Lucy knew from the start that she wouldn't like her husband. Like was a hard word to describe the insufferable person she had to call her partner but she didn't think it would be this difficult to stay the hell away from him either. She figured she would be able to live her old life just with the expection of having to see this fireball time to time but now as she was stuck in a marriage where she most definitely hated her husband but wanted to fuck him till they were both delirious, Lucy felt like blowing her own brains out.

And now, on top of her hunger and annoyance due to her lovely partner, the Fairy Tail don now had to figure out who the hell wanted her taken and most possibly murdered.

After digging in his pockets and finding his wallet, Lucy or Natsu had any idea who he was. He didn't ring any bells nor did anyone else know who he was for that matter as they got his name processed through their systems. So their only option was to beat the information out of him so they weren't going to get caught off guard, again.

But one thing she knew for damn sure was that Natsu was great at tying knots.

"That's not the only thing I'm good at," he purred her way and Lucy could feel her right eye twitch as she scowled at the ground.

Taken to some warehouse that belonged to the rosy-haired don, the two had brought the beat up man inside, tied him up to a chair, and now stood in front of him, wondering what to do with him.

"Who would want to take me?"

"Everyone." Natsu scoffed as if that was obvious while he was checking his weapon to see how many bullets were left.

Lucy rolled her eyes, giving him a flat look as he flashed her a grin. "I meant like this," she pointed at the unconscious one in front of them. "Who is stupid enough to want to take me?"

"I don't blame them," he snorted under his breath while he added more bullets into his gun, clocking the metal frame together. "I would take you, too."

"Can you just?" She gave him a glare, her cheeks dusting pink while her hands clenched into fists. Natsu cocked his head to the side, his lips curled into a smirk while he shoved it back into his waistband. "Can you be serious for one second?"

"Who says I'm not?"

"I am! You're taking this like a joke and flirting like some kid stuck in high school," she shrieked, swatting at his arm. "Grow up!"

"Says the one who walked out of the restaurant because I was five minutes late."

"Seven!" She half-shouted, throwing her arms up in the air. "You know how rude it is to keep a lady waiting?!"

"It wasn't like I left you for hours," he rolled his eyes, his hands shoved into his pockets. "You were fine. I ran a couple minutes late, so what?"

"This is why I fucking hate you. You inconsiderate, cocky son of a bi—"she was jabbing her fingernail into his chest while leaning into his face and she paused when a low groan echoed in the massive warehouse.

The two of them focused their attention on him instead, watching how he was stirring awake and groaning out in pain. He had a bunch of dried blood caked into his hair and dripping down his back, sweat coating his skin to make him shiny.

"Perfect," Natsu said as he started to crack his knuckles. "Now let's see how long it takes for this bastard to squeal."

Lucy watched as he came right over to the groaning man to push him against the forehead, knocking his head backwards where he was still too weak to process what was going on. The said man made a muffled sound as Natsu ripped the duct tape off his mouth, holding him by the hair to keep his head up.

"Speak, idiot. Who sent you?"

"W..wha..?" He was trying to blink up at him and Natsu was quick to slap him across the face.

The man blinked rapidly, trying to focus his eyes on them and Lucy just knew he had a concussion. She could only pinch the bridge of her nose and sigh, wishing she had kept at least one more alive to see what more she can pull from them.

The sound of skin against skin echoed again in the large empty warehouse and the man was now fully awake, cursing and screaming at her husband who she was oddly finding too attractive while being a menace. She could only watch him from the corner of her eyes as he held the guy up by his collar, throwing punch after punch to bring him back to life and to batter him some more.

Was Natsu always this attractive?

Yes. Yes, he was.

Lucy cursed under her breath while she bit down on her bottom lip, her own arms crossing across her chest to hold herself together.

"You really thought you bastards would be able to take my wife?"

"I—I—I was just following o—orders!" He shrieked, hissing out when Natsu slapped him again. "I don't know anything!"

Yanking his head back, the bloody male let out a scream. Natsu glared down at him, his dark eyes pinned against the wide-eyed man.

"Lie to me again and your brains are going to be splattered all over this floor and I will gut you alive."

