Erin and Soifon have been at home for several hours, sitting on the couch and cuddling. Erin gently asks, "Would you like to share what made you so nervous at Burger King?" Erin runs her fingers through Soifon's hair as she speaks.

Soifon takes a deep breath before answering, "Honestly, I don't know. It could be nothing." She frowns, recalling how she thought she saw Ace and Jack. However, she doesn't want to assume it was them, though she knows Ace's blue eyes and Jack's face very well.

"Did anything catch your eye?" Erin asks, continuing to run her fingers through Soifon's hair while her other hand rests on her lover's stomach. "I might have seen two familiar faces, but I could be mistaken," Soifon confesses.

"Familiar faces?" Erin repeats Soifon's words. "I don't want to assume anything, but I thought Ace and Jack were in prison. They should be, right?" Soifon asks, looking back at Erin, who is playing with her hair.

Erin displayed a displeased expression as she listened attentively to Soifon's words. "Are you completely certain?" she inquired, her doubt stemming from Voight's earlier revelation that Antonio and himself had single-handedly imprisoned Ace and Jack. It seemed inconceivable to Erin that they would fabricate such a statement.

Soifon was on the brink of responding when an unexpected knock reverberated through the door. "I wonder who has chosen this hour to pay us a visit," Erin mumbled to herself, especially considering the gravity of their ongoing discussion.

Upon opening the door, Erin was greeted with the sight of Voight standing outside. "Ah, hello Hank. What brings you here?" she inquired politely to her foster father, who offered a slight nod in response.

"I came to check on all of you and apprise you of Xavier's capture," Voight announced, prompting Erin to invite him inside. "That is excellent news," Erin stated, her delight evident as they had managed to apprehend the suspect. Her primary concern was ensuring that Xavier would no longer pose a threat to anyone else.

Erin led Voight to the living room, where Soifon was seated on the couch. 'Hello, Voight,' she began, but he interrupted her, 'When we are not at work, feel free to call me Hank,' he stated as he graciously took a seat in the chair across from the two women.

Soifon looked at him with a perplexed expression and remarked, 'Considering you are practically family by being with Erin, and also because I genuinely like you.' Voight responded with a grin on his face while Erin handed him a beer, which he gladly accepted.

'I presume you are here to inform us about the capture or escape of Xavier,' Soifon speculated, her gaze fixed on Voight, who simply nodded. 'Thanks to Ashley, we managed to apprehend him,' he revealed.

Soifon let out a relieved sigh, and the three of them engaged in conversation for several hours. As Soifon glanced at Voight, she decided to inquire about Ace and Jack. 'Hank, may I inquire about something?' she politely posed the question.

Voight observed Soifon and nodded, responding with formality, 'Certainly, what is the matter?' he inquired, noticing the seriousness conveyed in Soifon's blue eyes. Soifon, recognizing the need to be direct, stated, 'It pertains to Ace and Jack.'

Observing Voight's raised eyebrow, the woman with raven-colored hair elaborated, 'I would like to know if they are still incarcerated.' Hoping for an affirmative response, she queried, 'May I inquire why you ask? Surely they remain imprisoned.' Voight responded with a hint of concern.

Soifon exchanged a glance with Erin, who had seated herself beside her. Gathering her thoughts, Soifon commenced, 'During our visit to Burger King, I happened to spot two individuals who bore a striking resemblance to them. I am hesitant to assume anything, but I cannot easily forget the appearances of the man I spent five years with and my adopted brother.'

Voight absorbed this information, contemplating the implications. He realized it would be imprudent to withhold the information from Soifon, considering she had witnessed the individuals. He wondered if Ace and Jack were planning something or merely evading the authorities.

Erin inquired, interrupting her foster father's thoughts, 'Is it true, Hank? Was what Soifon saw real and not just her imagination?' Voight shook his head and sighed. 'No,' he confirmed the women's answer.

Erin, with wide eyes, asked, 'What do you mean? Did they manage to escape?' She was unsure of how to feel about Antonio and Voight keeping this information from them, but wanted to hear Voight's explanation first.

