A/N: I need to make something clear about this story. I appreciate all of the reviews that everyone writes. I love to read them. The good, the bad and the ugly. However that said, if you do not like my storyline don't read it. Opie is my favorite character, therefore I had to tweak my story a little in order to make it work. Okay rant over. Here's the next chapter.

Chapter 16

Jasper POV

"They're all dead and Alec is missing." I told Caius, when I arrived at Volterra.

"It will be fine. Our Irish connection is arriving next week. We know who her family is. All we have to do is bide our time and wait for the right moment." Caius said.

"Of course." I told him before he dismissed me to my quarters.

"Do you think that's wise?" I heard Victoria ask as I rounded the corner.

"It will be fine. However, you will be making the journey back with our Irish friend." Caius said.

"As you wish." Victoria said.

Something wasn't right.

Bella POV

When I pulled into the TM parking lot, I went in search of Ope. I couldn't believe it. Donna had given me her blessing to adopt the kids. Encouraged it even. I found Ope in the garage. I walked over to him. He looked up at me. "You okay?" He asked me.

"I don't know." I said, and I didn't. I wasn't sure how to feel.

"Okay… what's going on?" He asked.

"Donna texted me." I told him and he stood up from the car he was working on. "She told me that she saw your mom this morning and that your mom told her a bunch of stuff. And then…then she handed me adoption papers. She wants me to adopt Kenny and Ellie. She thinks that I'll be the mom that they can depend on." I told him before I took a breath.

He ran a hand over his face. "I wasn't expecting that." He said.

"I know. I was completely shocked when she handed me the papers." I said.

Tara POV

Gemma was beginning to piss me off. She was playing with people's lives. It was no secret that I wasn't Gemma's favorite person but her trying to push Wendy and Jax back together? It was completely fucked up. I was hoping that I could corner Bells and see if she wanted to get drunk with me.

When I got to Jax's house, everyone was hanging out. I'd walked into the kitchen to get another beer when I saw Bells leaning against the counter. "You okay?" I asked her.

"Yeah. Just got a lot on my mind. You? You seem distracted." She said.

I grabbed a couple of beers out of the fridge and handed one to Bells. "Yeah I guess. I don't know, I can't shake this feeling…" I trailed off.

"Like something bad is gonna happen?" She finished for me.

I nodded. "I was hoping that later tonight, maybe you might be up for a venting session." I said.

"Yeah totally. You can come over to the house." She said.

"Thanks."

Bells POV

After talking to Tara I walked back into the living room. I stood in the doorway to the kitchen and watched for a minute. My entire family was sitting in this room. Ope was sitting with Ellie on the couch with Piney and Kenny on the other end. My dad was sitting on another couch with Clay and Gemma talking about who knows what. The rest of SAMCRO was spread out throughout the living room. Even though I'd been feeling like something bad was going to happen, I couldn't help but feel complete happiness right now. Everything felt perfect. I just wanted that feeling to last.

I guess Dad had seen me taking in the scene around the room, cause he walked over and put his arm around my shoulders. "You doing okay kid?" He asked.

I leaned my head on my Dad's shoulder. "Yeah, I'm good Dad." I told him.

"You ever think about that?" He asked nodding to where Gemma sat holding Abel.

I nodded. "Yeah sometimes. But that's for the future. However, something interesting did happen today. Can we meet for breakfast in the morning?" I asked him.

"Yeah sure. You sure everything is okay?" He said.

"Yeah absolutely." I said.

After a little while, Tara and I said our goodbyes and I told Ope that I'd see him later. Tara and I headed out to her car. We stopped at the gas station and picked up some beer before we made our way towards the house. We were turning onto mine and Opie's street when I saw headlights. That's when everything went black.

Opie POV

The kids and I were getting ready to say goodbye and head home when there was a knock on Jax's front door. Gemma went to answer it. When she came back she touched my arm and nodded to the front door. Jax and I followed her outside, where Unser was talking to Clay and Tig. "What's going on?" I asked.

"There's been an accident." Clay said. I noticed that Tig was looking at the ground.

"Bells?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"Her and Tara yes." Unser said.

"Is she okay?" I asked.

Unser looked at Jax. "Tara is on her way to St. Thomas. Bella…is missing." He said.

I felt my knees go weak. "Missing." I said quietly. Gemma grabbed me and pulled me into a hug.

"We're gonna find her Ope. I promise you that." Clay said.

