Field of Screams

In night time in the Ole, Brazil, they were having a parade festival and most of all, the Ole Festival's Soccer Cup.

"You can feel the excitement in air here in Brazil as the Ole festival shifts into high gear, but it's the main event that has the fans anxiously awaiting and that's the festivals, Ole Festival's soccer match." The event took place in the soccer colosseum. "This international tournament began with thirty-two teams but only one will emerge from the finals as the world champion of soccer." The news reporter announced before crowd goes wild.

Outside the city, the egg capsule is dropped from the cliff and landed on the bushes. The egg capsule cracked open and the card glows as it activated. The card revealed to be a dinosaur called the Altirhinus and It looked where the city is.

Taylor's residence

The voice was heard from the television as Rex, Terran, and Max watch the sports channel.

"We're just minutes away from the kickoff in Ole Cup Final and the stadium is packed with fans of both team! Who will take home the trophy? Will it be the local champions team of Ole or the powerful Euro FC? It could come down between these two super stars: Ricardo and Deckham."

"Probably the Euro, don't you?" Rex asked Max, but he's not beside him.

Max is outside with Chomp, playing soccer. "No way, Euros gonna lose big time. Oles gonna clobber him. I bet Ricardo gets ten goals."

"Right, Ricardo. I guess I must have forgotten what a big Ricardo fan you are, Max." Rex said, looking at the TV showed Ricardo is training with his dog.

"I'm his biggest fan. Did you know he trains at home by playing soccer with his dog?" Max said, kicked the soccer ball with one leg. "So maybe if I practice playing with Chomp, I could be as good as Ricardo someday." Suddenly Chomp takes the soccer ball from Max. "Chomp! Hey, that was a foul! Get back here with my ball!" Chomp started chewing on the soccer ball until it pops flatten. "I guess practice is over." He picked up the flatten soccer ball with Chomp still biting it.

"Looks like Ricardo doesn't need to start worrying yet." Rex said to Ace.

"Deckham is on!" Zoe squealed. "Wow, how cool is he! I don't know who started calling the prince of Europe but they couldn't be more right."

"I didn't know you were such a soccer fan, Zoe." Rex said.

"Neither did I." Terran piped in.

"Oh, yeah but only when Deckham was playing, of course." She said. "I bet he's going to score the winning goal today too!"

"What! No way, team Ole is gonna win today because Ricardo is gonna make sure of it." Max said.

"Dream on, Max. Nathan Deckham hasn't won." Zoe said, brushing her hair. "He's the best player in the whole world. Not to mention, he's totally hot but that goes without saying."

"It takes more than good looks to be a great soccer player and there's no possible way of pretty boy like Nathan Deckham is taking home the Ole cup." Max remarked while Rex and Terran watched them argued.

"Sounds to me that you're jealous, Max." Zoe said, thinking he's jealous.

"I am not." He said.

"But I can understand why. Not everybody can be both an amazing athlete and super cute at the same time, you know. Stop being so hard on yourself." She stated.

"This isn't about me! Ricardo and Ole are better!" Max argued.

"We'll find out soon, right?" Zoe said.

"We don't need to find out! Augh! Why won't you just admit Ole is the best?!" He exclaimed.

"It's because they don't have Deckham." She said.

"Settle down, you two." Terran breaks up the argument while Paris and Wisp watched Ace and Chomp plays tug-a-war with flat soccer ball. "It's not like the dinosaur will reveal themselves where the Ole soccer match takes place."

Suddenly, their dino-holders and wrist controller's alarm go off and they heard it.

D-lab

The D-team and Terran rushed to the D-lab.

"Hey, Reese. Where'd the dinosaur appear?" Max asked.

"South America, near the town of Ole." Reese replied.

"Ole." He said.

"I remember Ole. One spring break, I went there for the festival. Boom-shaka-laka-la!" Dr. Taylor said, shaking his maracas.

"That festival is going on now!" Max exclaimed.

"What if the dinosaur hurts even Deckham?!" Zoe added.

"You mean the soccer player?" She said.

"Calm down, you two. We won't know what kind of dinosaur is it when we get there." Terran said.

