"What?" Mash asked bluntly
"B-but Erza…" Lucy began
"They've got Happy imprisoned here! We can't just go back and leave him!" Natsu screamed
"Happy is here? Don't tell me Milliana…" Erza began
"Where is he!?" Natsu yelled walking right up to Erza's face, having Mash out a hand on his shoulder to hold him back
"Chill."
"I have no idea…" Erza answered
"Alright, got it!" Natsu said fuming and walking away
"What do you mean "got it"!?" Finn yelled confused
"Happy's waiting for us!" Natsu roared and ran deeper into the tower in search of his cat friend
"Natsu…" Erza said while looking at him running
"That moron! Just running off without thinking once again…" Gray said
"Let's follow him!" Lucy yelled
"I'll go get him." Mash said
The boy was ready to go after the dragon slayer but Erza immediately put a sword in front of him, blocking his, and everyone's, path making them take two steps down
"You can't. Go back." Erza ordered
"What the hell!?" Dot yelled
"Milliana is the biggest cat lover that exists, she won't hurt Happy. I'll take care of Natsu and Happy and bring them back. You guys get away now." Erza said, shocking everyone
"Trying to deal with all of this on your own seems highly irresponsible." Abel said with a very rare and almost unnoticeable frown
"And we can't just leave you!" Lucy yelled
"This is my problem. You guys are not involved in this." Erza countered
"I feel pretty involved!" Love yelled
"Yeah, you saw how Natsu was. Those guys came to us looking for trouble and messed with us, and especially you. This is already our problem." Cana explained
Erza didn't answer, she just kept quiet while looking away from them
"Erza, you need to explain to us what is happening here." Levy said
"What is this tower? Who is this Jellal?" Lucy continued
Erza still didn't respond, she seemed to now be looking down
"Though, I understand if you don't want to tell us… I know you said those guys were your friends, but we're your friends now, and we'll always be here for you." Lucy said with a smile
"G-go…" Erza was trembling
"Erza…"
"This isn't like you. Why can't you just stop saying all of this useless stuff and just say "follow me" like you always do?" Gray began while walking up to the redhead "We'll help you out. Even you are allowed to feel scared sometimes, you know?"
Erza turned around and looked at all of them, making Gray take a step back in shock, in fact, everyone there was shocked since… Erza was almost crying
"Sorry…" Erza apologized while cleaning her tears "In this fight… Whether I win or lose, I'll disappear from this world no matter what…"
"What!?" Lemon yelled in shock while Puffy screeched
"What do you mean?" Lance frowned
"This is an unavoidable future, so…" Erza took a deep breath before continuing "So while I'm still here I'll tell you guys everything I know."
Erza looked at her friends with a smile making them have a worried look on their faces, it seemed like Erza was being serious about all of this…
"This tower's name is "Tower of Heaven". Otherwise known as the "R System". It was created by the Cult of Zeref more than a decade ago so they could bring the dead back to life. This project wasn't approved by the government or the Magic Council, so they worked in secrecy and kidnapped various citizens from around the world to work there as slaves. When I was young, I was one of these slaves…" Erza told the story of said tower making her friends widen their eyes
"W-what?" Lucy couldn't believe what she was hearing
"It was there where I met Jellal and the others. We were all slaves working there, but one day after I was punished thanks to a failed escape attempt, he came to save me and inspired me to fight back against the cult… And so I did, I grabbed a weapon and fought for my freedom along with the other slaves there… But Jellal was captured moments before, he changed after that… Before he was our leader, a strong boy with a sense of justice, I looked up to him more than everyone else… However, after that time, he became a completely different person." Erza continued the story "If there was one person I would call evil, that would be Jellal."
During that talk Rayne felt someone close to them, he looked back but saw nothing there. Someone was watching them, but wasn't attacking…
"So during our escape, Simon ended up being hurt and Kagura tried her best to help him, things were looking incredibly bleak for us, even Grandpa Rob, a sweet old man who helped us there, ended up dying right after showing me hope with the Fairy Tail guild mark… It was there that I awakened my magic and went to save Jellal. But when I got there he was talking about how Zeref would save all of them and attacked me, threw me away into the ocean…" Erza finished her story with tears falling from her eyes "Please… Let me fight Jellal…"
Everyone looked at her with wide eyes, hearing Erza's story was a massive shock to all of them, even for Rayne and the Magic Council girls who didn't have that much of a connection with Erza
"Hold on, isn't that "Zeref" the-" Gray began
"The most brutal and cruel dark mage in the entirety of history, indeed." Abel said remembering what was said about him back when Lullaby was released
"He was the one who created Lullaby…" Lucy said also remembering what happened
"Not only that, I'm afraid he may also have created Deliora." Erza said, making Gray widen his eyes as he remembered the creature "Zeref has the power to create those kinds of monsters without problem."
