The Nemesis was currently flying above a large badlands as Airachnid arrived in the main deck to have a talk with Megatron.

"If it pleases you, Lord Megatron, once Soundwave discovers a means of decoding the remainder of the Iacon database, as we know he will, I would suggest the deployment of an underutilised asset." Airachnid suggested.

"And what asset would that be, Airachnid?" Megatron asked without turning around.

"I believe that my superior tracking skills would expedite your quest to recover the remaining relics." Airachnid said, bowing to him.

"Noted." Megatron answered.

"You are a gracious audience, my lord." Airachnid replied as she walked away, passing Soundwave at a terminal. "Soundwave."

Once he saw that Airachnid had left through the exit, Soundwave turned his attention to Megatron.

"Remind me of her trustworthiness." Megatron ordered.

Soundwave then started playing a recorded message of when Airachnid was in charge of the Nemesis.

"I believe we must consider the possibility of a future…without Megatron." The message said.

In the Nemesis' armory, Dreadwing was inspecting a Cybertronian rifle before Megatron appeared on a terminal behind him.

"Dreadwing." Megatron said, earning his attention.

"I am at your beck and call, Lord Megatron." Dreadwing told his leader with a respectful bow.

"I wish to entrust you with a task I would normally reserve for myself. That is if you wish to prove yourself worthy of becoming my first lieutenant." Megatron explained.

"That post belongs to Airachnid." Dreadwing recalled.

"She will be missed." Megatron replied, making Dreadwing realize what his mission was about. "And I suggest you bring backup. She can be a handful, especially when cornered."

At nighttime in the middle of the forest, Dreadwing, Airachnid and Breakdown walked through the forest.

"Am I the only one here who considers this to be overkill on Lord Megatron's part? I mean: dispatching two of his most proficient warriors to track down one unconfirmed energon spike." Airachnid commented.

"Megatron knows me and Dreadwing here will get the job done." Breakdown said.

"Actually, I was referring to Dreadwing and myself." Airachnid stated with a smirk.

That started to get Breakdown mad, but Dreadwing stopped him. "Breakdown, remain on task. This must be a unified effort." He told him.

"Indeed, Breakdown. I know we've never seen eyes to eye, but that doesn't mean we can't…patch things up." Airachnid provoked winking him an eye.

"That's it!" Breakdown shouted, flying off the handle.

"Don't!" Dreadwing ordered.

Knowing that Breakdown would charge at her, Airachnid changed to her spider form and fired a web to Breakdown, covering his head. Breakdown tried to take it off, but it was too glued that he fell to the ground. Airachnid climbed to a tree as Dreadwing started to shoot at her with his gun. She moved through the trees dodging the shots and started to fire webs at him. Dreadwing dodged the first two shots, but the third one caught him and trapped him against a tree, but his last shot cut the tree where she was standing, making her fall and hit a few branches. That made her lost one of her spider legs during the fall. Breakdown finally removed the web from his head, activated his turret and fired at Airachnid, who jumped from tree to tree, getting away. Of course, Breakdown went after her with a battle cry.

"Breakdown, don't be a fool. Release me." Dreadwing demanded, but Breakdown didn't listen.

Breakdown continued following her, jumping above the rocks he found, until he found an energon trail. He followed it until he found Airachnid lying on the floor, looking hurt.

He laughed as he walked toward, pulling out his hammer as she crawled back. "Easy prey." He taunted while raising his hammer, ready for the final hit. But when he did, he found his hammer hooked by other webs, and no matter how hard he pulled, the webs didn't break. That was all a trap made by Airachnid, even the hurt acting. The last thing Breakdown saw was Airachnid's spider claw striking him, causing him to scream.

The scream was so loud that caused some flying animals to take flight, even Dreadwing, still stuck, heard it. "Breakdown, what is your status? Breakdown!" Dreadwing tried to contact Breakdown, but nothing.