"That's right, there are thousands of people there for the festival and the soccer game. A huge panic over a dinosaur could cause a lot of injuries." Dr. Taylor said.

"Let's get going then." Rex said as they headed to the teleporter.

"Good luck. Enjoy the parade, kids!" Spike said as they teleported to the Ole, Brazil.

"Nathan Deckham, what a babe." Reese murmured, holding her soccer player card.

"Huh?" He said as she hides her blush, hoping he doesn't hear her.

Ole, Brazil

In the festival parade, The Alpha gang disguised themselves in their Egyptian costume.

"What are we doing here? I don't see any dinosaur at this parade." Zander said.

"Neither do I and this costume is starting to itch." Ed complained.

"Quiet, you're supposed to be guard dogs and dogs don't talk." Ursula said.

"We're not dogs. We're sphinxes which are half lion, not dog." He said.

"That's great, so I have one half lion and the other half clown working with me." She said. "Maybe if you had a brain, you could help me find that dinosaur."

"But I do have half a brain and anyway, how are we supposed to see it in this giant crowd?" Ed said.

"Hey, maybe we climb up on that gorilla float, we'll have a better view." Zander pointed at the gorilla float.

"That's actually a good idea. Onward and upward." Ursula said, point her staff.

"And we're off." Ed and Zander ran to the gorilla float.

"Wait! Stay in character. Keep dancing." She said, stopping them.

They act natural as they blend in with the parade performers.

Within the crowd, the D-team and Terran arrived in parade as they watched.

"This crowd is huge!" Rex said.

"I can see why it's an awesome parade!" Zoe added.

They heard a squealing and yelling sound.

"What's that all about?" Max asked.

"It's coming from that bus." Terran pointed over the fans.

"Is that Ricardo?" He sees Ricardo, who is signing an autograph. "It is him! I don't believe it! Team Ole! Yay!" He went over to his favorite soccer player star.

"Wait, hold on! Max!" Zoe called out.

"Forget it. He's obvious already forgotten what it is we even came here for." Rex glanced at Zoe, who was staring at someone. "Uh, Zoe?"

"It's really him!" She squealed, excitedly. "He's even cuter in person!" She rushed over to the group of fans. "Deckham! Over Here, Deckham!" She pushed aside the crowd to get close to her favorite soccer player star. "Excuse me! Excuse me! I'm your biggest fan in the whole universe! Could I have your autograph, please?! You're awesome!"

"Where do I sign?" Deckham said with British accent.

"Hugh!" Zoe gasped as she looks for paper for him to sign. "On her!" She held Paris in front of him. He looked surprised.

"Looks like they got their wish." Terran said.

"That's perfect. They've both forgotten why we're here." Rex frowned.

Rex and Terran felt the ground rumbled. "Huh?" They gasped.

"Ah, let me go. Stop it. Put me down, you big ape." Ursula said, in the gorilla float while Ed and Zander are on top of gorilla float, looking out for the dinosaur. "Didn't you see the movie? You're supposed to love the beautiful woman, not crushing her to jelly."

"Hey, Ed. If this thing's on wheel, then what's making those on footsteps?" Zander asked Ed when he felt the ground rumbled.

"I gotta a pretty good guess!" Ed exclaimed, pointing at something in front. "Ursula, behind you!" He called out to Ursula, who turned around and see Altirhinus in front of her.

"Oh." She said and the dinosaur roared at her who screamed by it.

The Altirhinus destroyed the gorilla float, sending the Alpha gang flying away, and causing everyone to panic and run away from it.

"Whoa, is that Iguanodon?" Zoe asked.

"No. With that big nose, it's gotta be Altirhinus." Max replied.

"I wonder what does it want here?" Terran wondered.

Altirhinus look to its left and went to the city.

"let's get it." Max said.

"Right." Zoe nodded as they go after the dinosaur.

The Altirhinus is headed to the market stands as the drivers brake and ran away in fright by it. Altirhinus approached the melons on the truck and eat it.

"There it is!" Max said as they see the dinosaur eating the melons. "That's right. The Altirhinus were herbivores, weren't they?"

"Looks like one is starving." Rex observed it.

"It's gonna wipe out the market place." Zoe said, thinking it'll eat all the food in the market.

