Hey guys and gals, once again welcome back to MHA: The value of a thief!.
Wow I have really been focusing on this story a lot lately, well just to let you guys know unless I get bored or tired of this I'm going to try and work on this story until the end of the Kamoshida stuff.
Also there seems to be something that you guys found confusing so let me clarify, Palaces don't remove a Quirk,
It drains a person's Quirk over time, the longer you are in there the harder it is to use the Quirk.
That's why the Heroes and Deku could use their Quirks, since they weren't there for that long.
Also…there is a scene in this…which I took from the Manga…that makes what happened to Shiho a bit more obvious sooooo ... .just to say this wasn't on me, I just used the scene.
But anyway with that said, let's do this

Train Station
Third person P.O.V.
We see Ren getting off the train after school, the words Morgana told him were still in his mind.
'I know what Kamoshida is doing is unforgivable…does it mean he deserves to die…' Ren thought, a frown on his face.
'Not only that…but if we actually did it…we'd be not better than him in the end…' Ren thought, before looking up 'What am I meant to do…'.
"I told you! I'm not feeling up to it!".
Ren blinked, before looking over at the familiar Ann Takamaki talking on the phone with someone
"Wait, what?! That's not what you promised! And you call yourself a teacher?! This has nothing to do with Shiho!" Ann yelled, making Ren blink.
'A teacher…and Shiho…does she mean Kamoshida' Ren thought, before walking up.
He was then surprised when she looked stunned and her arm dropped. She crouched down, tucking her head into herself. "Shiho's dream…"
"H-Hey…are you..." Ren asked, catching Ann's attention as he looked over at him allowing Ren to see the tears welling up in her eyes.
"W-What, w-were you listening" She asked, standing up as Ren rubbed his head "Uh not on purpose…sorry".
"Haven't you heard of privacy?" She scoffed, before pushing her irritation away with a deep sigh "No, sorry I… Just forget this ever happened."
Ren watched as Ann proceeded to run off into the train station, making him frown not wanting to leave her alone so he followed her.
"Stop following me! Just leave me alone already!" She yelled, still having tears in her eyes as she looked back at Ren who frowned,
"If you really want me to leave, then I'll leave…but there's clearly something wrong…so I just wanted to know if you wanted to talk" Ren asked, as Ann began slowing down near a cylinder.
"I- Just leave me alone, I…Why... What the heck…?" she said, sliding down with tears streaming down her face causing some murmurs coming from the people around them.
"We...we should go somewhere safe" Ren suggested, with Ann nodding before the two got up and left.
After looking around a bit, Ren having no idea where he was going, the two ended up at Big Bang Burger which was a popular fast food chain.
"I have nothing to say to you…" Ann said, as she sat opposite Ren in the restaurant, nobody else being there except the staff "It was…just an argument".
Ren watched as Ann drank some of her soft drink before swishing around her mouth and blowing out a pink gas which quickly faded 'So that's her Quirk'.
"With Kamoshida?" Ren asked, mostly guessing at this point as he only heard a few pieces of what she's doing but he flinched and seemed to confirm that part.
"So you heard the rumours already huh?" She asked, but Ren shook his head "Not really, just a few bits and pieces".
"Hah…" Ann sighed, as she began messing with the napkin paper "Everybody is saying that we're getting it on…but they're so not true… He kept trying to get my number but he still found a way to call me, and told me to come to his house after school."
As she said this her voice was getting angrier as she gripped the paper "You know what it means?".
"W-What, how can he…I knew about the abuse…but this…why?" Ren said, trying not to rouse suspicion from anyone else with Ann nodding.
"I don't know…. I know I'm not the first he's tried it with and I probably won't be the last, he goes for any student with a figure he has power over…he said if I turn him down…he'd refuse letting my friend attend the Hero licensing exam…her dream she wanted for so long…just gone like that" she explained, her body shaking.
"I've been telling myself this was all for Shiho's sake…but…but…I can't take it anymore" Ann stuttered, as she laid back against her seat.
"I've had enough of this! I hate him but… Shiho's my best friend…she's all I have left in that shitty excuse for a school" Ann cried, tears welling up in her eyes "Please…tell me…what should I do?".
"I…I…I'm not sure…" Ren said, gripping his knees while Ann wiped away her tears.
"Sorry I shouldn't have asked, it's not your problem…" Ann said, before looking down.
"D-Don't be sorry, you're…not the one at fault here" Ren said, making Ann look at him before sighing "Why am I even saying this all to you… I barely even talked to you before…"
"Maybe that's why…, guess Shiho knows how to pick people to trust huh?" Ren said, rubbing his head while Ann nodded.
"Yeah, maybe you're right" Ann smiled, before looking up at Ren "You're a lot weirder than I expected, usually everyone just ignores me…are you really a bad person? I thought you were at first…but after talking to Shiho and seeing you now…".
"Heh, I'm bad to the bone" Ren said, smugly while fixing his glasses making Ann snicker a bit.
"Is that meant to be a joke?...still shoulda known most of them were exaggerations," Ann said, looking to the side "Even when you acted differently…you seemed lonely…like you didn't belong".
"That obvious huh?" Ren said, with a small frown with Ann nodding "We're the same in that regard…maybe that's why it's so easy to talk to you".
"Hah…is there really no way to help Shiho, can't exactly go to the hero's or her reputation will be ruined" Ann said, with a frown "If only Kamoshida would change his mind, like forget about me and everything".
When Ann said this, Morgana echoed through his mind, remembering how Kamoshida would be forced to confess…
"As if something like that could ever happen…" Ann said, as Ren smiled looking up at her "It could happen, you never know".
"Heh, I wasn't looking for a serious answer…but thanks" she said, before getting up and taking her drink as well "I'm gonna head home now. Don't tell anyone what I told you, okay?"
