Robert, Holly, Jayne, and JJ tried to make sure Celia and Sasha were settled down. Celia was struggling with the fact that she had shot someone even if it was justified.

Holly could tell she was struggling and took her hand. "You know you did nothing wrong. You protected your daughter and yourself. I would have done the same thing."

"I just can't believe I killed him." Celia looked at her best friend.

"He was going to kill you and Sasha, and he wanted to kill Grant." Holly moved over to sit next to her.

"Holly is right. You did what you had to do. Gregory has spent years tormenting you and trying to kill you both." Robert sat near Celia, too.

Celia looked over at Robert, amazed by both him and Holly. "You know you two are the very best."

"You and Grant are too. Do you want me to stay the night with you and Sasha?" Holly asked Celia.

"Would you?" Celia looked at Holly, then back at Robert. "Would you mind?"

"Not one bit." Robert smiled and winked at Holly.

Just then, the door opened, and Ethan, who had heard part of the conversation, walked in. "Mum, don't be offended, but I've got something that might top you."

Robert, Holly, and Celia looked over and saw Grant walk in.

"Oh, Grant!" Celia jumped up and ran over to hug him, crying into their embrace.

"Sweetheart, I missed you so much." Grant gave her a kiss. "Are you okay?"

"Physically? Yes." Celia told him.

"Celia, you protected you two and made it so I could be here with you. Gregory needed to be stopped." Grant told Celia.

Grant reached out his hand to shake Robert's. "Thank you for everything."

Robert shook his hand and then hugged him. "Thank you for making the sacrifice."

Holly stood up and smiled. "My turn!" She gave Grant a hug. "It's so good to see you."

"You too, Holly. Ethan told me how you all looked out for my girls. I'm forever grateful." Grant hugged Holly back.

"You knew we would." Holly smiled at her friend as Sasha came back into the room.

"Oh, dad!" She went over and gave Grant a hug. "I'm so happy to see you."

Grant hugged Sasha tightly. "Same here, Sasha."

"I think we are going to let you all have some family time. There's still a man outside. We aren't letting up yet." Robert told Grant and Celia.

"Hold on before you all go." Grant went over and shook Ethan's hand. "I'll miss the card games."

Ethan got a grin on his face. "Who says they have to stop? Now we can play for money." He joked.

Holly shook her head. "Um, no. Friendly games are better with this man."

"She's played cards with you before, huh?" Ethan quipped.

Grant laughed. "I guess so, I would like the games to continue. You go hug your family."

Robert, Holly, Ethan, JJ, and Jayne all left. Robert and Holly went to the station while the other three went back home.
