At the center of the arena, the group was waiting for the return of Dot, Lemon, Mash, and Lance so they could all go back to Earthland. And it didn't take long for them to get there

"It took only twenty minutes." Milo said, making Love flinch and turn to him
"Damn! Forgot you were there." Love said, making Milo hum
The four walked into the arena, the Divine Visionaries that accompanied them staying behind, that included Rayne. He still had some things to take care in there
"We're back!" Lemon said while waving
"You did everything you needed?" Erza questioned
"Yeah. My dad wished all of us a good day by the way." Mash said
"My parents gave us various radishes!" Lemon said while lifting up a massive basket
"My sister told us to not be so reckless anymore." Dot rubbed the back of his head
"When I went to check on my sister, she was sleeping, so I left a card saying how much I love her and then left because I didn't want to disturb her." Lance said
"Huh, I thought you would have taken pictures of her sleeping." Dot was genuinely surprised
"Don't be ridiculous. I already have all possible angles of pictures of her sleeping here with me." Lance said, pulling a massive folder filled with pictures of his sister

"Well, since you're all here. I'd like to say that it was a pleasure meeting all of you, and I wish it was in better circumstances." Wahlberg said while smiling
"I sure hope our next meeting isn't something like this again." Makarov laughed a little
Wahlberg laughed along with him, and then used Dimentio to open a portal back to Earthland, letting the group go back home. The ones that used to live in this world could only live there now thanks to this whole ordeal…

They all just took two days of rest after coming back, it was just one hell of a trip to just come back too, but now it was a time for them to relax, because the Harvest Festival had begun!
"Damn, look at all of this!" Dot said surprised with his hands in his pockets
The city of Magnolia was filled with people all around, various food stands and entertainers on the street making everyone have a fun time
"Never knew festivals were this filled up." Mash said while blinking
The group of Mash, Lance, Lemon, Finn, and Dot were walking together through the streets, going towards the guild. With Lemon being on top of her Cerberus and Puffy being on top of her head
"Hey look, there's the others." Finn said as he saw Lucy, Gray, Happy, Juvia, and Natsu
The two groups met up, waving at each other. Well, except for Natsu, he was…
"Ugh… Ah… Ugh…" Natsu was walking around and sounding like a zombie, with Happy walking right beside him
"Yay, the festival!" Happy was super happy
"I'm gonna eat delicious food until I'm full…" Natsu wobbled through the street

"Why is Natsu a zombie?" Mash asked
"He's been like that ever since we came back from the tournament. I think the stark contrast of action to now caused some kind of shock in his brain." Lucy rubbed the back of her head
"Will he be okay?" Lemon asked
"Don't worry about it." Gray shrugged
"Anyways, it sure is crowded." Juvia said
"That's true. Never seen the town this full before." Finn crossed his arms
"The festival gathers people from other towns too. It's mostly because of the parade though." Gray explained
"That sounds fun, I'd like to see the parade." Mash said
"Speaking of the Festival… Miss Fairy Tail…" Lucy began making her and Lemon widen their eyes "IS GOING TO START! OUT OF MY WAY EVERYONE! I NEED MY RENT!"
"GO SPOT, SPOTTY, SPOTTINGTON! MAMA NEEDS THOSE JEWELS!" Lemon yelled and the Cerberus ran off along with Lucy