"Ace, Let's take care of this." Rex turns Ace into a card and zaps to Rex's hand. "Dino slash!" He swipes the card on his dino-holder. "Carnotaurus, Blow them away!" Rex summons Ace in full-sized Carnotaurus.

As the battlefield changes, Ace runs up and bashes the Altirhinus, but when he tries running up again, it knocks him away with its tail.

"Ace, get up pal." Rex said.

It runs over to him, but Ace hits it across the face with his tail and knocks it back.

"All right." Max said.

"Keep it coming, Ace." Rex said.

The Alpha gang shows up in the middle of the battle.

"I'll take over from here." Ursula said.

"It's the Alpha gang!" Rex said.

"Go get'em, Spiny! Show him how it's really done!" Ursula swipes the card on Alpha scanner as Spiny is summoned in full-sized Spinosaurus.

Spiny charges up, jumps over the D-team and Terran, and knocks Ace away.

"Hey! Old lady, we were here first!" Zoe said, angrily.

"You'll pay for saying that!" Ursula growled at her. "Spiny, forget about that dinosaur and go crush those snot-nosed girl!"

"But the dinosaur." Zander reminded her.

"What if Dr. Z finds out?" Ed added.

"Alright, fine! Get the dinosaur first, then we'll pummeled the pipsqueaks!" She ordered Spiny as Ace ran past him.

Ace tries to charge the Altirhinus again, but Spiny bites his tail and pulled him away from Altirhinus.

"It's got Ace." Max said, seeing Ace in trouble.

"Looks like we'll have to defeat Spiny before we can go after Altirhinus." Rex said, knowing they had to deal with Spiny first.

Ace frees himself by kicking Spiny in the face, then engages him in a head-shoving match.

"Hang in there, Ace! Come on!" Zoe cheered him.

"Alright, this is gone long enough. Hurry up, use the move card, Zander." Ursula told Zander.

"Here goes... Tail Smash!" Zander swipes the move card on Alpha scanner.

Spiny's first two hits land on their mark, but Ace ducks just in time to dodge the last and strongest hit, making the Alpha gang surprised.

"He dodged it." Max said, surprised.

"All right." Zoe said

"Impressive." Terran said.

"That was nothing." Rex presses the button to activate the move card. "Watch this, Cyclone!"

Then Ace gathers the wind from the storm and launches Spiny into the air, and is defeated after crashing into the ground.

"Yes!" Max cheered.

"Way to go!" Zoe cheered.

"Wha?!" Ed and Zander gasped went to retrieve Spiny's card.

"Hey, guys. Where'd the Altirhinus go?" Max noticed the dinosaur is gone.

"It must have gotten away." Zoe guessed.

"During Ace and Spiny's fight." Terran added.

"Great, thanks a lot. Alpha gang" Rex said, annoyed.

"Well, it was our pleasure." Ursula picked up Spiny's card. "You know, nothing makes our day quite like ruining yours."

"I think I know how to ruin it worse." Ed said.

"And I like what you're thinking." Zander added.

"Let's go!" The Alpha gang left to search the dinosaur.

"No way, we gotta get to that dinosaur before they do." Max said to them.

"Right." They said before they went look for the Altirhinus before the Alpha gang do.

Somewhere in another part of the city, The Altirhinus sneaks in the storage warehouse with all the parade float and falls asleep.

In another part of town, The D-team and Terran is headed to the stadium, searching the dinosaur there.

"So Max, tell me again why you think we should head for the stadium to look for it?" Rex questioned.

"I agree. I don't see why the Altirhinus would be interested at the stadium." Terran said.

"Because that's where the game is gonna be." Max said as they head to the stadium. "So of course, That's where Altirhinus is gonna go to."

"What? Why would a dinosaur care about that?" Zoe questioned.

"I don't think dinosaurs watch soccer. Don't you think it'd probably go look for food up in the mountains or something?" Rex doubted.

"Nope. There's food at the game." He said.

"Right. I'm sure it loves nachos." Rex said, sarcastically.

"Heads up!" The ball is rolled to them as Chomp plays with their ball. "Hey, look. He's pretty good." The boy said behind the fence.

