It was getting late into the night. As Ren ran LeBlanc and completed closing details, allowing Sojiro to leave early and spend Christmas with Futaba. "Whew, " Ren said to himself. "I still can't believe Sojiro did all this himself for years. "

"You can count on me, Joker!" As he finished the last of the clean up and stock. He looked at the beans, including the most expensive stock, blue mountain. "I remember Sojiro always told both me and Haru to keep our hands off the expensive beans." He said to himself. "But this is a special occasion, so I'll make an exception. I'm sure even Sojiro would.. " But his thoughts were interrupted as Haru walked through the door of LeBlanc.

"Hello Ren-kun," she said sweetly with a smile. Ren greeted her warm smile as she took a seat in front of the counter. "Busy day?" She asked, "it was, especially with it being the day before Christmas. Most of Sojiro's regulars stopped by anyway since they had no family." Ren said in response. Preparing the last of the day's curry on a plate for Haru. And himself, he also brewed the blue mountain coffee for both of them.

"There's always something about the atmosphere," Ren said as he took the first bite. Haru talks about her day, sipping her coffee realizing "blue mountain Ren-kun?" She asked, "correct!" He continued, Sojiro had all this long before I even set foot in here for the first time.

Ren had Tokyo Gore police, picked out, and put on. He then looked over at his partner in metaverse crime, "did you want to step out and wait until the movie was over?"" He asked, "nah Im going to brave it out. Provided…" Morgana responded. "Sushi?" Ren responded. As Haru started her accent upstairs, Morgana went into hiding. She saw the movie picked out for them, "Ohh… I've been wanting to see this one for a while."

Haru is so engrossed in the movie. Both of them watch the main character take out the army of mutant cyborgs. She got even more excited watching than their friend Makoto did with her Yakuza movies.

He noticed Haru began to shiver some and turned the heat on to warm up the attic. "Is that better, my dear?" He asked, but no response. He rejoined her, cuddled up, and comfy. After 2 hours had passed, the movie was finished. "That was a great movie, Ren-kun. I've been wanting to watch that for a while." Haru said, while Ren signaled for Morgana. "I've got one more Christmas present to give you, Haru," Ren said. He gave the signal to Morgana, who presented a calling card to Haru. "What's this?" She asked in sudden confusion. She took the calling card from Morgana and began reading it out loud:

"Ren-kun what's going…" Haru tried to say but was cut off by Morgana jumping up on Haru's lap with a small box for her. "Mona-chan, what's this?" She asked as she opened the box and saw a diamond ring in the box. "Will you marry me, Haru Okurama?" Ren asked on one knee. "Ren…kun," at a loss for words, "come on beauty thief, he's waiting for an answer." Morgana said as Haru took the ring out of the box and slipped it on her left finger. "YES!" Morgana jumped off her lap, and she grabbed Ren and stood him up.

Embracing in a passionate kiss, she was swept off her feet. "We need to message everyone!" Ren said, but first took two pictures.
