Sitting at patio table, Winston's dark eyes studied the contents of his scroll about First Aid with leeches.

"Want did you do to make Yang mad?" brought Winston's attention onto Ruby leaning over his left shoulder.

"She's jealous of me walking with Velvet."

Sitting across him, "And you're walking with Velvet because?"

"To get Cardin to focus on me."

"Oh, instead you got Yang mad at you," sitting beside him.

"She'll get over it like always."

"With the resignation of Councilmember Thersites Sisera," brought their attention onto Blake focusing on her scroll, "reducing the five member Atlesian Council to four. Currently waiting for announcement if a special election will happen."

Slapping her palm against the table, "Native of Menagerie being interested in Atlesian politics," brought her attention onto Winston and Ruby watching her.

Biting her lower lip, she joined them sitting with Ruby on her right while Winston sat on her left.

"I'm worry if Francis gets elected."

"His parents hated," chuckled Winston, "With The Rule of Three, Blake, they still can operate with four plus the tie breaker vote."

"Exactly Blake," remarked Ruby, "In case of a tie, the emergency powers given to General James Ironwood to be the deciding vote until next year election with Councilmember Locke Thurman who may or may not run for his third term making him the longest serving member," noticing they were staring at her, "I've been paying attention in class."

"Plus they need a special election."

"Really trust the system," replied Blake.

"Until a better one comes by."

"Which history proves it can't be done," said Ruby pumping her fist in the air.

"There are times," said Winston.

"If Ruby and Yang are really sisters," finished Blake sipping her tea.

Staring at the screen of his desk top computer, "No, Schnee," said Locke Thurman, "there will be no special election and Francis Custer won't get my endorsement."

"Major Francis Custer," remarked Jacques Schnee, "proved to be a valuable to the council."

"As a replacement for me? No, I'll die and let General Ironwood hold my seat until a special election. Then you can convince Solitas to elect a pompous idiot like Custer."

"He did capture Adam Taurus."

"A moment to be forgotten. His record atrocious. Then so-called his love life waiting for the rumor mill. No, Jacques, you offer a puppet for you to manipulate," pressing the end call button.

Tossing her hands up, "Where is he?" shouted Yang stomping towards her and Winston's bunk beds. Turning, she headed towards the twins.

Staring at the betting odds on his scroll, "Thought about using honey instead of vinegar," remarked Larry.

"Vinegar would dry out my skin."

"Yang. Team leader. Stop thinking with your hair color."

"What does being blonde have to do with Winston avoiding me?" plopping onto Winston's bed, "I'm staying here until he faces me," crossing her arms.

Staring at the screen of his desk top computer, "We have the Rule of Three, James," said Truman, "It must be in use to keep the confidence of public. Panic is not an option."

"Sir, I need your support to send troops and carriers for Vytal Festival," replied Ironwood.

"General Ironwood, you believe the council will be swayed by my words."

"Sir, it's easier to inform you then the rest of Remnant councils."

"Explain the reason for this increase the security."

"Red Claws attacks have increased since the Trial of Adam Taurus."

"There's more, isn't it."

"Bandits have been brazen in their activities making it harder to separate their activities from the Red Claw."

"I'll inform the council of your findings," pressing the end call button.

Opening the window, Winston slid into the room. There are the twins in their beds and Yang sleeping in his bed. Shaking his head, he placed a blanket from her bed over her. Removing the pillow from her bed, he slept on the floor.
