Alright, now you will be introduced to the 3rd and 4th power that Naruto will getting and the 3rd power that Sakura will be getting. Everyone else except for Stein and Ronnie in the series will be affected the same way that they were in the T.V. series

Barry is looking out his lab window when the storm over the lab started to spread out, heading for him. Then the power went out, and Barry went to close the sunroof before he felt a change in the atmosphere. He looked around and saw the various chemicals on the shelf start to float out of their container. He then looks up just before a lightning bolt came crashing through the roof and struck him as the wave of Dark matter washed over him, and he was sent crashing into the shelf that held all the chemicals. Barry was knocked unconscious, falling back onto his knocked-over shelves, spilling all their contents onto him.

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

Cisco, Ronnie, and Caitlin stood there, trying to process what they had just witnessed. Granted, it was the most bizarre thing they had just seen. To think that someone so close to them was similar. It was Ronnie who broke the silence and decided to speak up for his fellow colleagues.

"What are you?" Ronnie asked genuinely "Not that I am not completely thankful to you for saving my life."

"Are you even Human?" Cisco asked astonishedly

"What did you do just now? How did you do it? Will it affect Ronnie?" Caitlin asked, both concerned and in scientist mode

"I will answer all your questions, just not here where we can be eavesdropped on." Naruto answered "If you want your questions answered, come to my house tomorrow morning."

They all simply nodded their heads. Oh yeah, things were going to get really complicated and interesting, that was for sure.

(The next day – Uzumaki Household)

As expected, Ronnie, Cisco, and Caitlin showed up the following day. They were now all in the living room while Sakura and their kids were having breakfast in the dining room, with Ronnie and Caitlin sitting together while Cisco sat alone.

"Alright, out with it already." Cisco said antsy

"Alright, who wants their question answered first?" Naruto asked, looking between the 3 of their friends

"What energy came out of you and protected us?" Ronnie asked

"That would be my chakra cloak." Naruto answered/explained

"Does it have short- or long-term side effects?" Caitlin asked concerned for her fiance

"It shouldn't." Naruto answered

"What are you exactly? Are you an alien? What about your wife and kids?" Ronnie shot off rapidly

"Yes, I am, at least partially. I am one-third human." Naruto answered

"What do you mean by one-third?" Ronnie asked confused

"I am a Human-Kryptonian-Otsutsuki Hybrid." Naruto answered, "Truth be told, the Naruto you knew was completely human."

"What do you mean the Naruto we knew? Are you not the same Naruto?" Cisco asked

"What I mean is that my wife and I are not originally from this universe." Naruto answered, "When my wife and I left our universe and entered this one, the Naruto you remember, and I merged. I have all his knowledge and memories. I essentially am the Naruto you remember, just with more added on."

"You mean the whole multiverse theory is an actual thing?" Cisco asked

"That would be correct. What you are about to see is what I really look like. Right now, what you are seeing is an illusion." Naruto said before he dropped the genjutsu, causing their eyes to open wide

"You really are an alien." Caitlin said

"What is it, or what was it like where you come from?" Caitlin asked before everyone surrounding began to warp and change

"Our countries were constantly in conflict in the multiverse where my wife and I come from. Our villages or cities, as the people in this world would call them, would start to train us to be Shinobi at a very young age. We would go through the academy to learn all that we needed before we were given a test to determine if we could graduate, join a team, and go out into the field. Now, I want you to note where my wife and I come from. We have what is called chakra, which is made of physical and mental/spiritual energy. Every living thing has chakra; whether it can be used is another subject." Naruto explained before he took a breath to continue

"Anyways, what differentiated the Shinobi from the civilians was that we could harness our chakra and do amazing things with it, ranging from manipulating the elements and walking up surfaces without hands to healing injuries. Where we are from, an organization called the Akatsuki was formed to retrieve all 9 tailed beasts and revive the original 10 tails. I beat them to the punch, and after my wife got promoted, we got married, and I bound her soul and life force to mine, making her and our kids immortal." Naruto continued before stopping to breathe again

"Long story short, I ended up using the 10 tails to safely drain and strip everyone in our world of chakra and turned it into a chakra fruit, which I promptly consumed." Naruto finished explaining

Ronnie, Caitlin, and Cisco just sat there processing all the information they had just been given. A couple of minutes later, Cisco broke the silence. "That's so cool."