"And that is who Jellal wants to resurrect!?" Lemon said in fear
"I'm not sure what his goal is with this. Jell-... My old friend said that when Zeref revives they will be able to control "Heaven"." Erza explained
"When you put it like that, I can't understand why your old friends are doing this." Lucy said
"I agree. They say you're a traitor but the real traitor here seems to be Jellal." Cana agreed with Lucy
"I don't know what Jellal has been telling them all of these years." Erza said before sighing "But I did abandon them for eight years, so I guess I kind of betrayed them."
"But that's not your fault! It was Jellal that sent you away! How the fuck are they blaming you for that!?" Dot yelled
"That's enough. If I can just take care of Jellal then this will all be over." Erza said in a stern way
"Are you sure?" Mash, who had Finn explain everything more simply so he could keep up, said
"But her words… What did she mean by she will disappear from this world?" Finn and Levy thought confused
They suddenly heard steps approaching them, making them turn around and see no other than Sho walking up to them, he seemed to have had his entire world shattered
"Nee-san… those words… What do you mean by them?" Sho asked
"Sho…"
"What is all that nonsense you just said!? Are you just trying to pry for sympathy from your friends!? Don't joke around! The truth is nothing like that! Eight years ago, weren't you the one who planted the bomb on our escape ship and stopped all of us from escaping just so you could run off by yourself!? Kagura didn't manage to escape and we thought she was dead for the longest time! But Jellal managed to discover your betrayal and saved most of us from that! He said that if we didn't manage to control our magic we would all go insane with power just like you did!" Sho screamed
"Jellal told you that?" Gray asked making Sho widen his eyes in a panic
"Does that sound like that Erza you knew and saw fighting?" Lucy asked making Sho begin to sweat
"You fools don't understand anything! You don't know anything about us! I was saved by Jellal! We all were! That's why we built this tower for the last 8 years! For Jellal!" Sho screamed while the entire group just stared at him "Has all of this been a lie!? If what Nee-san says is true then everything Jellal said was a lie!?"
Erza closed her eyes as if taking the courage to say something, but she didn't have the chance
"That's right." because someone else said it for her, making them turn around surprised
"Simon!? Kagura!?" Sho said in shock as he saw the two siblings walking towards them
"That bastard!" Gray yelled
"It's the guy that attacked us!" Love yelled right after
"Hold on!" Juvia yelled, stopping the two from attacking him "That time before, he knew that the real Gray-sama was changed with an ice clone, but he attacked it anyway!"
"What!?" Dot screamed
"There's no way any dark mage would just let that slide, therefore Juvia thinks he is actually on our side." Juvia said
"Impressive, no wonder you were part of the famous Element Four." Simon said nodding "I wasn't planning on killing any of you. But to trick Sho and the others I was planning on just knocking you out, but thanks to that Ice Clone I managed to make your deaths more believable."
"I also stopped believing Jellal after seeing how you were acting, I knew there was something wrong there and when I saw Simon on his own, I decided to question him about this. I was very glad we were both on the same page of there being something wrong going on here." Kagura said while nodding
"You were just tricking us!?" Sho yelled in disbelief
"You, Wally, Milliana, and everyone else have been fooled by Jellal. I waited for the right moment and pretended to believe him too. And with the return of my sister, my belief that Jellal was lying just got stronger." Simon said with Kagura giving him a small look
"Simon, you…" Erza began
"I believed in you from the beginning… It's been like that for eight years." Simon said with a smile as Erza for a moment saw his real face without the metal put in to fix the damage done to it
Erza smiled and hugged her old friend with Simon hugging her back, Kagura watched the two with a smile on her face, her brother was always the emotional type
"I'm glad I was able to see you again, Erza." Simon said
"Simon…" Erza said
"How can you just trust her like that…!? How…?" Sho said while falling to his knees "Why can't I trust Nee-san like you do!? Dammit!"
Erza looked down at him without saying anything
"Who's telling the truth!? Who am I supposed to believe!?" Sho screamed while crying
Erza kneeled down in front of the crying Sho and put a hand on his head
"I know it's hard to accept everything right now. But just let me say a few words. In these eight years, I never forgot any of you. But I was too weak to do anything about all of this… I'm sorry." Erza said and hugged Sho
"But now you're ready, right?" Kagura asked making Erza turn to her and nod
"I've been waiting for this moment. Now that all of these powerful mages are gathered in one place." Simon said while smiling
"Powerful mages?" Lucy said "Does that include me, Lemon, and Finn?"
