He gasped when he drew his sword out of the dead body of the man who made his life into a living hell. He rose into a standing position and looked at the grey ceiling of the underground room he was in. All around him were corpses of Shinobi. His eyes returned to blue, and his six whiskers vanished from his cheeks. His normally blond, spiky hair was stained with red blood. His clothes were mostly shredded. Only the Katana in his right hand and his black pants remained. His body was full of injuries, but nothing his enhanced healing factor couldn't handle.
'Finally… after 10 years… I killed this bastard,' thought the young man. He roared, and his voice echoed through the dark corridors of the underground hideout of the organization he belonged to for ten entire years.
He turned around but stopped when he saw the wall behind the throne where the bastard normally sat he just killed. He never noticed, but something was off about the wall behind the throne of the corpse at his feet. He stepped over the corpse and raised his Katana. He inhaled a lot of air, and out of nowhere, multiple red lines appeared in the air before him.
The wall crumbled to dust from all the sword strikes the man unleashed in a single moment. He stepped through the revealed passage and didn't need to walk far to see a small light source. He gritted his teeth when he saw the room. He always wondered where this cursed room was.
The cursed room, where he was made into a weapon. The room where foreign chakra was put into his body with force. He wasn't the only orphan back then who was brought to this room. He didn't know the exact number, but he would think about 30 kids were brought to this cursed room.
He looked around and remembered most of the room, but he didn't see everything. He saw a door he hadn't noticed ten years ago. With Katana in his right hand, he walked to the door and slashed the door to pieces like the wall before. It brought him some satisfaction to destroy things this bastard owned, even when he killed the tyrant who made him into a weapon.
He walked through the doorway and stopped in his tracks when he saw something he never expected to see. 'I knew this piece of shit did some nasty things… but this?' thought the young man. He clenched his free hand into a fist and couldn't believe his eyes.
In some kind of tank full of liquid was a woman. The woman looked thirty years old and had long, beautiful red hair. Her entire body was entirely on display since she didn't wear any clothes. Not that it bothered the young man. In his training as a Shinobi, he was trained in everything he needed to survive in the Shinobi world. The young man looked at the woman and found this face in documents and books. When he was researching a specific topic, he came across the name of this woman and the picture.
The name of the woman was Kushina Uzumaki, wife of Minato Namikaze, the fourth Hokage of Konohagakure. She vanished 12 years ago when the Kyūbi (Nine Tails) attacked the village out of nowhere. Beside the tank with Kushina inside was a monitoring machine with a few displays of the status of her vitals, such as pulse and so forth.
'Now it's clear how Danzo came to the chakra of the Kyūbi. He used the former Jinchūriki (Power of Human Sacrifice) to extract some of its remaining chakra inside of her body,' thought the young man. He saw a file and took it. He opened the file, and when he saw his own profile, his eyes flashed crimson. Six whisker marks appeared on his cheeks before they vanished again. His red eyes returned to blue before he saw his name.
His eyes widened when he read his full name. All this time… he never knew his last name. He was simply Naruto. He had no last name since he was a war orphan.
The young man read through the information he never knew about himself. He always wanted to know who he really was and what his hidden past hid from him.
When he finished reading, he clenched his file, and both hands burst into flames, letting the documents inside the files burn to ashes. The last remaining information that could be seen was the name of the young man.
Naruto Namikaze.
Naruto was always someone different. He couldn't use chakra like others from the very beginning, but somehow, he became a pseudo-Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi. He could use the chakra of the Kyūbi without a problem, but using normal chakra like everyone else was impossible for him. As it turned out, his chakra network was damaged, and when the experiment was done where the chakra of the Kyūbi was put into his body with force, something changed inside Naruto. His chakra network was repaired completely, but somehow, his body didn't contain any normal chakra anymore. He only got the chakra of the Kyūbi inside him, but also just in one spot. In the center of his stomach was the seal where the chakra of the Kyūbi was stored.