"Thanks, I guess." Naruto said

"How long have you been here in this universe?" Caitlin asked

"We arrived about 12-13 years ago." Naruto answered

"How old are you guys, seeing as you said you are immortal?" Ronnie asked

"We are both about 237 years old mentally. When we left our universe Sakura was about 18 biologically before I bound her life force and soul to my own making her immortal. Sakura and I will stop aging when we reach our physical prime. For Sakura that will be at around the age of 30 which isn't too far away, I won't be to far behind. Chronologically Sakura is older than me by a few months." Naruto answered

"You guys are relatively young. Physically at least." Caitlin commented

"I mean my wife and I are connected to other versions of ourselves that I sent throughout the multiverse so we will be getting mentally older faster than you all." Naruto responded, "Now we have told you this stuff. We hope you will not disclose this information to anyone else without our permission. Because if you did, this life we created for ourselves would vanish." He said, all three of them nodded. "Additionally, would you guys be fine if I placed a safety measure on each of you to prevent you from accidentally spilling our secret?"

"But what about Dr. Wells?" Caitlin asked as she didn't feel comfortable hiding something from their boss/employer

"There's something about that man that feels like he's hiding something and can't be trusted. That and the particle accelerator malfunctioning was not a freak accident. If we really have to, then we will disclose this information to him as well, but only if we have to." Naruto answered, "So, is that a yes or a no?"

"Is this safety measure harmful to us in any way?" Caitlin asked

"All it will do is paralyze your entire body, preventing you from speaking or moving. But after a few minutes it wears off, and if you try again, it will do the same thing, until you stop trying to." Naruto answered

"I'm fine with it." Cisco answered as Caitlin and Ronnie looked at one another

"I guess we are fine with it as well. It's only temporary paralysis after all." Caitlin answered

"Alright, this safety measure is placed on your tongue and will never disappear unless I take it off, so I need each of you to stick your tongue out." Naruto explained, reluctantly everyone stuck their tongues out, and Naruto simply tapped their tongues, causing seals to appear on their tongues

(Nine months later)

Over the next nine months, Naruto watched as Caitlin, Ronnie, and Cisco's chakra reserves increased by about double what they originally were.

Barry was in the hospital, and every time he flatlined, the hospital would experience unexplainable power outages. Dr. Wells eventually offered Joe to watch over Barry at S.T.A.R. labs, where they had better equipment. Joe agreed, and Barry was transferred to S.T.A.R. Labs, where he was being kept in the Cortex with Caitlin monitoring him.

(Cortex)

Music played in the background as Naruto, Ronnie, and Cisco worked on various things while Caitlin monitored Barry.

"Cisco, what are you doing? How do you even know he likes this music?" Caitlin asked

"I checked his Facebook page. I mean, he can hear everything right?" Cisco stated blandly as Caitlin walked away from Barry as Cisco began singing Pokerface.

"Auditory faculties are last to degenerate." Caitlin said

Just then, Barry shot up, gasping for air.

"Oh my god." Cisco said shocked

"Where am I?" Barry asked

"He's up." Caitlin said

"You're at S.T.A.R. Labs." Cisco replied

"I'll call Dr. Wells." Naruto said before having MINATO call Dr. Wells on his phone

Caitlin began to check him over, checking his pupils and other stuff. Barry then started to get out of bed, causing Naruto to move towards him.

"Woah there, Barry, it's ok, relax, you're safe, you're at S.T.A.R. Labs." Naruto reassured Barry, putting his hands on his shoulders to stabilize him

Barry calmed down before speaking again. "Who are you guys?"

Naruto pointed to Cisco and Caitlin. "That's Cisco Ramon, and that's Caitlin Snow." He said before pointing to Ronnie as well before Caitlin came up while holding a cup "And that's Ronnie."

"I need you to urinate in this." Caitlin said in full scientist mode before her husband came up and grabbed the cup

"Not right this second." Ronnie said before he led his wife away from Naruto and Barry

Barry, having had enough of this, backed away. "Wait, what is happening? What's going on?"

"You were struck by lightning the night the particle accelerator went off. You're lucky to even be alive, much less awake." Naruto explained

Barry turned around to look at a monitor that showed his abdomen "Lightning gave me abs?"

"Your muscles should be atrophied, but instead, they are in a constant unexplained state of regeneration." Cailtin explained

Cisco grabbed his shoulder before leading him to a chair "Here, sit down." He said before continuing, "You were in a coma."

Barry looked shocked. "For how long?"

