LydiaCrazzy: Hi, I've never had a Message like this before so this is kind of awkward for me.
Unfortunately, I have to decline this wonderful Offer. This is, ultimately, just a passion project for me. I don't have any desire to Monetize it or have it adapted, and I wish you the best.
erickdanielgonzalezramos:I am not very familiar with Godzilla Black Mass, as I haven't fully read the Comic, but I think that's much more of a Horror-Based Godzilla. This is more based on the Tristar Series/Shin Godzilla if anything.
Gojira, armed with a Name and knowledge, kept on going through the south. He was slowly developing more complex emotions, and it left a Throbbing sense in his head. One of those emotions, unfortunately for him, was Empathy, although he had been granted intelligence before, he hadn't much emotion but the will to live. Now he was developing all of the happiness, Empathy, proper anger, and just about everything. Now Gojira turned back, staring. His Gaze sweeping across the Orange Outline of the Fires spawned by his outrage in the city. Thanks to his enhanced sentences, he could hear confused screams, people calling for loved ones.
Now he felt sad, did so many deserve to die just so he could live? He thought about it for a moment, and unfortunately for his Empathetic side, his Self Preservation would kick in. Of course it was fine, he'd be dead! That one moment of Regret, however short-lived, would be overshadowed by a Sense of Urgency. He began sprinting, what for him was a Sprint would be comparable to the fastest cars in the world.
He reached the Red River quickly, it didn't take long given how fast he was moving. He Waded through the water, coming across a Bridge. On a Sign it had a Sign informing him he was going in the Direction of Dallas, something that his recently gained knowledge told him he was on the right track. With a Roar, he pulled the Bridge down, which took effort, but his new emotions had to worry not as the Bridge was Empty. No one wanted to get into Oklahoma, and no one in Oklahoma wanted to follow him, by road at least. The Bridge ended up falling into the river, and he lept on top of it before jumping onto the Elevated highway and continuing his southward trek.
He moved at a Slower Pace now. He listened to and absorbed his surroundings. He could hear an Aircraft high in the sky moving quickly, perhaps as much as Fifty Kilometers up, he didn't know the actual height of course, but he had a weird feeling he was right. Either way, he paid it no mind. He continued moving, until he came into sight of a Town, whose residents panicked on sight of the 60 Foot Tall Monster. He had well crossed the State-Line into Texas, and he strode along the highway, crushing cars and other vehicles.
As he walked over them, Explosions detonated. He then saw a Trainline, railway tracks stretching on seemingly forever, and there was a freight train on it. He leaned down, curious, he saw the helpless people in the Pilot Cabin screaming with wide eyes as he looked in on them. He Bit the Train, straining to lift it up. With some effort, he succeeded, the forward cars came with it as he lifted it in his mouth, he saw the operators jump out, probably dying on impact with the ground. Again, the new Empathy Emotion makes him feel tinges of regret. He threw the Freight Car down, and the Diesel fuel tanks ruptured, causing a Cascade explosion as over a dozen cars behind it were Fuel-Based. The Massive Explosion lit the night, and as he walked past the city he felt closer to his goal.
But some of his mind wondered what came after he reached the sea. Gojira wanted to be left alone, he was basically invulnerable to anything else in the world, bar bunker busters, perhaps nukes, or other Kaiju. That made him wonder where he heard that before, no one had started to name them 'Kaiju' yet. Gojira snorted, thinking nothing of it. He just focused on the task ahead, and as he stood, the city lights of the Dallas Metro were silhouetted in the distance.
He stormed forward, sprinting, he heard something new, jet aircraft. This time they were A-10s, F-16s and B-1 Lancers. He looked at them, they were miles off, but closing fast. He stepped his foot into the ground, digging his claws into the earth. The Red Glow began to emanate from his Dorsal Spines, slowly starting up until the flash ran up his tail to his head as it did last time, and after a few seconds the spikes were glowing nearly fully red and he fired the beam from his mouth, however, this time the jets broke formation, he maneuvered his head, managing to get one of the Slower A10s. He turned his head, but seemed unable to get the other fighters.
The Downed A-10 broke apart in flames Midair, exploding and crashing into the woods, Gojira continued, and he Felt the impact of the A-10s Guns and heard the Iconic 'BBRTTTT' Noise of the guns, but he was unaffected, now immune to conventional weaponry. He turned his Head to the opposing A-10, and the beam made contact with the Plane for several seconds as it melted, then exploded as its fuel ignited. He watched as the Molten Debris fell near the Highway, landing near the Rural road and igniting the trees around it, he turned to the other wreckage, which too had started a small fire. It hadn't rained in the area for weeks, if not months, and the vegetation was susceptible to catching on fire.
He felt the force of the missile's impact from a F-16, but it was practically painless to him, he turned again to it, firing up his beam quickly and catching it, the rear of the aircraft melted in the heat, the pilot ejecting as it exploded. He stepped onto the Highway, watching another A-10 fire off all the missiles it had, he sidestepped the missiles which ended up flying into a Nearby Abandoned Barn, which exploded and shattered from the ordinance. That must have dismayed the pilot, who turned away, but he used his beam to melt the underside of the aircraft. The A-10 was sturdy, but the Electronics, mechanics and engines became horribly distorted from the heat, and unable to maintain control crashed into a field, exploding and starting a fire.
He turned, the other aircraft now formed up, and he reached deep into his strength and dug his feet into the highway, the pavement warped and cracked, and this time when the Energy ran up his back the Red kept glowing brighter, and began to become more of a Reddish-Orange. The Resulting beam that swept across the sky destroyed the Incoming 2 A-10s quickly, turning them into molten streaks that burned up and disintegrated, and their destruction was quickly followed by another A-10 and 2 F-16s, as the beam struck them, disfiguring them or cooking their pilots, they all either exploded, flames falling to the ground or went out of control and were destroyed on impact. He turned, another A-10 was flying right at him, and he turned the beam to it, the head on beam made contact with the A-10 and swiftly dispatched it, the melting debris disintegrating in the beam, he turned to the Final F-16, which fired off all 4 of its Missiles, they struck, doing little harm, and he beamed it, tearing it into Burning shreds.