Voight let out a sigh before addressing the two women, 'They escaped on the day we apprehended them, and we had no knowledge of their whereabouts.' He admitted.

Soifon and Erin exchanged glances before Erin confronted her foster father. 'And how long did you intend to withhold this information from us?' She asked, narrowing her green eyes.

Voight observed them and let out a sigh. 'Antonio and I deliberately kept this information from you both in order to ensure your safety and prevent unnecessary stress,' he calmly explained. He was determined to shield them from any harm, especially now that he suspected Ace and Jack were planning something.

Soifon attentively listened to Voight's explanation and nodded in understanding. 'I see, Hank. However, it would be much safer for us if we were informed beforehand, so we could be vigilant,' she gently expressed. She comprehended the reasons behind Voight and Antonio's actions.

'Indeed, we are both detectives as well, and we have the ability to protect ourselves,' Erin replied, trying to maintain her composure.

'I understand that,' Voight acknowledged, 'but given your pregnancy and Soifon's previous injury, it was the best choice initially. Rest assured, I promise to apprehend Ace and Jack and bring them to justice.' Voight's gaze shifted to Soifon and Erin, who looked back at him.

'We want to assist, especially considering that if they aren't caught, we have no idea what they could do, particularly when Jack learns about my pregnancy,' Erin voiced her concerns.

Voight nodded at Erin and expressed concern, saying, "I don't think it's safe for you to continue fluid work, Erin." However, before he could finish his thought, the brunette interrupted him with a glare and questioned why she was being taken off fluid work.

Voight glanced at Erin's stomach and inquired, "How far along are you, Erin? Four, or five and a half months pregnant." His statement seemed more like an observation than a question, causing Erin to frown as she confirmed, "I'm five and a half months pregnant."

"But what does that have to do with catching Ace and Jack?" Erin asked, genuinely confused about the connection between her pregnancy and their pursuit.

Voight took a deep breath and calmly explained, "I appreciate your quick response in wanting to help catch them, but I don't want you to put yourself and the baby in danger. You'll be assigned desk work for now, and when Soifon is healed, she will be able to assist in apprehending Ace and Jack."

Erin frowned, understanding Voight's reasoning. Will had previously told her that once she reached five months or more, she should refrain from fluid work until after she had the babies.

After careful consideration, Erin nodded in agreement with Voight's statement, confirming that she was indeed expecting twins. The news brought a wide smile to her foster father's face, as he asked excitedly, 'So, will I have three grandchildren?' It was worth noting that he already had Danny, who was Justin's son.

In response, Soifon smiled and nodded, adding, 'Yes, we will find out the genders in a few days.' As a raven-haired woman, she felt grateful for the opportunity to assist in locating Ace and Jack once she has fully recovered. She understood that the task ahead would not be easy, but she was determined not to give up until they were brought to justice.

Erin, still beaming, extended an invitation to Voight, saying, 'If you would like, you are more than welcome to accompany us and find out the genders firsthand.' The idea of Voight being present on such a special occasion warmed her heart.

Voight, in a state of shock, looked at the two women and replied, 'Of course, I would be honored to go with you.' He then proceeded to hug both Erin and Soifon, expressing his genuine excitement and gratitude.

Erin and Soifon reciprocated the hug. "And rest assured, we will eventually capture Ace and Jack," Voight assured them as he released the embrace. "Furthermore, I strongly advise both of you to exercise caution. Should anything seem amiss or if you experience any suspicious activity, do not hesitate to contact either myself or Antonio."

Soifon and Erin exchanged glances and nodded in agreement. "Please do not worry, we will remain vigilant," Erin assured Voight. "Besides, Ace and Jack may not pose much of a threat considering they would have to overcome you and the rest of the team."

However, Soifon remained skeptical. "Do not let your guard down. Ace and Jack are plotting something, and I trust them about as much as I can throw them," she warned. Although Erin preferred a more optimistic perspective, they could not simply dismiss the potential danger.