"Nine months." Dr. Wells said from behind him across the room in a wheelchair, "Welcome back, Mister Allen." He finished with a smile, "We have a lot to discuss."

Dr. Wells looked at Caitlin. "Will you please get Mr. Allen something so he doesn't have to go around with a bare chest?"

"Of course, Dr. Wells." Caitlin said before heading off to get him a S.T.A.R. Labs shirt. Coming back shortly after, with Barry wearing a shirt, Dr. Wells motioned for Barry to follow him. Everyone else worked on cleaning up the equipment Barry had been using for the past 9 months.

After a bit of talk with Dr. Wells, they ended up back in the Cortex, and that was when Barry decided that he wanted to go and see Iris, much to the protest of Dr. Wells.

"Guys, he just woke up from a coma. I think the least that we can do is let him go and see his loved ones for the first time in nine months." Naruto said, persuading them to reluctantly agree before Naruto gave Barry a nod, getting a thanks in return before asking if he could keep the sweatshirt, getting a yes in return.

(A few hours later)

After Barry had gone to see Iris and Joe, he headed out of the C.C.P.D. feeling off, not bad or ill, just off. Once he was outside, he looked at his hand and saw that it was vibrating. He then tried to take a step before he found himself a yard from where he was. Trying to get back to where he was, he took another step, which resulted in him slamming into the back windshield of a police cruiser. Barry then decided to try something and went into a full-blown sprint, which sent him zooming. After a couple of seconds, he crashed into the back of a truck with laundry bags.

(S.T.A.R. Labs Air Strip)

Barry returned to S.T.A.R. labs to get answers about what was happening to him. Eventually, 'they' being Dr. Wells, decided to test him. Which was why they found themselves at one of the airstrips that S.T.A.R. Labs owned. Caitlin was getting ready to calibrate the equipment that would monitor Barry's vitals. Naruto and Cisco were getting the earpiece ready for Barry so they could keep in contact while they were testing him. Barry then came out of the S.T.A.R. Labs truck wearing a red tracksuit with what looked like some kind of belt around his waist.

"How does it fit?" Cisco asked

"It's a little snug" Barry said plainly

"Well, at least you will be moving so fast that no one can see you." Cisco said "You see you thought the world was slowing down when it wasn't. You were moving so fast that it seemed that way." He explained while walking Barry over to the Kickstart before turning him around

"Caitlin will be watching your vitals. Dr. Wells will be monitoring your energy output." Cisco explained

"And what do you guys do?" Barry asked, gesturing to Cisco, Naruto, and Ronnie

"Cisco is a mechanical engineer. He makes most of the gadgets, or as he calls them, Toys, while I make the software and everything else behind them. I'm the tech/I.T. guy. I help Cisco when he needs it here and there, as well as Security and Cyber Security Specialist of S.T.A.R. Labs. When things get too rowdy at S.T.A.R. Labs, I broke it up and/or escorted people out. " Naruto answered

"Caitlin is a Bio-engineer, and Ronnie is a structural engineer. He helped build the particle accelerator and helped reconfigure the internals to vent the blast up rather than out killing everyone in S.T.A.R. Labs." Naruto explained, "Cisco, just give him the earpiece already. We need to get on with testing."

"You know you can be a real asshole sometimes, Naruto. I was going to explain all that, but you just had to steal my thunder, didn't you." Cisco complained, getting a laugh from Naruto and Ronnie before Cisco handed Barry the earpiece

"This is a 2-way headset with a camera I modified typically designed to combat battlefield impulse noise…or, in your case, potential sonic booms, which would be AWESOME." Cisco said before taking the helmet off Barry so he could put the earpiece on. Caitlin walked up to calibrate the thing around his stomach that would be monitoring his vitals.

"Mr. Allen, while I am extremely eager to determine your full range of abilities, I do caution restraint." Dr. Wells said, getting a nod from Barry before he walked over to the Kickstart and got in position. Cisco was behind him with a radar gun to track his speed. A few seconds later, Barry was off, causing the backdraft behind him to almost blow everything over, knocking Cisco over

To everyone but Naruto, Barry was a blur, but to him, it looked like he was jogging. Twenty seconds later, Cisco said, "He just passed 300 miles an hour."

As Barry was running, he began to have flashbacks to the night that his mother was murdered, specifically when he went downstairs and witnessed the two balls of lightning chase each other around the room. This caused him to lose focus and not see the water barrels he was closing in on very quickly. Seeing this, Naruto took off running to intercept Barry before he hit the water barrels, shocking Dr. Wells.

