In this chapter, Luffy will meet his brothers. They will gain their Mythical Zoan devil fruits. And Luffy will learn blacksmithing so he can create his own powerful weapons and armor. (Luffy will be more overpowered in this universe. Not just because of his powerful Devil fruit. He will be prepared before he starts his adventure. He will have mastery over Armament Haki, Observation Haki, and his Conquers Haki. He will have a better understanding of those abilities, and how to use them against his enemies. That's why he was beaten the first time by the emperors of the sea. They were more knowledgeable about Haki and how to use it in their powers more effectively. But this time, he will be more prepared to fight them and win.)

Just in case I can't describe the Zoan forms very well. I'm putting this hear so you'll get a better picture of what they look like.

Chapter 1: The beginning of the brothers lives.

Dawn Island
Right now Monkey D. Garp the hero of the Navy was carrying his grandson Monkey D. Luffy towards a small cabin in the mountains. He heard that a group of famous pirates were going to be coming to the island in about two months. So, he wants his grandson out of the town for a little while until they are gone. So, he decided to bring Luffy to a group of mountain bandits that owe him big time for not sending them to jail.

"What the heck grandpa? I don't want to go to a stupid cabin in the mountains. I want to see the cool pirates that are going to come to the island soon." Luffy said as he struggled in his grandpa's grip.

"I don't care. You're going to stay up in this mountain until your old enough to be a marine." Garp said not leaving any room to argue. But Luffy just yelled that he was going to be a pirate like he always does, when his grandfather says he will be a marine. After a little while Garp and Luffy were at the mountain bandit cabin. Luffy wondered why this cabin was here, but before he could ask his grandfather. Garp banged on the cabin's door, and out of it came a large red headed lady. "Whatever your selling we don't want!"

"Dadan! It's nice to see you again!" Garp yelled at the red headed lady. Hearing Garp's voice caused Dadan to fall back and two of her subordinates to come out of the house. A small man and a tall fat man. They also saw Garp and were completely afraid of what he would want them to do this time.

To say that they were surprised is an understatement. Garp wants them to watch over his grandson! "Hell no! We don't want to!" All three of them yelled with scared faces.

"Well considering what crimes you all committed in the past. You three can either watch over Luffy, or you can all go to jail. So, what is your decision?" Garp said giving an ultimatum. Hearing that made all three of them start to swear bullets. They could either watch over Ace as well as Luffy, which is one form of hell. The second version of hell is going to prison and never seeing the light of day again.

And they knew that going to prison was worse than anything else. So, in the end, they decided to stay out of prison and watch over Garp's grandson. "FINE WE'LL TAKE HIM!" All three of them yelled at the same time to a smiling Garp.

"Alright. Now take good care of him. Train him and make sure that he is well fed. I'll be back later to check up on him." Garp said as he left, waving back at the mountain bandits.

However, while Garp and the mountain bandits were talking, Luffy went into the forest and met his new brothers. They didn't get along at first, but after a little while, they managed to become close friends and call each other brothers.

Two weeks later
Right now Luffy, Sabo, and Ace were looking around the forest for something to eat, since the bandits already ate everything in the cabin for the morning. Ace kicked a rock into a tree and grumbled. "This suck. I can't believe those idiots ate all of the food before we could get any."

Sabo looked at his brother and said. "Yay. But at least we were able to beat the crap out of some of them before we left as payback." He smiled and cracked his knuckles for fun. But Luffy wasn't happy at all and was the hungriest. "But what are we going to do for food? If we don't get anything soon, were going to starve." Luffy rubbed his hungry stomach to sooth it a little bit.

As they continued to walk through the forest, they noticed something out of the left side of their eyes. Three fruits were laying in front of a tree with a note in front of each one. The one on the fare left was an orange with white and gold coloring. The one in the middle was an apple with red and orange coloring. And the third one on the right was black with purple coloring, The boys looked at the fruits and ran to them without a second thought. Luffy, grabbed the one with white and gold coloring. Ace grabbed the red and orange colored fruit, and Sabo grabbed the black and purple fruit. At the same time the brothers bit into the fruits and swallowed the juicy pieces.

But after a few seconds the three brothers had sour looks on their faces. The fruits may have looked tasty, but they tasted terrible. They tasted like the most sour and disgusting thing that they have ever tasted in their short lives.