"I'm sorry, what were you saying just now?" Ren jokes, making her snicker a bit.
"Hah, fair enough. Don't worry about me, I'll think of something. Well… Thanks…It's Ann by the way, Takamaki Ann. You can just call me Ann." She said, before leaving as Ren waved her goodbye.
He then frowned, closing his eyes not sure what to do…so many people, including Ann and Shiho, were clearly being abused by Kamoshida and not only physically…and yet no one is doing anything about it, heck the number 1 hero was here today and yet they still did nothing.
Getting up, Ren started leaving the restaurant with drink in his hand as he continued trying to figure out what to do.

In the middle of the city we see a gigantic statue of the number 1 hero All Might, however on his chest was a spray painted logo of a top hat and mask with flame coming out the eyes.
YEAH! YEAH! OW!
We then see a blur zoom past the statue, with the camera barely following its movements.
It's your haze of delusion versus reality
We see Joker running from rooftop to rooftop, with a light shining on him as several helicopters chased after him
Just keep stirring the pot to find your individuality
Arsene then flew up behind him before Joker jumped off the rooftop and grabbed his partner's Chain to help him fly.
Delete another problem that is plaguing your mind
We next see Skull running down the highway as several police cars chased after him, a wild grin on his face as he ran
From day to day! To end to end! That's entertainment of our lives
Captain kidd then sailed up and caught Skull as he cheered into the night sky, as face of pure joy behind him
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Several paint marks were slashed at the walls, as we see Fox painting everything in the alleyway around him
Let's celebrate our time, and party while we're still alive
He then spun around as Goemon showed and blew his smoke allowing the paint to glow revealing he had painted different hero posters and stop signs.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Panther then jumped down onto some train tracks and began dancing, as she began spinning around like a Ballerina
Kick your worries to the side and aim up to the sky.
Carmine then appeared behind her, and below a flaming tornado that spun around her as she smiled up at the beauty.
EVERYBODY! Put your hands up!
We see Queen riding on Johana with Mona on her back, as the two of them drove up an elevator through a window.
We'll be flying~ Can you imagine it?
We see a large UFO flying above the city with Oracle inside, before she tapped a few commands into it
Search and you'll find the stage set within your dreams.
The UFO then began flashing several colours like a Disco Ball that lit up the entire city.
The place where you're the one
Down below we see Noir and Milady dancing like in a ball on Shibuya crossing before the two spun around.
That's where you're meant to be!
Noir then struck a pose as Milady revealed the variety of guns below her dress.
EVERYBODY!
We then see the Thieves falling through the sky towards a variety of statues of Pro Heroes.
Put your hands up!
We see both Panther and Mona aiming firing their guns at a statue of Ryukyu which crumbled into pieces.
We'll be flying!
Then Skull and Fox quickly moved past a large statue Edgeshot, cutting it in half.
Can you imagine it?
Next we see Queen and Noir crashing, punching the large statue of endeavour into pieces.
Search and you'll find the stage you set within your dreams
In the UFO we see Oracle typing in a few more codes with a grin on her face, before snapping her fingers causing her UFO to drop a huge bomb towards the All Might statue.

Joker then grinned as Arsene threw him towards the bomb which he shot with his pistol causing a huge explosion of colours.
FLYIN! Within these memories!
We see the whole team of Phantom Thieves cheering at the beautiful explosion they were witnessing.
FLYING! That you're slowly forgetting!
Joker smirked before he spun around and landed towards the ground as the train passed by him.
Just listen close to the song that lies within you~
Ren then gets up in his school uniform with Morgana in his bag, before he waved to us and walked back towards the crowd of people passing by.

Shujin Academy
Third person P.O.V.
"Hah…hah…" Shiho sighed, tiredly as we see practising in the now empty gym to try and better her Quirk.
"I have to get better…I have to…I can't…keep relying on her," Shiho said, before hearing the door open.
She then looked over to see one of her classmates walking up to her, with a guilty expression on her face "M-Mishima…".
Mishima was average height with spiky blue hair and brown eyes. He was wearing the Shujin uniform except without the blazar and the arms rolled up.
"S-Suzui-san,um…Mr Kamoshida…he said that he wanted to see you…in his office…" Mishima said, making Suzui's eyes widen.
"D-Do you know…do you know why?" She asked, as MIshima just looked down.
"He um…he didn't say…" he said, before turning around and walking away "I'm sorry…".
Shiho was about to leave but then she got a text from Ann asking to meet up, Shiho typed she couldn't because she had to meet with Kamoshida before heading over to the office.
"Please excuse me sir…" Shiho said, as she walked into Mr Kamsohida's office who had a soft smile on his face "W-What did you need from me…sir…".
"Sorry for calling you out here so suddenly…I thought we could discuss your recent performance in the Hero course" He said, before getting serious "Let's just say there is a reason why I had to cut you from today's relay".
"I-I know sir…b-but I've been making preparations to improve…t-the transfer student is even considering helping to tutor me with my Quirk, l-like what he did with Kazari-kun and you say how well he preformed" Shiho explained, before a disgusted expression coming from Kamoshida's face.
"The Transfer student may be…impressive… but he is still one person, and a criminal at that…I doubt you will be able to improve by the time of the exam, at this rate I may have to exclude you from those taking it" Kamoshida said, making Shiho's eyes widen.
"W-What! N-No! Y-You can't!" Shiho gasped, clear shock in her voice but Kamoshida raised a hand.
"Now, don't go yelling. Whether or not I make this decision...depends on what you do" Kamoshida said, before a disgusting grin grew on his face "As long as you can keep quiet until I'm done".
"W-What do you mean…Mr Kamoshida…" Shiho gulped, as Kamoshida got up and walked towards her.
Day 4
Shujin Academy
Third person P.O.V.