Back where Airachnid had set her trap for Breakdown, a flashlight was turned on and it revealed the dismembered body of the bulky Decepticon. The flashlight came from a M.E.C.H trooper, who was accompanied by several other troops as he took out a communication device.

"M.E.C.H 1 to Silas our maneuvers have yielded unexpected results. And a familiar face." The trooper informed, looking at the ground to see Breakdown's head.

In a nearby cave, Starscream was seen climbing up a wall to try and reach a small Energon shard. Since he no longer had a T-Cog, it's obvious why he would climb the wall. "How is it that I have been reduced to seeking Energon scraps merely to survive?" Starscream complained, reaching the shard and pulling it out.

Unfortunately, Starscream lost his footing and he crashed back down to the floor with the Energon shard. Just as he sat up and held the Energon shard with a miserable groan, Starscream began to notice a large shadow move over him and he heard low snarls nearby. He looked to his left and noticed a large figure walking away to another part of the cave, tempting him to quietly follow it. When Starscream looked into the other room, he saw a familiar bug-like Cybertronian moving some rocks away.

"An Insecticon. On Earth?" Starscream asked, slightly surprised.

The Insecticon pulled out a chunk of Energon from the wall and Starscream approached the bug-like Cybertronian.

"You there, scavenger. Deliver that Energon to me." Starscream ordered, only for the Insecticon to turn away from him. "You dare turn your back on a superior life form? I am Commander Starscream!"

When Starscream smacked the Insecticon on its back, this agitated it and it began attacking the former air commander with its middle appendages. Starscream avoided the attacks and fell down, looking back to see the Insecticon approaching him menacingly before he quickly scurried into a nearby hole. The Insecticon tried to attack him as Starscream stayed at the very back of the hole.

"Fine! Keep the Energon!" Starscream shouted, narrowly avoiding the Insecticon's deadly claws. "I hope you choke on it!"

The Insecticon roared furiously, but then it started hearing a strange buzzing noise in its mind that seemed to calm it down. Starscream panted heavily as the Insecticon backed away and it was shown to be walking towards Airachnid, who stood on top of a rock pile.

"Yes, minion, approach me." Airachnid said, making the Insecticon halt in front of her. "Obey me. Worship me." She said almost alluringly.

The Insecticon kneeled before Airachnid and it handed out the Energon it found earlier to her, making the Spider Decepticon chuckle. "You shouldn't have." Airachnid said, reaching towards the Energon.

"What?!" Starscream asked in an outraged tone as Airachnid turned to see the Seeker climb out the hole. "You reject a commander, but grovel at the feet of that wretch?!"

"Starscream, don't get your turbines in a twist. After all, the beast and I are somewhat related." Airachnid admitted as the Insecticon stood up. "You might even say we are of 'one mind'."

"Why are you here? Decepticons never return to stripped mines." Starscream proclaimed.

"You are not the only rogue Decepticon in need of Energon." Airachnid told him, gesturing to her broken spider leg as it leaked Energon.

"Was it a run-in with the Autobots, or did Megatron invite you on one of his field trips?" Starscream asked curiously.

"Megatron was otherwise engaged," Airachnid replied. "But you should see his lackey."

"You know, Airachnid, as fellow outcasts we should consider putting aside our differences." Starscream suggested with a smile. "With this creature under your control and at our disposal, we might employ it to terminate Megatron, allowing us to rule the Decepticons."

"Together?" Airachnid questioned, not feeling interested.

"We would simply need to lure Megatron here, away from his support systems." Starscream explained. "So that we might catch him…"

"With his guard down." Airachnid finished again with a smirk, "An intriguing proposal…if ruling Decepticons or spending any length of time with you were of the slightest interest to me." she told Starscream, surprising him. "Of course, you had me at terminate Megatron. Payback would be sweet."

"However you wish to spin it." Starscream said assuringly while backing way.

"I would need to ensure my assassin is up to the task." Airachnid admitted, smirking sinisterly at the former air commander. "Perhaps a test run is in order."

"What?" Starscream asked as he nervously backed away, realizing what Airachnid was referring to. "I thought we were partners?"

