Chapter 23

Harriet yawned loudly while standing in front of her bathroom mirror, brushing her unmanageable hair. The Girl-Who-Lived has finally obtained a good night's sleep, even with the current events in Hogwarts. However, the leading cause of her present good night rest was that she had finally contacted her mother. Harriet's anxieties for her dearly beloved mother were put to rest, allowing the girl some relaxation. Harriet was also met with letters from her father, letting her know that he knows about Lily's current state. Both of them sighed in relief. Yet, it wasn't all over.

The Potter matriarch has to yet say where exactly she was. Lily's last letter told Harriet that she was currently in Kosovo searching for someone, and as soon as she finished. Lily would travel back to Britain. What is mom doing in Kosovo, of all places? Godness, mother, I hope you don't get into problems. Harriet thought, sighing, getting annoyed by her hair. But still, there was so much in her mind now.

"Just a bit more," Harriet muttered, trying to brush her hair. "I also need to tell dad about what's happening in Hogwarts. I wonder why no one hasn't told him yet."

Harriet sighed, deciding, for now, to focus on other things, like her hair. "For fuck's sake, dad, what did you give me your hair?!" She muttered angrily.

"Mon amour, what are you doing?" Fleur called from the shower. Harriet whined in pain while pulling her hair with the hair comb.

"It's my ugly hair, punishing me for daring to brush it," Harriet moaned, annoyed. "I hate my father and the Potter's awful heritage."

Fleur chuckled in the shower. The fact that Veela wasn't even using the curtain to hide her body while showering was proof of how comfortable she was with everything. Exposing her naked glorious body to her beloved mate was just a no-brainer. Harriet has seen her body naked many times. They even slept naked, so they were incredibly comfortable with each other. However, it was clear that Harriet's young body hadn't yet reached puberty. At least to the point where Fleur currently was, not this year. So, Harriet hasn't experienced the total hormone increase that would push her to finally allow some sexual exploration.

Fleur knew it. That's why she wasn't pushing Harriet to do something she wasn't comfortable with. So while they slept naked. It was mostly just cuddling and expressing a union only soul mates could share. The feeling of their skin, their hearts beating together, and warmth. Harriet also felt it. She loved watching Fleur's naked body in all its glory. But Harriet didn't feel that push yet. Maybe, she didn't want to be that promiscuous or that currently with everything going on. The Girl-Who-Lived just didn't feel the need to do so. For now, and in the meantime, she was content with the usual hand holding, cheek kiss, and embraces of love.

"Ughh! Fleur! Please help me," Fleur listened to Harriet's moans of discomfort and giggled. "I am almost finished, mon amour. Let me help you."

Fleur got out of the shower and put on a very expensive bathrobe. Fleur smiled softly while approaching Harriet from behind. She couldn't stop laughing at the poor girl once she saw what the problem was. Harriet's brush was stuck in her hair.

"Why didn't you wash your hair first? It would make things easy," Fleur sighed deeply as Harriet scoffed.

"Ain't nobody got time for that!" Harriet replied, annoyed. Fleur then gave a slight disapproval frown.

"You must take care of your hair, mon amour," Fleur said, showing a bit of her more dominant characteristic. Usually, Fleur or Albedo would never talk like that to her lady. Not in a million years. But, in this world, she felt compelled to make sure to be more than just her loved servant. Albedo wanted to be Harriet's companion, friend, and more. Also, there was something about being a Veela that pushed her to be a bit assertive with her mate. More dominant.

Harriet just muttered silently but just sighed. "Alright, you're correct, Fleur. Sorry."

Fleur smiled brightly, kissing her love head. "Thank you, my dear."

Harriet just chuckled, enjoying the normality of their relationship. It felt good to have someone who would argue with her on the most random things. It made her feel loved, wanted, and authentic. A sensation she wouldn't trade for anything.

"Today is the first Quidditch game, remember. Your game is against Ravenclaw," Fleur commented, and Harriet let a noisy whine.

"Great," Harriet muttered. "I'll have to play all over again."

"Please, Harriet! I know you're going to do just great!" Fleur exclaimed excitedly.

"Yeah, yeah, I just hope nothing strange happens."