"We'll fight Jellal with our combined strength. But first, we need to stop Salamander and Wally's impending battle. We need his power if we truly want to win against Jellal." Simon said and so everyone nodded and ran after Natsu
"This is a big team…" Rayne thought

Cell War peeked through the side of a wall, smirking since he heard all of that conversation, picking up a communication Lacrima from his pocket and calling Innocent Zero
"Father, it seems like Kagura has betrayed us and joined the team against Jellal." Cell War told his master
"Oh, how unfortunate…" Innocent said
"Should I do something about her?"
"No. Let her do what she wants." Innocent told him, confusing Cell War "They do say to let the younglings have more freedom these days, and she is a young lady so it makes sense for her to make such rash decisions… However, it's not like her actions will change the outcome of today." Innocent said while smiling and finished the call
"Hmm…" Cell Ward wondered what exactly was the true objective of this plan, after all, Innocent Zero did not want the resurrection of Zeref

The team was running up the stairs, trying to reach Natsu before something bad happened
"Damn! My Contact with Wally and Millia is being blocked!" Simon said while having a hand on his head
"Contact?" Lucy said confused
"Now I have no idea where they are!"
"Thought Transmission magic…" Juvia realized what that magic he was using was
Sho seemed to be having trouble keeping up with them, walking rather slowly behind them
"Are you okay, Sho?" Erza asked
"Yeah, as long as you're here…" Sho said smiling and looking down, making Erza smile
"Are you sure we should be trusting these guys?" Cana asked while looking at the group "I mean, I can accept that the bug guy didn't want to kill us, however the other ones could have actually killed us."
"I do not plan on making any excuses. Besides, if you were the type of mages that could be killed so easily, you wouldn't stand a chance against Jellal anyway." Simon said "And I also had faith that Natsu wouldn't die."
"What about us?" Finn asked while sweatdropping
"You people still don't know Natsu's true power. When he fully realizes the power of a dragon, no one can stand in his way." Kagura said in a serious tone
"Scary." Mash said

With a dark hooded figure at the top of the tower, Jellal, said figure was playing around with some chess pieces, moving them around and toppling some of them to the ground
"So Simon, Kagura, and Sho have betrayed me while Milliana and Wally have been defeated by Salamander. Hehe…" Jellal laughed "Yes, this is how this game should be played. There's nothing more boring than a one-sided game."
Cell War walked up to the room a little bit after he said that, looking around with his trademark smile
"Master Jellal, let's capture Erza and hold the ceremony right now. This is not a time to be fooling around." a man with long hair and a square nose said
"In that case, why don't you do it yourselves? Vidaldus, Cell War." Jellal asked
"Are you sure?" Cell War asked
"Well, they've finished their turn haven't they?" Jellal said while moving some pieces in his chessboard
Vildadus smirked and moved his arms together in an X formation while Cell War moved his wand up, both of them being surrounded by green flames before it was revealed an entire team of mages was now present
"Special raiding squadron of assassins, guild "Skull Order", Trinity Raven And the Criminal Canes from Innocent Zero… It's your turn now." Jellal said with a smirk
"Go to hell~~~~~! I'll show the deepest and darkest pits of hell~~~~~~~!" Vidaldus said, now being in a heavy metal attire, complete with full body painting like a punk rock band
"Who-who-whooo?" a buff man with the head of an owl wearing a jetpack made owl noises, that was Fukuro from Trinity Raven
"Looks like it is time for dinner." a tall lanky blonde man wearing glasses said, he was wearing a tuxedo and had a handkerchief coming out of the top of his tuxedo, on his hand was a fork and a knife, and he had two lines on his face, that was the Food Criminal Cane, Jon Pierre
"Time to cut them all up!" a man with spiky hair and a black suit said, he had two lines on his face and had a pair of scissors in his hand, that was the Scissor Criminal Cane, Gail Garret
"We shall end this quickly." a muscular bald man completely covered in tattoos said, he had a massive chain on his hand with a massive black dog creature with three heads, that was the Spike Criminal Cane, Galbo Botteri, and his Cerberus
"..." a lanky man with two lines on his face and looking like he hasn't slept in days said nothing, that was the Monster Criminal Cane, Johnson Johns
"Hihihi…" a weird-looking man dressed up as a toddler said and pushing a stroller laughed sadistically, he had two lines on his face, that were the Baby Criminal Cane, Sitter Baby
"Perhaps it is the fate of both love and life to scatter in the wind… Tonight shall be the festival." a woman wearing a kimono that fell off on her shoulders, showing a massive amount of cleavage, and pink hair said, that was Ikagura from Trinity Raven
"This will be quite fun." a weird small man with two lines on his face floating behind a taller man with three lines on his face said, that was the Death Criminal Cane, Necross Mance
"Fufufu, as you wish, Jellal." Cell War, the newly assigned leader of the Criminal Canes and the Carbon Criminal Cane, said with a big smirk while two big armored guys were standing right behind him, those being Andie and Windie

As the group was running up the tower, suddenly various mouths appeared on the walls, making all of them stop and look at all of that in shock
"Mimi mama! Mimi mama!"