Naruto could release the chakra of the Kyūbi inside him to let it flow freely through his body, but when he stopped, every chakra of the Kyūbi either returned or vanished from his chakra network. So that meant Naruto wasn't a normal Shinobi either. The man he killed a few minutes ago wanted to kill Naruto at first, even when he was the first child who accepted the chakra of the Kyūbi without dying, but in the end, he had no other choice but to let Naruto live. No other child survived the experiment.
Since he needed a way to fight without relying on chakra like other Shinobi and without revealing his status as pseudo-Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi, he trained differently to become stronger and to be able to a Shinobi to survive.
Naruto Namikaze was irregular in every sense. He became strong enough to stay alive in this cursed Shinobi world, even without the ability to use normal chakra. Since he hated to use the chakra of the Kyūbi, he only used it when he had no other choice. In all the time he was in this cursed organization from the bastard he killed, he only needed to use the chakra of the Kyūbi 6 times in total. Besides those six times, he used other methods to fight as a Shinobi.
He developed everything himself without the help of someone else. It was either learning by doing, becoming stronger, or dying. He did everything to survive so that he could kill the bastard one day who made him into a weapon.
Naruto looked at the woman before him—the woman who married his father. Kushina Uzumaki wasn't Naruto's mother, even when Minato was indeed his biological father. Naruto was a pure Namikaze, meaning his mother was also from the Namikaze clan. He had no connection to the woman in the tank before him.
When Naruto understood it correctly, then Minato and his biological mother never had a real relationship. The information in his secret file let him come to the conclusion that both had one or more times of sex but never something serious. Naruto didn't even know if Minato Namikaze knew that he made his mother pregnant. His mother was from a little village in the land of fire. Both met when Minato was on a mission. At least, this was how it stood in Naruto's file, which he discovered and burned to ashes afterward.
Naruto didn't even know if he could hate Kushina Uzumaki. He didn't really have the desire to free this woman. The Hokage will discover that the secret organization Naruto had worked for in the last ten years was completely destroyed. When the Hokage would see this, he would also discover Kushina Uzumaki.
Naruto was about to turn around but stopped when he remembered one person who lived in the village. There was a girl in the village he often observed. It was because she was the true weapon of the village. He was just a cheap imitation since he didn't have the real Kyūbi inside him. Naruto only had the chakra of the Kyūbi but not the Kyūbi itself in his body.
The girl who was the true Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi was Kasumi Uzumaki. It wasn't much to figure out that the girl was the daughter of Kushina Uzumaki and Minato Namikaze. Kasumi Uzumaki was basically a younger version of Kushina Uzumaki with six permanent whisker marks on her cheeks.
Naruto only got his whisker marks when he used the chakra of the Kyūbi, but otherwise, he didn't have them. Now that he knew that Minato Namikaze was his biological father and Kushina Uzumaki, the wife of Minato Namikaze, making Kasumi Uzumaki their daughter… that meant he had a half-sister.
He should be happy to have discovered this fact… but he wasn't. One more thing that let his hatred for Danzo Shimura rise even more. He killed the bastard already, but even after he killed Danzo, the old bastard found ways to mock Naruto.
Naruto had a little sister all this time, and he didn't know it. He watched her multiple times, how the village treated her, and how much she suffered. He never cared about this since he went through far worse things than Kasumi Uzumaki.
He had to endure real torture from Danzo Shimura multiple times. It was everything to control the chakra of the Kyūbi Naruto got from Danzo. The torture was a method for Naruto to force him to use the chakra of the Kyūbi. Danzo wanted Naruto to be able to use the chakra of the Kyūbi without any form of problems.
Kasumi Uzumaki was alone, ignored, and had only three people who cared for her.
So what? Naruto had no one. He only had torture to endure isolation inside the organization since he was also a pseudo-Jinchūriki, and even inside the organization, Jinchūrikis weren't treated any differently. He had no friends or comrades. He always carried out missions alone. The things he had to endure were far worse than what Kasumi Uzumaki had to endure.