"Finally got some food" Ren said, as he walked into his classroom while holding a sandwich as everyone looked at him with surprised looks and expressions.
"I-It's really him, r-right" "I-Is it really true he was the one who the relay" "T-That means he's got those tickets" "S-Should we try asking him" "Y-You know he does look kinda cute looking closer" "B-But I don't know if he'll go crazy or not".
"Is it just me or have there been even more rumours then before" Ren said to himself, as he walked to his desk.
He wasn't surprised though, even Sojiro was shocked that Ren had managed to win VIP Tickets to one of the biggest events of the year…and was even slightly pushing for Ren to bring him along.
'God this is going to be a whole thing isn't' he thought, before passing by the seat Ann was sitting on as she noticed him "Hey, thanks for before".
"Heh, no problem" Ren smiled, before sitting down behind her as everyone in the classroom was shocked at this.
"N-No way! He actually does know Takamaki!" "D-Does that mean she's two timing Mr Kamoshida!" "A-Are they d-dating?!" "Maybe she's easy and wi-".
"We're just friends, can you stop assuming" Ren said, to the crowd as they all looked at him surprised "Seriously do you know how awkward this shit is".
The students, realising they could be heard, soon shut up as Ann sighed.
"Thanks for that, I really didn't want to have to listen to this today" Ann said, as Ren shrugged "No prob, I get how you feel".
"So have you made your decision yet?" Ren blinked, hearing a whisper before he looked around.
"Oh come on, I'm down here" Ren looked down at Morgana who was hiding in his desk cupboard.
"How long have you been in there?" Ren asked, as Morgana gulped "D-Don't ask that right now, look I know why you're not sure about doing this but this is really your only option".
"Does anyone hear a cat?" Some of the student's said, as they looked around.
"Why are you in such a hurry for us to do this anyway? You don't get anything out of this" Ren questioned, as Morgana looked down "U-Um w-well I-",
"H-HEY!" The class heard, as another student suddenly burst through the door with an exhausted look on his face.
"T-There's a student up on the roof! I-I think she's going to jump!" he yelled, shocking the other students as they ran out.
"O-Oh my god! I-Is that Suzui-san!" Mishima said, shocked, catching Ann's attention.
"WHAT!" Ann yelled, as she and Ren stood up before running towards the door.
When they made it to the window, there they saw that it was true Shiho was standing on the roof over the barrier, most likely having climbed over it, her eyes gear and soulless as if she lost everything.
"Oh my god!" "Is she really going to jump!" "T-This can't be real r-right" "S-Somebody g-get a teacher!".
Ann then opened the window before looking up with widened eyes "SHIHO! WHAT ARE YOU DOING!".
Stopping herself for a moment, Shiho looked over at her friend who's face had fear and worry "Ann…".
"HURRY AND TURN BACK! PLEASE!" Ann cried out, tears welling up "JUST TURN BACK!".
"I'm sorry…"
Time almost slowed down, as everyone watched Shiho move forward from the school roof…no one dared to use their Quirk out of sheer shock as they watched her falling…and crash into the ground.
"Shiho!" Ann screamed, before she quickly ran down the hallway including Ren and several other students following her.
Down at the courtyard, Ren walked up with Ryuji next to him as they were in the middle of a huge crowd of students.
"Shiho! Hang in there! Please hang in there!" Ann cried, tears welling up in her eyes as she looked down at her best friend.
"A-Ann…".
"SOMEBODY! ANYBODY! CALL THE AMBULANCE! SHE'S GOING TO DIE!" Ann screamed, as the students looked around.
"D-Does somebody have a phone?" "This looks bad" "I'm not calling, you call!" "Someone must have reported this already right?" "If this gets on the news, our school will…"
"Damn it, Ren!" Ryuji said, as Ren had his phone to his ear "I'm already calling the ambulance!".
"What's with this crowd! Disperse immediately" They heard, before looking up at Mr Kamoshida walking towards the crowd.
"KAMOSHIDA!" Ann screamed, looking up at him "What did you talk about with Shiho! She jumped off the roof! It has to be something with you!".
"S-Suzui!" Kamoshida said, his eyes widening in shock.
"I couldn't get in contact with her ever since she went to your room last night! Tell me!" Ann yelled, as Kamoshida gulped.
"T-This isn't the time! Has someone called the ambulance yet!" Kamoshida stated, as Ren looked at him.
"Y-Yes, the ambulance is on the way" Ren said, as people started talking and murmuring.
However among them, Ryuji noticed Mishima suddenly running off with widened eyes
After the ambulance had arrived to bring Shiho to the hospital, the teachers informed the students to go back to class.
As they did however, Ren noticed Ryuji running off somewhere with pure rage on his face after talking with Mishima.
"Mishima, w-what happened?" Ren asked, walking up to him only for Mishima to grab him.
"Amamiya! P-Pleease!" Mishima looked at Ren with pleading, despair-filled eyes, "Y-You have to stop Sakamoto! H-He-"
"W-Woah, hold on." Ren exclaimed, trying to calm the panicked boy, "What happened?"
"N-No time! S-Sakamoto, I… I told him Shiho went to see Kamoshida yesterday! He… He…" Mishima trailed off, but he said just enough for Ren to realise the situation.
"H-He, what!" Ren yelled, before turning around "I have to stop him!" Ren yelled, running ahead making Mishima jump.
"H-Hey! Wait for me!" Mishima yelled, chasing after him.
Meanwhile, inside the school building, Ren was running as fast as he could towards the PE teacher's room which he hoped was where Ryuji was going
As Ren approached the PE teacher's room he heard a loud crashing sound come through the opened door, Ren pushed himself to go even faster and as he entered the room…
"Oh? Do we need another example of self-defence?" Kamoshida said, with a sneer as he looked down at Ryuji. "Go on. Take your best shot."