"Eviscerate him!" Airachnid ordered.

The Insecticon screeched loudly before it charged at Starscream, causing him to scream in fear.

At the Metroplex, Prowl was working at the main console before he started getting a message.

"What is it?" Bulkhead asked as he and Elita approached the Autobot medic.

"A high frequency signal, with an embedded message." Prowl answered.

"This seems familiar," Elita noted.

"Starscream. I have obtained information of extreme interest to you." Prowl read in surprise. "Bring medical kit."

The three Autobots looked at each other as they wondered if they should hear Starscream out.

"Prowl, contact Ratchet." Elita said to him as she turned to Bulkhead. "Bulkhead, let us see what our outcast seeker needs this time." She ordered as Bulkhead nodded.

Speaking of the former air commander, he was leaning against a large boulder while clenching his right side in pain as it leaked Energon. A Ground Bridge appeared in front of Starscream and jumping out of it was Bulkhead and Elita, who had their blasters ready.

"Clear!" Elita called out.

Ratchet then emerged from the Ground Bridge with his medical kit and approached Starscream.

"Make it fast." Ratchet told him.

"It would appear that, like myself, Airachnid has gone rogue." Starscream said.

"What's it to us?" Ratchet questioned with uninterested expression.

"She's planning to retaliate against Me…mankind. I can provide you with her current location." Starscream offered.

"I don't believe you." Ratchet said, glaring hardly at the former air commander.

"Why wouldn't you?" Starscream asked rhetorically. "I directed you to the location of the Decepticon Space Bridge so you could rescue Orion Pax, didn't I?"

"Yeah, and after, you helped M.E.C.H steal Bumblebee's T-Cog." Elita replied with a frown.

"So? He got it back, didn't he?" Starscream questioned in nervousness.

Ratchet still didn't believe him and scoffed before walking back to the Ground Bridge with Bulkhead and Elita, which made Starscream even more desperate as he stood up.

"I admit! Aligning myself with those vile humans was a colossal error in judgment! But I am alone, I do what I must to survive!" Starscream pleaded before collapsing on his knees. "But I have paid the price. I am now the one missing his T-Cog."

Elita, Ratchet, and Bulkhead turned around as they were surprised to hear this. "You're grounded?" Elita asked.

"Thus of little if any threat to you." Starscream replied. "But, Airachnid and her Insecticon intend to…"

"An Insecticon?" Elita repeated in shock.

"Here?" Ratchet added.

"How?" Bulkhead questioned.

"I would have asked, but I was too busy squeezing through a narrow crevice trying to keep the vermin from chewing my leg off!" Starscream stated drastically. "While Airachnid watched."

Meanwhile, Dreadwing returned back to the Nemesis and explained to Megatron what happened. "The reason for our inability to locate Breakdown's signal is all too clear. But how is it that you are unable to recover his remains?" Megatron asked, really mad.

At that moment, Soundwave's terminal started to sound. "What is it?" Megatron questioned his right hand.

Soundwave went to check it out, revealing it to be a call from Airachnid. "Heard from Breakdown lately?" She asked through com-link.

"Trace the communication." Megatron ordered, and Soundwave nodded.

"Megatron, truly? You sent simple henchmen to terminate a high-ranking officer. I thought you reserved that honor for yourself." Airachnid retold.

"Is that a challenge?" Megatron questioned with a look.

"An invitation. And since Soundwave is no doubt tracing this signal you know where to find me." Airachnid said before the transmission ended and Soundwave located her position.

"I'll be back." Megatron said as he began to walk off

"Allow me to accompany you." Dreadwing offered.

"You already had your chance." Megatron said before leaving the bridge. Dreadwing suspected that Megatron might be heading into a trap.

At the Autobot base, Ratchet was at the console that displayed Airachnid's current location on the main screen. "The coordinates Starscream provided are within an abandoned Decepticon mine." Ratchet explained.

"Even a star turns red twice a cycle," Elita commented.

