The Doctor got a call from his friend Donna, she needed his help for the Christmas shopping as well as the Christmas dinner. "We're gonna need some help from you, here's the shopping list for everything we need." Donna passes the shopping list to the Doctor as he takes it with him heading over to his Tardis.
"Alright, I know where I can find them." Said the Doctor.
Rose when wanted to come and help the Doctor. "Can I come and help him?" Rose Noble asked her Mum.
"Okay, fine you can go with him." Said Donna. "Please keep her safe, Promise you will?" She asks the Doctor.
"I will keep her safe, I always keep your promises with me." He said to her with a big smile. The Doctor and Rose headed over to the Tardis as they set off to find some Christmas foods. "I think I know just the place to get some Christmas food." The Doctor set is destination to the year of 18th century.
The both of them arrived at the victorian era as they step out from the Tardis. The Doctor checks around every Christmas market while Rose helps him. "Oh look, Christmas turkey." Rose pointed at the turkey. The Doctor heads towards the counter and buys the turkey, they're shopping journey isn't over yet while they buy more Christmas food before they head back to the future.
Rose got the collection of all different cheeses. The Doctor also bought a Christmas pudding for dessert, they also bought a bottle of wine for the celebration of Christmas. "Right think that's done now, let's get back." Said the Doctor. They return back to the Tardis with all of the Christmas food while the Doctor sets the coordinates back to 2023. As they take off, a rift was suddenly ripped apart through the vortex causing the Tardis to lose control.
"Doctor! What's happening?!" Rose panics in fear.
The Doctor tries to fix everything around the Tardis. "I don't know, something just dragged us through the rift!" Said the Doctor.
Meanwhile in New York, Spider Man was swinging around the city along with his friend Miles. They stop for a minute as they take a look at the great view of New York. Miles asked Peter about Christmas. "So… what are you doing for the holidays then, Pete?" Miles asked.
"Don't know, but I'll think what I might be doing this Christmas." Said Peter. "And I actually don't know what MJ is doing this Christmas?" Before they could leave, Peter hears a strange sound coming from no where. The two of them have no clue where it's coming from until they see a hole ripped from the sky.
A blue box soaring from the rift as its about to go for a heavy landing. "Whoa! What is that?!" Miles wondered. The Tardis suddenly landed at Central Park of New York, the Tardis loses power as the Doctor checks on Rose.
"Rose…? Are you okay?" He asked.
"Doctor…? What happened to the Tardis?" Rose asks about the Tardis. The Doctor checks for any power from the Tardis, but it doesn't seem to work after what happened. He steps out from the Tardis as they find themselves in New York. Rose kinda dream about travelling around New York with her parents for a holiday. "Wow, this is very lovely this place." She commented about her favourite location.
"This maybe New York Rose, but we're in a different universe in New York." The Doctor explains it to Rose Noble about the different universe. The Doctor can see the rift of the hole left until it closed. "Well… we're never gonna leave New York in one peace, that's for sure." The Doctor saw some trucks that looks more like a military vehicles driving by. The Doctor tells Rose to wait here around New York.
"Where are you going, Doctor?" Rose asked.
"Just for a little investigation, Rose. Wait here in New York, let me know where I can find you." Said the Doctor. With the Doctor jumping into the back of the truck. Peter and Miles just saw the Doctor sneaking on to the truck, Peter decided to go and follow the truck to see where they are going to.
With a long drive from New York, the trucks have parked up at the warehouse as the Doctor jumps off from the truck. The Doctor needed to find a way into the warehouse for investigation. Without realising Peter follows the Doctor into the warehouse. "Whatever he's up to, I bet he could be a foe or a friend?" Peter thought to himself.
Inside the warehouse the Doctor hid behind the large crates as he spots a man with six metal claws on his back and a red alien with sharp teethes. "So what's the plan, then?" Carnage asked.
"Why don't you ask that one." Said Dr Octopus.
Even for the Doctor who knows an old enemy of his, the supreme Dalek came while they discuss a plan to rule the world. The Doctor getting suspicious about the Dalek, maybe they were involved with the rift how the Doctor and Rose Noble got dragged into. The Doctor doesn't like the look of this since the supreme Dalek asked Carnage and Dr Octopus to help the Daleks.
"YOU WILL HELP THE DALEKS?" The supreme asked.
"Of course we can help you, that's the part of the plan." Dr Octopus agrees the help with the supreme Dalek. The Doctor tries to walk until he accidentally tripped over a metal object which caught their attention. "What?! Intruder!" Said Dr Octopus.
"IT IS THE DOCTOR! THE ENEMY OF THE DALEKS, EXTERMINATE HIM!" The supreme Dalek remembers the Doctor as an old enemy, but he has dealt with them from his past by saving the universe.
The Doctor finds himself a dead end and no where to escape from Dr Octopus, Carnage and the supreme Dalek. "Nice try, but you won't escape from us." Said Dr Octopus. His metal claw grabs hold of the Doctor as he has been held captive. "Do you know this man?" He asked the supreme Dalek.
"AFFIRMATIVE." Said the supreme Dalek.
Suddenly out from nowhere, Spider-Man came down and attacked Dr Octopus and Carnage by saving the Doctor. He scoops up hold of the Doctor as they get themselves out from all the chaos. With Dr Octopus and Carnage almost had the Doctor as their captive, Spider-Man and the Doctor left the warehouse to escape. After they left the Doctor owned Spider-Man a thank you, but all he needs is an explanation from Doctor.
"Say, what were you doing here at the warehouse?" Spider Man asked the Doctor.
"Well… I was investigating to only find a Dalek, a red alien with sharp teeth and scientist with metal crabs." The Doctor explained to Spider Man. "Also I am not from this universe. We got dragged into a rift." The Doctor mentions about the rift on how they ended in New York.
"A rift, but how?" Spider Man wondered.
"I'm a time traveler, I am a Time Lord. I came from Gallifrey and I ended up in earth when the planet is under threat by monsters." The Doctor faced many enemies from his past and used to live in Gallifrey. Peter decided to help the Doctor working a team to save the world from the Daleks.