Lucy felt a shiver rush down her spine and her cheeks heated up. She wanted to slap herself in the face for becoming aroused when Natsu was literally threatening to murder someone and do god awful things to them but she really couldn't help it. She had never seen him in action and seeing him so serious with such a husky voice was making goosebumps rise on her skin and her nipples to pebble behind her dress.

"I'm tellin' you, man, I don't know who he is!"

"Fine, play it that way," Natsu scoffed, letting him go and taking a step back from him.

The man visibly relaxed when Natsu had let his hair go and stepped away from him but he didn't have long when the rosy-haired don produced a dagger from thin air before plunging it into his thigh. A blood-curdling scream echoed within the walls and Lucy cringed at the volume, scowling at the one tied up.

"We can do this the easy way or we can do it the hard way," Natsu sang as he came down to a squat, peering up at the man whose face was twisted into pain and agony. "And I really do hope you pick the hard way," he grinned at him wickedly, his tongue coming out to slide across his front teeth. "It's my favorite way."

The look of terror that flashed across his face made Natsu cackle and Lucy could now see why he was one of the most fierce, unforgiving men in the underworld.

"Come on, you'd do the same if you found out three sleazy bastards were trying to take your wife, right?"

"W—w—wife?"

"Yes, my wife," Natsu said as he watched him tremble. "You see, we're newlyweds," The don jerked his head over to the blonde who just quirked a brow his way, popping her hip out. "And we've only been married for a week and I have stupid motherfuckers like you," he yanked the dagger out of his thigh making him scream and blood squirt out everywhere. "Trying to take her. Now," Natsu brought the sharp pointed end to his neck, forcing him to tilt his head up and whimper. "Speak before I start skinning you alive."

Another shiver rushed down Lucy's body and she resisted the urge to moan out. Her skin was growing flush and she felt her knees wobbling the more Natsu talked and the more she watched him.

How could she ever look away from such a man? He was utterly and devastatingly sexy.

"I'm telling you man," he sobbed, squeezing his eyes shut where hot tears rushed down his battered face. "I don't know the guy. Nobody does!"

"You left me no choice," Natsu sighed sadly while standing back up. Lucy watched how he yanked out the gun he had in his waistband, shoving the barrel so deep into the man's mouth that her eyes widened with his.

"Wait!" Lucy cried out, clamping her hand down on his arm. Natsu turned to look at her, his demeanor calm with specks of blood on his clothes and face. "Don't kill him."

"I wasn't going to kill him, baby."

Lucy gave him yet another flat look and Natsu rolled his eyes, pulling the barrel out of his mouth where he began to sputter and sob uncontrollably.

"Look what you did."

"Sorry I'm trying to get some justice for my wife." Natsu waved his hands in the air as if he was surrendering. "But please, yell at me."

Lucy scowled at him, shoving him away so she could be the main focus.

"I won't let him kill you if you fess up now."

"T—they'll kill me… please…" he sobbed and Lucy was sighing out loud.

Coming down to a crotch, Lucy tried to find his eyes, seeing how puffy his face had grown since Natsu was beating down on him so harshly. Tears streamed down his face with blood, sweat, and snot all mixing together.

"I can protect you," She spoke softly, trying to get him to understand. "I can get you a new identity, new life, and protection from whoever hired you. I just need to know."

She allowed him to think about it as he cried, the blonde huffing out while she leaned her elbow against her thigh, staring up at him patiently. She could feel Natsu's burning gaze on her back but at least he was being a good boy and allowing her to take control for once.

"I—I don't know his name… we have never seen him before but they contacted us to collect you… they go by R.T."

"Raven Tail," Natsu immediately hissed under his breath and Lucy felt like all the blood was draining from her face.

Raven Tail… the one other organization that would dare to be this stupid and go against Fairy Tail. And also the one built in spite of his father being part of Fairy Tail, Ivan was the one who ruled over Raven Tail. They have been quiet all this time and they haven't had a feud in many years so why is he suddenly trying to take her? What did he want with her?

"They're even dirtier than you," Lucy said over her shoulder, seeing how Natsu scowled at her. "How much was he paying you to take me?"

"One million."

"Only a million?" Natsu scoffed, coming back closer to where he stood beside his wife. The man flinched when he neared and Natsu smirked wickedly at him, his arms crossed over his chest.