The Quidditch field was overflowed with the students of Hogwarts. All wanting to see something entertaining in order kill the boresome of the usual school routine and to forget about what transpired a few days ago. Everyone wanted to just ignore it. There was no need for anyone too worried about such a thing. They all wanted to experience an average year, a normal year, especially Harriet. Or as normal as someone like her could have.

"We are going to destroy them!" Nymphadora exclaimed loudly, showing up her war paints all over her face. "We are going to strike the first point of the year! This first victory! You heard me?! We are going to eradicate them!"

The rest of the Hufflepuff team looked at the so-called leader of the group with confused eyes. Nymphadora evidently, wanted to hear them shout just like her. So, slowly they went on with the craziness of the pink-haired witch. Muttering small warcries.

"Y-yeah, we are going to win," Heidi replied nervously. Tasmin and Malcolm only nodded, too, not wanting to enrage the crazy witch.

"Uh, Dora, I am the team captain," Cedric muttered as the screaming witch ignored him.

"We are going to dominate all of them!" Nymphadora screamed emotionally. "We're going to make them regret ever facing the Badger! We are then, take their women as ours! We will burn their crops and destroy their castles!"

Now everyone just stared at her, completely lost and somewhat concerned. Nymphadora was certainly, passionate about winning, but the reality was that, on the Ravenclaw team. There was a certain witch who she loathed.

"Burn their crops?" Tasmin whispered to Heidi, who anxiously stared at Nymphadora. "Take their women?" She added.

"You're fired up right now, Dora," Cedric said, making Nymphadora growl or hissed at the golden boy of the Hufflepuff house.

"You have no idea," Nymphadora then walked toward Harriet, who wasn't really paying attention to the group pre-game reunion. The Girl-Who-Lived was near a table where food was laid only for her. She has to thank her friends for that. There brought donuts, apple pies, roasted chicken, and more. All for her. It was one of the reasons Harriet wasn't so pissy right now. The food on her mouth, her belly full of delicious pastries. Harriet was in fantasy land, enjoying her time eating her anger away.

Harriet wasn't even bothered when Nymphadora picked her up like a doll by the waist. Carrying her like a puppet with no strings.

"This is our ace! Our triumph card! All shall crawl in fear watching this cute, lovable, amazing seeker fly on the skies!" Nymphadora exclaimed dramatically, holding Harriet like a messiah before the Hufflepuff team. Nymphadora's strength truly impressed them since she didn't look to have a problem picking up Harriet like that. Although the girl in question was just up there, she had an unfazed look and chocolate all over her mouth. Harriet was just used to Nymphadora's shenanigans, so she didn't even think of saying anything. She just let Nymphadora scream like she always does.

"You're very... passionated for today's game, Dora," Cedric said, earning a huff from Nymphadora.

"She's going to play," Nymphadora growled. "That bitch."

"That bitch? Who?" Cedric asked, rather intrigued about Nymphadora's outrage.

"Cho Chang."

When Nymphadora spoke that name, everyone understood her craving for today's game. Even Harriet understood. While the Hufflepuff team won last year's cup. They did meet a few challenges, well. Not Harriet, but her team. Harriet would fly around, looking for the Snitch and capturing it only when she was bored since Harriet wanted to let her team play. They train hard and put in a lot of effort. Ending the game in the first five minutes truly throw all their effort out the window.

Harriet's unnatural stats made her capable of seeing things differently. Her senses were sharper and incredible on point. She didn't use any ability to enhance her body. None. She hated cheating in games such as this, and while she could end a Quidditch game in the first five minutes. Harriet also likes challenges. So, she made her own in her mind, just like. Capture the Quidditch ball by doing a back flip. Or flying standing up while going on zig-zag. ridiculous things like that. However, while she was considered the best seeker in the school, behind her was Cho Chang.

The girl truly hated losing to Harriet, which showed how she behaved towards her. Not that Harriet noticed. The Girl-Who-Lived mostly ignored her. Yet, the reason why Nymphadora had problems with the witch was that, during the last game of last year. Cho Chang focused on making everyone on the Hufflepuff team miserable. Cho led Nymphadora to follow her, pretending she was chasing the Snitch. And used her expert flying abilities to force the pink-haired girl to crash on the mud-filled ground and brake her arm. Nymphadora hasn't forgotten that. She wanted revenge.