With an irritated growl, Ryuji pulled his arm back and threw it forward with force but Ren was able to run in and grab his arm before he could punch Kamoshida.
"W-What!?" Ryuji blinked in surprise, looking up at Ren with confusion, "D-Dude!? Why are you stopping me!?"
"Because you'll be giving him what he wants," Ren whispered, looking back at Kamoshida with a look of rage
"F-Fine…" Ryuji said, reluctantly putting his fist back.
"Oh really? That's a shame… And a surprise." Kamoshida said, walking past Ryuji, forcefully bumping into him as he passed, "Come on. Don't hold him… Or yourself back, you've already assaulted someone before, right? So come on, hit me."
"No," Ren said through gritted teeth. "But answer me one question… What did you do to Shiho?"
"I don't need to tell you anything. But I'll be nice…" Kamoshida said, rolling his eyes "We just had a special coaching session with her to make sure she… kept up. Whatever happened in that session is between me and her and well…"
Kamoshida stood tall acting as though he was invincible, "From the sounds of it. I don't think she'll be waking up anytime soon so there's no way she'll be able to tell."
"W-What you did… Wasn't coaching!" Mishima yelled as he came in, his voice strained and full of fear.
"Suddenly growing a backbone, Mishima?" Kamoshida sneered, before a smirk grew on his face "Too bad you didn't do that before you leaked his record."
Ren's eyes went wide as he looked back at Mishima who fell to his knees, "Y-You made me do it…"
"You bastard!" Ryuji shouted, clenching both of his fists.
"So what if I did? You gave in. Does that make you hate him?" Kamoshida said, leaning in close to Ren again, "So… You're gonna do something about it, you scum. Against me? Mishima?"
Ren continued to be silent as Kamoshida leaned back with his toothy grin.
"Nothing to say? Fine, I was going to expel all of you but how about a deal" Kamoshida said, making Ren raise an eyebrow.
"You skills are nothing to scoff at but your attitude and independence is a problem, if you become my assistant and promise to stay quiet about this, I'll only expel Sakamoto and Mishima, I'll even out Mishima as the one who showed your record". Kamoshida said, shocking the other two.
"W-What! N-No!" "You son of a-" Mishima and Ryuji yelled, but Ren stopped them from doing anything
'What the hell…why would he go so far as to leak my record!' Ren thought, thinking things through 'Even in the castle, he seemed to already hate me becau-'
"And you brought the little criminal who thought he could do my job better than me huh?"
'Oooooooooohhhhhhhhh' Ren thought, before looking down at Kamoshida and his disgusting grin.
"Well what do y-" "Heh…hehehe…hahahahahahahahahahahaha!".
Everyone in the room was surprised when Ren suddenly started laughing out of nowhere.
"H-Hey! W-What are you doing! S-STOP LAUGHING!" Kamoshida yelled, making Ryuji flashback to when Ren awakened to his Persona before he smirked.
"You're scared of me!" Ren pointed out, surprising everyone in the room and making Kamoshida growl.
"WHAT WAS THAT!" Kamoshida yelled, making Ren smirk.
"You're scared I'm going to take all the attention away from you, and your 'awesomeness' because of my reputation and my skills" Ren said, moving in closer to Kamoshida as a smirk grew "Like a certain symbol of pea-",
"REN!" Ryuji yelled, as Kamoshida suddenly punched Ren right in the face, sending him crashing to the ground.
"That's it you little brat! I was going easy on you! But now, I'm not just going to expel you…I'm gonna make sure you'll never have a future in this society" Kamoshida then turned to the desk "Now get out my office, you'll have until the next teacher meeting till you're expelled".
"You mother f- huh" Ryuji blinked, as Ren grabbed his arm before looking back at him with a smirk.
Ryuji blinked before realising what Ren meant and nodded as the two and Mishima left the office.
The three of them walked forward a bit before Ryuji looked over at him "Hey dude you okay? Looks like he punched you pretty hard".
"It's fine, he's gonna get what comi-" "Why did you do that!".
Blinking Ren and Ryuji looking back at Mishima who fell to his knees with tears welling up in his eyes.
"Why did you do this! If you two just stayed quiet and didn't do anything until the exam…things would have gone better…it should have…b-but now…my life is ov-""Do you really think that?"
Mishima blinked before he looked up at Ren with a serious look in his eyes.
"Do you really think things would have gone better? Did you think a hero was going to come in and stop Kamoshida? Mishima, listen, there's no police coming and there's no heroes" Ren said, before turning around "The only way to make sure that life will change, is to do it yourself".
Mishima blinked before looking up at Ren and Ryuji walking off with a look of surprise and confusion.
However at the same time we see Ann walking past Mishima and following the two of them, after hearing and seeing everything that just happened.
Alleyway
Third person P.O.V.
"We can't waste any time" Ryuji stated, walking into the alleyway way and punching the wall "We gotta get into that other world, and beat the shit out of that asshole".
"We're not beating him up" Morgana said, walking him before jumping on one of the boxes "We need to steal his distorted desire away and make him feel the guilt of everything he's done, and I can assume you've made your decision, about how he might suffer a mental shutdown".
"We have…we can't just keep letting Kamoshida do what he is doing and just laugh it off like it's nothing" Ren said, with Ryuji nodding.
"Yeah, someone almost died because of him! I don't give a rat's ass what's going to happen to him anymore" Ryuji yelled, making Morgana smirk.
"Alright very well, we're in agreement" Morgana said, before Ryuji looked over at him.
"By the way how hard is getting rid of a Palace? You've tried it before, right?" Ryuji asked, making Morgana blink.
"When did I say that?" "WHAT?! YOU WERE JUST PRETENDING TO KNOW!".
"Okay now isn't the time," Ren said, breaking up the fight before taking out his phone.
"Ah right, y-yeah do the thing" Ryuji said, with a nod however from around the corner we see Ann watching them.