"Hold on, you just fixed him up and set him on his way?" Arcee asked in disbelief.

"Did you forget what Starscream did with my T-Cog?" Bumblebee questioned.

"What were we supposed to do, taking him back here or Metroplex?" Bulkhead retorted.

"Not that I wouldn't jump at any chance to put Airachnid down, but she isn't the only one who robbed me of a partner." Arcee stated with a look, reminding them that Starscreem killed Cliffjumper.

"You weren't there, Acree." Elita said with a firm tone. "Starscream was defenseless, and he doesn't have his cog to transform or access his weapons."

"And learning of the Insecticon could prove highly tactical. Starscream's Intel has proved credible in the past." Ratchet reminded them.

"Sure! When he wasn't busy stabbing us in the back!" Arcee argued.

"Acree, enough!" Elita yelled firmly, which made Acree and the others flinched as Elita took deep breaths to calm himself down. "You're letting revenge cloud your judgment. I heard from Optimus what happened the last time you tried to kill Starscream, Airachnid nearly took out your team and you almost made a mistake that can never be undone if Bumblebee wasn't there."

"Cliffjumper-" Arcee tried to say.

"Wouldn't want you to waste your life chasing revenge," Elita said as she placed a servo on Acree's shoulder. "He would want you to keep fighting for a better future for our kind. So would Tailgate. We have lost many friends to the Decepticons, but we mustn't let their sacrifice be in vain."

Acree looked down in conflict as she knew that Elita was right, but refused to speak as she wanted to avenge her partners as Optimus stepped in. "And without the resources we possessed on Cybertron, we lack ready means of capturing or imprisoning our enemies." Optimus said, approaching everyone. "Nonetheless, I do not condone the termination of any defenseless life form."

At the same time, Megatron was flying bellow some thunderclouds in her vehicle mode and he arrived at the abandoned mine, soaring into the entrance and transforming before landing on the ground. The Decepticon leader walked forward and Airachnid appeared from behind the rock pile.

"You don't waste time." Airachnid commented.

"Your stay of execution has come to an end." Megatron announced, aiming his arm cannon at her and preparing to fire it.

But suddenly, the Insecticon attacked him from the back wall and they rolled across the floor before Megatron threw the bug-like Cybertronian away. The Insecticon recovered and it roared furiously at Megatron.

"I will leave you two to get aquatinted." Airachnid said, crawling onto a nearby rock platform.

Megatron turned his attention to the Insecticon, remembering how it's kind had pledged allegiance to him during the war for Cybertron.

"Bow before Megatron, your leader." Megatron ordered.

But due to being controlled by Airachnid's hive mind, the Insecticon ignored him and charged at him.

"I said bow-" Megatron was interrupted when the Insecticon grabbed him by the head and threw him away.

Megatron attempted to get up, but the Insecticon tackled him into the wall and he struggled to free himself while Airachnid watched with a sly smirk. Using all his strength, Megatron freed his right arm and used his cannon to blast the bug-like Cybertronian away. The Insecticon transformed into it's flying insect form and Megatron attempted to shoot it, only for Airachnid to suddenly fire her webs at his cannon and make it power down. The Insecticon flew at Megatron and slammed him straight into the wall two times before tossing him into the wall, swiftly slashing him on his upper shoulder and making him cry out painfully. When the Insecticon flew down, it fired a few laser shots from it's horn and sent Megatron crashing back down to the ground before transforming and landing in front of the Decepticon leader. Megatron stood back up and touched his wound, seeing some Dark Energon on his hand as Airachnid chuckled deviously at the sight. The Insecticon charged at Megatron again, only for the Decepticon leader to smack it away and leave Airachnid surprised.

"You and your beast would do well to remember, I honed my skills in the pits of Kaon!" Megatron shouted while pulling out his blade as he and the Insecticon charged at each other and they engaged in a power struggle.