"You're still on that?" Harriet asked as Nymphadora put her on the ground again. "You spend the entire summer whining about the last game."

"I must have my due," Nymphadora whispered. "I can still taste the mud in my mouth. I shall never forgive the Japanese!"

"I don't think she's Japanese," Heide whispered to Tamsin, who hissed her to shut up.

"Alright, alright, everyone on the field," Cedric called. "The game is about to begin."

"Blood!" Nymphadora yelled, practically jumping out of the room.

"I sometimes wonder if she fell from the bed and hit her head when she was a child," Heidi muttered.

"Well, if I remember correctly. Aunt Andy told me she used to trip and fall quite a lot. Maybe she did hit her head a lot," Harriet hummed as the team walked out of the team tent and looked at Nymphadora on the ground trying to stand up, groaning in pain.

"Who tripped me?!" The pink-haired witch screamed, looking around and finding no one.

Maybe, it wasn't Cho's fault that Nymphadora hit the ground. Harriet chuckled, approaching the witch. "It's okay, Nymphadora. I still love you, just the way you're now."

Harriet smiled, kissing the pink-haired witch's cheeks. "But someone did trip me! It was as if someone put something down there for me to fall," Nymphadora muttered softly.

"Of course," Harriet only replied, following the team to the Quidditch pitch. There, like always, a large crow gathered, all wanting to see the game. Harriet had to admit that she was starting to like the sensation of popularity. How people were all cheering them, shouting their names. It made Harriet happy.

"All right, let's get ready," Cedric said, mounting his broom. The Hufflepuff quickly got in the air and flew away when the doors opened. Harriet felt the air on her cheeks, the sun on her skin, and sighed deeply.

"Such a good day," Harriet whispered. The Girl-Who-Lived then look the stands and saw her friends all waving and shouting her name. Fleur's voice echoed the entire pitch. The Veela was not ashamed of showing her support to Harriet.

"I love you!" Fleur yelled, and Harriet chuckled softly, waving at her crazy but cute mate. However, a sudden hateful glare interrupted her thoughts. Confused by the sheer malicious stare, Harriet looked at the girl who seemed dead focused on bugging her.

"Can I help you?" Harriet asked the girl named Cho Chang, who hissed in her direction while at the same time giving small glances to Cedric.

"I am going to beat you today," she replied as Harriet rolled her eyes.

"Sure you are," Harriet scoffed at her.

"Also, I don't like your closeness to Cedric," Cho said, and now she had Harriet's intention, who looked at her a bit confused.

"What do you mean?"

"You're too close to him... stay away from him," Cho didn't hide her crush on the Hufflepuff's golden boy, and Harriet could see it. A rather strange assumption from the Ravenclaw's girl to think. Harriet was remotely interested in Cedrick, which she was not. Harriet liked him a bit. Cedric was just a likable person. Sweet, gentle, and incredibly funny when he wanted to. He also was just a good person. Harriet liked people like him. Boy's with no malicious intent, with no end goal, but just to be the best person they could be.

But, Harriet didn't have a crush on him. Or anything like that.

"Well, he's my team captain, fellow Hufflepuff, and a prefect. So, you're right. I am close to him," Harriet replied, sounding like an adult explaining things to a child. Cho saw it right through and didn't like it at all, but too bad for her. Harriet simply didn't care.

"He is my friend. I couldn't be careless about what you think of it."

Cho narrowed her eyes, muttering under her breath. "You better stay away from him," she whispered viciously, and Harriet didn't like it.

"Or what are you going to do?" Harriet asked, not hiding hostility in her voice. "You think you could stop me in a duel?"

Cho didn't reply, and Harriet knew she didn't need to hear her words.

"Besides, I doubt you understand how foolish you look. I don't like men and am technically married to a woman."

"I am not an idiot, Potter. I can see it in your eyes, how you look at him," Cho scoffed at her. "You want him."

Harriet looked at her, completely bewildered by the girl's obsession with Cedric. "You're truly something else!" Harriet exclaimed, confused. "I have a wife! Woman! I like women! No men! Are you daft? Truly? Doesn't it get it to your thick skull?!"