"Suguru Kamoshida, Shujin Academy, King of the castle"

Kamoshida Palace
Third person P.O.V.
Walking forward, we see three thieves in their attire walking towards the castle with serious looks on their faces.
"Here we come Kamoshida" Ryuji smirked, punching his palm and was about to run ahead
"Hold up, we need to prepare first" Morgana said, making the others blink.
"Prepare? For what" Ryuji asked, making Morgana sigh "You really think you'd be able to do this with no weapons.".
"Okay that's fair enough, but I don't think we can get our hands on knives or guns, much less hero items" Ren said, making Morgana smirk.
"Oh don't you worry about that, I already procured some of those while I was waiting for your reply" he said, before having them follow him.
Under a structure near the castle's walls, Morgana pulled out a chest and opened it revealing an assortment of items including knives, a baseball bat with wire wrapped around it, a whip, hand guns, a short gun, SMG gun and even some hero items from the hero relay.
"Whoa! Holy shit!" Ryuji picked up the baseball bat with a grin.
"Wait, these guns are just models," Ren said, looking closer at the guns before looking over at Morgana.
"Yeah found em in a place in Shibuya, don't worry in this reality as long as the Shadow believe it's real then its real" Morgana explained, with Ren nodding picking up the gun.
"Hey uh, what about the rest?" Ryuji asked, making Morgana sigh.
"Well I had hoped we could find one more persona user to help us out, but considering the deadline we don't really have time for tryouts" Morgana sighed, as Ren stood up.
"Then we'll just have to work with what we've got, come on" Ren said, before the other two nodded and they made their way to the secret exit.
"W-What the heck was that!" Ann said, walking out of her hiding spot after seeing all of this.
She had come because she figured they were going to do something about Kamoshida, but this only filled her head with questions.
What happened to the school? What does this have to do with Kamoshida? Why is the sky pink? Why did everything go slower before returning back to normal? Why did Amamiya and Sakamoto's outfits change? Why does Amamiya kinda look hot in that outfit? Why and who was that cat person that came out of nowhere.
"WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON!" Ann screamed, ruffling her hair in complete confusion.
"Hah! Princess!"
"Huh?" Ann blinked, before looking over at a group of people in suits of armour looking down at her.
"Princess! What are you doing here! Get back inside the kings looking for you!"
"W-Wha! Hey! Let go of me!"
In the castle
Third person P.O.V.
"Shit…" Morgana cursed, as we see the three of them looking into the main entrance of the castle which was filled to the brim with Knights all listening to a speech by the Shadow Kamoshida.
"Something wrong? Can't we just go after him now" Ryuji asked, as Morgana looked back at him "Do you really think going to the in there would be a good idea, besides there's way too many knights".
"Well what do we do now?" Ren asked, as Morgana sighed "Well I had hoped we could take a shortcut I discovered to get closer to where the treasures held, but looks like we'll have to take the long way".
The boys nodded before turning their attention to the door opposite the one they first came through only to be met by a knight forcing them to leap out of the way.
"Shit just our luck" Ryuji said, looking over at the knight as it wandered around the room "Are going to have to wait for it to leave".
"No the rooms are soundproof so it shouldn't cause the other to notice if we take it out" Morgana explained, before thinking "Actually this might be a good chance, hey Frizzy hair mind sneaking up on him and removing his mask I wanna try testing out that ability".
"Ability?" Ren blinked, before realising what he meant and nodding.
Ren waited for just the right moment before he rushed in behind the mind and jumped on his shoulders.
"Show me your true form!" Ren grinned, gripping the knight's mask before pulling it off and jumping back.
The knights armour then burst off and transformed into what looked like a green horse with a tendril lower half.
"Whoa, what is that thing?" Ryuji asked, as he stood next to Ren as Morgana crossed his arms.
"That's a Kelpie, you guys should be good with your two Persona's but don't hit it enough that you kill it" Morgana explained, with Ryuji and Ren nodding.
"Alright, here we go!" Ryuji grinned, gripping his baseball bat before smacking it against the Kelpie, sending it flying back.
Twirling his hand gun, Ren aimed at the Kelpie before firing a few bullets at the monster forcing it to move out of the way '"Huh so it works".
The Kelpie growled before roaring as its eyes flashed green and it manifested a large gust of wind that pushed the two back a bit.
"G-Ggh! This is strong" Ryuji gulped, as Ren gritted his teeth.
"Then we'll need to pin it down, Pixie!" Ren yelled, as his mask shined before turning into blue flames and flying off him.
"Hehe! Woo it's been awhile, coming right away boss!" Pixie smiled, before charging up a Zio attack and firing at the Kelpie causing it to scream at pain before falling to the ground.
"Now's your chance! Time for a classic hold up" Morgana said, running in all three of them aimed their guns at the creature and after a bit of convincing much like with Pixie, the Kelpie agreed to join them and became a mask which fused with Ren's mask.
"Man you're so lucky dude, wish I could do something like that" Ryuji said, shaking his head.
"It is odd, but it'll definitely give a huge advantage in battle" Morgana said, before realising something "Ah that's right! I almost forgot about our codenames".
"Codenames? Oh you mean like hero names? Why do we need those" Ren asked, as Ryuji elbowed him.
"Cause it sounds cool!" Ryuji said, with a grin while Morgana crossed his arms "And we don't know what yelling out our real names here will do with Kamoshida".
"Alright, fair enough, what were you thinking?" Ren asked, making Morgana grin.
"Oooh! I got the perfect one for you, Sparkington" Morgana said, looking up at Ryuji who blinked "W-What! Like Spark and Skellington! No way!".
"It might make more sense to go with something simpler" Ren suggested, before closing his eyes and thinking about it "How about…Joker?".