"What the hell are those mouths!?" Gray yelled confused
"Gross gross gross gross gross!" Love yelled feeling sick
"Welcome everyone to the Tower of Heaven!" the mouths said
"Jellal set these up so he can be heard at every corner of the tower." Simon explained
"This is terrifying…" Finn said while shivering
"I am Jellal, the one who controls this tower. All the pieces have been placed on both sides so it's time to begin… The Paradise Game!" the mouths said
"A game?" Mash said confused
"The rules are simple, I will use Erza as a sacrifice to revive Zeref, that is to say, if I open the gates to paradise, I win. But if you are able to stop this then you win. But to make things more interesting, I recruited twelve new players here." the mouths said
"That's a lot!" Lucy said scared
"You must get past them to come and beat me. It will be 22 against 12. Lastly, there's a special rule in play: the magic council may destroy this entire place using the destructive magic capable of annihilating everything, Etherion." the mouths explained making everyone widen their eyes in a panic
"WHAT!?" Frost yelled in shock, she was not informed of this decision
"It is unknown how much time remains, but when Etherion hits, everyone in here will die. So there will be no winner, just a game over."
"What-what's Jellal thinking!? He might be killed too and he is treating this like a game…" Lucy said while trembling in fear
"That man is completely insane…" Levy said with wide eyes
"Etherion… from the council…? No, that's impossible…" Erza was talking but suddenly Sho turned her into a card and grabbed her
"What!?" Dot yelled
"Sho! What do you think you're doing!?" Kagura yelled
"That's it… Enjoy the game." the mouths said and then disappeared
"I won't let anyone land a finger on Nee-san! I'll go and kill Jellal myself!" Sho yelled while card Erza tried to stop him, but to no avail
"No! You can't go by yourself!" Simon yelled as Sho ran off
"Dammit! We'll go after Sho, you guys go after Natsu" Kagura told them and then ran after Sho, with Simon following right behind her
"Why is everyone so reckless!?" Gray yelled angrily
"Now you know how I feel." Lance said
"The situation just got a hundred times more dangerous, for us to be able to win I suggest we split into teams and try our best to find where Jellal is." Rayne suggested
"Sure. Juvia and Gray will be going to the right, Lucy and Lemon can go together and go to the left." Juvia said while pointing at the two blondes
"Don't just put the weakest ones together and shove them away!" Lucy yelled while Lemon glared at Juvia offended

Kagura was running at amazing speeds, she was trying to get to Sho quickly before he hurt himself by doing anything stupid, and behind her was her brother Simon who was having trouble trying to keep up with her.
Between them Natsu and Happy ended up falling through a window and hitting a wall, with a weird owlman with a jetpack landing right after him, Kagura continued to run after Sho since Erza was the main objective, and she also trusted her brother to be able to keep his own in a fight, and he also had Natsu with him so it probably was fine
"Ouch! Who are you!? And who is that!?", Natsu yelled incredibly confused
"Salamander, relax!" Simon said while running up to Natsu
"I cannot let you break the rules! The hero of justice is here, whoo whoo!" the owlman said
"A bird!? Birds don't just talk about justice!" Natsu yelled confused
"This guys is…" Simon said in realization before grabbing Natsu's arm and dragging him away "Damm! This way, quick!"
"Natsu, this guy is with the block head!" Happy said
"I'm on your side now!" Simon explained
"Oh, okay then." Happy accepted it
"We can't fight this guy! Dark Moment!" Simon yelled while moving his hands together and enveloping the area in darkness
"Whoa! It's pitch black!" Natsu yelled
"So it was him!" Happy yelled right after
"Let's go!" Simon yelled and grabbed Natsu to take him away
But as they ran the owlman appeared right beside Simon, looking at him straight in the eyes making him flinch in fear
"A just owl can see through the darkness!"
