Not all the portals open at the same time. Each fics portal opens based on the syncing order, depending on which one I publish/update first. They also do not experience time at the same rate; some will not 'flow' the same for all of them, but they will all sync up about once a month. For some, time will stop for the ones in universes where the series has been concluded. The knowledge gained by Sakura and him going forward is stored in a living database and shared between all versions. The same goes for when one gains power/ability by merging with one universe's counterpart. So, suppose one of them gets a new power/ability through merging with said universe's counterpart. In that case, all the others will receive it via a surge of DNA-encoded energy modifying their DNA and all knowledge gained since the last 'Sync up' point when they 'Sync' up. Also, due to Sakura's life force being bound to Naruto's now infinite one, she and their children will have the same healing factor, which is about the same level as Wolverine's from Marvel Comics.

It's like Venom's hivemind, except they only share knowledge(and powers/abilities because I feel like it) that each set has obtained and anything else going forward.

(Location/Scene Break)

(Mojave Desert, California – Joint Dark Energy Mission Facility – 2000- Evening)

Several scientists were studying the tesseract when its power started to surge, getting everyone's attention. A few minutes later, a portal opened, and the scientists immediately called for an Assault team. After another 5 minutes, Naruto and Sakura stepped out before the portal closed behind them. Naruto's appearance shocked everyone, specifically his horn-like protrusions, Rinne Sharingan, Rinnegan, and the fact that he was seven feet tall. Suddenly, a surge of energy washed over Naruto and Sakura, carrying knowledge and changing their D.N.A.

"Really?" Naruto asked, he then sensed energy slowly building up in power behind him, causing him to turn around to see the energy slowly eating away at the ceiling. He turned back around, and the Assault squad was still there.

"Please tell me you guys are part of some government agency; otherwise, this will get really troublesome." Naruto said

"Do not move and put your hand where we can see them!" The squad leader ordered

"Alright, look, we mean you no harm, so if you could either put the guns down and help us start a new life, that would be fantastic." Naruto said "Look, I gotta take care of the energy build-up above us, or it seems this whole place will come down." He said before he took to the air, flying up to the ceiling to absorb the energy that was eating the ceiling.

Naruto took a few minutes to absorb all the energy, eating the ceiling. After that, Naruto returned to the ground to find Nick Fury waiting for them.

'If he is able to absorb that energy, there's no telling what else he is capable of.' Fury thought

"We mean no harm. We are just multiversal travelers looking to start a new life." Naruto stated, causing Nick Fury to adopt a shocked expression for a second before he composed himself

"I believe we can help you with that." Fury said

"My name is Naruto Uzumaki. This is my wife, Sakura Uzumaki." Naruto replied

"Director Nick Fury of the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division, there'll be a give from you in time, but we aren't in a hurry or considering making things difficult for you." Fury answered

"So you expect something from us." Sakura stated, getting a nod from Fury

"We did have counterparts whom we merged in this universe who already work for you. But I get what you mean." Naruto said before they started walking away

A couple of seconds later, when Naruto and Sakura were out of what would be normal human earshot, an agent walked up to Fury.

"Sir, why are we letting them go? We don't even know that we can trust their word."The agent asked

"Coulson, given that he can absorb the excess energy that came from the tesseract and that he said they were multiversal travelers, there is no telling what else he might be capable of. We don't want that bomb to go off." Fury answered, "This facility has neither the personnel nor the equipment to handle that energy. We can't control him, and I don't think they'd appreciate it if we tried. They're best managed with words until we can develop proper countermeasures."

(6 months later – Fury's office)

Naruto had applied a permanent transformation technique to himself to hide his Truth-Seeking Balls constantly orbiting him, the Rinne Sharingan, and his horn-like protrusions. To the ordinary world, Naruto looked like a regular, muscular six-foot-nine-inch man, with the blue eyes he had before he awakened his rinnegan and his hair with platinum blond roots and crimson tips.

"Why them specifically?" Naruto asked. Fury had just ordered Naruto to take up the bodyguard position at Stark Industries, as Happy had been in an accident, making him no longer capable of being a bodyguard.

"Tony Stark is a high-value target and important to the Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement, and Logistics Division. With his previous bodyguard out of commission in terms of fighting, it's perfect for you to protect Stark." Fury answered "We'll ensure that you have all the qualifications on paper, so it seems like a no-brainer for Stark."

"Alright." Naruto said before he teleported back home. Just then, Phil Coulson walks in.

"Any luck figuring out how Agent Uzumaki can absorb the tesseracts energy?" Fury asked

"Nothing so far sir." Coulson answered

Author's Note: Sorry if this is a short chapter, but this is only the prologue, so there is not much action, just them setting up roots in Malibu.
