Robert and Holly were at home in bed, Holly had crashed early and Robert tucked her in. He was going over some dreaded paper work he had brought home with him before he too caught a little shut eye.

Holly started to mumble in her sleep.

Australia 1986

Holly had made friends with someone she had met at a market that she went to. She had missed her friends back home so jumped at the chance for a new friend. Sure, she had made a few here and there but no one like she had in Port Charles. This afternoon they were back at Robert and Holly's and the friend was admiring her pictures.

"Oh you two have a cute daughter." Sue told her as she picked up a picture of the three of them.

"Thank you, she's actually my Robert's with his first wife but I love her just as if she were my own." Holly beamed with pride as she looked at the picture of her stepdaughter with them.

"Do you two not have any children together?" Sue asked Holly as she sat the picture back down.

"No, not yet. I was pregnant when I first got her but...it wasn't meant to be." Holly had never discussed that with anyone. Robert was going through a lot with Robin's kidnapping at the time and she wanted him to focus on that, then it just seemed like it never came up.

"Do you two plan on trying again?" She asked as she looked at a picture of the two of them. Holly was looking straight forward and smiling while Robert had the biggest grin looking at his beautiful wife.

Holly nodded. "Definitely, even though we weren't really trying then. We had always planned on having children."

"The ex gave him what you haven't been able to, huh?" Sue blurted out.

Holly immediately jumped at that. "Excuse me? What kind of comment was that?" She took the picture of her and Robert from Sue.

"I just meant you couldn't give him a child and she could, that has to hurt." Sue was cold in her response.

Holly couldn't believe it. "We haven't even been trying but you know it's really none of your business. I would like you to leave!"

Sue realized she crossed a line. "Holly, I'm sorry. I didn't mean..."

"Oh but you did, I shared something I never shared with anyone else and you were unbelievably cruel. Just go!" Holly told her.

End of Flashback

Holly was saying to just go in her sleep so Robert gently woke her up. "Hey, babe. It's just me." He whispered.

Holly sat up and hugged Robert. "I just relived something I never wanted to."

Robert held her close to him, putting his papers aside. "Want to talk about it."

"It was the first person I told about the baby we lost in Australia." Holly still kept a hold of him, just wanting his comfort.