"I'm gonna go check on Tara. Ma watch the kid?" Jax asked.

"I need to get the kids home." I said pulling back from Gemma.

"I will keep the kids. Go with Unser to the accident site with Clay and Tig. See if you can find any clue as to who took her so we can bring our girl home." Gemma said and I nodded.

I followed Clay and Tig and the three of us hopped on our bikes. We followed Unser to the accident site. She was almost home when they got hit. "She was almost home." I said. The four of us started looking around. I wasn't entirely sure what we were looking for. The accident had definitely been hit and run. "Who was driving?" I asked.

"Tara." Unser said. I walked around to the passenger side of the car. The car had been hit on Bells' side.

"What you thinkin' Ope?" Clay asked me.

"Alright, so Tara was driving. Bells was on the passenger side. Same side the car was hit on. What if somebody was targeting her?" I said.

"Who would want to hurt her? I mean, I thought we got rid of the Volturi pricks?" Clay asked.

"Not all of them. There's at least two that I know of. Caius and Jasper. Bells wasn't sure if they would come after her or not." I said.

"Yeah but what do they want with her if it was them?" Unser asked.

Tig ran a hand over his face. "It's not them." He said.

I turned and looked at him. "What are you talking about?" I asked him.

"Okay…don't get mad. But after the incident with Donna the other night at the clubhouse, I dropped by her apartment. I tried to convince her to leave you guys alone. Tried to convince her that she needed to leave town." Tig said.

"She showed up today and handed Bells adoption papers. Told Bells that she ran into my mom this morning and that my mom told her a bunch of stuff about me and Bells…how good Bells is with the kids. You think she had this planned all along?" I said.

Clay pulled his phone out. "Juice…need you to try and track Donna." Clay said and hung up. "You really think Donna would take her?" He asked Tig. Tig shrugged.

Bella POV

When I woke up, my head hurt. I expected to wake up in a hospital but I was wrong. I looked around the dimly lit room and noticed that I was in what looked like a basement, tied to a chair. "Oh good your awake." A voice said.

I looked around the room trying to place the voice. It sounded familiar. It wasn't until the person stepped into the light that I realized who it was. "D-Donna?" I said.

"In the flesh." She said.

Jax POV

When I got to the hospital, it took a minute for me to find Tara's room. The doctors assured me that she was okay. She had a concussion, and some bruising but they said that she'd make a full recovery. When I walked into her room, she was sitting up in the bed. "Tara." I said.

"Jax. Oh my god. I swear I didn't see the car until the last possible second." Tara said.

I walked over to her and started to comfort her by smoothing her hair. "It's okay. I need to ask you something though." I said.

"Anything." She said.

"Did you see who took Bells?" I asked.

"It was Donna Jax. She said that Bells took her family so she was gonna take Bells away so she wouldn't be a problem anymore. Then she knocked me out." Tara said.

"It's going to be okay. We're gonna get her back. I'm gonna send Half-Sack to sit with you, okay?" I asked and she nodded.

When I walked out of the hospital I quickly called Clay and told him to grab the guys and meet me at the clubhouse. I hopped on my bike and made my way to the clubhouse.

When I walked into the clubhouse, Half-Sack was standing at the bar. "Sack, go sit with Tara at St. Thomas. You don't leave her side." I told him. He nodded. When he walked out, I turned to everyone else in the room. "Tara saw who took Bells." I said. I looked at Ope. "It was Donna."

"We already had that figured out. Juice is trying to track her down." Clay said. I nodded.

Bells POV

"Why are you doing this? What about the diner today?" I asked her.

"Well, as for why I'm doing this…I told you when you confronted me that day, that I was here for my family. Well clearly the only way that I'm going to get my family back is to make you disappear." Donna said.

"Your insane, you know that right?" I asked her. "You realize that as soon as they realize that I'm missing that their gonna start looking for me."

"I have my reasons for doing what I'm doing. SAMCRO has made some enemies and not only are you a threat for me but you're a weakness for them. Let's just say that I made some new friends in my time away from Charming. And these new friends will be arriving soon." Donna said.

"You're never going to get away with this." I said. I felt a pinch in the side of my neck and everything went black again."

A/N: Okay that's the end of this chapter. This also brings us to the end of season 1. Lots of drama going on in Charming right now. Donna is working with someone. She's kidnapped. Can SAMCRO find her before something bad happens?