The owlman then punched Simon straight in the stomach and blasted him at point blank with a magic blast, sending him flying away
"Justice Ho Ho Hou!"
Simon spit out blood thanks to the strength of that attack, making Natsu widen his eyes with what he saw
"No way… He is this strong!?" Simon said before falling on the ground
"Whoo whoo?"
"The assassin guild Skull Order…" Simon said
"Assassin guild!?" Happy yelled scared
"One of the most dangerous dark guilds that exists… They don't take missions, instead they carry out assassinations. Among them there is a group of three assassins called Trinity Raven, legendary assassins that killed all of the officers of the western army during the capria wars…" Simon explained
"This guy is one of them!? Really!?" Happy said in disbelief
"Whoo Whoo, I simply punished some evildoers." the owlman said
"These guys are cold blooded professional assassins! We can't fight them!" Simon yelled out
"Salamander, your crimes are quite famous in our order. Today this warrior of justice will carry out your judgment." the owlman said getting ready to fight
"A guild is a collective to share your hopes and dreams, not for you to do such horrible things!" Natsu said with his body igniting with flames
"That's enough." a voice was heard approaching
Walking past Simon was a blue haired boy with two lines on his face and a singular planet earring. That's right, Lance Crown has come to fight
"Lance!?" Happy yelled surprised
"Whoo whoo?"
"Natsu, you want to beat Jellal and help Erza, right? Then you can't waste time on trash like him. I'll take care of this, you go." Lance said while picking up his wand
"Grr..." Natsu groaned while looking at Lance and the owlman, he was right but he couldn't just let someone like him go away without a good old punch to the face
"Don't worry, I'll show him the true values of a guild like you wanted. You were going to show him that by beating him up anyway, so I can do that." Lance assured him making Natsu nod
"Alright, I'll trust you on this one Lance! Beat his ass! Let's go Happy!" Natsu yelled and ran off, being followed by Happy
"Aye!"
"Stop right there, evildoers! You shall not escape!" the owlman tried to follow them but…
"Graviole." Lance pointed his wand down and pressed him against the ground with his gravity magic
"Lance, stop! You can't win against him!" Simon tried to warn Lance
"Be quiet. Don't underestimate me. Besides, I'm doing this for you too." Lance said with a serious look
"W-what?"
"After all… Man that love their younger sisters must stand together." Lance said before opening his jacket, showing off a shirt with his little sister's face surrounded by a heart
"..." Simon was speechless while looking at that "I DON'T LIKE MY SISTER LIKE THAT!"
"Hihi~* the image on the shirt giggled and winked at Simon
"DID THE SHIRT JUST TALK!?"
"I see…" the owlman began to get up despite the gravitational force and looked at Lance "You are the true villain I must face here. Prepare yourself! The warrior of justice, Fukuro, will defeat you! You pedo!"
Lance frowned at that, raising his wand and looking at him with the most dead serious look a man could ever have
"This is my little sister, you moron." Lance said as a response
"IS THAT SUPPOSED TO MAKE IT BETTER!?" Simon yelled, incredibly confused about how was that suppose to ne a defense against that accusation
And here we have another chapter and this time the fights are about to begin! Wonder whats gonna happen...
Mashle episode 2 and 3 of season 2 are out and oh my, Margarett is just a treat, love them! We got to see Rayne's summon this episode and it was so sexy! I loved it! We got Mash seeing his pops again and the tournament is starting! We even got to see Carpaccio! Hope y'all are ready for that!

Laxus: you tried to take over your guild and was defeated and kicked out, game over (Laxus: this is bulshit!)
Finn: you got happily married and had a happy life, you win (Finn: huh...)
Dot: you tried to confess to the girl you loved but she said she only sees you as a friend, skip your next turn (Dot is now depressed)
Lemon: you were caught stalking your boyfriend, go to jail and lose 320 turns. (Juvia: Haha!)
Lance: your sister introduces her boydriend to you and its a boy from the same guild as you (Lance flew through a wall and died)
Abel: your mom came back to life as a zombie and bit you, game over. (Abel: ...)
Abyss: a girl confesed her love to you, she is very pretty (Abyss flew through a wall and died)
Love: you were called ugly by a weird clown, skip your next turn thanks to emotional damage (Love: this game is stupid!)
Milo: you don't do anything relevant this turn
