! Please they are my freinds" said Frizzaroli flying up with his mana wings as Lacrox made a face "Alright since they are your freinds" he said with a hacking cough spat out the two owls "Icch this is so gross" said Octavia as she shook off the salaiva "I know I love nature and wanted to study it but this is close then I expected" said Stolas also shaking it off as some splatters onto Asmodus as he woke up from his waiting spell "Ughh what happened?" He asked as Lacrox hissed "You owe me a free dinner after this" he said shuffling off as Frizzaroli looked at the daughter and father duo "Are you two ok?" He asked as it sunked in at the size difference "Bawhhh now we are not!" Yelled Asmous "Agreed with my uncle what has happened to us? We are small!" Said Octavia "your…as big as me I am really really sorry" said Frizzaroli bowing in a oopsie way "Maybe we are dreaming, dad either you or Uncle Ozzie pinch me to make sure we are dreaming" said Octavia as Asmodus pinched his cousion "Owww Oz why did you do that?" He asked "To make sure we are dreaming and I felt hurt when I fainted…and woke up still this size and it hurts…so not a dream" said Asmodus as Octavia had a panicked face.
"You three…really aren't dreaming I am sorry, really sorry I…uh shrank you three" he said as the three stared "Time out now…you shrank us!" Said Octavia as to there surprise Frizzaroli stretched one leg over a branch and then his other as he hanged upside down "Well it was the most amazing thing I had done, of course its not what the spell was really supposed to do but allow you to see me, but I am sure master Husk can fix you three.
"So taking a pause and seeing the effect…you shrank us" said Stolas a bit stunned now that it just sank in on what happened to him and his family "Yuppers" said Frizzaroli "You three catch on quick or are you three just slow" said Bella as Octavia got up in her face "First off we are not slow, just shrunken and confused and incase you crazy fox didnt noticed ME AND MY DAD GOT NEARLY EATEN BY SOME THING (Frizzaroli: A guzlord) still a thing and we are shrunken!" Said Octavia "Sorry again but we better hurry *jumps out of the tree* its getting late and there will be more dangerous critters out there" said Frizzaroli as Asmodus tapped his shoulder "Um but can can you please unshrink us?" He asked as the two shared eye contact as they blushed as Tia got mad "like NOW!" She demanded as Frizzaroli got nervous "Well…I can take a bash at it" he said "Take a bash at it?" Asked Octavia as Frizzaroli had a innocent face "Well I am actually just sort of learning" said Frizz "you mean you are still a apprentice?" Asked Stolas "Yup" said Frizzaroli a bit uneasily as Octavia being a teen mood got annoyed "Oh great why dont you just kill me first and get it over with!?" She demanded walking forward pissed off.
"Hay easy now girly I'm just trying to help" said Frizzaroli as Octavia groaned "Ugg, me, my dad and my uncle have been shrunk by a amateur I dont believe it" she said "Well were shrunken but what a opertuny for us to see a imp that can use magic…well a odd type of magic but still magic" said Asmodus "And while scary to see nature in such a amazing point of view" said Stolas as Octavia glared at her uncle and dad "Just try to get us to normal" she asked as Frizzaroli rubbed his palms as if to warm them up as he took a breath "Ok Ok here I go *chants* What was done now undo return to the eform thats true" he chanted as his magic enveloped Octavia as she tried to enlarge but she struck a branch and became a Phanphy as Bella laughed "hahahah she Is a little elephant" laughed Bella as Stolas got a leave and struck the fox demon as she continued to laugh as the poor owl girl was transformed into various pokemon as Frizzaroli struggled with it all "Now do a coopjaraw, now a heatmore, now oooh a Ogragaton, now a psyduck next!" Said Bella as Frizzaroli did that but stopped as Frizzaroli panted at the amount of magic used as Octavia shrunk back to small size and was normal as she panted "Sorry really sorry let me try again" said Frizzaroli as Bella got excited "NO! No thank you you are to not do that again" said Octavia "Nor do it to me or my cousion or else I will set you on fire!" Said Asmodus annoyed at the fox encouraging such behavior "Right we better go see your master" said Stolas "Master Husk, that maybe a good idea" Said Frizzaroli "Aww I wanted to see you turn her into a cat" said Bella pouting You are not forcing this little Froggy to turn my niece into a cat!" Said Asmodus but he and Frizzaroli blushed and looked away sharing a look.
"Anyway before my Uncle hurts the fox, my name is Octavia" she said holding her hand out as Frizzaroli looked at her arm with the hand out as shown as he did the same with his clawed hand to her face to try to shake it "My name is Frizzaroli" he said gently awkwardly shaking Octavia hand "Uh nice to meet you" she said at the magical imp "Oh this is a opportunity to see such a myth and legend of a magical imp sprite right here and now, sorry about being excited, my name is Stolas and the fluffy rooster threatening your fox freind (Bella: my name is Bella) Bella…why that is a lovely name, but his name is Asmodus my cousion and Octavia *puts his hands on her shoulders* and this is my daughter Octavia" said Stolas as Frizzaroli looked at the Gotitas still amazed to see them…and feeling a odd feeling at the blue roster
"Do you want to see my home Eden forest, you will love it its the most beautiful wonderful place in the forest (Asmodus: is this a rainforest?) There hasn't been much rain but Master Husk said there might be some coming" said Frizzaroli as he flew up "Can you fly?" Asked Frizzaroli "Not in the way you think so" said Octavia "Then Bella can carry you" said Frizzaroli "Wont" said Bella denying still warry of the Gotitas due to past experiences "Its ok I bet it will be nice to take a walk to see the once in the opportunity to see the mysterious forest that is Eden forest" said Stolas as it was a sacred land that no gotitas or angels were allowed to step in "Well as long as its not raining-" said Asmodus…as thunder cracked and crashed and it started to rain making his floof puffed down as the poor owls were soaked as Frizzaroli chuckled "Come on it will be fun and I know all of the great spots we can hide to watch the rain" said Frizzaroli guiding the birds and Fox (Who was laughing at there faces) to a good spot to keep dry.
