Chapter 1
Author notes. I don't own the Pokémon or Naruto series. Thank you all for the likes, follows and reviews. To the couple of people that reviewed about commissioning a comic strip. Thank you for thinking it was good, but I don't plan on doing anything like that. I'm writing this because it was an idea in my head. To the guest reviewer I will update as I finish the next chapter, but I really do appreciate the fact that you liked my story so much. I thought no one would like it much less follow it.
It's early morning in the village of Konohagakure. At the main gate to the village, we see two guards. The first one has spikey black hair, and a bandage wrapped over the bridge of his nose. His name is Kotetsu. The other's name is Izumo. He has brown hair that covers the right side of his face and wears a bandana on his head. "Man, Kotetsu this early morning gate duty is so boring nothing ever happens." Said Izumo. Kotetsu catches sight of a group of five walking toward the gate. As the group gets closer we see Daisy Oak, Hana Inuzuka, Naruto Uzumaki, and two others. One was an adult woman with pink hair and wearing a light pink dress with a cross on it. Her name is Sarha Joy a Pokémon Nurse. The last member of the group is a teenage girl named Dawn Berlitz. Dawn has long dark blue hair wearing a white hat and a black dress with pink accents "Looks like you got something to do now." Kotetsu told Izumo while pointing to the group that just stepped up to the gate. "Welcome to Konohagakure. Name and reason for your visit today." said Izumo. "Hana Inuzuka and Naruto Uzumaki returning from training trip with guests." answered Hana. "Your guests will just have to sign in then you can go see the Hokage." answered Kotetsu. Hana nods in acknowledgement as the group heads to see the Hokage. As the group walks through the village. Dawn and Sarha are looking around in wonder at the sights. While the others are taking in how little the village has changed over the years.
The walk to the Hokage's office was uneventful. Hana knocks on the office door and waits for an answer "Enter." called the Hokage. The group walks in to see the Hokage Hiruzen Sarutobi and Hana's mother Tsume in the office. Before anyone could say anything Tsume rushed over to Hana and gave her a tight hug saying "Hana-Chan I'm glad your home. Look at you. You've grown so beautiful. How did the mission go?" "Glad to be home. Thanks, Kaa-Chan. The mission went great." Answered Hana as she hugged her mother back. Sarutobi coughed to get everyone's attention before saying "Tsume I know you excited to see your daughter, but she and Naruto have a report to give and some guest to introduce. Hana if you please." "Hai Hokage-Sama. You remember Daisy Oak. She wanted to study the effects of ninja life and training will have on our pokémon and didn't want to be away from her son. The others are Sarha Joy a Pokémon Nurse and Dawn Berlitz. Sarha came along to help take care of our pokémon we have caught during our time away. Dawn here wants to be a ninja. I trained her alongside Naruto-Kun." said Hana. She then explains their time away from the village. "Thank you Hana. You both had an interesting time away. Is there anything else you want to add Naruto-Kun?" asked Sarutobi. "Yes there is Jiji. Since you told us about my family and clan. Hana-Chan made sure to cover the village's clan laws. So, I know about the Clan Restoration Act. I also know once the council learns of my heritage they will enact it and force their daughters into it to get my families money and power. Thats why I asked Dawn-Chan and Hana-Chan to go out with me. They both agreed because I have come to love each of them, and they both love me." said Naruto. "We also know that the council will try to take our pokémon for the 'betterment' of the village. But if we make knowledge of Pokémon clan secrets. They won't be able to touch them. They can't even deny us because we have 5 members to the clan." said Hana. Sarutobi and Tsume are shocked and impressed by their forethought and planning. "Jiji, did my parents have a clan compound?" asked Naruto. "They had two pieces of property. One was your father's home and the other is your mother's clan compound. The clan compound is about the size of the Inuzuka compound and has a perimeter wall. Your father's home is a large two-story home. Here are the keys to both properties and the addresses." answered Sarutobi. "Thanks, Jiji, we will be moving into the clan compound. It should have enough room for your pokémon to live happy and healthy." said Naruto. "Ok Naruto-Kun, you and Dawn-Chan will be joining your age group at the academy on Monday till graduation in a month. This evening I'm calling a council meeting to inform them of your return and heritage. I would like you all to be there. Meet me in my office at five tonight. Till then your dismissed" said Sarutobi. Hana asked her mother if she wanted to join them so they could catch up and Tsume decided to join them.
