Chapter 161 Kidnapped

Youngblood, Vicky, and the crew of escaped inmates snuck around the planet, until they came across a old abandoned fuel station they decided to turn into a makeshift base. There the little crew went about supplying and arming themselves by first robbing a few unlucky travelers who weren't expecting any trouble and then going to Goza City to purchase weapons both from the legal market and the black market. Soon Youngblood's crew had a good deal of arms to use. Vicky used what knowledge and few contacts she had to learn about Jazz's whereabouts and schedule so the gang could kidnap her without much trouble. The plan was to capture Jazz in hopes of bringing Wraith out, so Youngblood and his crew could kill her. After Wraith was dealt with Vicky planned on killing Jazz for ruining her career.
Time went by and eventually Vicky found the ideal location to kidnap Jazz that provide a good view of the crime for witnesses and a easy escape route. Vicky even came up with a diversion to make sure any guards didn't interfere with the plan. She went over the plan with Youngblood who thought it was good and he agreed with it. The plan was then put into motion.
Jazz was at the Capitol in her office giving Wraith another lesson. She could tell that Wraith was bothered by something and from what Jazz had witnessed at the Learnatorium and from what she had learn from her mother and Danny she had a fairly good idea what was bothering Wraith and decided to see if she could get the clone to open up and talk about it.
"I feel like you're not really into our lesson and I don't think it has anything to do with being board with the subject matter. Is there something going on with your job that is bothering you? You know you can share stuff and be open with me Wraith. I'm your friend and I care about you and your wellbeing." Said Jazz.
"Well...recently my job has been tough...both physically and mentally. I'm not fully comfortable about what my superiors are doing. They say they're working on establishing order through the galaxy, but the way their doing it...just feels wrong." Said Wraith looking tired.
"What exactly is your master and the people he work doing that feels wrong?" Asked Jazz.
"They're...changing people in a really messed up way. Like they want them to only be loyal to the Empire and nothing else. I chose to serve the Empire, but the ones they're changing aren't being given a choice or anything. They're just meant to obey and serve." Said Wraith.
"Have you considered taking a break or simply quitting?" Asked Jazz.
"I've thought...about it, but my master won't just let me walk away. I'm too much of a valuable asset to him and the others." Said Wraith.
"Sounds like they view you more as a asset then a person." Said Jazz.
Wraith just silently stared at the floor.
"Maybe we can see about you getting a different job in the Empire. Something less stressful." Said Jazz.
"Like what?" Asked Wraith.
"Maybe as a security guard or an assistant here. This place needs good security and I think it would be a nice job and fit for you." Said Jazz.
"I'll think it over." Said Wraith.
"I think that's enough lessons for today. Why don't we go for a walk and get some fresh air." Said Jazz.
"Ok." Said Wraith.
The two of them headed down to the first floor and headed outside. Wraith took in the people and alien's going about their business and wondered what life would be life if she wasn't working for Vlad.
All was peaceful, until a parked ship several yards away exploded! Then another ship exploded in a different direction followed by another and another! Guards raced towards the exploded ships to investigate them and Wraith raced away from Jazz to give them a look as well. Wraith reached the ship and saw that no one appeared to be inside it when it exploded, when she heard a shout from behind and turned to see some men dragging Jazz to a shuttle. The clone ignited her lightsaber and raced towards the shuttle seeing Youngblood and Vicky sticking out of it and smirked at her as Jazz was dragged into the shuttle.
Youngblood pulled out a missile launcher and fired at Wraith forcing her to stop and put her hands up to use the Force to redirect the missile into a dumpster making it explode. The shuttle rose into the air and took off as Wraith just watched it go in dismay!
Jazz had been kidnapped!