Meanwhile, a Ground Bridge appeared outside the cave and Optimus, Bulkhead, Bumblebee, Arcee, Elita, Prowl, Crosshairs and Firestar exited from it, "This is place," Firestar said as they looked down the cave.

"Proceed with extreme caution." Optimus instructed as they walked down the cave.

Megatron used his blade to block incoming attacks from the Insecticon's extra appendages before attacking himself, only for the Insecticon to avoid all of his deadly swipes. The bug-like Cybertronian jumped onto the wall and then tackled Megatron.

"Finish him!" Airachnid ordered impatiently, not noticing the Autobots arriving on a higher ledge and watching.

"Megatron?" Prowl said in surprise.

"Whoa. Scream never mentioned him." Bulkhead recalled.

"It would seem Starscream orchestrated this convergence, in the hope that all his enemies would destroy each other on his behalf." Optimus analyzed.

"And we fell right in it." Elita muttered.

"Well you can have whatever's left of Megatron. Airachnid's mine." Arcee replied sternly before she transformed and drove down a rock ramp.

"Acree! No!" Optimus called out as Arcee drove over.

"Don't worry, bosses. I got her back." Crosshairs said as he transformed and chase after Acree.

"Crosshairs!" Elita shouted as Crosshairs drove off. "The freeshooting scrap brain." She muttered.

As Megatron and the Insecticon kept fighting, Arcee leaped above them in midair and transformed before she tackled Airachnid and tossed her into the wall. Airachnid recovered and glared at her arch-nemesis.

"You." Aircanid growled as Crosshairs landed next to Arcee with his guns out, "And you brought a new partner, just for me," She smirked.

"Heheh, I always wanted to squish the itsy-bitsy spider." Crosshair taunted with a smirk as he twirled his pistols.

"Stay out of this Cross," Arcee told him with a frown, "This one is mine." She brought out her wrist blades and charged straight at Airachnid.

"Like I listen to orders." Crosshair said as he then charged after Acree with his pistols aiming at Airachnid.

Back at the floor, the Insecticon kicked Megatron back with its strength, only for the Decepticon leader to retaliate by invoking the bug-like Cybertronian into the wall. Seeing his foe temporarily down, Megatron looked up and saw that Airachnid had vanished from her platform, only for him to then set his sights on the Autobots.

"So many surprises today!" Megatron remarked before he attacked the Insecticon, which tried to pull a sneak attack on him.

In the cave tunnel, Arcee and Crosshairs are dodging Airachnid's webs as she kept shooting them at the two Autobots, who dodged them as they started firing at her as they chased after as she dug another tunnel and Arcee crawled in it.

"Arcee, hold on!" Crosshairs called as he was too big to follow her.

"Crosshairs, I told you, I got this!" Arcee told him as she kept crawling, "I'm not adding you to my list of lost Autobots." She said firmly.

Crosshairs sighed and decided to take the long way around.

Megatron smacked the Insecticon in it's face and then grabbed it's extra appendages, making the bug-like Cybertronian cry out in pain before the Decepticon leader kicked it away and made it's appendages get ripped off in the process. Throwing the appendages away, Megatron charged straight at the Insecticon and swiftly sliced off its head with his blade, making it roll across the ground while the rest of its body collapsed as Megatron panted in agitation.

"Let that be a warning to anyone who dares cross a gladiator of Kaon! Be they Decepticon…" Megatron said victoriously before the Autobots around him and prepared their respective weapons to use on him. "Or Autobot."

Megatron attempted to walk, but he then collapsed to the ground as it was clear the battle with the Insecticon had weakened him. Optimus stood over his old enemy, who was now at his mercy.

"It would seem that I am unarmed and at your mercy." Megatron admitted. "So tell me, Optimus, do you plan to take me alive…or end this here and now?"

Optimus silently stared at Megatron as everyone else looked at each other to see what his answer would be, until the Autobot leader brought out his blaster and aimed it at his old foe. But before he could fire his weapon, a rain of blaster shots came down upon them and it was revealed to be coming from Dreadwing and an army of air Vehicons.