So, they dropped the fruits back onto the ground and started to try and cough up the fruit, but with no luck. After another minute, the three brothers stopped coughing and looked at the notes that was in front of each one of the fruits that they ate. They each looked at each other and picked up their respected notes. But before they could start reading the notes, Dadan called out to them, to come home because they have guests. So, the brothers pocketed the notes, and started to head back to the cabin to see who was visiting them.

Nighttime
Luffy, Ace, and Sabo were currently eating dinner with the Dadan family. With their guests the mayor of the town and Makino. They were there making sure that Luffy, and his new brothers were eating well, and staying safe. As they continued to eat Luffy, Ace, and Sabo were talking about how they were going to each become pirates. Create their own crews and sail all around the grand line. That is until Garp showed up with a deranged smile on his face. Everyone saw Garp and swallowed hard unsure of what to do.

"So, all three of you still want to become pirates huh. Well, I guess that I'll have to nock some sense into all three of you. Starting with you Luffy." Garp grabbed Luffy by the rim of his shirt, picked him up and was about to give Luffy a punch of love. Everyone looked on worried about what to do. Garp launched his fist as Luffy placed his arms over his face to protect himself. And what happened next shocked everyone, especially Garp. As his fist collided with Luffy's arms, they instantly changed. No longer where they regular kid arms, but now they looked like the arms of a dragon. They were covered in white and golden scales, with his nails taking the shape of claws, with a golden hue.

Everyone was so shocked no one moved or said anything for a full minute. But once Garp got over his shock, he dropped Luffy and started to stomp his foot on the ground. "Damn it! Damn it! Damn it!" Was all he could keep saying as he realized what Luffy just did.

A few more seconds passed by and Garp took a deep breath. Then he started to yell at the top of his lungs once again. "What the hell did you kids do?! How did you get your hands on Devil fruits?!"

The three brothers didn't understand what Garp was talking about. So Garp pulled out a book with pictures and facts about different devil fruits, and started to explain to the boys what devil fruits are. And what they do to people that eat them. Once he was done, Garp asked them what devil fruits that they ate. None of the boys knew what fruits they at, until Luffy remembered the notes that were in front of the fruits. So, he took his note from his pants pocket and gave it to his grandfather. Garp took the note and read it out loud for everyone to hear.

"To whoever eats this fruit, know that you have eaten the Mythical light Dragon fruit. This devil fruit will allow you to have the powers of a light dragon. Which will allow you to create constructs out of pure light. Such as light clones, light weapons, light appendages, light projectiles and light beams. You can even infuse you light element into weapons to increase their cutting power, increase their length and send long range light attacks through them. The hybrid form of this Devil fruit is an anthropomorphic lizard called an Argonian. While the full beast form is an anthropomorphic dragon whose base size is ten feet tall. And can grow to a full fifty feet tall. But being a light dragon does not allow you to be made of pure light. You will always have a physical form, but your body will have enhanced durability, large amounts of stamina and endurance." Garp finished reading the note, and everyone was almost floored by the abilities that Luffy now possesses.

Ace was the next one of the three to give Garp his note. Garp took the note and started to read it out loud just like he did with Luffy's note. "To whoever eats this fruit, know that you have eaten the Mythical flame tiger fruit. This devil fruit will grant you the powers of a flame tiger. It allows you to form objects made of fire. Flame clones, flame weapons, flame appendages, flame projectiles and flame pillars. Just like the Light Dragon fruit, you can infuse your flames into weapons to make them more durable, increase their length and cutting power. Increase their length and send flame-based projectiles through them. The hybrid form of this Devil fruit is an anthropomorphic cat called a Khajiit. And its full beast mode is a large two-legged tiger whose base size is ten feet tall and can grow to fifty feet tall. However, being a flame tiger does not make you made of pure flames. Your body will remain solid, but have increased speed, strength, and dexterity." Garp finished Ace's note, and everyone was floored by it.