At the guild, three members of Magia Lupus, Abel, Abyss, and Love, were there, with the pink haired cutie already all set up for the competition
"Are you sure that you're going to win like that?" Abel asked
"Of course! What's cuter and more lovely than a cheerleader?" Love said, doing a pose as she was now in a very short cheerleader costume
"I suppose that makes sense." Abel said while covering Abyss' eyes
"Well, if it isn't some of the new members. Mash Burnedead's friends, I presume." A voice came from the left
The three turned to that, seeing a man with long green hair and a sword on his hip, a tall man wearing some weird sort of armor along with four weird wood things floating around him and a woman wearing a green dress along with glasses and having brown hair
"What if we are?" Love said while putting her hands on her hips
"It's just that we are quite intrigued to see who the new members are. After all, it's just expected to see what the people who ruined the guild look like." The green haired man explained
"Excuse you?" Abyss took a step forward
"Who even are you people?" Abel questioned
"How rude of me. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm Freed." The green haired man said
"Name's Bickslow!" The weird knight said while putting his tongue out, showing his guild mark
"Evergreen." The glasses wearing woman said
"You might have heard of us as the Thunder Legion." Freed said
"Not really." Abyss said
"Well, doesn't matter. We just came here to take a look at the little new weaklings!" Bickslow said, while the wood puppet things he had floating around began to laugh
"Mother, this man is quite annoying, don't you think?" Abel said, looking at his puppet
"Hey, why ya so cold hearted? Us puppet people should stick together! Even if ya aren't on my level." Bickslow smirked
"Don't compare me to the likes of you." Abel glared at him, his inexpressive face unreadable
"Oooh, how scary~!" Bickslow mocked him while the small puppets laughed
"Don't even try it, Bickslow. You shouldn't compare them to us in any way." Evergreen smirked
"You sure talk a lot for someone who doesn't do anything." Love growled
"Oh?"
"Yeah! While you three were on your little fun trip with Laxus, we were in the Tower of Heaven almost dying! And I'm not even going to start talking about how you guys didn't even show up to help against Phantom!" Love stomped her foot while talking
"Weren't you part of the problem with Phantom?" Abel said but was ignored
"It's because we would have dealt with all of that easily, so we thought you all didn't need our help. Didn't expect all of you to be so weak." Evergreen chuckled
"You wanna go!?" Love was already pissed at these guys "You don't even know the type of people we beat!"
"That's true. But, if I'm correct, none of you managed to beat someone actually powerful on your own." Freed said making Love growl at him
"Mash did. He beat a Wizard Saint all on his own." Abyss said
"He's the exception to the rule. Not the norm. But we heard that all of you were beaten up by a wizard from the world you come from. And we've also seen the tournament you had, and honestly, not impressed by any of the mages shown, so it's only proof of how pathetic you all are." Freed explained
"You sure like running your mouth." Abyss frowned
"It's just the truth." Freed smirked
The six mages had a small little glaring contest, until Freed let out a small chuckle and walked off, the other two members of the Thunder Legion following him
"Jerks." Love huffed
"I assume they are Laxus' lackeys thanks to the group name they presented themselves as." Abel said
"I can see why you think that, Master Abel. They have the same annoying attitude as him." Abyss glared at the Thunder Legion one last time

Mash's group, outside of Lemon, had finally gotten to the guild, being accompanied only by Gray since Juvia had left to be a part of the Miss Fairy Tail competition
"It seems things are almost ready." Finn said, Lucy was indeed just too excited for the competition she didn't really look at the time right
The group decided to pick their table and sit down, just waiting for the competition to start, before they saw someone new in the guild, a blonde woman with a butterfly mark on her cheek
"Hey, isn't that the woman that came with Wahlberg to the guild that time?" Dot elbowed Mash
"Oh yeah." Mash blinked
"Meliadoul, I think was her name. Why is she here?" Finn questioned
"Was she sent here to spy on us?" Gray asked
"If it's that then she's doing a bad job." Lance pointed out
"I can hear you." Meliadoul said, turning to them with a smile
"Eek!" Finn shrieked in fear
"And to answer your question, Wahlberg said that I should be here for a little while just to make sure none of the Divine Visionaries would try anything funny against you." Meliadoul said, taking a sip of tea "And I can get free food while I'm here, so I obviously accepted."
"Freeloader…" Dot mumbled
"Did you say anything?" Meliadoul emanated a threatening aura
"No ma'am!" Dot covered her head in a protective way
"Ha! Wimp!" A tiny person in an alligator costume said, he had two squiggly lines on his face
"And who the hell are you!?" Dot screeched
"This is my disciple, Ochoa. Don't mind him." Meliadoul said while Ochoa kept on giggling at Dot
"Little shit!" Dot growled
Suddenly, the lights focused on the stage in the guild, making everyone focus there. And in a small sand elevation, came out Max, holding a microphone
"Hello, people of magnolia and all nearby towns! And also those from the underworld, please don't forget to return to your coffins after this!" Max said, making some people at the audience laugh
"I don't get it." Mash blinked
"Welcome to the Ms Fairy Tail contest! I hope you all are ready to be allured by all of our beautiful ladies!" Max said making the crowd cheer