Maybe he was harsh, but Naruto didn't care. He was overwhelmed by his emotions. He looked at Kushina Uzumaki and gritted his teeth, raising his Katana. He made a series of slashes, turning the glass tank into little pieces. The liquid inside the glass tank streamed out of the destroyed tank and filled the room. Naruto caught the naked woman with his free arm and looked at her.

He threw his Katana to the side. The Katana bounced off the wall and landed on the ground. Naruto used both arms to carry Kushina Uzumaki, the lost mother of Kasumi Uzumaki, like a bride through the destroyed hideout. In every corridor he turned or the large room he entered, there were multiple corpses. Naruto killed every single member of the Root, a branch of Konohagakure's Anbu training subdivision. Naruto singlehandedly destroyed Danzo and his Root at just 14 years of age. Danzo made Naruto too strong without noticing it.
Danzo miscalculated how strong Naruto got in his training. Since he didn't become stronger like everyone else using chakra, Danzo didn't understand how strong Naruto really was, even without the Kyūbi chakra.
When Naruto came to his room, which he used for the past ten years, he laid Kushina Uzumaki on his bed. He began to fix her up and made sure she would stay alive. He knew that Kushina Uzumaki would die if he didn't do what he was about to do. He saw the seal on Kushina Uzumaki's stomach. It was almost the same as Naruto's seal. Naruto's eyes became crimson when he let the chakra of the Kyūbi run through his chakra network. His six whisker marks appeared again, his canines became longer, and his fingernails resembled claws.
He placed his hand over the seal of Kushina Uzumaki and began to push the chakra of the Kyūbi into the seal of Kushina Uzumaki. He felt how weak she became when he freed her from her prison. It was clear that Kushina Uzumaki was the former Jinchūriki from the Kyūbi.
Naruto had a blank expression on his face while he looked at the seal from Kushina Uzumaki. Red bubbly chakra came out of Naruto's hand and traveled into the seal on Kushina Uzumaki's stomach.
He didn't have to do this, but he did it anyway. He would give his half-sister her mother back. Even when he would vanish afterward and never return to this village… he would at least do one thing as a brother.
Naruto saw how Kushina's skin got color back, and her breathing stabilized. When he was done, he gasped once.
'Tze, she needed more chakra than I thought to stay alive,' thought Naruto. He walked out of the room and came back with some clothes for the woman. He would lay Kushina Uzumaki down on a spot where a normal patrol of Anbu would find her in the next 3 hours. But before he would do this, he needed to dress her. She was completely naked. Naruto wasn't embarrassed or had any hesitation to touch the body of a woman. He got special training against the seduction of Kunoichi. Many male Shinobi were dying because they fell for the seduction of skilled Kunoichi. Naruto became completely immune to this type of strategy. Touching a naked woman wasn't anything special for Naruto since he touched the naked woman on missions countless times.
A brothel was one of the best places to gather information. One of the legendary Sannins knew this and used those places to get information, too. Naruto was handsome for his young age and looked older than he was. It wasn't something he really had a desire to do, but women who worked in brothels were the best spies and informants.
Naruto didn't twitch when he dressed Kushina Uzumaki in the clothes. It had to be said that the top didn't fit since her chest was larger than the standard of Root's women's clothes. He had to press her breasts a little against her body to get the black top over her breasts. When Naruto was finished, he took Kushina Uzumaki in his arms again like a bride. He looked at her sleeping face and remained silent. His eyes became normal again since he wasn't using the chakra of the Kyūbi again.

'How could it turn out like this?' thought Naruto. He shook his head. There was no time since he was sure the Hokage would come and discover everything sooner or later. He wanted to be away from Konoha by the time everything was discovered.
Oh yeah, Naruto also dressed himself in new clothes. He was now fully equipped again and dressed like a Root member with a Katana on his back. His Anbu mask resembled a fox. He also wore the hooded cloak many Root Members were wearing on special occasions.
Naruto walked out of this cursed place and concentrated his breathing. He began to run, becoming faster with every step he took. His blue eyes were scanning his surroundings while he ran around the trees. It wasn't long before he came to the place he had in mind.
