Finally! Goodbye volume 1 and hello volume 2.
I can't wait for it to start but there is one thing I have to do first.
At this moment I was in the streets of Vale and I was heading to a bookstore.
Once I arrived the doorbell rang, signaling my entry. I waited a few seconds until the faunus came out the back.
"Hello and welcome to Tukson's Bookstore, I'm the owner, what are you looking for?" he asked me.
"Hi, actually I'm looking for Mr. Tukson, does he work here?" I asked
"Really? In that case I'm Mr. Tukson, what do you need from me?" he asked slightly less friendly now.
I walked up to him and then I was right at the balcony.
"Before telling you what I would like from you, I would like to introduce myself. My name is Yuya Sakaki and I am the one who came to save you." I said
"Save me? Save me from what?" he asked
"You see Mr. Tukson I know a lot about you." I revealed
Tukson was now still and I could see beads of sweat coming down his forehead.
"I know that you were once part of White Fang and then you left them and that led to your being hunted." I revealed
Tukson was now growing 'claws' on his fingers.
"But you must believe me when I say I'm here to save her because if she stays here she will die." I said seriously.
Tukson stood still for a few seconds and then stopped growing his claws.
"Why do you want to help me? I was once part of White Fang." He asked me
"It could also be but it's not the past that defines who we are, it's the actions we take in the future that do." I explained
He stared at me for a few seconds in his eyes and then stepped out from behind the balcony.
"Okay, so what am I supposed to do?" he asked me
This left me slightly confused
"Wait! Is she really trusting me?" I asked him
"I don't like the idea of dying very much, and I still have a lot of books to sell." He told me
"In that case I suggest that you go out of business here, move to another realm and stay out of sight and only trust people you trust completely. But you should hurry because I have learned that the people who came here to assassinate you are already here." I explained.
"Fine, but I won't be able to pack it all by myself." He pointed it out to me.
"Don't worry, after all I brought my friends with me." I said as I pulled out my deck
"A deck of cards?" he asked me
I took out the duel disk and activated it then I put cards on the blade and the monsters came out of the portals.
"W-who are they?" he asked surprised
"Don't worry as I told you they are my friends, my appearance allows me to use cards to call whoever is inside." I explained lying
"Really. So they're your friends?" he asked me
"Yes, you guessed it." I confirmed
"I understand. In this case, I thank you for your help, I don't know how to repay you." He thanked us
"There is no need, saving a life is more than enough." I said
Then he laughed
"You really are a nice guy." He told me
"Many people tell me that." I said
And with that we started the move.