At the backstage, the girls were getting themselves ready for the show. Love ended up seeing Lucy and blinked
"You had the same idea as me!" Love pointed one of her bright pink pom poms at Lucy
"Eh? No, I'm not a cheerleader! I'm a dancer!" Lucy told her
"Ah, damn it! I almost managed to be just like my cute sister!" Love punched the ground

"Hey, he's going to call the first contestant!" Lemon said as she ran up close, wearing an incredibly poofy cream puff themed dress, it even had a cream puff shaped hat
"That's… Adorable…" Lucy had a small blush when she saw her
"Thank you, I made it myself using Puffy's silk!" Lemon smiled

"The announcer for this event will be me, the sand mage of Fairy Tail, Max Alrose!" Max said
"Who would have thought that Max would be the one doing this." Dot said
Natsu was just looking down, eating some meat, not paying attention to anything
"Are we sure he didn't become an actual zombie?" Finn questioned
"And now, say hello to contestant number one! Miss Cana Alberona!" Max yelled and Cana entered the stage
The crowd cheered for her, various men having hearts in their eyes
"Wooo! Cana!" Dot clapped for her
Cana then picked up two decs of cards and threw them up, using her magic to spin them around her as various Sun cards began to glow and appeared behind her, and with a big magic explosion the Sun cards erupted in light as Cana was now in a bikini, doing a seductive pose for the audience, who cheered even more
"LETS GO CANA!" Dot clapped even harder with some blood leaving his nose
"Master Abel, is this really necessary?" Abyss asked as he now had three layers of blindfolds around his eyes
"Yes. Believe me."

"A bikini!? That's cheating!" Lucy yelled
"No, you're allowed to use one." Erza said, just appearing besides the three
"What's up with you people and just appearing like that!?" Love yelled
"Wait, Erza you're participating too!?" Lemon asked
"Of course. Competitions are fun, they always make me very pumped up." Erza smiled while crossing her arms
"No… I can't see the jewels anymore…" Lucy and Lemon deflated
"Yeah, give up you too. I still have a shot at this!" Love said confidently
"You?" Lucy raised an eyebrow
"Of course. I've been seducing men to do what I want since I was a tiny little girl, I know how to abuse my femine charms to win!" Love said, doing a small hip bump to the left and right
"Well… confidence is key, right?" Lemon and Lucy had an awkward smile on their face

"Now, entering the second contestant! A new member who was once S Class! Juvia Lockster!" Max yelled and in entered Juvia
"Wooo! Juvia!" Dot clapped, making Finn look at him confused
Juvia began to do a dance, moving her arms in waves, simulating the ocean, before her body began to transform into water, spinning around creating a small whirlpool and so a geyser exploded up, causing a rain that dropped on Juvia as she was now on a bikini, the raindrops highlighting her curves
"Are you watching, Gray-sama!" Juvia said with a smile
And the audience cheered for the show
"WOOOO! GOOD JOB JUVIA!" Dot yelled, his nosebleed getting stronger before he kicked Gray on the side, making him clap too
"I'm seeing a pattern here…" Finn said