He placed Kushina Uzumaki against a tree and looked one last time at her sleeping face. 'Take good care of my half-sister,' thought Naruto. He turned around and crouched before jumping on a tree. When he landed on the branch, he pushed himself off the branch and vanished into thin air.
Naruto's blue eyes were looking through the two holes in his Anbu mask. He was dashing through the thick forest that surrounded Konoha and acted as a natural shield. He stopped and slid over the ground because of his high-speed movement a second ago. He narrowed his eyes when he felt something he shouldn't feel at this time.
He could feel a chakra he was most familiar with. The same chakra was stored and hidden inside his body, ready to be used whenever Naruto wanted to. 'It can't be Kushina Uzumaki. That means…' thought Naruto.
He didn't move and looked in the direction from which he could feel the chakra of the Kyūbi. His freedom was right before him. He only needed to run away and hide. The village didn't know of his existence. He was a complete foreigner to everyone. He killed every person who knew of his abilities and his existence.
He only needed to run to one of his many hideouts, and from there on, he could begin a quiet and normal life. This was something he always dreamed of. He wanted to live in a little village like a normal civilian. Going into pubs with some neighbors, fishing, trading with others on the market, and so forth.
Why was he standing here and not running away? No one could find him since he didn't have a chakra signature. When he didn't use the chakra of the Kyūbi, he wasn't findable for sensor ninja since through his chakra network wasn't flowing a single drop of chakra. He was like a normal civilian for other Shinobi. He wasn't anything special in the eyes of others.

Something inside him hindered him from running further away from the village he never wanted to see again. What was it? He did everything he needed to do. He killed everyone in Root and saved the mother of Kasumi Uzumaki to at least give her a family. He did his part as a half-brother. Even when he never knew he had a half-sister. He had no obligation to do this. He did this because he wanted to do this one thing for the half-sister he never knew he had. He was done with this chapter.
He was alone his entire life. He never had a family. He only had torture and pain. He wanted to get away from the place that brought his painful past to the foreground. He only wanted to get away from Konoha.
He could never escape Danzo's grasp since Danzo placed a special seal on every member of Root to make sure they couldn't become missing Ninja or betray him. Naruto only managed to kill Danzo and betray him today because he found a way to remove the seal with the help of someone else. He needed ten years to find a way to remove the seal that bound him to Danzo.
Nothing was holding him here.
'Why?' thought Naruto. He saw flashbacks of himself observing Kasumi Uzumaki. The way the village treaded her. He didn't know why, but it made him feel beyond angry. Even more than he already was. Even after he killed Danzo, his entire body was filled with hatred and anger.
He could remember the things the villagers did to his half-sister when he was watching. He never interfered since he wasn't allowed to. He also didn't want to at the time. He didn't care what happened to Kasumi Uzumaki in the past. She was just another villager for him. Everyone was his enemy in the past, even when he could understand her when it came to being a Jinchūriki (Power of Human Sacrifice).
What changed? The knowledge that she was his last remaining family in this world? The knowledge that he never helped her even when he didn't know it at the time? The knowledge that Minato Namikaze was his father? He didn't know.
But he wanted to get away from there. Nothing should matter to him. He was done. He cut all ties with the people he knew the moment he slaughtered and massacred everyone at Root. Even the two Root members who weren't hostile toward him… even those two were killed by him. He killed everyone in his wake towards the tyrant who had chained him up for the last ten years.
He forced himself to move away from Konoha and his half-sister. The one who was currently using the chakra of the Kyūbi. The chakra she couldn't control. He stopped dead in his tracks when he remembered this specific detail. His body trembled before he heard a loud roar in the distance.
"DAMN IT!" Naruto turned around, inhaling a lot of air. 'Concentrate…' Naruto dashed through the forest at blinding speed in the direction of the true Jinchūriki of the Kyūbi. He didn't need long since he wasn't far from the position where Kasumi was.
He had to stop and jump aside because a little purple-black sphere shot past Naruto. He looked in the direction where the sphere flew and had to raise both arms. A huge explosion was triggered when the sphere hit a rock. A blinding light consumed everything for a second before a white-yellow-red explosion followed that annihilated everything it touched. Naruto crossed both arms before his body to shield himself from the shockwave that raged through the forest and blew everything away.