"Is that all you know?" Lucy asked as she stood back up, peering down at the man who nodded his head. "Are you sure?"

"I promise," he sobbed, looking up at her. "Please, I promise that's all I know."

Lucy turned to look at her husband, seeing how he looked right back at her. "You think he's telling the truth?"

"I am!"

Natsu shrugged, ignoring the man who kept crying. "Maybe. But it doesn't matter anymore, we got what we wanted."

Lucy merely nodded as she opened up her purse, grabbing for the gun she had tucked away in there.

The man's eyes widened as he watched her clock it. He tried to wiggle himself out of his restraints, sputtering out. "W—wait! I thought you said you weren't going to kill me!"

"I lied," She flashed him a smile before she shot him right through the forehead. Lucy watched how blood poured out of the gunshot wound, dripping down his entire face and drenching him in crimson while he went limp. The don sighed while shoving her gun back into her purse, turning to face her husband. "Let's go. I'm exhausted."

"I don't think I'll ever not find you hot as fuck shooting at men," Natsu grinned, swinging his arm over her shoulder to yank her to his side. Lucy yelped, not expecting the sudden hug as she stumbled into his chest. Her cheeks flared up and she looked up to glare at him, seeing how he was smirking down at her. "Wifey."

"Do you ever shut the fuck up?" She tried to shove him away but when he wrapped his arms around her, she was stuck. "Hey! Get off—!"

"Do you think I'm stupid?" He asked, bringing her closer where his hand tangled into her hair to grab at her nape. Lucy's eyes widened as he bumped noses with her, holding her in place where she gaped at him. "You think I can't see the way you're looking at me when I'm fucking these guys up?" He purred at her, his eyes darkening. "You know I want you so why do you fight me so hard?"

"Because you're insufferable and I hate you."

"I'm not asking you to fall in love with me," he grinned at her wickedly. "Just give into me and I'll show you how thrilling hate-fucking can be."

Lucy felt the shiver rush all the way down her spine and to the tips of her toes, crimson painting her cheeks and coloring her pale skin red. The pulse of her needy cunt was forcing her attention to focus on that instead of pushing her annoying husband away and Lucy felt as if all the air had been sucked out of her lungs.

His body was so warm and so hard against her own and feeling Natsu's strong grip hold onto her nape while making her stare into his eyes almost had her relenting. Almost.

Stabbing her heel into his toe, Natsu was quick to yelp and loosen his grip on her. As soon as he did, she rammed her knee into his gut where it forced him to gasp out and hunch over, clutching at himself before Lucy shoved him on his knees.

Still feeling her blush heating her skin, Lucy scowled down at him, feeling even more flustered than before as he looked up at her.

"If you wanted me on my knees, all you had to do was ask," he joked but it came out as a rasp since he was still trying to find his breathing.

Clenching her hands into fists, she gritted her teeth while trying not to drop to her own knees. "When will you ever learn when to shut the fuck up? You make me want to shoot you!"

"I'd still think you were hot as fuck."

Growing more irritated and frustrated than before, Lucy let out a cry of rage before she twisted in her spot and stormed away. Her heels clicked with her rapid pace and before she was too far, she whipped her head back around and shot him a deadly glare.

"Call someone to clean this shit up and take me home before I put a bullet through your fucking head, too."

Natsu let out a groan but she didn't think it was because she was asking him to do something for her. She could clearly see his arousal that was pushing against his zipper pants as he stood up and dug in his pocket for his phone and she hated that her eyes lingered on it a second too long for him to notice. The smirk that curled on his lips as he brought his phone to his ear infuriated her and when she gave him a murderous glare with her dragging her thumb across her neck, he merely snickered before he was talking to someone on the other line.

Lucy just ignored him and stormed out of the warehouse where the night air nipped at her flushed skin and cooled her down.

Not like her life was easy from the start but now she had to deal with Raven Tail trying to claw their way into her life with the terrible fate of having Natsu Dragneel as her husband.

Guess she really couldn't curse him too much now since she was now, also, a Dragneel.

Lucy felt like she could jump off a bridge. How long could she really fight off Natsu till she truly gave in?

She could already feel her wall crumbling.