"Don't bite, Chomp." Max picked Chomp up from biting their ball. "Sorry about that, he'll chomp down anything if you let him get a hold of it." He apologized to the kids. "That was a close one. Here you go." Max kicked the ball over the fence and the kid catches it.

"Nice kick. Why don't you come over and play with us for a while?" The kid asked them to play soccer with them.

"That'd be awesome. It's gonna feel like I'm practically playing in Ole cup myself!" Max said, containing his excitement. "Count me in!"

"Time out, Max." Rex stopped him. "Do you even remember what were here for? We still haven't found that Altirhinus." He reminded him.

"But that's probably because it's asleep somewhere. After it wakes up, we'll find it easy." Max told him, making Rex unsured. "So, let's play!"

"Uh..." Terran was about to say.

"Don't forget about me. I'll play mid-field." Zoe joins in.

"Guess that means I'm goalie again." He sighed.

"I'll just wait until you kids finished playing soccer with them." Terran said.

Meanwhile, the Alpha gang is at the parade festival with Tank, in full-sized, disguised herself as a parade float.

"Ole, everyone, Ole!" She shouted to the crowd.

"They love our float." Zander said while waving the crowd.

"Yeah, this was a really great plan, Ursula!" Ed said.

"And the best part is when that Altirhinus shows up, Tank will already be out and ready to fight." Ursula explained the plan.

"Right. With the get-up like this on, nobody will even guess that Tank is real." Zander said.

A dog went up to Tank and barked at her, who roared at it and scared it off.

"Settle down, Tank. Take it easy." Ursula said, calming Tank down.

"Down, girl." Ed and Zander said, calming her down as well.

Back at the warehouse, the people went to get more float for the parade, but beside the one of the floats, the Altirhinus is gone.

The group came across the float that looked like a soccer field with large ball made of grass.

"I don't get this float." the man said.

"What's the get? It's a soccer ball made of grass." the other man said.

"I know, but why so big? It doesn't even fit the goals." He said as the Altirhinus comes near the soccer float.

"A dinosaur!"

"Run for your life!"

They ran for their life while Altirhinus kicks the large grass ball off the float.

Back with the D-team

"Great pass!" Zoe cheered while she kicks the ball to other kid.

"Shoot it, Max!" Rex said.

"Here goes..." Max kicked the ball to the goal which Rex missed it. "Goal!"

"Great game, you guys. thanks a lot." Max handshake with the kid.

"Thank you, Max." The kid thanked him.

"It's cool that soccer is the same everywhere you. You can play with anyone, no matter where in the world they come from." Zoe said.

"And that's why soccer is the greatest game ever!" Max said.

"And now breaking news..." The reporter's voice was heard from TV.

"What's going on?" Rex asked.

They ran to where Terran is watching the news on TV and showed the Altirhinus is playing a large grass ball.

"A dinosaur has appeared on the road, leading to the stadium where the Ole Cup Finals are about to begin." They said on the news.

"What do you know? It likes to play soccer." Terran observed it.

"See. I told you he'd head for the stadium." Max told Rex, making him groaned. "Come on, we've gotta hurry up and get there too."

Zoe and Terran nodded.

Back with the Alpha gang

"Give it up for our winning Samba dancing team: The Alpha gangler!" The announcer said.

"Thank you all! You have an excellent taste! Let the thrill of our victory carry you through the day!" Ursula said as the crowd roared.

They heard a sound coming from the Alpha scanner and they answered it.

"What is this?! Am I watching the new episode of dancing with the fools?!" Dr. Z yelled.

"Dr. Z?!" They said, surprised.

"That dinosaur is out causing all sorts of trouble while you three are here doing a rumba!" He said.

"Samba." She corrected.

"Look!" Dr. Z switch the footage of Altirhinus playing with the soccer ball made of grass.

"Hey. Almost look like he's playing soccer." Ed said.

"That's because it is playing soccer! In fact, its love of soccer is exactly use to capture it." Dr. Z cackled.

"I'm not sure that I follow." Ursula unsured.

"Are we going to start up a dinosaur league?" Zander asked.

"No, you peabrains! But if I tell you anymore, you only messed it up. Just go to the stadium and wait for orders." Dr. Z instructed them and signs off.