Naruto turned away from the explosion and ran toward his half-sister. He jumped on a branch to oversee a large clearing. He could see his half-sister completely surrounded by a shroud of red-bubbly chakra and also revered as V1 state with one single tail behind her and fox ears.
He could see a dead body underneath his half-sister. It was the corpse of a man in his twenties with white hair and a chunin outfit. When Naruto remembered the name of the guy clearly, then this would be Mizuki. An instructor in the Shinobi Academy. One of many instructors who messed with Kasumi's training.
When Naruto saw Kasumi's state of clothes, he could directly see why Kasumi lost control and used the chakra of the Kyūbi. Her orange jacket with blue spots and white color was torn open in the middle where her breasts were. Her underwear also showed signs of moving. It was clear that Mizuki tried to rape Kasumi, and because of the shock in the situation, she lost control and killed Mizuki in the process.
Naruto knew he had to do something. The Hokage and the Anbu would appear soon. The chakra of the Kyūbi could be felt in the entire village. Even when Naruto wasn't in the village, he knew how most villagers and Shinobi were reacting to the strong feeling of the chakra of the Kyūbi.
Naruto concentrated and got six whisker marks under his mask. His blue eyes became crimson red with a black slit. Red chakra burst from his body and surrounded him like a V1 version without the tail behind him. Kasumi growled when she felt something. She was on all fourth like a beast, with her long red hair freely flowing in the air, splitting into nine parts. She had crimson eyes, just like Naruto. Her whiskers were more feral looking, her canines were longer, and her fingernails looked like claws.
She looked up and saw Naruto surrounded by the same chakra as her.
She roared when she saw Naruto hopping from the branch, landing in a crouch. He rose into a standing position and didn't wait for Kasumi to make a move. He dashed toward her with the intention to stop her.
Kasumi thrust her arm forth, sending a chakra limp forth to grab Naruto. Naruto made the same move, sending out his own chakra arm to grab hold of Kasumi's chakra arm. Naruto had mastered the chakra of the Kyūbi, and therefore, it wasn't a surprise that he could grab Kasumi's chakra arm with his.
He stopped and slid over the ground a little before pulling his arm back. His chakra arm retracted back toward him. Kasumi stabbed her tail into the ground. She tried not to fly toward Naruto, but it was no use. She was being pulled toward Naruto. Naruto held his other hand open, concentrating.
Blue and red particles appeared over his palm and traveled toward the middle, forming a little purple-black sphere. Just like the one Kasumi fired off like a projectile a minute before. This technique was normally only something a Bijū (Tailed Beast) like the Kyūbi or a normal Jinchūriki could do. Pseudo Jinchūriki normally couldn't use this technique because the Bijū was required to be inside the Jinchūriki. But since Naruto mastered the chakra of the Kyūbi to such a high degree and he basically could be called a Bijū himself, since he had no other chakra, it was somehow possible.
This technique was called a Bijūdama (Tailed Beast Bomb). Naruto knew this wouldn't kill his half-sister. He didn't want to use his strongest technique against his half-sister, but it was his only option right now. She would survive this attack with minor injuries since Naruto only created a weakened version of the Bijūdama, and the protecting chakra of the Kyūbi surrounded his half-sister.
"Bijūdama!" said Naruto and slammed the little purple-black sphere into his sister's body. A massive explosion destroyed everything in the large clearing. Chunks of earth flew away; trees were uprooted, bushes were eradicated, and the earth trembled under the explosion Naruto caused with his weakened Bijūdama.
Naruto's anbu mask was blown away by the sheer force of the explosion. Since the protecting chakra of the Kyūbi also surrounded him, he didn't get any damage from his attack. Inside the explosion, Naruto's crimson eyes met Kasumi's for a second.