"Oh! That sounds cool!" Ryuji grinned, with Morgana nodding "I get it, since you've got multiple persona's and the most skill you'd be our Trump Card, clever".
"Y-Yeah, totally" The now named Joker said, with a sweatdrop 'Don't tell them I just got it from Batman'.
"Alright, simple… I know you can call me Skull!" Ryuji said, with a grin making the others sweatdrop.
"Uh, Skull?" Joker asked, making the now named Skull grin "Yeah, see I thought of it from this Skull mask I'm wearing".
"Well if that's what you're gonna call yourself, I however have already thought up the perfect codename for me" Morgana said, before jumping on the table and posing dramatically "Call me Pri-".
"How about Mona?" Joker suggested, with Skull nodding "Ooh yeah that works".
"Wha-?! No! My name is- h-hey! Don't you walk off on me!" The now unwittingly named Mona cried out as he chased after the other two who were walking into the next room.
There they saw a corridor with a locked up door leading to another hallway with suits of armour lining the walls.
"Geez, what's in there?" Skull asked, as Mona sighed.
"I'm pretty that's the Kings Quarters, we don't have any business in there so let's just keep going" Mona explained, as the other nodded
They then continued sneaking through the castle, first ending up in what looked like an armoury with several knights.
They were forced to sneak up on a few of the knights there and fight them, but in return Joker had managed to get two more Persona's, a Jack O' Lantern and a Mandarake before continuing onward.
"Oh yeah by the way, your Quirk from before was freaking awesome! You weren't giving it enough credit" Skull said, with a grin as they walked through the hallway.
"His Quirk?" Mona questioned, with a raised eyebrow as Skull looked down at him "Yeah you should have seen it, he said it was just a gun but he was shooting rapid bullets, homing shots even a bullet rain attack".
"That was all improvised though, like I said to All Might, my Quirks never done that before" Ren said, looking at his hand.
"Ah so my guess was right" Morgana said, crossing his arms "You awakening your Persona also awakened your Quirk to a new level".
"Huh? What do ya mean?" Ryuji asked, as Morgana smirked.
"You ever noticed how when your first get your Quirk it's a lot weaker but over time as you use it more you get more details about it and learn new things, that's a cognitive wall that you Quirk has which normal isn't broken unless you go through an intense injury like a near death experience or have overcome a huge mental block, awakening your Persona's is the same as doing that but a lot easier to do and one your are awakened your Quirks awakened as well" Morgana explained, making Ryuji.
"For real?! Wait up, does that mean my Quirks have been juiced up too!" Skull said, excitedly while jittering like a little kid.
"I mean probably but not like we can test it now, Quirks don't work in here remember" Joker said, but Morgana shook his head.
"Where did you get that idea, all I said was the Quirk would be drained and weakened because of the Palace rulers cognition the longer you stay here" Morgana explained "That's why I got you these weapons, they'd be a lot more reliable then your Quirks in here".
"Wait so I can totally try out my new Quirk here! Aw right!" Skull pumped, before turning to a suit of armour and taking a running stance.
"Wait no you idi-" Mona tried to warn but it was too late as he dashed towards the suit of armour before throwing a kick…which didn't do anything but shake it a bit.
"Wha- for real" Skull said, with a sigh before turning around and walking back "I was hoping for something awesome".
"You're lucky it wasn't! You could've gotten us in serious trouble if you made a ton of noise" Mona yelled, as Skull raised his arms in defence
"Okay okay yeesh I get it, not like it actually-" BOOOOOMMMM!
All three thieves then turn around as the suit of armour was struck by a large amount of electricity before falling down.
"What was that?" "Are there intruders!"
"Oh crap, quick hide!" Joker yelled, as the other two nodded before running off.
"In there!" Mona yelled, before they entered one of the other rooms which had a foggy looking aura around it.
"Are you sure we're safe here?" Joker looked around in the small storage room which was a bit fuzzy to them.
"Don't worry this room has a weaker distortion then the rest of the castle, it's basically places the ruler has less control over like a classroom for example. You'd find places like these often in the Palace, I call them Safe rooms' ' Mona explained, before realising something "Wait hold up, the guards are talking".
"Hmm, it seems like more of those intruders had shown up" One knight said, looking at the fallen suit of armour.
"Could they have been the ones that took Princess out of the castle? The other knight suggested "That would explain why she was wandering around the entrance".
"Those damn Thieves, kidnapping the king's favourite servant like that! We must find them!" The knight said, before the two of them ran off.
"What was that about? A Princess?" Skull asked, crossing his arms.
"Do you think someone might have gotten sucked up with us when we use the app" Joker theorised, as Mona nodded.
"That's a possibility but it could be possible it's just coincidence…it's risky," Mona said, crossing his arms.
"What are you talking about! Obviously we gotta go! It's a girl right? So what do you think will happen when Kamoshida but worse finds her" Skull yelled, as the two stared blankly at him "W-What?".
"Nothing just…you surprisingly made a good point there" Joker said, annoying Skull,
"Oh fuck off!".
"Anyway you're right Ryu- er, Skull. We can't just ignore the possibility someone got brought here otherwise we'd be no better than the teachers or parents' ' Joker said, his glove before the three of them left the room.
Kamoshida's chamber
Third person P.O.V.
"Ggh! Hey, let go of me!" Ann yelled, as she struggled to break from the straps that bound her.
The room was pink in colour with a red floor, behind Ann was a large painting of Shadow Kamoshida laughing out loud and around the room were knights as well what looked like her classmates in tight gym uniforms.
"What's all this about! Seriously, I'm gonna call the cops!" she yelled, struggling to break free.
"So this is the intruder?" She heard, before looking up to see the Shadow Kamoshida walking up to her.
"What?! Kamoshida!" Ann gasped, as she watched Shadow Kamoshida expect her body "I can't believe you mistook my precious, beautiful Ann for someone like her, ain't that right?".