"You've been great, folks!" Zander said while turning Tank back to the card. "See you next year!"

"Exit, stage right!" They left the stage and headed to the stadium.

The video on news channel shows the audience is in panic by the appearance of a dinosaur.

"I'm reporting live from Ole stadium where fans are in a panic rushing to evacuate amid reports that the dinosaur is headed right for it!" The other footage shows the Altirhinus is pushing the large ball to the stadium. "And here it comes, a huge dinosaur rolling a giant made of grass."

The D-team and Terran rushed to the stadium.

"It's going inside!" Max sees the dinosaur going inside the stadium.

In the stadium, the soccer players ran and evacuate the area as Altirhinus rolls the ball to the soccer field. The D-team and Terran arrived to the soccer field.

"Well, at least we got it cornered." Max said. "Should I call out Chomp? Huh. Hey, Ricardo." Max sees him.

"Now's not the time for that stuff, Max." Rex said.

"You can go see him after we capture the Altirhinus." Terran said.

"It's so exciting!" Max said before being reluctant. "All right." They left.

Zoey bumped into Nathan Deckham, who catch her from falling.

"I'm sorry, love. Are you alright?" He said, flashing his teeth.

"Nathan Deckham!" She said.

"Haven't we met before?" He asked.

"Yes." She fainted.

"Um, Zoe." Max said to him.

"You know her?" Nathan Deckham asked.

"Yeah, sorry about that." He apologized.

"We'll take care of her." Rex said.

"And you'll be on your way, sir." Terran said before he carries Zoe to the bench.

"It must be dreaming. It's too wonderful to be real." Zoe said in her sleep as he set here down on the bench. "Nathan Deckham remember me."

"Zoe snap out of it." Max said to Zoe.

"She's out of it." Terran told him.

"Look, guys." Rex saw the Altirhinus squashed the large ball of grass and now goes on the rampage.

"I hope you're ready, Chomp" Max said as Chomp barked before turning into a card and zaps to his hand. "Dino Slash!" He swipes the card on his holder. "Go Triceratops, Roar!" Chomp is summoned in full-sized Triceratops.

Chomp knocks Altirhinus back, Altirhinus hits him, but missed when Chomp dodged and hits it in the head with his tail,

"Hang in there, Chomp." Max said.

Chomp bites its tail and hurls it towards the field.

"Well, that Altirhinus puts up quite a battle, don't you think?" Ursula said as they show in the stadium.

"Great, not you again." Rex said, annoyed.

"If you think you're sorry to see me now, just wait! I've got a special surprise for the four of you interfering half-pints!" Ursula said.

"What does that mean?" Max asked.

"Ed, Zander, release the ball!" She ordered.

"Right!" They responded as the Alpha helicopter hovers between Chomp and Altirhinus.

"Fans, this is a new ball, designed especially for dinosaur soccer!" Zander said as Ed blew the whistle.

The helicopter drops the ball. Chomp approach the ball and kick it to the Altirhinus. The dinosaur used its tail to smack it to Chomp, who catches it. Altirhinus bellowed and charged at Chomp. Chomp moved the ball away from it as the dinosaur missed. He tail-kicked the ball over the dinosaur and catched it.

"Whoa, look at that." Max awed.

"They're really are playing soccer." Rex said.

"And Chomp's got the hang of it." Terran added.

"Unreal." Max said as Chomp plays the soccer.

"It's working just like Dr. Z said." Ed said.

"Who would have that thought you could fuse Alpha droids together and make a ball?" Ursula said, rhetorically.

"Well, I can't think of a more enjoyable way to capture a dinosaur." Zander said. "While the Alpha droids are out there doing all the work for us, we sit back and watch the soccer match." The trio cackled.

"Why would the Alpha gang give the dinosaurs a soccer ball?" Max asked.

"I'm sure they're up to something no good." Rex replied.

"Or it might have something to do with the ball they give out." Terran said while looking at the ball.

"I'm gonna call back Chomp." He said, about to turn Chomp back to the card.

"Ed, time to release the droids." Ursula tells Ed.

"Okay, Alpha droids scatter, now!" Ed said, pressing button.