'This can't be possible. Barry and I are the only ones that should be able to move that fast.' Dr. Wells thought, completely stunned

Naruto easily closed the distance between him and Barry before he redirected Barry, turning him back around so he would continue towards everyone else, following right behind him.

(Back at S.T.A.R. Labs)

"What the hell was that back there?" Barry asked "I thought I was the only one."

"You are the only one with that ability. All that was to me was a jog." Naruto

"Yes, now I'm assuming you all are wondering what you saw at the airstrip earlier right." Naruto asked, getting a nod from Dr. Wells and Barry. "Alright, do you have any questions before we discuss what the hell else that particle accelerator affected?"

"What else have you not revealed to us?" Dr. Wells asked, "And how fast are you exactly?"

"I don't really know. I haven't ever had a need to push myself." Naruto answered, "Why does that matter?"

"It doesn't. I'm just curious." Dr. Wells answered

"Now that that is over with, Mr. Allen, what happened today?" Dr. Wells asked, "It looked like you lost your focus out there."

Barry then looked at Dr. Wells with a hesitant look on his face "I started remembering something."

Dr. Wells gave him a 'go on' look. Barry started to explain that he was remembering back to the time that his mother was murdered and how his father was still sitting in Iron Heights for her murder, saying that if he was capable of doing this, then what if the man that killed his mother was like him, getting a surprised look from Wells, and sympathetic looks from Naruto, Cisco, Ronnie, and Caitlin.

"Well, I think I can safely say that as of right now, you aren't a one-of-a-kind per se." Dr. Wells stated

"Alright, if that's all, can I go now?" before getting a nod from Dr. Wells and the rest of them.

Barry then headed for Jitters to go and see Iris while everyone else dispersed. After they left, Dr. Wells wheeled himself into one of the many hallways of S.T.A.R. Labs before he wheeled himself closer to the wall and placed his hand on it, causing it to open to what seemed like a black void. Dr. Wells wheeled himself inside, and suddenly, lights turned on, revealing the white room with many white bulges neatly but randomly on the walls.

Dr. Wells stood up from his chair and approached a display case with a yellow suit with red outlines. "I can finally go home." Before he walked up to a pedestal and placed his hand on it, causing a blue head/face hologram to appear

"Good day, Dr. Wells." The hologram said

"Indeed it is Gideon, I may have found a solution to my problem." Dr. Wells said "Now I just have to figure out how to execute it."

(Hour's later - S.T.A.R. Labs)

"I wasn't the only one affected by the particle accelerator explosion, was I?" Barry came stomping into the Cortex, getting a look from Dr. Wells

"We don't know who, what, or how much was affected for sure." Dr. Wells said

"More than just Barry and Mardon were affected, that's for sure." Naruto stated, getting Dr. Wells's attention

"And how exactly would you know that?" Dr. Wells asked

"I have my ways." Naruto answered

"You said the City was safe, that there was no residual danger. But that's not true, so what really happened that night?" Barry said

Dr. Wells looked at his employees before continuing, "Well…the accelerator went active. We all felt like heroes, and then…" as he hit something on the screen of his wheelchair, causing a simulation to appear on the monitor, "It all went wrong. The Dimensional Barrier ruptured, unleashing unknown energies into our world. Dark Matter, Dark Energy, X-Elements—"

"Those are all theoretical." Barry countered

"And how theoretical are you? Or Naruto, for that matter?" Dr. Wells countered back, shutting up Barry

"We mapped the dispersion throughout and around Central City. Though we cannot know exactly what or…who was exposed, we've been searching for other Meta-Humans like yourself." Dr. Wells continued explaining

Barry looked back at Dr. Wells with a puzzled look "Meta-Humans?"

"That's what we're calling them." Caitlin said

"I saw one today." Barry said, causing everyone to look at him. "He's a bank robber, and he can control the weather."

"This just keeps getting cooler." Cisco said with a smile

"This is not cool! Alright, a man died." Barry said, reprimanding Cisco and causing all of them to get sad looks.

"Mardon must have gotten his powers like I did from the storm cloud. He's still out there. We have to stop him before he hurts anyone else." Barry said before he turned around to walkout

"Barry!" Dr. Wells called out causing him to turn around, "That's a job for the police.-"

"-Yeah, and I work for the police." Barry countered

"As a forensic assistant." Dr. Wells stated

Barry gave him a look."You're responsible for this. For him."

