Holly went over to the PCPD with Jayne. She went to Robert's office and knocked.
Robert looked up and grunted. "Come in!"
Holly walked in and his mood immediately changed, his face softened and his eyes lit up.
"Hey, luv." He got up to go over and give her a hug and a kiss. "What brings you by?"
"Trying to make sure someone eats." Holly said after returning his kiss. "I also wanted to let you know how it went."
"I've been wondering." Robert walked back over and she followed, sitting in front of his desk.
"We didn't get to get too far into it but I remembered what a great team we were in Australia. I also remembered holding back my feeling on how I felt about you working with the WSB again." Holly admitted.
"You know I should have picked up on how you were feeling, I was an ass." Robert replied, he knew they were starting a new life which had been happy but he chose to go after the adventure.
"I should have communicated better but honestly none of that matters. We are happily married and better at communicating." Holly reached over and took his hand.
Robert kissed her hand and smiled. "Yes we are. Nothing matters more than you and our family, nothing mattered more than that then either." Robert wanted to make it clear that she was always number one in his heart.
"I feel the same way. I do remember little things I seemed to brush off, in the next session I'm going to talk to Kevin about it." Holly told Robert.
"If you ever want me to come with you just let me know, you know I'll be there." Robert told Holly, meaning it. He would figure things out anytime or any member of his family, especially his wife.
"Thank you and I might at some point but right now I would really like you to eat your lunch." Holly grinned at him. She knew how solid their relationship was once again and honestly this was all she ever wanted. That sweetest time of her life back.