Cho scoffed at her, not believing her at all. "Liar." Cho then flew ahead, ready to face her in a game of Quidditch. Harriet has met many annoying people before, and Cho Chang would be on that list now. That's why Harriet would make sure to humiliate her during the match. She wouldn't just finish the game quick, no. Harriet would play with the girl and show her how far below Cho indeed was.

"Welcome to this Quidditch game! Today's match is Hufflepuff against Ravenclaw! We are witnessing the first match of the season, and let me tell you all! It's going to be a blast!"

Harriet licked her lips as she watched Madam Hooch throw the Quaffle in the air. The game started, but, like always, Harriet was only focused on finding the Golden Snitch. It only took a few minutes before she saw the little bugger flying away.

"There you are," Harriet whispered. She then glanced at Cho, who looked to be moving her head around, trying to find anything golden in the air. Harriet smirked, deciding to play with the girl. Using her natural talents, Harriet decided to fly past the girl, taunting her to follow her.

Cho saw that smirk on the green-eyed girl and growled. "You...!"

Harriet chuckled loudly as she flew towards the golden Snitch with impudence. Harriet was, for the lack of a better word, showing off. Harriet's bravado, while flying, kept all the eyes on her. She has done the Sloth Grip Roll. The Starfish and Stick. The famous Wollongong Shimmy and everyone's favorite. The Wronski Feint. Harriet's ability to fly was like no other, and it showed while forcing Cho to follow her behind.

Every time, Cho would be close to touching the Golden Snitch. Harriet would push her aside, forcing her to grab her broom and retreat. Harriet was having the time of her life.

"You're not that good at all," Harriet taunted loudly. "My father's is better than you. A whole better."

Cho saw red. She wanted to do nothing more than to cleanse that smirk out of the girl's face. Harriet smiled brightly, enjoying the view of anger from Cho.

Yet, as she was flying towards the Snitch. Harriet suddenly felt something off on a Bludger since that ball was furiously aiming at her head. Harriet frowned but wasn't worried at all. She quickly evaded the Bludger without a problem. A peculiar sensation came to her, noticing how suddenly the Bludger kept on following her. Harriet now wondered why that was, nevertheless. Since Harriet was on the Golden Snitch's tail, so was Cho.

"Annoying little thing," Harriet whispered, noticing the rogue magic ball, keeping up with both of them, following them across the field.

On the stands, Harriet's friends watched it in great detail.

"That Bludger has tampered!" Blaise hissed.

"We must stop it!" Neville exclaimed as the group got ready with their wands.

"I'll get it!" Tina growled, aiming with her wand, ready to destroy the Bludger at any minute. Yet, before that, she was stopped.

"Wait!" Hermione exclaimed. "You could hurt Harriet! She's flying all over the place!"

Tina wanted to protest, but Fleur agreed with the bushy girl's statement.

"She's right, Tina," Fleur whispered, not looking away from her beloved one. "Even with your aim. You could hurt."

"But, I won't miss!" Tina declared she was slightly hurt. "I never miss!"

"Sister," Rolf muttered.

"No, she's right, Tina," Blaise hummed deeply. "Quidditch is chaotic. You never know."

Tina lowered her head softly, muttering some words, as Sebas slightly patted her head. It felt horrible watching Harriet being followed by a threat, yet currently, they couldn't do much but observe. Still, Fleur and Blaise looked at each other, knowing that someone was doing this.

"Tina, try to see if you could detect something," Blaise whispered.

"Look!" Hermione yelled, bringing the attention of everyone.

They saw Harriet and Cho going down under the side of the Quidditch pitch, where a large tunnel divided the field from the stands. A large trench with wooded rods. There, Harriet and Cho had to move carefully to not smash themselves into the many wood rods holding the place together. Adding more to the scene was the Bludger crushing everything behind them.

"Mon amour!" Fleur exclaimed with worry written all over her. But, just like everyone else, she noticed a strange smile on Harriet's face. "She's smiling?"

Harriet was, indeed, enjoying herself a great deal. Why? It was hard to tell. Maybe, she truly enjoyed Quidditch more than she thought. Perhaps, it was the adrenaline in her body telling her otherwise. Or, it was something else.

