Wolfgirl2013: And people say wrestlers were treated poorly in this day and age, at least when Vince was running the show.
XTCViper: There won't be any off-screen moments in this one. This is pure WWE action.
Disclaimer: I do not own WWE. I only own the OC George Edwards/The Bladewolf.
RAW is WAR: 27/4/1998
RAW is WAR was live at Hampton Coliseum in Hampton, Virginia. After a showing of DX outside the Norfolk Scope where WCW Monday Nitro is being held, Vince McMahon comes out and starts making his way down to the ring.
"Hey, it's Vince McMahon!" Jerry cheered.
"Oh shut up." JR rolled his eyes at him sucking up to the boss. "Wonder what he's out here for."
"Well, he's out here to address what happened at Unforgiven, duh." Jerry said. like it was obvious.
Vince enters the ring, a microphone already in hand as he stands in the center of the ring. The fans are making their opinion of the WWF owner very known as they boo him heavily, but Vince kept his tight smile in place.
"Last night... did not go quite the way that I envisioned." Vince began, slowly walking around inside the ring. "Last night, at Unforgiven... I wanted to see the Bladewolf retain his title!"
"What?" Jerry frowned.
JR was confused as well. "What does he mean?"
"You see, I never had a problem with the Bladewolf. So I don't see the reason for his hostility against me." Vince said, and the crowd just booed him in response. "I wanted to work with him, I wanted to take him to greater heights. I was honest when I told him that I could help him become the greatest WWF Champion of all time. Yes, I acted rashly by trying to take Stone Cold Steve Austin and make him the face of this company, but that didn't quite work out well."
The crowd cheered, remembering how that went down.
"Listen to these idiots, JR." Jerry said with disgust at the fans.
"Freedom of expression, King." JR said, amused.
"But now... I have come to realize one thing." Vince said, his expression turning to a furious one. "That the very thought of men like the Bladewolf or Stone Cold Steve Austin as WWF Champion makes me sick to my stomach! Bladewolf, I came out to help you last night but you didn't take the offer for help! And how did you repay me? You allowed Austin to hit me with a chair! Oh, oh! You may think Austin was aiming for the Bladewolf, but he wasn't! Because of that chair shot, I suffered a concussion."
"Oh poor Vince." JR rolled his eyes.
"Nevertheless, my judgment is not clouded." Vince continued. "Should I fire Stone Cold Steve Austin? Not yet. I have other plans. First off, tonight, Austin will defend his WWF Championship against... Goldust."
"What?" JR frowned as Vince smirked and the crowd booed.
"Did you really think I was going to let the Bladewolf have a rematch after what he did last night?" Vince laughed at the fans. "No! As long as I ha e a say in the matter, the Bladewolf will never, EVER get another shot at the WWF Title! He gets no rematch at all! Not now, not next week, next month, next year, five years from now! Never! Only when I say, if I feel he deserves it!"
"He does deserve it!" JR shouted as the fans booed Vince heavily.
"And there will be a guest referee for the match between Austin and Goldust." Vince continued, ignoring the negativity of the fans. "And that person is a friend of the McMahon family, and a warm human being. Ladies and Gentlemen, give it up for-"
OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!
The Devil's Wolf played to a loud cheer from the fans as the lights switched to the sinister blood red and dark blue before the Bladewolf walked out, storming towards the ring.
"Oh-oh!" JR said.
"Run Vince! Run!" Jerry shouted.
"Here comes the former WWF Champion, the Bladewolf, and is not happy!" JR said.
Vince quickly scattered from the ring and hopped over the guard railing, the Bladewolf quickly following and speed=walking after the WWF owner.
"Oh feet don't fail me now!" JR chuckled.
Jerry shot him a look. "It's not funny! He's gonna kill him!"
"Well, he poked the wolf and is about to get the teeth sank into him." JR retorted.
The current match was Jeff Jarrett vs Bradshaw. Bradshaw NO-SELLS a bunch of stuff from Jarrett and catches him with an awesome boot to the face. He chops on Jarrett and tosses him out to the floor.
OOOOOOOOWWWWHHHHOOOOOOO!
"Uh=oh!" JR exclaimed as the lights went out.
"Oh no!" Jerry said.
Soon, the wolf howl went off again and the lights came back on... AND THE BLADEWOLF WAS IN THE RING!
"It's the Bladewolf!" JR shouted as the Bladewolf grabs Bradshaw by the throat, lifts him up... AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM! "Oh! What a Chokeslam! The Bladewolf is not in a very good mood after what Vince McMahon had to say earlier tonight!"
"What happened to Vince Is he okay?" Jerry questioned in concern.
JR rolled his eyes. "Well, we haven't heard anything alarming about Vince, so I think he's safe."
The Bladewolf flipped his hair back and adjusted his elbow pad before he spotted Jeff Jarrett entering the ring and grabs him by the throat, then lifts him up onto his shoulders before... HITTING THE FURY OF THE WOLF!
"Oh! Good God!" JR said. "Bodies are everywhere! The Bladewolf has laid out Jeff Jarrett and Bradshaw!"
The Bladewolf raises his arms up and then throws them down, causing four lightning bolts to hit the turnbuckles which makes fire explode from them as Bladewolf's theme plays, and the lights dim to the sinister blood red and dark blue.
"The dominance of the Bladewolf continues." JR said as the Demon Wolf leaves the ring. "And I don't think it's gonna stop until he gets his hands on Vince McMahon!"
RAW is WAR came back from the commercial break following the New Age Outlaws vs The Disciples of Apocalypse match. The next match was the Undertaker vs Barry Windham, the latter of which was already in the ring, awaiting the arrival of the Phenom.