Back with the leveler that was now at the cursed tree was as Adam and Lute studied it "Sheesh that tree looks terrible" said Adam "It looks like that could be the epicenter of the infected tree and it looks marked I guess Stolas must had finished studying it and wants us to cut it down, speaking of which where is he and his daughter and cousion?" Asked Lute "*Munching on a dougnut* probably on break her shift is about over and cutted out early, now come on lets get that thing cut down" said Adam pulling a lever as a saw started to slice through the thick tree but there seem to be a strong force on it as the machine started to wobble with Adams junk flying all over as he and Lute braced themselves "WHAT IN THE NAME OF THE SAITNS WAS THAT!" Yelled Lute confused as it felt the saw was cutting through something "Dont know lute but do you think the lever can handle this tree?" Asked Adam as Lute kept the throttle steady "Its strong enough but better mark what wood this is this is not a normal type of tree" said Lute as the cursed tree was cut down bit by bit by the powerful lever as it was dragged down through the conveyor belt then to the grinders to the incinerator as the huge log was cut down to many pieces as the newly cut lumber went down a slot as finally the fresh chopped lumber were taken by a claw before taken to one of the piles of lumber.
Once done from that lumber of the cursed pile a sludge like blob of black and reds and stitching of green slipped out as there felt a patch of static as it smirked "Yee-yess" it said in a static like tone as it sniffed the air and crawled to a pipe kissing almost biting into it as formed a mouth "Oil" it hissed as he continued to crawl sniffing and absorbing the smoke eating the oil growing chuckling as it came to a pipe filled with smoke as it crawled into it…
Staticy voice: Alastor…is back
Back with the group under the cover to avoid the rain Frizzaroli lead the gotias and Fox through the forest "I got so many things I want to ask you" said Frizzaroli happy to see the gotias "Like what?" Asked Asmodus "Like why have the goitia and angels returned to the forest? And what was that monster that tried to eat you?" Asked Frizzaroli "That thing wasnt a monster it was a machine" said Octavia stepping over a branch "Oh…whats a Machine?" Asked Frizzaroli curious "Its a very dangerous metal thing, though there are some sinners who take the shape of a machine like being based on there weighed sins when they die" said Asmodus "Wait there are also sinners not just goitia?" Asked Frizzaroli as he knows there are sinners who live in the forest and didnt know there were also sinners out there "There are, but they stay in Pride city and not allowed to leave that land but there are there" said Stolas "Oh…and what about that machine that nearly killed us?" Asked Frizzaroli curious
"It was a machine for cutting down trees" said Octavia "That's terrible" said Frizzaroli aghast that someone would want to cut down a tree as he felt uneasy as some animals passed by them "None of you have anything to do with that machine do you?" Asked Frizzaroli as Octavia shared a look with her dad and uncle "None of us, I just came to help my dad learn what was going on with the forest and why several trees were dying" said Octavia denying she was helping with marking the dead trees to be removed for lumber and to keep the disease from spreading. "Could that machine come to Eden forest?" Asked Frizzaroli worried such a machine can harm his home.
"You dont have to worry about that little one its only going after dead trees" said Asmodus as Frizzaroli got sad at that "But even dead trees can be helpful in renewing the forest and growing new trees" said Frizzaroli "I know but these trees have a virus that is killing the grass around them and are badly damaged by a fire there's no life left, plus the machine is trapped" said Stolas "I getcha on that, those red marks it cant go pass them, they must be magic" said Frizzaroli as Octavia and her family shared a look "Sure why not" said Octavia as Frizzaroli got close "Oooh I want to learn magic like yours" he said curious as Octavia hummed "Then follow me" she said sliding down to the mushrooms bellow as they seem more beautiful under the rain as Frizzaroli followed as she lead the imp under a flower petal…and lit a lighter "Oooh what's that? How did you light that fire?" Asked Frizzaroli "Its a lighter used for camping" she said as Frizzaroli ooooed as he reached out to touch but yelped feeling how hot the flame was as Ozzie noticed "Your hands…are they metal?" He asked
"And my legs, I lost them in a bad fire when I lost my dads and sister but Master Husk made them for me, they can still feel like a real hand and feet, which to be honest makes me feel like I am walking barefooted, but it feels amazing to dip your toes in the mud in a way" said Frizzaroli as Octavia gently checked them "Easy now I just want to see if there is a bit of a mark" she said turning off the lighter…but upon touching Frizzaroli injured finger, his claw started to glow making Octavias hand glow as well as Stolas and Ozzie gasped in awe "Amazing/Spectacular" said Stolas and Ozzie as Octavia was breathless in awe at the warm feeling from the glow of the little imp as it faded "That was quick" said Octavia "Sorry but that was amazing *Looks at Asmodus and Stolas* do you…want to try?" He asked as the adult birds were curious gently touching the imps hands…but with Ozzie it felt really nice as he looked eye to eye contact with the little imp…as the two broke away from the staining blushing as Frizzaroli had a weird feeling in his chest that felt…new and weird in a good way as the group waited for the rain to slow down as Bella took cover in the tree branches watching over them like a guardian…
Authors note: aww there bonding and it seems Ozzie is feeling a spark for the little impling but bad news is that Alasotr is free and he is gonna be a issue down the line
Next chapter Alastor grows back his strength drinking oil from the machine and killing and eating a few angel workers for blood as he tricks/controls Adam and Lute to push forward to Eden forest dispite it being a reserve that should never be cut down