Use the Force, Harriet! She thought with delight. The sound of the Bludger destroying everything on its path behind her and the challenge of catching the Golden Snitch caused a certain feeling of excitement. She also noticed Cho's face. The fear in her eyes was visible, bringing more joy to Harriet, who licked her lips again. Harriet clutched her broom and increased the speed. Faster, Harriet wanted to go more quickly. Cho looked alarmed since she was being left behind.

Cho desperately tried to catch up to Harriet but couldn't do it no matter how much she tried. Sadly for Cho. Her recklessness has led the Bludger to push her aside by hitting the tail of her brown. Forcing her to lose control of her broom. Harriet noticed how Cho's body crashed on one of the wooden bars, knocking herself out instantly and falling to the dark ground below.

"Auch," Harriet muttered, looking at Cho's body on the dirt ground below.

Harriet would mourn Cho's failure if she cared, but she didn't. Yet, it seems the Bludger could smell her and tried to hit her one more time. Harriet decided not to risk it further and left the Quidditch pitch trenches. The Golden Snitch was visible, so Harriet went on to grab it and end the game. But, watching the Bludger behind her, she overlooked the other Bludger going towards her. It slammed her right arm, throwing off her gauntlet. Harriet hissed in pain, knowing right then and there. It was broken. But what's life without challenges? Harriet thought annoyingly, leading all the way forward, and with her left hand, she grabbed the annoying golden orb. That, of course, led her to fall down to the ground, rolling on the sand near the goal's post.

"Bloody...! Fuck!" Harriet groaned on the ground, with sand in her mouth, spitting it out, highly annoyed. Suddenly feeling the pain in her broken arm.

"Ugh... capturing a Golden Snitch, with a rogue Bludger behind you and a broken arm? Done."

Harriet groaned, hearing the cheers of everyone announcing the end of the game.

"Don't tell me I don't always give my best in a game," Harriet joked, although no one could hear her. But soon, she noticed something coming at her at a fast speed. A Bludger aimed her head, but she quickly evaded it. Yet, the Bludger kept at it. But before it could try again to hit her, a loud yell could be heard.

"Mon amour!" Fleur growled like a bear protecting her child as the Veela appeared out of nowhere and stopped the rogue Bludger with her hand. She grabbed the ball and practically squeezed the air out of it. Harriet just lay there, gobsmacked.

"Whoah," Harriet whispered.

"Oh, my love! My dear! Your arm," Fleur cried, slowly trying to hush the pain away. Yet, Harriet was still processing what Fleur had just done.

"Harriet?! How is your arm?" Daphne asked quickly, and Harriet only nodded slowly.

"It hurts... but are we going to forget what Fleur just did?!" Harriet yelled. All of her friends just waved it off.

"It's nothing," Blaise quickly said. "Just... adrenaline."

"Indeed," Neville added.

"What?" Harriet replied, baffled. "She destroyed a Bludger! And those things are hard as a rock!"

"It was just... love power!" Nymphadora yelled.

"Fleur is strong," Daphne said as Hannah and Susan nodded.

"Very strong."

"The strongest!" Tina said nervously, and Rofl nodded quickly.

"Maybe, it has to do with the fact she's your mate? Maybe Veela's can be quite strong when protecting their loved ones?" Hermione pondered, earning a quick glance from Blaise, who smirked at her.

"Indeed, it could very well be just that!" Blaise said. "Wonderful, Hermione!"

"Uh... thanks!" Hermione said, a bit confused by the praising of Blaise.

"Now, your arm," Fleur whispered, slowly moving the sleeve up. The Veela let hissed, noticing the clear bone out of place. "We need to take you to the infirmary, now!"

"It's alright," Harriet muttered slowly. "Nothing to worry about, just a broken arm. Did you see how I flew, though? I was great, don't you think?"

Harriet said, earning only a glare from Fleur. "Too reckless," Fleur muttered angrily. "You could hurt yourself, especially with that Bludger around."

"Sorry," Harriet whispered, a bit embarrassed.

"I have arrived!" Everyone saw Gilderoy arriving at the scene with his bright smile. "Don't worry, miss Potter! I'll fix that arms of yours in no time!"