"The surprises never cease." Megatron said.

Before the Autobots could do anything else, they found themselves surrounded by Dreadwing and the Vehicons as they aimed their blasters at them.

"Oh scrap." Bulkhead muttered.

Meanwhile, Arcee slid down the tunnel and aimed her blasters around before seeing Airachnid was nowhere in sight. She began to crawl her way through the tunnel, until she felt something sticky on her hand and saw they were covered in webs.

"Scrap." Arcee muttered before she was pulled out and wrapped in a cocoon, dangling from a tree that Airachnid sat over.

As Arcee struggled to free herself, Airachnid grabbed her by the face and hung upside down towards her nemesis.

"This may not be the day that I take Megatron's Spark, but it is the day I remove yours." Airachnid declared as she pointed one of her pincers aimed at Arcee.

But before Airachnid was about to end Acree, an Energon blast hit her in the face, causing her to fall from the ground as she turned and saw Crosshairs rushing towards them. "Eat it, spider freak!" Crosshairs called as he had his pistols aimed at Airachnid as he charged at her.

"Cross, no!" Arcee shouted to him as she struggled to break free from the webs.

Crosshairs kept shooting at Airachnid, which she dodged each attack as she shot webs at the paratrooper, but Crosshairs dodged each one as he shot more blasts from his pistols as he gave a laugh. "I haven't had a challenge in a while!" He called as he flipped back and avoided another web attack.

"You're as slippery then Tailgate was!" Airachnid admitted.

"Acree's old partner?" Crosshairs asked with a smirk before he frowned. "We've all heard what you've done to him. And let me just say, there ain't no sport in offlining a bot when he can't fight back!" He called as he fired more shots at Airachnid, who dodged each one.

"Well, I like to do my own sports on killing." Airachnid said with a smirk as she dodged each blast before Crosshairs jumped over her to avoid her pincers, "And I always like to play with prey first," She added before whipped around and webbed Crosshairs' arms and legs between two trees.

"Scrap." Crosshairs muttered as he tried to break free from the webs as Airachnid advanced towards him.

"Well, well, well, isn't this familiar, wouldn't you agree, Arcee?" Airachnid said with a smirk as she went towards Crosshairs with one of her pincers ready.

"No! Please!" Arcee begged as Crosshairs struggled to break free as Aircanid raised her pincer to him with a sadistic smirk. Only for her to suddenly get knocked away by a missile that exploded in her position on the ground.

Arcee and Crosshairs looked ahead and gave surprised expressions when they saw that the missile came from Starscream, who smirked at Airachnid as she lay on the ground in an injured state.

"How right you were, Airachnid. Payback is sweet!" Starscream remarked as he slid down the hill and fired his second missile, causing Airachnid to tunnel into the ground and avoid it while making her escape.

Back in the cave, the Autobots were still surrounded by Dreadwing and his Vehicon troops.

"Deliver Megatron to us and I will allow you to live." Dreadwing ordered.

"Never trust a Con! Kick bucket-head's bucket!" Bulkhead stated.

"Do it, Prime! End it!" Prowl called out.

"We won't get another shot like this Optimus, finish it!" Firestar told him.

Optimus looked down at Megatron for a moment before he glanced to Elita who nodded to him as he turned his attention to Dreadwing.

"Dreadwing, do I have your word?" Optimus asked reasonably.

There was a very long pause in the area as the Autobots could feel the intensity, wanting to know what was going to happen in the end. In the end, Dreadwing placed his cannon away to show that he was indeed giving Optimus his word, causing the Autobot leader to do the same. Dreadwing then approached Megatron.

"My liege." Dreadwing said, helping Megatron back on his feet as the Autobots joined Optimus by his side.

"Dreadwing may have given you his word, but I did not!" Megatron told the Autobots with a glare. "Destroy them!"

The Vehicons began firing their blasters and this caused the Autobots to fire in retaliation. Megatron and Dreadwing transformed and they both flew their way out of the cave, managing to get into the sky.