"What's important is you! Or rather, you and Naruto. Not me. I lost everything. I lost my company. I lost my reputation. I lost my freedom. And then you. Inside your body could be a map to a whole new world—Genetic Therapies, Vaccines, Medicines, and Treasures buried deep within your cells. We cannot risk losing everything because you want to go out and play hero!" Dr. Wells said, trying to get the importance of his survival across, causing Barry to give him a look. "You're not a hero. You're just a young man who was struck by lightning." before Barry gave them an 'Ok, so that's how it is' look and walked out of S.T.A.R. Labs, heading for Starling City to see his friend Oliver Queen while thinking back to the night of his mother's murder

(Hours later)

Naruto, Caitlin, Ronnie, Cisco, and Barry gathered in the Cortex. Caitlin, Naruto, Ronnie, and Cisco surrounded a table with 2 boxes that Barry had brought and files spread all over it.

"I've been going over unsolved cases from the past nine months, and there's been a sharp increase in unexplained deaths and missing people. Your Meta-Humans have been busy. Now, I'm not blaming you. I know you didn't mean for any of this to happen. But I need your help to catch Mardon and others like him. But I can't do it without you." Barry explained before Caitlin, Ronnie, Cisco, and Naruto gave each other looks before Cisco got a smile

"If we're gonna do this, I have something that might help." Cisco said before he led everyone to a room with a suit on a gurney-like table that he spun around.

"Something I've been playing with. Designed to replace the turnouts firefighters traditionally wear. I thought if S.T.A.R. Labs could do something nice for the community, maybe people wouldn't be so angry at Dr. Wells anymore." Cisco explained

"How is this going to help me?" asked Barry

"It's made of a reinforced tri-polymer. It's heat and abrasive-resistant, so it should withstand your moving at high-velocity speeds. And the aerodynamic design should help you maintain control. Plus, it has built-in sensors so we can track your vitals and stay in contact with you from here." Cisco explained

"Thanks." Barry said "Now how do we find Mardon?"

"I have already retasked the S.T.A.R. Labs satellite to track meteorological abnormalities over Central City. I just got a ping. Atmospheric pressures dropped 20 millibars in a matter of seconds. I've tracked it to a farm just west of the City." Naruto said as everyone looked at him before a map popped up on the screen in front of them.

(Farm west of Central City)

Barry just arrived as a piece of the farm was about to slam into Joe, and Eddie who was knocked out by it, hiding behind a white truck, grabbed it mid-air and carried it with him as he landed. Joe looked to where the piece had landed, only to see who he didn't know, Barry, throwing the piece off of him. Barry looked at Joe only to see a shocked expression on his face.

"Barry! Barry! This thing's getting closer. Wind speeds are 200 miles per hour and increasing. Barry, can you hear me?" Cisco said over the comms

"Yeah. Loud and clear." Barry responded while holding the earpiece that was in his ear inside the suit

"If it keeps up, this could become an F-5 tornado." Cisco told him

"But it's headed towards the city. How do I stop it? Guys?" Barry said asking them what to do

"You could counteract it by making your own around it by running in the opposite direction around it." Naruto said

"He'd have to clock 700 miles per hour to do that." Cisco stated

"His body might not be able to handle those speeds. He just got his powers and had no training in going at speeds that high." Caitlin said Naruto could go way faster, but their bodies were built differently, literally

"Your body may not be able to handle those speeds, Barry. You might die." Caitlin said over comms

"I have to try." Barry said before he shot off and started running circles around the tornado. He went at it for a few seconds

"I'll be on standby in case he can't, and I need to step in." Naruto said

"Haha, the suit's holding up." Cisco said happily

"But he's not" Caitlin said

After a couple more seconds of running around the tornado, Clyde noticed what he was doing. He shot some air out of the side of the tornado, sending Barry tumbling away, his cowl coming off in the process, allowing Joe to see that it was Barry.

"It's too strong." Barry said

"IT'S TIME TO THINK BIG." Clyde said as he up his anti

"Guess that means I have to step in." Naruto said before his body was enveloped by his suit.

Meanwhile, Joe looked in pure awe and shock at what was happening. The impossible was happening right before his eyes. Barry was the impossible; he called him crazy, but it was happening right before his eyes.

