When one child goes unpunished after getting the other in constant trouble, resentment is bound to bloom among siblings. But when a prank war goes wrong and Billy's father, Neil, takes a more brutish approach to take his son in hand, Max just might see why Billy is the way he is and seek to discover a different side of him. Contains disciplinary spankings and child abuse.