"You disobeyed my orders in following me here. You will make a fine first lieutenant." Megatron complimented before he and Dreadwing flew ahead to arrive back at the Nemesis.

Back inside the cave, the Autobots had managed to destroy all of the Vehicons and were pretty relieved to have survived. "That was intense." Bulkhead commented.

"What about Cross and Arcee?" Firestar asked in concern.

"Elita One, Windblade, Hot Rod, Jazz, and now you, Crosshairs," Starscream commented circling around the trapped paratrooper, "Old friends and foes just keep showing up don't they?" He smirked.

"Yeah, well, just wait. Because there's still a bit more around." Crosshairs said with a look. "I see that even without your Cog, ya still got your missiles, Starscream."

"Sadly, the only weapons that aren't transformable and keep needing to reload." Starscream said with a look as he looked at his empty arms.

"This is why if ya talk more than you shoot." Crosshairs said with a smirk.

"Yes." Starscream said with a look. "And now if there's one thing I despise nearly as much as eight-leggers…it's two-wheelers and Wreakers." He said with a smirk moving between the two Autobots.

"Go on, get it over with." Acree challenged with a look as Crosshairs did the same.

"Give us ya best shot, Screamy." Crosshairs dared.

"As I recollect, in a similar predicament, you once allowed me to live, Acree." Starscream said as he ready his claws, recalling their last run in. Which Acree closed her eyes as Crosshair gave a glare before Starscream swiped his claws at them, which shockingly, freed Crosshairs and dropped Acree from the trees. "Consider us even." He said as he walked off as Crosshairs stood up and rubbed his servos.

"Uh, thanks?" Crosshairs said in an awkward tone as his and Acree's comlinks went off.

"Acree, Crosshair, what is your status?" Optimus spoke up through their comms.

"Well, Acree is a l, but we're both alive." Crosshairs spoke up through the comms.

"And so is Airachnid." Acree said with a serious look.

"At least Megatron took care of the other bug problem," Bulkhead said in relief.

"And hopefully, this experience will teach you not to chase after revenge," Elita commented to Arcee.

"I believe I have now, Ma'am." Acree said as Crosshairs walked up to her. "Hey, thanks for the assist." She thanked the green Autobot.

"No Autobot left behind. Wrecker's rule." Crosshairs said to her as he kneeled down and started cutting the webs.

"Heh, never thought I hear you say that, Cross." Acree said in amusement with a smirk.

"I may be a lone wolficon kinda bot, but even I know we need to stay in packs," Crosshairs told her. "But chin up, Acree, you'll get Airachnid, but next time, we do it the Autobot way."

"I hope so. She's gonna pay for what she did to Tailgate." Acree said with a determined look as Crosshairs continued his work on cutting the web.

"Let's be glad that Insecticon is down for the count." Crosshairs said to her. "Because from what we saw, even the Big M had trouble dealing with even one of those things."

"Yeah. It's a good thing there was only one on Earth." Acree added as she waited to be free from the webs and for the others to come towards their position.

Meanwhile, Airachnid drilled her way up from underground and found herself in a large tunnel, still injured.

"Starscream, I vow I will have your head." Airachnid swore in anger.

But then, she began to hear a familiar sound in her hive mind and she followed it to a nearby hole. Airachnid crawled into the hole and soon emerged from the other side, finding herself in a ginormous open cave room that was filled with Insecticons sleeping inside a bunch of stasis pods.

"So my warrior was merely a scout," Airachnid said as she now had an Insecticon army at her disposal.

Well, in case any of you didn't catch it, we had a small Arcee and Crosshairs moment near the end there. Not sure why but I always saw those two as interesting mix, with Arcee's hardcore girl thing and Crosshairs gunslinging freelancing attitude.

Does this mean anything, who knows, either way the Autobots now have to worry about Starscream, Megatron, and Airachnid on three different fronts.

But stay tuned, for it seems the Autobots have to deal with their fourth enemy, attacking them in a much different in "Nemesis Prime".