The ball turned into a dozen of Alpha droids.

"Scatter, Scatter, Scatter" The droids gets ready to capture Chomp and Altirhinus, but they were dizzy from kick and roll by Chomp earlier.

"They're supposed to attack. Besides, we won the best Samba." Ursula said.

"Um, they're not dancing, Ursula. They're dizzy." Zander noticed.

"Another invention from Dr. Z goes bust." She pointed out. "So, begin Alpha gang Plan B!"

"Let's go, Terry!" Ed swipes the card on his Alpha scanner. Terry is summoned in full-sized Tyrannosaurus rex.

"Their T-rex!" Rex sees Terry entered the battle.

"That's against the rule." Terran pointed out.

"That's an illegal substitution. Red card!" Max holds up the red card. "That player has to leave the field, right now!"

"Sorry runt, but you're not the referee here, and even you were, we play by our own rules." Ursula said, sticked her tongue out. "Go get'em, Terry! And hit him hard!"

Terry roared, charged to the battle, and bites Chomp in the neck and hurls him across the field.

"No, Chomp." Max sees him hurled away.

"Ace, I'm sending you in to help Chomp." Rex turned Ace into the card and zaps to his hand. "Dino Slash!" He swipes the card to his dino-holder. "Carnotaurus, blow them away!" Ace is summoned in full-sized Carnotaurus.

"I'm sending you in as well, Wisp." Terran turns Wisp into a card and zaps to his hand. "Dino slash!" He swipes the card on his controller. "Brachiosaurus, Shine your way!" Terran summons Wisp in full-sized Brachiosaurus.

Ace and Wisp landed in battle, but their arrival jolts the Alpha Droids back to their senses, and they pile on, immobilizing them.

"Ace, shake them off!" Rex told Ace.

"Wisp, get up. Don't let them take you down!" Terran called to him.

"Look at that! I guess all they needed was a little kickstart." Zander said, seeing the droids back up to their feets.

"We all needed sometimes." Ed added.

"Yes, some of us more than others." Ursula said.

Terry roared and charges Altirhinus, but Chomp jumps in between them and knocking him back.

"Tear'em apart, Terry!" Ursula growled while putting Zander in headlock.

"Um Ursula, that crunching sound is my neck bones cracking. Let me out." Zander grunted.

"Come on, Chomp! Keep it up!" Max cheered, but his dino-holder beeped as it means Chomp is running low on energy. "Oh no, Chomp's energy is really low. Great."

Terry bites Chomp's neck and hurls him again, this time into one of the goals, defeating him.

"I'm coming, Chomp!" Max went to get his card back.

"One down and we even scored a goal too." Ursula said.

"Go, Neck Crusher!" Ed swipes the move card on his Alpha scanner.

Terry ran towards Altirhinus. Wisp and Ace breaks free from the droids and tries to intervene, but isn't fast enough, and Terry beats Altirhinus by tossing it up, jumping up and slam his tail on its neck, defeating it as it comes down hard.

"That's it! We win the game!" Ursula said while Ed blew the whistle.

"Yeah, Well, you don't win the card!" Max retorted and makes a grab for the card, but Terry blocked his way as Ursula picked up the Altirhinus card.

"Oh, that's where you're wrong." Ursula taunted.

"Come on, Terry. Our work here is all done." Zander turned Terry back into the card.

"We had a ball, squirts! Better luck next time! Ole!" They taunted them as they left hanging on the helicopter's ladder.

"Aw man!" Rex frowned.

"They've got the card now." Terran said.

"Alpha gang! Take...That!" Max kicked the soccer ball at the helicopter, knocking them out of sky.

"Nice shot." Terran said, looking at the soccer ball hit.

"I promise, that'll be the last time you beat us to a dinosaur." He swore.

Drake's residence

Zoe got back from Ole with others and showed Reese an autograph sign on Paris' belly.

"Cool, huh." Zoe said. "Can you believe it, Reese? I really got even Deckham actual autograph! I decided I'm never ever gonna wash it off of her! He was so cute!"

"Maybe I should study the effect of ink on dinosaur skin." Reese said.

"No way!" Zoe said, taking Paris off her hands.

"Please?" She asked.
