Jin, Minato, and Kijo were looking at the news and were horrified over the results of Atua's slaughter all over the world – "damn" – Kijo said madly as he hit his leg. – "so many people have suffered… Atua..."- he said enraged before he sighed – "How could we just let it happen?"
"Although I can't deny your anger and I understand your frustration… we can't just feel guilty, we need to get as much intel as possible and find a solution as fast as possible"- Kijo instead of looking at his eyes looked at his hand, noticing they were clenched hard and bleeding. He knew that if someone was really mad over this situation was him – "sorry Jin. You are right, Minato I apologize for asking you to come here while you are injured, but could you tell us how he was?" - Minato then smiled softly before he looked serious.
"He is a coward"- he said surprising the duo – "although he has extreme power and can control those powerful being. He didn't fight himself… I noticed it… he was afraid of Makoto when Makoto changed… I believe that the only reason he is controlling the vampires is that he has no power himself or at least fears that"- he explained. And Jin looked thoughtful.
"But the most surprising part was Makoto's transformation, although his body composition didn't change as much… he somehow has gotten stronger"- Jin said – "did he explained how it happened?"- Minato then shook his head - "where he is right now?"- asked Kijo.
"he is with his friends, although right now we need him more than ever, we decided to let him rest a bit… but I don't believe he is enjoying it after what happened."- Jin explained and both Minato and Kijo looked sadly… Kijo then calmed himself and continued.
"and what about the ghouls? You told me there was some news about them"-Kijo asked returning their heads to the conversation… they didn't have time to feel sad. Jin nodded – "we have found a side effect of Makoto's transformation, he has lost all connections with the ghouls"- he explained confusing Kijo - "please explain how is that possible?"
"while ghouls were made from Makoto's blood, his transformation has changed his blood composition. Disconnecting his blood from Atua's. that is the reason Makoto was able to break free from his control, but since that happened all ghouls became servants of Atua. And quickly in the underground, the news of the ghoul serum is spreading and more and more ghouls are appearing"- Kijo looked mad… just when they had managed to reduce that problem now it was even stronger.
"And what about Tsumugi, Maki, and the reapers, they also have the blood of Atua in them" – Jin nodded – "Because the small amount of vampire blood on them the reapers can't be controlled, but instead it interferes with their movement. And in Maki's and Tsumugi's case, Makoto's transformation and new blood can break free people from Atua's control, that is why we are making a new reaper serum and a vaccine to try and reduce Atua's spread of power but is going slow"- He said and Kijo looked down – "Fighting a monster and the spread of a virus… dammit… is like we are fighting a losing battle"- Kijo complained.
"But we must keep going… or it will be truly lost"- Minato said smiling and both his friends smiled as well – "yeah you are right"- Just then the door opened and a servant entered – "Sir Kirigiri… your wife"

"Makoto you meanie not only we don't see you for a month, and not only are we in the hospital for trying to save you, but the first thing you do after we finally see each other is go visit another girl?"- Tsumugi complained as she hugged him in her hospital gown. After he finished school he asked Kyoko to go to the hospital with him to visit Maki and Tsumugi. They were walking through the hospital Makoto on the front, being hugged by Tsumugi, while Maki and Kyoko walked after them a bit annoyed over Tsumugi's interaction
"Sorry Tsumugi but other than coming to visit you I also came to visit someone else"- Makoto said and Tsumugi pouted, while Maki smiled a bit – "Makoto I'm glad you are feeling cheerful"- Maki said and Makoto smiled softly – "After what happened to everyone I have to…I can't fall behind"- he said surprising them… Tsumugi then let him go to his surprise – "I'm tired of hugging… my back hurts"- she lied and Makoto smiled looking at her eyes – "thanks Tsumugi"- he said making her blush. After Makoto released them from Atua's power one of their eyes had returned to their original color, which for Maki wasn't that much of a change only one turned a bit pinker since her eyes were already red, to begin with… but Tsumugi's left one turned back into a dark blue.