The bell tolls and the crowd is on their feet as the lights go out, followed by the Undertaker's theme playing. A moment later, the Undertaker walks out, accompanied by the Bladewolf.
"The following contest is scheduled for one-fall with a 20-minute time limit." Tony Chimel announced. "Making his way to the ring, accompanied by the Bladewolf, from Death Valley, weighing 328 lbs... THE UNDERTAKER!"
"JR, I can't believe we're going to see the Undertaker in action tonight, after what we saw him go through last night at Unforgiven!" Jerry said.
JR nodded. "The ring was surrounded by fire." He recalled. "The Undertaker faced his awesome brother, Kane. And I'm not sure that either man will ever be the same. And again, just as we saw at WrestleMania, no individual walking the face of this earth has ever physically challenged the Undertaker as his brother Kane did again at Unforgiven."
"And there's a good reason for that, JR." Jerry said. The Undertaker and the Bladewolf were making their way to the ring. "No human being has ever suffered like Kane has at the hands of Undertaker in the past. Undertaker set his own parents' house on fire, with Kane inside! His parents perished in the fire, Kane was horridbly disfigured and the Bladewolf was left an orphan as a baby!"
"And you're basing all of this on what you've been told by Paul Bearer." JR rolled his eyes. The Bladewolf remained outside the ring as the Undertaker raised the lights to nomrla and then got into the ring. "I've never heard the Undertaker say he started the fire, for goodness sake."
Undertaker stared down Barry Windham for a moment, then took off his entrance robe and gave it to a stagehand outside the ring as his theme dies down. The referee checks both men to see if they were ready, and then calls for the bell to ring and begin the match.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
Undertaker stared Windham down with a stoic expression as the two men circled each other. Windham glances at Bladewolf at ringside, the former WWF Champion staring at him as well.
"Barry Windham, watching both the Undertaker and the Bladewolf." JR noted.
Undertaker strikes first with a kick to Windham's stomach, followed by a right uppercut, then a hard right to the face which gets Windham on the ropes. Undertaker Irish whips Windham, but it's reversed. Undertaker rebounds off the ropes, ducks a right from Windham who turns... INTO A GOOZLE!
"Got him!" Jerry called.
The Undertaker lifts Windham up... AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM!
"Oh!" Jerry winced. "I think Barry Windham is intimidated at the sight of that man, the Undertaker." JR said.
"Everybody's a little bit indimidated at the sight of the Undertaker! Everybody except Kane and the Bladewolf!" Jerry pointed out.
The Undertaker grabs Windham and pulls him to his feet, then lifts him up onto his right shoulder. The crowd are on their feet, cheering, as Undertaker gets Windham into position.
"No way! This match just got started!" Jerry shouted.
The Undertaker... HITS THE TOMBSTONE PILEDRIVER!
"A Tombstone!" JR exclaimed.
"No way!" Jerry shook his head.
Undertaker crosses the arms over the chest for the pin.
"One!"
"Two!"
"Three! Ring the bell!" The referee called.
'Ding! Ding! Ding!'
"Barry Windham will rest in piece thanks to the Undertaker!" JR said as the Undertaker's theme plays.
"Here is your winner... THE UNDERTAKER!" Tony Chimel announced as the Bladewolf joins his older brother in the ring, adjusting his right elbow pad briefly.
The Undertaker grabs a microphone and his theme dies down as he stares up at the stage. "Kane." He began. "Last night, you looked into the eyes of the dragon and you got burned. But you see, Kane, you wanted to fight with your big brother. Last night, it wasn't the end, it was only the beginning. So what I want you to do right now is come down to ringside, and the three of us can finish this."
"What?" Jerry blinked.
"Well, the fans here in Hampton are ready for it." JR shrugged. "And I'm sure the fans at home are waiting for it."
"We're not moving until you come out here, Kane." Undertaker continued. "And we... we have all of eternity to wait for you."
"The Undertaker set his own brother on fire last night. And the Bladewolf has been ina destructive mood since being denied a WWF Championship rematch. What do you think they'll do to their own brother?" JR asked.
RAW soon went to commercial break.
*After the commercial break*
RAW returns from the commercial break to show the Undertaker and Bladewolf still in the ring, with JR mentioning that they were still waiting for Kane to answer them. Just then, the lights went out to a mixed reaction from the fans, and then Kane's theme began to play. The pyro exploded, and out came Kane with Paul Bearer. Kane's right arm was bandaged from where it had been set on fire.
"This has got to stop!" Paul Bearer shouted. "This has all got to come to an end, Undertaker! It wasn't supposed to be like this! It was all my idea! You were the one that was supposed to burn in the flames! But my Kane, once again, had to suffer the pain and agony of the inferno! It's not that he's suffered enough! That poor three-year old child, lying in the hospital bed. You didn't see him! I'm the one who went to see him every day! Covered in bandages, crying for his mother! I was there when they scraped those burns, those dead skin cells off his body every day! We've got to have a truce! It's got to stop, dammit! Last night, I tasted my own blood as it ran down my face! And when I looked up, I saw Kane once again on fire! I could smell the flesh! I could see his clothing, I could see the pain in his eye! Don't you understand, it was my SON WHO'S HAND WAS ON FIRE?!"
The crowd was silent in shock as the Undertaker and the Bladewolf looked on in equal shock and disbelief., not believing what they just heard.
And that's it for this chapter, everyone. I hope you all enjoyed it and are enjoying the story so far. Let me know what you think in the reviews.