Sabo was the final one of the three to give his note to Garp. Everyone held their breath and waited for Garp to read what Sabo's new powers will be. "To whoever eats this fruit, know that you have eaten the Mythical volcanic ash golem fruit. This devil fruit will grant you the powers of a volcanic ash golem. Like the other fruits, you can form objects out of volcanic ash. Ash limbs, ash weapons, ash projectiles, ash objects, and ash projectiles. Just like the Light dragon, and Flame tiger fruit, you can infuse your volcanic ash into your weapons to make them more powerful and send projectiles through them. The hybrid form of this Devil fruit is a large purple skinned Orc. And its full beast mode is a large Golem made from solidified ash. While unlike the other two devil fruits, this devil fruit's final form will turn your body into the element. However, you will still be harmed by regular physical attacks, but you will have greater speed and maneuverability in the final form." Garp finished the final note, and everyone began to process what he just said.

After a few minutes Garp straitened up and took out his snail phone. Dadan saw what was in Garp's hand. "Who are you calling Garp?" She said with a stern look.

Garp saw the look in her eyes and simply said. "I'm going to call the head admiral of the marines, Sengoku. So, he can come here and train these three boys. Since he is the only other person that I know that has a Mythical Zoan type devil fruit. He will be the perfect teacher for them."

Navy headquarters

Right now, head admiral Sengoku was getting ready for bed. He had his nightwear on and was about to lay down on his bed, his transponder snail started to ring. Causing him to fall face first on the floor and groan out in pain. "Whoever is calling me at this time, better have a good reason. Or they are going to regret it." Sengoku groaned out as he got up from his floor and picked up his snail. Sengoku looked at the snail and saw that it was Garp who was calling him. And if it was Garp calling him, then it had to be important. He answered the snail and heard Garp out.

"Listen Sengoku I need you to come to my home island as soon as possible. My grandson and two other boys that he considers to be his brothers, all ate a mythical Zoan type devil fruit. And now they need training on how to properly control them, or they could cause some serious problems. We might as well teach them about Haki, that way they don't think that there invincible. It shouldn't take more than a year to properly train them in the basics. Then give them some written literature about the more advanced parts about Haki. So come here as soon as you can. See you soon." Garp finished and the snail transponder went quiet.

As the transponder snail continued to just beep. Sengoku let out a loud yell "DAMN YOU GARP!" Sending out a loud roar all over the island causing all the marines to cower for their lives.

Dawn island
Right now Luffy was walking through the forest looking for anything interesting. His grandfather told them that the person who will be training them will be here in a week. Because he needs to find a temporary replacement for him while he trains them. As he walked through the forest, he saw an old shack that looked like it was a little run down. Out of curiosity he walked up to the shack to see what was inside it.

Once inside, what he saw amazed him. It was a circular forge that was filled with dense wood. There were tools all over the place, with different types of metals. But what caught his attention the most was three different blueprints sitting on a wooden bench. Luffy walked up to the bench and opened the blueprints to see what was drawn on them. And what he saw on the pieces of paper. He just could not believe what he was seeing.

The first weapon was a pure black seven-foot-long staff that is half an inch diameter, with the symbol for ash on it. The top of the staff has is where the symbol is placed, while at the bottom of it is a spear point. All over the staff were what appeared to be images of ash flowing around it. As if the staff itself was made from ash or could become ash. On the top of the blueprint, it read 'Ash staff of Golem's might'. The second weapon was a golden six-foot length and half inch width Katana. The guard of the sword was shaped like a five-pointed sun, with a circle connecting all of the points. The handle of the blade was rectangular shaped with what appeared to be leather raps around it. While the pommel of the blade has the symbol for light on it. And the blade itself looked like it was decorated with sun light moving across it like air. As if it could become light itself. On top of the blueprint, it read 'Haos sword of dragon's courage'.

All that left was the third and final blueprint. A shining red double headed great axe with each of the blades one foot in length and one eighth in width. The handle is six feet in length and one inch in diameter. The pummel of the axe is in the shape of a flame. And all over the axe handle and the axe blades themselves were images of flames carved into the weapon. Like it could become flames moving through the air. And just like the other two blueprints was a name. 'Flame axe of Tiger's strength'.

Luffy looked at all the blueprints and he could feel that each one of the weapons were for him and his brothers. The staff for Sabo, the sword for himself and the axe for Ace. So, he decided to learn how to make these weapons. All the materials that he would need are right here in this shack. But now what he needed to do was learn how to make them. Then he and his brothers will have what they need to protect themselves and those around him. So, he grabbed the blueprints and headed back to the cabin and see what his brothers would think about making them with him.