Naruto didn't know when it happened, but he felt a strong pull the moment he touched Kasumi's chakra arm, which she tried to use. When his chakra of the Kyūbi touched Kasumi's chakra of the Kyūbi, he felt the bottomless hatred from the Kyūbi. Stronger than he ever felt. But this was nothing he couldn't handle. His will wasn't breakable. He would never submit to someone. His will was like an unbreakable block of iron. No matter what others tried, his will would never break.
Naruto found himself inside a foreign environment. He was standing in some kind of sewers he didn't recognize. He was someone who could remain calm in every situation. He was trained to remain calm no matter the situation he found himself in. So he connected the dots and concluded that he was inside of Kasumi's subconscious since all around him was flowing her chakra. The ground, the walls, and the ceiling were full of her orange chakra. But mixed with her orange chakra was also the red chakra of the Kyūbi. This was because she was using a lot of chakra from the Kyūbi.
Naruto looked in the direction from where the red chakra was coming. He had a hunch he would find Kasumi there and the Kyūbi. He dashed through the corridors from Kasumi's subconscious. When he came into a massive hall, he stopped. He saw a huge cage at the end of the hall. Before the two giant cell doors, Kasumi was on her knees, surrounded by a swirl of red chakra that came from behind the prison door.
Naruto walked calmly toward Kasumi. He ignored the Kyūbi and only focused on his half-sister. She was crying, holding her head with two hands. She was a complete mess. It was to be expected that her mental state was fucked up after she got nearly raped by some disgusting piece of shit.
Naruto stopped when a strong breeze crushed into his face. The Kyūbi had roared and unleashed the strong breeze. Naruto looked toward the cage and saw two massive red eyes. Every other person would probably be covered in fear, but Naruto didn't waver. He was bombarded with this endless feeling of hatred again. The chakra from the Kyūbi was everywhere in the massive hall.
"Who are you? Why do you have my chakra, you disgusting human? And why do you look like the fourth Hokage?" roared the Kyūbi with rage. Naruto could feel how his body trembled under the loud and menacing voice of the Kyūbi.
Naruto didn't say anything and simply continued walking toward his broken half-sister. He wasn't intimidated by the Kyūbi. He was used to the hatred from the Kyūbi since he had his chakra for the last ten years.
"HUMAN!" roared the Kyūbi. Naruto was now standing behind Kasumi. Kasumi was between Naruto and the two giant steel bars that held the Kyūbi inside the seal. Naruto looked up into the two massive eyes of the Kyūbi and said, "Shut up. You're annoying." Red chakra surrounded his right hand before he crashed his hand into the swirling vortex of red chakra that surrounded Kasumi.
"NOOOOOOOO!" roared the Kyūbi. The connection between him and Kasumi broke when Naruto forcefully crushed the swirling vortex of red chakra around Kasumi. The red chakra began to return to the cell where the giant fox was.
Naruto blinked one time and was now in the real world again. He was standing in a little crater he had created with his Bijūdama. He held Kasumi like a bride right now. She was knocked out with some light burns, but her inhuman healing factor through her Uzumaki blood and the chakra of the Kyūbi already began to heal her injuries.
Being an Uzumaki and having the Kyūbi inside was almost a cheat code when it came to regeneration abilities. It was sure that Kasumi Uzumaki would survive many injuries. Even injuries that were deadly to other Shinobi or people.
Naruto already made a decision when he was dashing through the forest toward Kasumi. The red chakra around Naruto was returning to his body, and his features returned to normal. He turned toward the direction he lay Kushina Uzumaki on the ground.
'Soru!' (Shave) It looked like Naruto had stomped the ground once before he vanished into thin air as if he had teleported away. He appeared a short time later beside Kushina Uzumaki with an unconscious Kasumi over his right shoulder. He took Kushina Uzumaki over his left shoulder before he stomped the ground again and vanished again, leaving with the daughter-mother duo.
He didn't know it yet, but his action just changed everything in the elemental nations. This marked the beginning of the story of Naruto Namikaze, the Irregular—the story about a broken young man who never knew love—the story of how Naruto Namikaze would shake the foundation of the Shinobi world and possibly find love in the most unexpected place.