While they walked Kyoko was a bit confused – "Makoto I'm sorry to ask but who else are we visiting?"- she asked and Makoto smiled softly – "It's a surprise"- he said confusing her. But it didn't take long before she discovered who it was… after all, she had gone to that room a lot of times – "Makoto why are…"- but Makoto stopped her by putting his finger on her lips – "I told you is a surprise"- she looked surprised.
After they entered the room… Kyoko's eyes started tearing up as she saw her mother in her bed – "Kyoko don't cry…"- he said as he walked to Sinon – "Makoto what are you doing?"- asked confused and tearful Kyoko – "Tsumugi… she was just like you"- Makoto said and Tsumugi's eyes widened in shock as she understood what he meant but the other two were confused – "What do you mean Makoto?"- Maki asked and Makoto walked to Sinon's forehead and touched it.
"That day she saved us… she died"- Makoto said shocking and horrifying Kyoko – "She died… but as my powers were released, just like with Tsumugi, I brought her back… but unlike with Tsumugi, my powers weren't enough to fully bring her back"- Kyoko listened shocked – "how do you know?"- she asked him and he looked at her smiling softly.
"Last time I came to visit… she told me"- Kyoko's eyes widened – "she told me to tell you guys to let her go and die"- he said sadly and Kyoko tears started forming – "But I told her… I wouldn't do that… instead… For Kyoko…"- Makoto then summoned his blood which turned into a dagger, surprising them – "Makoto?"
Without a single world Makoto then stabbed Sinon on her chest – "Makoto what are you doing!?"- Screamed horrified Kyoko only to be stopped by Tsumugi. Kyoko then looked back at her mother and her eyes widened as the dagger melted and went inside her mother's body… which twitched a bit… before…
Kyoko's tears started falling hard as she saw her mother open hers – "Umm where am I?"- Sinon asked before she looked at Makoto who was smiling – "good morning Sinon-san"- Makoto said – "Makoto-kun?"- she asked confused before she smiled softly – "I see you kept your promise_ but her eyes then widened as she felt someone tackle her and hug her hard. She looked at the girl hugging her and crying hard… although she looked older… although she looked different Sinon smiled and with the little strength she had hugged her back as tears also started falling from her eyes – "My sweet Kyoko… I love you so much"

After a while, Kyoko finally calmed down and they both sat on the bed. Kyoko was blushing embarrassed over crying so hard while Sinon was smiling – "Seeing my cute Kyoko so grown up is such a big surprise… how long have I been asleep?"- She asked and Makoto looked at her – "a bit over 9 years"- he said and she smiled softly – "I see… I missed 9 years of your life…I'm sorry Kyoko"- she apologized and Kyoko shook her head.
"It's ok, after all, we can spend time together now"- Kyoko said smiling softly – "ohh Makoto, and where is ta girl that came with you last time?"- Sinon asked confusing everyone except Makoto who smiled sadly – "she left"- he said and Sinon looked sadly – "I see… sorry"- the others then looked confused over the conversation, but just as Kyoko was going to ask the door crashed open and Jin stood there… his eyes widened in shock- "Sinon?"- he asked surprised as he started crying – "Jin I'm back"- Jin ran to his wife and kissed her and she kissed back.
Makoto then tapped Maki's and Tsumugi's shoulders getting their attention – "we should probably leave"- he said and the duo nodded before they left the room. Leaving the family reunited at last.
"Makoto… what did she mean about the girl?"- asked Maki a bit confused and Makoto smiled sadly – "The original Nosferatu soul used to live in my body… she would guide me and help me… but not anymore"- he said and they were a bit surprised. Makoto then noticed that Tsumugi looked mad – "So you were cheating on me and living together with a girl?"- he said and Makoto looked a bit surprised before he started laughing a bit making her even madder, but her eyes widened as he pets her head – "Sorry Tsumugi"- he apologized and she blushed - "It's ok… at least now you are back again"- she said happily. They started leaving when they were stopped by Minato – "My son… we need to talk with you"

"Makoto is nice to see you again"- Kijo said and Makoto bowed as he saw Kijo and Byakuya. – "Is nice to see you Mr. Togami"- he said, Makoto and Minato then stood in front of them. Makoto looked a bit sadly as he saw Kijo bedridden.