"No!" Everyone yelled, especially Harriet. "No, you!"

"Haha! Please don't listen to them," Gilderoy said to the crowd of people watching them. "I have healed myself multiple times before! I even taught people how to cast amazing healing spells capable of curing anything!"

Gilderoy then pointed his wand at Harriet's broken arm and arrogantly smiled at her.

"Now, don't move!" Gilderoy exclaimed. "Brackium Emendo!"

Then everyone saw Harriet's arm transforming into gelatine. Gilderoy then chuckled nervously, slowly taking Harriet's hand and showing everyone that she had no broken bone. Because she had no bones left.

"AHHHH!" Harriet shrieked, watching her arm look like a flaccid piece of flesh. "この野郎! 手が!" Harriet yelled. Not only was it loud, but it was in Japanese, allowing everyone to realize that she was in panic mode.

"Oh, that sometimes happens... but look, it's more flexible!" Gilderoy said nervously. Although, if one had to look at his eyes. One could see amusement as if he was enjoying the reactions of everyone there. Especially Fleur, who was being held down by Nymphadora and Neville. The crimes of Fleur Delacour had a nice ring, but it would surely share the same fate of its name's sake and fall into obscurity. And no one wants that.

Harriet was lying on the infirmary bed, playing with her flaccid hand, still shocked by it. "My arm... it felt like Play-doh."

Everyone grimaced at the voice of Harriet. Thankfully, Madam Pomfrey had the remedy to help Harriet regain her bones.

"That utter fool!" Pomfrey declared, irritated. "I'll tell Dumbledore about this! Healing is not easy! It takes practice and patience, and that Buffon has either the intelligence or abilities to clean the residue of his backside!"

Everyone nodded fervently, liking already the matron of the infirmary even more.

"You can heal her, right?" Fleur asked urgently, making madam Pomfrey scoff.

"Of course, I can heal her. But it will take time. Healing broken bones is not hard; healing them is simple. But making them appear, that's difficult. Miss Potter is for a long and painful night," Pomfrey said softly. "Here, drink it. Also, take this Sleeping Draught."

"Sleeping potion?" Harriet asked, a bit uneasy. "I have never consumed a regrowing bone potion draught."

"It's going to be painful, miss Potter," Pomfrey admitted. "That's why I'll advise you to take it."

"I will have to stay here, don't I?" Harriet asked, to which Madam Pomfrey sighed softly.

"I'm afraid so, Miss Potter," the matron healer replied. "But, I could allow your mate to stay with you for the night. It will be unwise for me to let you be by yourself, especially with everything going on."

"Thank you, madam Pomfrey," Harriet said. "I'll like for Fleur to stay with me."

Fleur kissed Harriet's cheek, making the girl feel much better, knowing she wouldn't be alone.

"Now, drink it up!"

Harriet whined softly but did as she was told. Yet, the flavor of the medicine made her gag out loud. "Ugh! It's disgusting! It tastes of Sirius's cooking!"

"That bad?" Susan muttered next to Hannah, who chuckled.

"What did you expect? Pumping juice?"

Harriet and the group were left alone for the time being. The Girl-Who-Lived was incredibly displeased with what happened with her arms but, at the same time, was rather tired. The medicine was making her sleepy. However, something was bothering her that made her discomfort known to everyone.

"The Bludger today... that was not normal at all."

Blaise was the first one to nod at her. "Yes, however, this must be the work of someone. Either a teacher or something else. Just like the Golden Snitch, Quaffle, and Bludger. The Quidditch equipment is kept in Madam Hooch's room. Also, there are spells on them for protection."

Fleur hummed deeply, letting her mind travel into the possibilities. "Could this be linked to the current events?"

"It could very well be."

"Did anyone of you feel anything out of the ordinary during the game?" Harriet asked. "Nothing? Not even you, Nymphadora?"

Nymphadora thought deeply but snapped her fingers. "Yes... I couldn't see you for a bit."

"See her?" Neville asked her as Blaise frowned.

"Yeah... it was strange... like confused," Nymphadora said, then everyone realized it.

"Confundus charm!" Hermione exclaimed.