"Not seeing that much originality, are we?" Lemon sweat dropped

"That's… surprisingly nice… but…" Finn began
"You shouldn't try to lie when you're nose is bleeding so much." Lance finished making Dot cover his nosebleed
"I'm a skilled transformation mage! So for my act, I'll do…" Mira said before raising her arms, and moving them quickly down her face, transforming it into Happy's face "Face Transformation, Happy!"
"WHAT!?" The crowd yelled confused
"And now Gajeel!" Mira said, now turning her head into Gajeel's, making the Iron Dragon Slayer do a spit take
"You did great, Mira." Dot clapped but had a very disappointed look on his face
"He can't even trick himself with that lie…" Finn blinked
Happy laughed at that performance, while the others looked confused at that
"Sis…" Elfman said
"Only Happy liked it…" Wakaba said

At the backstage, Lucy, Love, and Lemon were looking rather devious
"Hehehe, the champion just sabotaged herself!" The three girls did an evil handrub as they realized they still had a shot

"And now to our fourth contestant, the strongest woman in Fairy Tail! Erza Scarlet!" Max yelled and in came Erza
"There she is!"
"She's so cool!"
The audience already loved her
"WOOOOOOOO! ERZAAAAAAAAAA!" Dot's hype back tenfold
"Go Erza." Mash cheered

Lemon however was almost breaking something due to her anger
"How dare she have Mash cheering for her…"

"I'll let you all witness the requip I saved just for this situation…" Erza said as she used her magic to change armor
She then changed into a goth lollita type costume, looking rather cute and even having a bow at the top of her head
"I win." Erza smiled

"Erza!" Lucy and Lemon yelled because Erza basically got full butt ass naked in front of everyone for a moment
"Damn, she's good…" Love bit her nail

The entire audience was in shock
"Dot died." Mash said as Dot had passed out due to bloodloss
"Now, for our fifth contestant! The cute and knowledgeable Levy McGarden!" Max yelled
Levy came onto the stage, wearing an orange dress, and began to do her performance, using various words to enhance it. Creating snow and and stars to cause a more calm environment, making flowers bloom and butterflies fly around, creating winds carrying leaves, and a bright sun and beautiful bird flying through the air
"Wow! Good job Levy!" Jet and Droy yelled
"Beautiful Levy!" Dot clapped
"Good job!" Finn clapped
"For the sixth contestant! The sexy cowgirl, Bisca Connelly!" Max yelled and in entered Busca wearing a blue dress
Bisca moved her cowgirl hat down before she requipped a gun into her hand, pointing it at various targets that appeared and shooting them, the bullets being covered in wind magic as they spun around, hitting the targets various times, before Bisca then shot three flaming shots up, who exploded and set the wind bullets on fire, they created a flaming heart behind her, and then she pointed her gun at the audience
"Bang." Bisca winked
She then pulled the trigger, a puff of pink smoke in the shape of a heart coming out of her gun, landing right on Alzack's chest, making him blush
The audience cheered and clapped for her
"Wooo! That's my gun magic teacher, everyone!" Dot clapped "Your girlfriend is awesome, Alzack!"
"S-she isn't-!" Alzack tried to speak but was too embarrassed to do it