"do not blame yourself for my injuries. These are the simple results of my lack of knowledge. After all, it was out fault and weakness that you had to be taken by the Clan of the night"- he said and Makoto nodded but still could feel a bit of sadness – "I apologize for calling you today but we require the information you have"- he said and Makoto nodded, Kijo's face then turned serious – "Makoto please tell us everything you know about the clan"- Kijo asked… Makoto then looked sadly but then nodded.
Makoto then relayed everything he knew (except the sexual moments with Angie, which Byakuya was still suspicious of) about the clan – "I see… so they see you as family. And not only that… they are powerful beings as well. How can we defeat them?" – Kijo.
"We have to save them"- Makoto said surprising them – "they are a bit rough and maybe think highly about themselves… but they are good people… who care about the world"- he said and they sighed.
"Makoto you know you are asking us to save the enemies of the world… and this could make the people turn on us"- Kijo said, and Makoto smiled – "is not like it's the first time" -Kijo then took a heavy sigh and smiled – "I guess that is true"- he then looked at Makoto – "so what is the plan?"
"We need to release them from Atua's power after all they are submitted and forced to do these things against their will"- He said. – "I see… it is true that is you have the power to release them. and since the destruction of the cities happened they have started the takeover of those areas so they are stationary and easy to locate… so we can just prepare to fight them"
"Yes but Atua is a coward, he knows that I have this power so he will make sure that I can't get close to them. He will try to protect them at all cost… and now that he has power over the ghouls he will use them as cannon fodder to protect them"- he said. And they thought he was right.
"The only way this plan can work is that we first release Himiko"- he said confusing them – "Himiko's power is the ability to teleport by connecting her blood between areas. That is how Atua can move from place to place to give their orders to them"- he said and they noticed what he meant – "I see. If you were able to arrive in the area of any of the other vampires, Atua would just send Himiko to retrieve them and prevent you from releasing them"- Byakuya said thoughtfully.
"But at the same time although she has to be the first, she will also be the hardest one to release, after all, if what you say is true, then she will always stay nearby Atua… so we will never have a true opportunity to catch her"

As long as my blood enters it will work"- he said, and Minato realized what he meant – "I see that would work"- Minato said confusing the Togamis – "what do you mean Minato?"- Kijo asked.
"Makoto can create items from his blood… what if we equip our fighters with it?"- Kijo looked surprised and then thoughtful – "while that is the planned result, I'm not going to give them myself. After all, there is a limitation on my knowledge of weaponsmith… but there is a way to make it work"
"The Vatican ghoul weaponry creation system"- Byakuya said realizing what he meant – "Yes… With the help of the Vatican and the blacksmithing prowess of Izayoi we can create complex weaponry and prepare for war"- Byakuya was surprised over how Makoto looked… Makoto was always a sweet person who didn't like fighting. "Makoto why are we here?"- asked Sayaka as Makoto, Sakura, Kyoko, Mukuro, Mondo, and she arrived at what looked like a factory – "this place is where they are preparing the weaponry to fight"- They looked a bit surprised. As they entered the factory they saw a huge, almost like a full army, of blacksmith, metalworkers, and gunsmith, all working at full power on the creation of all the required items for the fight.