"Yeah like she looks nothing like me~~~" Ann's eyes widened when she saw an exact duplicate of herself except wearing a skimpy bikini with a purple leopard print design and a pair of cat ears.
"W-What! I-Is that me!" Ann gasped, looking at her copy "M-More importantly! What happened to the school! Why is it like this!"
Shadow Kamoshida smirked as he walked up and got all in her face "Are you scared?"
"What is that outfit? Are you out of your mind" Ann yelled, making the man grin.
"I do as please here! This place is the castle of my desires and you are my newest lively slave" he said, with a grin licking his lips.
"W-What! This isn't funny! Let me go! Enough of the bullshit Kamoshida!" Ann yelled, looking annoyed.
"Peh, the girls decided to tell me off? What do you think about that" Kamoshida asked, fake Ann as she smiled "Talking back is like…totally unforgivable".
"Hmm, hmm that's a very good point" Kamoshida said, nodding before waving his arm "Execute her!".
"W-What!" Ann gasped, as one of the golden knights started to walk towards her but then.
"OH NO YOU DON'T" Skull yelled, busting down the door as everyone turned their attention to Joker, Skull and Mona.
"Ah! You made it!" Ann gasped, as they looked at her surprised.
"W-What the?! Takamaki!" "Ann?! What are you doing here!" "Who is that Meow-velous girl~"
A moment of awkward silence passed by as they looked down at Mona who had a clear smitten look in his eyes before shaking his head.
"Ugh, just when I started enjoying myself." Shadow Kamoshida said, in annoyance as he turned to the trio who were glaring at him.
"Guys! What's the deal with this guy?!" Ann said as she struggled against the chains that were holding her. "What's up with Kamoshida and why is there another me!".
"You little..." Skull growled, clenching his fist in anger as he looked at Kamoshida. "I've had enough of your shit for one day."
"How many times are you all going to come back?" The King said as he looked at the three with a face that was pissed
He then got his trademark toothy smirk back as he looked at Ann. "I bet you're just like those thieves, you came here because you're pissed at me, right."
"You…" Ann blinked, as he looked at the grinning Kamoshida. "WHAT DID YOU DO SHIHO!"
"Why are you so angry~" The fake Ann smiled, as she moved up close to Ann "Don't you want to be loved by King Kamoshida too~".
"Hehe, you're the reason she jumped you know?" Shadow Kamoshida said, as Ann looked up at him "W-What?".
"Remember, you were reluctant to throw yourself on me~ So I had her take your place…that she wasn't nearly as good as you wouldn't have been," Kamoshida said, making Ann's eyes widen.
"Hehehehe!It wouldn't have happened if you had accepted my invitation from the beginning, it was your stubbornness that caused her to jump off that roof" Kamoshida said, as tears started welling up Ann's eyes.
"I'm sorry…I'm so sorry Shiho…"
"Oh? Are those tears of regret? Do you think you have the right to regret what you did like a normal person? All of you here are my slaves that should be happy to do whatever I want or risk becoming my ene-GUH!"
Everyone's eyes widened as they looked up to see Joker kicking Shadow Kamoshida from behind kicking right in the crotch causing him to clutch down before following it up with a kick to the face
"King Kamoshida!" The knight yelled, as they rushed towards him but Skull and Mona rushed in and blocking the attack
"Oh no you don't! CAPTAIN KIDD!" Skull yelled, summoning his Persona which fired a blast of electricity knocking the knight back and killing it.
"You can do this! Fight em, ZORRO!" Mona yelled, summoning Zorra to use a wind knocking the knight into the air before Mona rushed in and slashed it in half killing it.
"Y-You brat! Knight get- eep!" Shadow Kamoshida cried, as Joker pointed his gun at him.
"Amamiya…" Ann whispered, as Joker looked at her "Ann listen, it's not and never was your fault that Shiho did this, don't cry over protecting yourself from this prick, get mad that this guy would even think about doing this! I mean look at this place! How fucked up his mind to think and see everything like this".
"You're right. Letting this bastard toy with me.. What was I thinking?!" Ann said, as she began to feel anger instead of sorrow flow through her "I've had enough of this! You've pissed me off, you son of a bitch!"
My... It's taken far too long.
"Geh! AAAAAAAHHHH!" Ann screamed, as she felt her eyes flash yellow and the worst pain come to her head.
"She's awakening…awakening to a Persona!" Ren said, before moving out of the way from the gold knight rushing in.
"What took you so long! FINISH HER BEFORE SHE GETS THE POWER!" Kamoshida roared.
Tell me... Who is going to avenge her if you don't? Forgiving him was never the option. Such is the scream of the other you who dwells within...
The Golden knight raised its sword at her but Ren quickly moved in and blocked the attack.
"Oh no you don't! ARSENE!" Ren yelled, summoning his Persona who only smirked.
"Ah a new awakening, how perfect let's see if she can make it through" Arsene said, before using Eiha to knock the knight back.
I am thou, thou art I... We can finally forge a contract…
Ann's head was down as tears came from her eyes. "I hear you.. Carmen. You're right! No more holding back!"
"N-No! Anyone but her!" Kamoshida gulped, as he watched in fear as Ann shot her head up and a red panther-like mask appeared over her face.
"RAAAAAAHHHH!" Ann screamed, as she broke out of the chains holding her down.
There you go.. Nothing can be solved by restraining yourself. Understand? Then I'll gladly lend you my strength.
"GYAAAAAAAAAHHHHH!" Ann screamed, as she then ripped her mask off her face with a great force.
Blood went flying from her face as a pillar and blue flame surrounded her body.
When the flames died down we see she was in a new outfit like the others with a Persona, Carmen, floating behind her.