"Alright! I'm ready!" Lucy said
"Go for it!" Love encouraged her sister

The audience was confused
"WOOOOO! LUCY! GO GO GO!" Dot cheered for her
"Go Lucy!" Finn clapped for her
"W-well…" Lucy waved at the audience while sweating a little "I'll be doing a dance with my celestial spirits-"
"Number eight." Another voice came from behind her
"But I didn't even start!" Lucy turned around
The audience got tense with who got in the stage, with Mash's group staying confused
"If you talk about fairies, that's me. If you talk about beauty, then that's me. That's right, this contest is all me!" the woman there said as she strutted to the front of the stage, opening her fan and covering her face a little "That's why the winner shall be me, Evergreen! We might as well end the competition now, since the victor is so obvious."
Makarov widened his eyes as Love and Lemon ran to the audience area
"Who is that?" Lemon said
"Evergreen!?" Elfman said in shock
"She came back!?" Gray said equally as shocked
"Oh, this bitch…" Love frowned
"Hey, but my 500 thousand…" Lucy said
"Yeah! Don't just say you win like that! That's not fair!" Lemon yelled
"What she said!" Lucy walked up to Evergreen "Me winning this contest will give me enough cash to pay my rent! Do don't go thinking you can-"
"Wait, Lucy! Don't look into her eyes!" Gray yelled
"Huh?" Lucy stopped for a moment
"Did you say something, little girl?" Evergreen pulled her glasses up and looked at Lucy's eyes
Lucy widened her eyes as she felt her body come to a stop, before she got completely turned into stone. Everyone gasped in shock
"Lucy!" Finn yelled
"Medusa." Mash said while getting up
"This is terrible! Everyone run!" Max yelled, creating an arrow pointing at the exit that said 'run away'
The guests ran off to safety, while the members of Fairy Tail stayed, Meliadoul and Ochoa also ended up staying since taking care of Fairy Tail was kind of their job now
"What do you think you're doing!? Are you trying to ruin the festival, Evergreen!?" Makarov yelled at her
"Oh, but doesn't a festival have a main show?" Evergreen said, picking up a torch and burning the curtain of the stage, revealing that the other contestants had also been turned into stone
"What!?"
"Sis!" Elfman yelled
"Even Erza!?" Abyss said as he removed his blindfolds
"Juvia!" Gray said while gritting her teeth
"Turn them back to normal this instant!" Makarov yelled
But then, suddenly, a massive lightning bolt struck down in the middle of the stage, and out of that… rose up Laxus and his group, with a weird extra member…
"Hello, Fairy Weaklings!" Laxus said as he got up to his feet "The real festival starts now!"
"Laxus!" Makarov yelled
"Bickslow and Freed too!?" Alzack yelled
"Milo too!?" Abyss yelled in shock
"Oh you traitorous piece of shit!" Love yelled in anger
"I don't think you have the right to call anyone that…" Abel said
"The Thunder Legion!" Warren yelled
"How about we play a little game, geezer?" Laxus smiled
"Don't do anything stupid, Laxus! Turn them back to normal this instant!" Makarov yelled
"Oh, why? Because of the parade? It's late at night, so if we are quick here we'll be able to get there in time." Laxus said as he snapped his fingers
A massive lightning bolt then appeared above Lucy, making everyone widen their eyes
"Laxus, don't!" Makarov screamed
The lightning bolt fell towards her, getting incredibly close to hitting…
"CHANGEAS!"
Lucy then disappeared and in her place a table appeared, the lighting bolt moving to the side and hitting the stage as Laxus laughed, appearing where Lucy was teleported and grabbing her
"Good job there, pipsqueak!" Laxus laughed, making Finn flinch "But I'll be taking these girls as hostages."
Mash then appeared right in front of Laxus, going to punch him square in the face, only for Laxus to grab his fist, making Mash widen his eyes
"Nice try." Laxus laughed and then blasted Mash away with lightning, making him fall to the ground in pain
"Mash!" Lance yelled
"Just a warning." Laxus disappeared and then reappeared back on stage, taking Lucy with him "I'll be destroying these girls one by one if you don't follow the rules of the game."
"Laxus, this is not something to joke about." Makarov said incredibly angry
"Oh, but I'm serious." Laxus smiled
Everyone gritted their teeth, with Mash getting back up just to glare at Laxus
"This is a game to discover the strongest in Fairy Tail. The rule is, the last one standing is the winner." Laxus laughed, standing up with a crazed smile "The Battle for Fairy Tail, starts now!"
Shorter chapter this time because set up. And the Battle of Fairy Tail is already starting! How will our guys be able to beat the new Thunder Legion?