They looked a bit surprised and noticed something like a black and red ingot that they were using to prepare said items – "What the fuck is that?"- asked Mondo and Makoto looked at what he was pointing – "Oh those are blood ingots. They are ingots made out of my blood"- they all looked surprised, not because the weapons were made of their blood. But instead over the incredibly massive number of ingots that were in this place – "Makoto!"- screamed angrily Kyoko – "How could you give so much of your blood? it's dangerous"- she scolded him, and Makoto smiled softly and noticed that everyone else also looked either worried or a bit mad – "Sorry guys… but don't worry. We made sure it wouldn't be dangerous the Kimura and dr. Stein were making sure my body didn't suffer any side effects from giving this much blood… but I did felt hungry"- he said joking a bit, making her smile a bit – "and also… we need to prepare ourselves as best as we can… after all compared to our lives before… this fight will be dangerous."- he said and they looked at him sadly. – "well let's go… we can't have them waiting"
"Hey, Naegi what do you mean?"- Asked confused Mondo – "well they said they needed people to try out the new set and I thought we should do it"- he said and they looked confused – "But Makoto, we can't fight well… after all we are even if it's not strong we are infected by Atua"- Makoto then smiled and slashed all of their necks with his sword shocking them, but they then looked and noticed there was no wound – "there done"- Makoto said and they all noticed that it was true… they no longer felt the lethargic resistance of Atua – "wait did you infect us with your blood!?"- asked shocked Mukuro as she touched her neck – "Yes… don't worry there shouldn't be any side effects… maybe"- he said and they all sighed – "But if you can heal people like this why haven't you done it to all the Reapers?"- Sakura asked.
"it won't work on them"- Makoto admitted – "You see other than my command… my blood also reacts to the minds of the people it infects… I will react negatively and submit others if they don't accept me… is only because you guys trust and accept me for who I am and I trust and accept you is that it works on you"- he said smiling and they all blushed a bit. – "But it works the same with Atua… because he doesn't trust in no one… he can only submit others… he lives afraid of everyone… and that is his strongest weakness" – He then looked at them – "so let's make sure we use it to beat him"- they all then looked determined and walked over the place where Kazuichi and Izayoi were.
"Hey guys"- Makoto greeted him. And they looked at them and greeted back – "are they ready?"- Makoto asked and they nodded. With the help of others, he then arrived holding 5 large briefcases each with a name. Sayaka, Mondo, Mukuro, and Sakura grabbed theirs and opened them, and inside instead of a weapon were accessories. A pendant for Sayaka, an arm bangle for Mondo, an earring for Mukuro, and a ring for each hand for Sakura. – "What are those? I thought they were weapons"- asked confused Sayaka as they looked at the items – "they are your weapons, they are specifically made for you. The only way they will work is if you feed it blood. They were all then given a prick each and they pinched their fingers letting a drop of blood fall into their items. As it hit, they shined. A glow that somehow invited them deep into their soul. They then reached the light and as they pulled back they were all carrying weapons.
Mondo holding a one-handed battle ax shotgun with a trigger to shoot it but as Mondo held it he could feel something even deeper and as he reached for it he saw his Ax blade grow surprising him. Sakura's turned into black forearm and legs armguards and as she tried it out she could feel an intense heat like fire as she saw it again they had turned red and she could feel the heat coming from it. Mukuro noticed that hers turned into a set of pair of handguns, but as she tried it she noticed she could change it into different types of weapons: Guns, snipers shotguns, rifles, etc. And Sayaka noticed that hers had changed into a Katana and she noticed that her sword could turn also into a Naginata and a set of bow and arrows.
"Transforming weaponry a new set of equipment for the reapers. It can interchange into accessories and weapons, and it can grow in power next to its owner"- Kazuichi said proudly – "And this time he didn't have to inject mercury into my body"- Makoto joked and Kazuichi looked embarrassed.
"Ok let's go try them"-Makoto said and Sayaka looked at the briefcase – "What about that one is it Izuru's?" – she asked and Makoto looked at it – "no, Izuru already has his… this one is for someone else" – Makoto said and they looked a bit confused. Makoto then smiled
"Well let's go. We still have a lot to do"- He said as they walked away and Makoto looked determined.
