RAW is WAR: 23/11/1998
RAW is WAR was live at Schottenstein Center in Columbus, Ohio. The current match was Mankind vs The Big Boss Man vs Ken Shamrock in a Triple Threat match for the WWF Hardcore Championship.
Essentially a handicap match due to Boss Man and Shamrock's allegiance to the Corporation. Mankind gets away from Boss Man and Shamrock and levels them with clotheslines.
He takes Shamrock to the floor and up the aisle only to then throw Shamrock into a charging Boss Man. Mankind gives Shamrock a suplex on the rampway, but then gets blasted by Boss Man. Things go back to being a handicap match here as Boss Man chokes on Mankind with his night stick while Shamrock punches him in the face. Vince and Shane McMahon watch from the top of the ramp.
The night stick comes in handy some more as they bust on Mankind's ribs. Mankind finds a broom from under the ring and jabs Shamrock and Boss Man. The handle gets broken over Shamrock's back. Over to the announce table, Boss Man saves Shamrock from Mankind's attack.
Shamrock smashes a soda can over Mankind's head. Back inside the ring, Boss Man whacks Shamrock with a chair by mistake. Next thing everyone knows, Mankind gives Boss Man a DOUBLE-ARM DDT on the chair! Mankind headbutts Shamrock to the floor and whips him into the steps. Some fan gives Mankind a tube sock or a "Mr. Socko" impersonator. Boss Man saves Shamrock from the MANDIBLE CLAW and it looks like everything is going according to the McMahon plan.
Mankind applies the MANDIBLE CLAW on Boss Man, but Shamrock saves the day. Shamrock gives Mankind the Belly to Belly Suplex on the chair. WAIT A MINUTE, BOB HOLLY and SCORPIO appear at ringside. Shamrock applies the ANKLELOCK to Mankind. For some reason, Scorpio distracts the ref while AL SNOW jumps in the ring and whacks Shamrock with Head! Snow and Holly head back out through the crowd while Scorpio sticks around to hold onto Boss Man as Mankind rolls over on top of Shamrock for the three-count.
Shamrock and Boss Man attack Mankind after the match though, and are in the process of the beatdown when the Bladewolf hops over the guardrail and slides into the ring.
"It's the Bladewolf!" JR shouted.
"What?!" Jerry shouted as well.
Shamrock turns into a right hand, and Bladewolf goes after Boss Man with vicious left and rights, forcing Boss Man into the corner and to cover up to protect himself.
"The Bladewolf going right after Boss Man!" JR said.
Shamrock attacks Bladewolf from behind and repeatedly punches him, causing Bladewolf to turn his attention to him which allows Boss Man to slip out of the ring and retreat. Bladewolf clobbers Shamrock, who stumbles... AND IS GOOZLED!
"Oh no!" Jerry shouts.
"Shamrock is going for a ride!" JR shouts as Bladewolf lifts Shamrock up with one arm... AND PLANTS HIM WITH A CHOKESLAM! "Chokeslam! A one-armed Chokeslam!"
Bladewolf stares in the direction Boss Man left before he leaves the ring as his theme plays.
After the Light Heavyweight Championship match, the Bladewolf is shown backstage in the parking lot. He walks up to a random person at their car, grabs them and throws them into another vehicle, knocking them out. Bladewolf gets into the car, shuts the door and soon drives off to an unknown destination.
After abducting Stone Cold Steve Austin, Undertaker and Paul Bearer looked to bury Austin alive but the Undertaker had a 'better' idea; they were going to embalm Austin alive.
The hearse they were in pulled up to a funeral parlor. Looks like Austin is going to get embalmed alive. Taker lays Austin on the embalming table and cuts another promo on Austin while Bearer gets prepared. As Taker starts "speaking in tongues", he pulls out a sharp object and prepares to lance Austin. A crash was heard in the background, like a window shattering. Bearer goes to check it when a fist smashes through the window and into Bearer's face, knocking him down.
The door is thrown open... AND IT S THE BLADEWOLF AND KANE!
The brothers attack their older brother viciously, pummeling away at him in the corner of the room. Bearer grabs a pair of scissors and prepares to stab Austin with them, but Bladewolf caught his arm and starts pummeling Bearer with punches.
Austin stirs awake and sees what is happening before he groggily gets out of there as Bladewolf and Kane continue attacking the Undertaker and Paul Bearer...