"Yeah, that does make sense," Blaise whispered. "Why would that be the case?"

"I don't like it," Daphne said. "I doubt it was one of the Ravenclaw. They are not known for playing dirty."

"It's always the first time for everything," Susan added. "Tracey, what are you eating?" Susan asked, confused by what Tracey was suddenly munching. It sounded like something crunching. What was it? Only Tracey knew.

"Nothing!" Tracey said quickly as she faded into the background of something far more critical.

"Whoever did it wanted to hurt me, that's clear," Harriet sighed, fighting to keep awake. Bloody sleeping potion. "There's also everything going on. Fleur, could you write to my dad? Tell Hedwig to help you. Tell him everything. He needs to know. Also, Madam Pomfrey was adamant about me staying here for the night. I don't feel secure being alone. Even with Fleur."

"Especially with a supposedly Basilisk on the ground," Blaise said. "Worry do not, Harriet. We will not let anything happen to you, that's for sure."

Harriet smiled and nodded. She decided to let them in on a secret thing. "Accio Marauder's map! Invisibility Cloak!"

"This will help you all," Harriet announced, showing her one of her little secrets. "This will allow us to move around without bringing too much attention to us, also, in the meanwhile. I would like to know about the... Chamber of Secrets. Take care of it."

Blaise nodded, making mental notes to care for his lady's belongings.

"It will surely help us to know more about it," Fleur said. "Daphne, have you found anything in the Slytherin library?"

"Sadly no," Daphne admitted. "We have been reading non-stop, but nothing about the Chamber of Secrets. Nothing at all."

Blaise looked annoyed but sighed. "Slytherin was a rather cunning man. He would certainly make sure to leave no trace behind."

"What about the forbidden section?" Hermione added. "We could sneak in at night and search above the library level."

"Oh, Miss Granger, you're about to break Hogwart's school rules?" Harriet said, slightly amused. "What a rebel."

"It's for you!" Hermione declared, blushing.

"Well, I think we are for a long night. Tina?" Harriet looked at the small girl who looked around, sniffing the air. "What is it?"

"Uh, nothing... just smell bad... also, where is Luna?"

Harriet wanted to say something but started to fall asleep. Fleur sighed. "Madam Pomfrey, give you a sleeping potion, so you could sleep through the pain. I'll be here, my love. I am not leaving your sight."

"Yes, of course," Harriet's slowly started to face away. It was like, being in anesthesia. She couldn't fight it, and Fleur just sighed deeply. "Rest, my love. I'll never leave your side." Hearing that, Harriet decided to sleep.

Night came quickly, and Fleur, just like she told her beloved, refused to leave her side. Not even to eat dinner. They had to bring it to her. But that's what does not worry her. But everything currently going on.

Harriet's sleepy face was the only positive about the whole evening.

"My love," Fleur whispered, slowly caressing Harriet's cheek. "You look so peaceful when you sleep."

Fleur expected along the night, where she would have to just watch over her beloved one. It wasn't something she was against, of course. Fleur could spend hours sitting next to Harriet, watching her rest, and loved every minute of it. However, Fleur's unease only raised more.

Fleur's thoughts were interrupted by how suddenly Harriet woke up.

"Fleur!" Harriet exclaimed, feeling a threat arising.

Harriet summon warned her about someone approaching, and thankfully. The Girl-Who-Lived wasn't alone in that room. Fleur reacted incredibly fast. Casting the Protego spell around Harriet and signaled a certain girl to act. Tina was watching from the darkest corners of the infirmary hall. Using the darkness of the room to hide her abilities. While Tina didn't have the full capabilities she's known for. Tina was still capable of sensing things no one else could. Tina's natural ability to detect what no one else would prove to be helpful. Also, she could make herself undetectable. That's why Fleur wanted her there, just in case someone came and tried to do anything.

"I got you!" Tina yelled, grabbing something or someone. "You aren't going nowhere!" The small girl growled, pushing whatever that thing was on the ground.

"Please! Please! Dobby only wanted to speak with the Girl-Who-Lived!" A tiny little thing spoke, fearful of the girl grabbing his neck.

"Tina, what is it?" Harriet asked, standing from the bed slowly.

"A house elf," Tina muttered with disgust. Just like Demiurge assumed! Tina thought.