Now he turned to the oncoming B-1s, 2 of them, which were going supersonic speeds, he fired his Beam at them, striking on and melting off the bombers wing, the B-1, unable to maintain control, struck the ground and skidded at supersonic speeds, breaking up and exploding. The remaining one managed to drop its ordinance, which did sting a Bit, but nevertheless he caught it with his beam, melting it in half and causing the pieces to strike the ground. He turned, his battle done, heading towards the city. He was tired from the fighting however, and hoped the sea was close.
Packard, now tired, had decided to stay at the Mutagen Facility. He looked at Serizawa, and at his Tablet.
"Let's see…." Packard said, "Look at this, at least 3,643 confirmed dead in Oklahoma City, over 3,000 also missing with 1,200 confirmed injuries, Gojira attacks Sherman, Texas, 46 Killed, 112 Injured, 9 Missing…." He said, handing him the tablet.
"His New Energy Weapon has caused mass devastation, the majority of OKCs City center is in ruins, over 1 Billion in estimated damage, and the fires? It's Fire Season in Oklahoma and Texas Serizawa." Packard said, "EMS is already stretched out, you know how much this is stressing our emergency services? They are digging through melting slag to find survivors of this, we don't even know if some bodies are even going to have Genetic Material left to test." Packard Explained, "And in all of this, all the damage, all the fires caused by this not in the city are going to keep raging because Firefighters can't be there, they are going to burn, and Keep burning, until there is nothing left to burn."
Serizawa nodded.
Suddenly, there was a Notification on Packards Tablet. Packard looked, intrigued, and his eyes widened. Serizawa could tell it wasn't good immediately, as he was pretty good at doing that.
"We dispatched roughly a Dozen Air-Units, armed with state of the art missiles and countermeasures and good, well trained Aviators at their joysticks." Packard said, "And all of them were downed by Gojira in less than 4 Minutes." With a Grim Expression, he handed Serizawa the tablet, and Serizawa looked shocked at what Packard showed him. The Report said A-10s, F-16s and B-1s were sent, and none of them, despite landing several good hits, managed to cause major damage to him.
"The destroyed aircraft all landed in Wooded areas or ones with dry vegetation." Serizawa whispered, "Those are all going to cause fires, and if nothing is done-" Before he could finish Packard raised his hand, cutting him off.
"Yes, they will probably join into a single fire, but we aren't gonna be able to spare EMS to salvage this and rain isn't in the forecast for the next week, that things heading straight into the City of Dallas, Mr Serizawa, a Metro area of nearly 5 Million people, and we aren't gonna be able to do a Single Thing about it." Packard continued, "The Fires are already spreading in Oklahoma, EMS in Sherman is Tied up and all hands are on Deck in Dallas for what's coming, this is going to be the worst disaster of the century, Dr Serizawa." Packard then slammed his fist on the table, and Serizawa gulped.
"So, Dr Serizawa, tell me how to stop this thing before thousands of innocent people die." Packard demanded.
Serizawa looked at Packard, his gaze betrayed nothing, and he spoke truthfully. "Dr Packard, Respectfully sir, there is nothing I Can do, this thing has gone beyond any of our previous tests by far, and all I can do is tell you how far it can go."
"Then Serizawa, tell me how much more powerful this thing can get." Packard said, and Serizawa frowned.
"Luckily, Mutagen has its limits, as it adapts it will over time dissipate from its bloodstream, and once Mutagen is gone from it the thing should stop adapting. Once that happens it is best to throw something at it that we have never thrown at it before, something it has never adapted to before." Serizawa finished.
Packard frowned, he was getting Live Updates on Gojira. He was approaching the outer metro of Dallas now, it was still night, and if he took out the Power lines in Dallas that would make the situation worse. The Situation had to be balanced, so he asked Serizawa the unthinkable.
"Serizawa, you saide Mutagen was originally to be made as a Bomb of some sort, could that be repurposed to kill Gojira?" Packard asked, and Serizawa looked at him.
"Yes, we did originally consider a Design for an Oxygen Weapon to be proposed, it would dissolve oxygen bonds, killing basically any living creature it was in proximity too. If you got a big enough one, it should be capable of killing Gojira." Serizawa answered.
Packard looked at him before asking, "And what was the name of this weapon?"
"Oxygen Bomb OED-01, although the majority of us called it the Oxygen Destroyer." Serizawa answered again, and Packard thought for a moment before responding.
"Serizawa, I am willing to advocate for Funding at Congress at once to get this project done." Packard said. "This is the worst disaster ever, and it will only get worse if it isn't stopped." Packard said.
"I Understand sir." Serizawa said.
"Then I will take the flight to Washington D.C at once, once I've convinced them, which I'm sure it will, you will have unlimited resources to get it done as long as you make it quick." Packard said.
"Yes sir." Serizawa said as Packard left the room. He should have been happy he got his job back, but as he stared at his laptop, with blaring news headlines about death, destruction, devastation, he just felt emptiness, and one other thing.
A Creeping Dread that filled him, and he slid his office chair to his couch in the corner room and quickly fell onto the couch, the chair fell over onto the ground, but he didn't care. He was tired, it was 3 AM after all.
So he just closed his eyes and fell asleep, letting the news headlines and notifications pop up on his pc, and he just wished he could wake up and forget all this ever happened, but it did, and he knew he'd have to face it in the morning.