Naruto was on the scene a few seconds later and began running counterclockwise to the tornado. Barry just looked in awe; they all watched on the monitor as a golden tornado started to form around the current one going in the opposite direction. After a few seconds, Naruto shot inside, cutting the tornado off at its legs as it started to disperse and grabbed Mardon.

"It's done." Naruto said

"I didn't think there was anyone else like me." Clyde said

"We aren't like you. You're a murderer." Barry said before Mardon was sucked up by a swirling vortex, and Barry turned around, his mask still off.

"Barry, your cowl is off." Naruto informed him before he looked around. "And I think that he saw you without it. Anyways, I'm going to have back to S.T.A.R. Labs." He said before Naruto shot back over to S.T.A.R. Labs

(S.T.A.R. Labs)

Naruto came to a stop just before the Cortex and walked in. "So what is our more permanent solution for emprisoning/storing these Metas?"

"Where did Mardon go? What did you do with him?" Caitlin asked

"He's in one of my pocket dimensions in stasis right now." Naruto answered, "Again, what is our more permanent solution for imprisoning these Metas? We can't exactly put them in a typical prison. They would just break out. So we need to find another way to contain these guys."

"Why do we need to find a permanent solution when you have one already?" Dr. Wells asked

"I mean, yeah, we could just keep them in one of my pocket dimensions, but the problem is I'd rather not have them take up all the space." Naruto answered

"Why do we care if they kill each other?" Dr. Wells asked

"Because we are kind human being?" Caitlin asked rhetorically

"I'm sure we can come up with something. For now, we'll just keep them in the pocket dimension." Naruto said

(The next morning at the farm)

E.M.T.s were on the scene along with various others, cleaning up the mess from the previous night. Barry and Joe were both standing by a white car. With a shocked expression, Joe was still trying to comprehend what had happened and what he had seen last night.

"What you can do…it was the lightning bolt?" Joe asked Barry while in a trance

"More or less." Barry responded

"I'm sorry, Barry. I'm sorry I didn't believe you. And I called you crazy for chasing the impossible. But you really did see something that night your mom died…and your dad is innocent." Joe said with sincerity and compassion in his voice, before turning his back from the car and walking in front of Barry "And who was the one that took Mardon?"

"That's not my place to reveal such information. If they want to reveal themselves to you that's one thing." Barry answered

"Fair enough, but I need you to promise me something. I don't want you telling Iris about anything you can do, any of it. I want her safe…Promise me." Joe said with this new revelation before getting a nod from Barry

"Yeah." Barry said

(Iron Heights Prison)

Barry had gone to Iron Heights to see his dad. They were both in the visitor section, which had glass separating them. Henry and Barry sat down before reaching out for the phones on the wall so they could talk to each other, picking them up and bringing them to their ears.

"Hey, slugger." Henry said, getting a chuckle from his son in return

"You've been calling me that since I was 11." Barry said in response, getting a chuckle from his father, "Funny thing is, I finally got into a fight today."

His father shook his head. "You just got out of a coma. I'm not sure you should be picking fights." He said getting a smile from his son in return. "Hey…Did you win?"

"Not exactly." Barry said before pausing for a few seconds, "You didn't kill mom. You know I know that, right?"

"You believing me is all I need." Henry replied

"You're not gonna be in here much longer. Whoever killed Mom…whatever killed her…I think I finally have a way to find them. To stop them." Barry told Henry

I'm glad they know. I'm so proud to be your son." Barry said while trying not to break down

"I love you, son." Henry said

"I love you too, dad." Barry responded as he placed his hand on the glass separating them, his father following shortly after

Cisco was putting a lightning bolt emblem on the front of the suit.

"Cisco, why the hell are you doing that?" Naruto, Ronnie, and Caitlin asked

"So it doesn't look boring when people see him." Cisco responded as he readjusted the emblem

"My suit lives inside of me." Naruto said "I also finished Project MINATO. as well to go in tandem with my suit. All I have to do is hook it into the building, and it can help us with various tasks."

(Meanwhile, in the Time Vault)

Dr. Wells was standing before his suit, contemplating what to do. 'The only thing that can boost me enough to be faster than Naruto is with a Tachyon prototype. All I need to do is find where one is.' Before he walked up to the pedestal and placed his hand on it, Gideon popped up.

"Good day, Dr. Wells how can I help you today." Gideon said

"I need to find out where to get a Tacyon prototype." Dr. Wells answered