Naruto and company decided to check out their new home. The compound is just as large as Sarutobi claimed. It has a large central mansion. In front of the mansion is a large coy pond with a small island sitting area in the middle. A barn with a large pasture attached to it can be seen to the left of the mansion. Next to the barn are two medium sized utility buildings. To the right of the mansion is a large orchard with a variety of different fruits. The backyard has a training area, a private hot spring, and a forge. The rest of the area around the compound is a combination of woods and fields with a medium sized stream running through it. Daisy and Sarha decided to make the two utility buildings a research lab and Pokémon Center, respectively. After they got settle in and released all their pokémon, which is close to all the known species of pokémon. They head into town to pick up supplies and groceries they need while they wait for the council meeting. "Do you guys want to get something to eat?" asked Dawn. Everyone agreed and headed toward a nearby barbeque restaurant. Just as they get there they hear someone calling out "Kaa-Chan." They turn to see a boy about Naruto and Dawns age running up to them. He has messy brown hair, red fang marks on his face like Tsume and Hana. He is wearing a gray hooded coat with a fur lining and a puppy on his head. "Hello Kiba-Kun did you need something?" asked Tsume. "No Kaa-Chan, just saying hello. I was also wondering who you are talking to." said Kiba. "Well runt you don't even recognize your own sister. I'm hurt." said Hana. Kiba looks to his left to see his sister. Kiba pulls Hana into a hug while saying "Onee-Chan your home. I'm glad your back." "It's good to see you to runt." said Hana as she hugged her brother back. "Hana-Chan are you going to introduce us?" asked Naruto. Hana blushed in embarrassment. "Naruto-Kun, Dawn-Chan, this is my brother Kiba. Kiba, this is my fiancés Naruto-Kun and Dawn-Chan." said Hana. "What do you mean fiancés!" yelled Kiba. "Join us for lunch and we will answer any questions you have." said Hana. Kiba joined them and they talked about their time away from the village. Till it was time to head to the Hokage's office.
Naruto knocked on the door. "Enter" called Sarutobi. As everyone entered Sarutobi noticed Kiba was with them. "Hello, Kiba is there something you needed?" asked Sarutobi. "I asked him to come Hokage-Sama. Since Hana is marring out of the clan. I will announce Kiba as the new clan heir at the meeting tonight." answered Tsume. "Alright that makes sense to announce it tonight. Two birds with one stone. Let's head to the council room." said Sarutobi. As they arrive at the council room. Sarutobi and Tsume take their seats with Kiba standing behind her. Everyone else stood behind the Hokage. "With everyone here I call this meeting to order." said Sarutobi. "Hokage-Sama, what is the reason you called this meeting this evening?" asked a middle-aged man with black hair tied up in a spiked ponytail and two scars on his face. His name is Shikaku Nara. Head of the Nara clan. "I called this meeting to inform the council that Naruto Uzumaki and Hana Inuzuka have returned from a long-term training mission, also to announce Naruto's heritage." said Sarutobi. "No to be rude but wasn't he just an orphan that the Fourth Hokage used to seal the Kyuubi?" asked a man on the civilian council. He has short brown hair and is wearing a leather apron. His name is Atsui Fōji the owner of the Wolf Claw weapon shop. "Naruto-Kun isn't just an orphan as many of you think. He is the only son of Minato Namikaze and Kushina Uzumaki." said Sarutobi. "Why weren't we told he was Minato and Kushina's son after the Kyuubi attack?" asked another middle-aged man with long black hair and featureless white eyes. His name is Hiashi Hyuga. Head of the Hyuga clan. "Everyone here knows how many enemies Minato and Kushina had. If it got out that they had a son they would have not stopped till he was killed." said Sarutobi. Everyone on the council nodded at the wisdom in that statement.
"Now I will have Hana tell everyone here about her and Naruto's mission. Hana if you please." said Sarutobi "Of course Hokage-Sama." answered Hana. She then told them about their mission and about what they learned on the other continent. "Can you show us some of these pokémon you talked about?" asked a heavy-set man with long spiked red hair wearing armor like that of samurai. His name is Choza Akimichi. Head of the Akimichi clan. Hana and everyone else with pokémon looked to the Hokage for permission to release some of them. He gave them the go ahead. Naruto, Dawn, and Hana stepped forward and released one pokémon each. Naruto's pokémon was a vulpine with red fur with a yellow tuft of fur on its head as well as a yellow mane and tail. "This pokémon is Flareon and she is a fire type." said Naruto. Dawn's pokémon was a penguin with light blue feathers on its body and darker blue feathers on its head with white feathers on its face. "This pokémon is called Piplup and she is a water type." said Dawn. Hana's pokémon was a canine with olive green fur covering its midsection. It has yellow fur on its back and white fur on its face and chest. "This pokémon is Boltund and he is an electric type." said Hana. "Do you have any more of these pokémon? If you do we should distribute them among our shinobi. We should also put Naruto in the Clan Restoration Act." said an elderly man with shaggy black hair with bandages covering his right eye. He's wearing a white shirt under a black robe over his right arm and shoulder. This is Elder Danzo Shimura. "Naruto-Kun already submitted himself to the CRA when he returned to the village. As for the pokémon they are assets of the Uzumaki clan just like the ninken are assets of the Inuzuka clan." said Sarutobi.
"If Naruto already enrolled himself then we should find some young ladies to be his future wives. I think my granddaughter would make a suitable candidate." said one of the other elder council members. She has gray hair pinned up into two buns on the top of her head. Her name is Koharu Utatane. "Honorable Elder, while I'm sure that she is. I already have two fiancés. Which is the minimum needed for the CRA. My fiancés are Hana Inuzuka and Dawn Berlitz. While I'm not against others joining. I will only marry for love. The clan also has two other members my adoptive mother Daisy Uzumaki Oak and Sarha Uzumaki Joy." said Naruto. "I can respect that Naruto-Kun, but please give my granddaughter a chance." said Elder Koharu with a smile. "With my daughter marring out of the clan I will be naming my son Kiba as the new clan heir of the Inuzuka." said Tsume. The members of the council nodded in understanding of this announcement. "If there isn't anything else I call this meeting adjourned. Remember Naruto-Kun you and Dawn-Chan start at the academy on Monday." said Sarutobi. "Alright Jiji, see you later." said Naruto.