"House elf?" Harriet muttered. "Which house do you serve?"

"No, no! Dobby can't say it! Dobby will be punished if someone finds out!" Dobby the House elf whimpered.

"I have a few techniques that could help us in that reward," Fleur muttered darkly. "I'll tell Blaise to help me. One night, and we could learn everything from you."

"Eiii!" Dobby squealed in fear, trying to move out of Tina's grasp, but without success. Tina grabbed both of Dobby's hands, making it impossible for him to use magic.

"Please, mercy for Dobby!" He screamed. "Dobby only wanted to save Harriet Potter! Dobby wants to protect her!"

"Protect me?" Harriet asked, now confused. "What would you want to protect me?"

"Yes! Yes! I thought missing the train could work! But when it didn't... Dobby thought an injury would keep her out of Hogwarts!"

"Missing the train? Injury?" Harriet muttered, realizing what did it mean. "You! You're why I almost broke my nose when I walked to the platform! And those Bludgers, as well!" Harriet exclaimed angrily. Fleur looked murderous, breathing deeply, trying to control herself.

"You insolent... little rat!" Fleur hissed, clutching her jaw to the point her teeth almost cracked. Tina would, at any moment, break any bone in Dobby's poor body. Yet, Harriet took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. She wanted to find out why Dobby, the strange house elf, was there.

"Alright, Dobby, why? Exactly?" Harriet asked. "Why do you want me to leave Hogwarts?"

Dobby looked at Harriet with hope in his eyes. He even sobbed. "Oh, Harriet Potter must leave! Terrible things are about to happen at Hogwarts!"

"Horrible things are already happening at Hogwarts," Fleur drawled, hissing.

"Dobby knows! But, He-Who-Must-Not-Be-Named loyal followers are trying to do horrible things! Horrible!"

Now, Harriet frowned, hearing the name of Voldemort and his stupid title.

"Voldemort?" Harriet said, making the house elf shrink under that name.

"Yes! Yes! Harriet Potter must leave unless she wants history to repeat itself!"

"Repeat itself?" Harriet asked, suddenly feeling a strange sensation running in the castle. The hissing tones and large body moving across the walls announced a successful attack.

"The Basilisk... is moving," Harriet whispered, but that wasn't all. The sound of people walking towards the infirmary was loud. Tina could also smell the people coming toward them and the wet clothes odor. Tina didn't notice Dobby's finger snapping.

"Harriet Potter must leave!" Dobby whispered, disappearing in mid-air. Tina angrily tried to grab him but couldn't do it.

"Apparition!" Tina hissed angrily.

"Forget it, Tina, hide," Harriet said, moving to the bed. "Come, Fleur."

Harriet and Fleur got into bed and pretended to be asleep. Yet, they did keep their ears open to what was happening around them.

"Put him here!" Madam Pomfrey said urgently. "What happened?"

"There's has been another attack," Dumbledore whispered.

Harriet listened closely to the worried tone of voice from the old wizard. There was something different in him.

"I think he's been petrified," McGonagall added, not liking the sight of one of her young lions in such a state. "Perhaps, he managed to take a picture of his attacker?"

Dumbledore hummed, taking the small camera out of the young boy's cold hand. Sadly, whatever evidence there could be was burned away from the camera.

"What can this mean, Albus?" McGonagall asked, terrified.

"It means that our students are in great danger, Minerva," Dumbledore said.

"What should I tell the staff?"

"Mm, the truth. Tell the staff that Hogwarts is no longer safe. It is as if we feared Minerva," Dumbledore muttered somberly. "The Chamber of Secrets has indeed been opened again."

Dumbledore sighed deeply. "I shall call the Auror department at once. The safety of our students is important."

Minerva nodded as both looked at the bed on the edge of the hall, where Fleur and Harriet pretended to be asleep. Harriet looked at Fleur as they waited for them to leave.

"Fleur, we must gather everyone," Harriet whispered between Fleur's breast. "We can't waste time."

"At once."

Harriet hummed, wondering what that annoying house elf meant by history repeating itself again. Maybe, she should search when was the last time a student died or was petrified.

What are you trying to do now, dear Voldemort?