Her Phantom Thief outfit consists of a skin-tight red latex catsuit with a cleavage cutout and zippers, a matching red panther mask, pink gloves, dark red thigh-high boots, and a clip-on tail on the back of her catsuit.
Carmen appears as a very tall woman with fuchsia coloured skin. She wears a long flowing red ball gown, black gloves, and black-red boots. The dress is mostly light red with alternating black and gold trim along its many layers. The dress has a black corset with red heart designs and shows a generous amount of cleavage. Her gloves and boots share the same colour and heart designs as the corset. Several roses are seen growing out of the base of the corset. Carmen is a brunette with spiralling pigtails, reflecting Ann's own hair style. Her face is covered with a black panther mask with floral designs along the top and sides. Her shoulder pads match the design of the mask. She is also seen with a cigar in her mouth and a black choker around her neck. Carmen is typically seen with two figures that seem to be men in tuxedos and red bow-ties, but their heads are metallic pink boxes, with glowing heart designs for eyes and speakers for mouths. The figures are physically attached to Carmen via a pair of thorny vines that connect to the roses.
Grabbing one of the fallen knights' swords, Ann swiftly sliced her copy in half much to the shock.
"You know what? I'm not some cheap toy that you can play with scumbag!" Ann yelled, throwing the sword away "You took away everything from Shiho! Her dream…her future…I'll rob you of everything".
"G-GUARDS!" Kamoshida cried, as the golden got up before the armour burst off and he transformed into a shadow.
The shadow looked like a purple, buff, bearded, horned demon…sitting on a toilet.
"How dare you refuse King Kamoshida's love! You will be punished by your rebellious lass" The Shadow said, as everyone stared at it.
"Fine! Come on Carmine! Let's punish them too!" Ann said, entering a fighting position.
"Very well, let's see this pig squeal!" Carmine said, before lifting her hands, summoning two balls of fire.
Carmine then proceeded to throw two fireballs at the monster who quickly dodged out of the way.
He then raised his hand before shooting an ice beam which would have frozen Panther if not for Carmine protecting her.
As this fight was happening the bodies of the other two knights began shifting before transforming into more shadows, once again being two Bicron.
"I'll help Ann, you two keep the other busy" Joker said, with Skull and Mona nodding before they split up.
"Geh" Ann scoffed, as she was knocked back by the shadows before Joker moved up to her.
"Using your Persona too much will drain you, here use these" Joker said, handing her both the whip and the gun Mona had gotten for them.
"Oh thanks," Ann said, taking the items before they both looked at the large shadow.
"Did you notice any weaknesses?" Joker asked, as Ann thought back.
"He seemed to use ice, and he moved away from Carmines fire attacks? Think he could be weak to fire" Ann asked, as Joker nodded.
"That would make sense, alright I'll do the cover fire while you move in to strike" Joker said, making Ann blink before nodding.
Joker then pulled out his handgun, spinning it in his hand before firing at the Shadow which dealt severe damage.
Ann then rushed in and using her new whip, struck the Shadow causing it to scream out in pain before using an ice attack on Panther who rolled out of the way.
"Take this!" Skull yelled, as he swung his baseball bat at the Bicorn head causing it to neigh out in pain.
The Bicorn glared at Skull before rushing towards the thug looking thief trying to ram into him.
"Let's see, if Re-er Joker can do it, so can I!" Skull yelled, quickly taking out his shotgun before firing at the Shadow, killing it.
Mona meanwhile was jumping out of the way as the bicorn tried ramming while aiming different shots with his slingshot at the shadow.
"Alright, gotta look especially cool today! I gotta impress that lady~" Mona said, with a smirk before summoning his Persona "Help me out, Zorro!"
Mona then jumped into the air with his sword ready as his Persona did swift movements with his sword which formed a green tornado around Mona spinning him.
"Take this!" Mona yelled, slicing through the Bicorn and killing it before the Not-Cat and landed on the ground before crossing his arms "Heh, pretty cool".
Meanwhile Joker and Ann were dodging another ice attack from the monster by leaping back before they landed next to each other.
"Alright, follow my lead Ann…JACK O LANTERN!" Joker yelled,as he summoned his new Persona.
"Hee ho! Let's go!".
"Alright, let's go Carmine!" She said, getting ready as her Persona smirked.
"Very well, let's burn this pig into ashes!"
"AGI!" They both commanded, as the two Personas shot off powerful fire attacks at the shadow knocking it down to the ground.
"N-No! T-To believe, there was a woman…that would deny King Kamoshida!"
"Kamoshida is going to pay for what he's done, that I sweat!" Ann yelled, as everyone regrouped.
"Alright guys, let's go for an All Out Attack!" Joker said, with the others nodding.
All four then rushed in before jumping into the air, attacking the shadow in all directions before dashing past him.
All three then struck a pose, with Joker fixing his glove, Skull doing a rock out sign, Mona crossing his arms with a grin and Ann doing a cute pose with a peace sign,
Behind them we see energy in Belphegor burst out before he exploded behind them.
"O-Oh shit!" Kamoshida yelled, before running off as they turned to him with annoyed faces.
"Don't bother to chase after him, Joker. He's not worth the time." Mona said as he looked at Joker before looking over at Ann.
"But seriously Takamaki! What the heck are you doing here! How are you here" Skull yelled, as Ann sighed.
"I was walking over to the hospital when I heard you guys talking about Kamoshida, I listened in and wanted to join then suddenly we were here" Ann explained, as Mona crossed his arms "I knew it, guess we can accidentally bring people we'll have to be more careful of that".
"W-Wait actually! Who are you! Where did you come from! W-Were you that cat they were talking to and…" Ann said, before looking down at her outfit.
"Why am I dressed like this?! When did I- Ugh!" Ann cried, tried to cover herself up but it didn't work out too well.
"Oh come on it's not that bad" Joker said, as Ann glared at him made him jump "All I'm saying is, you could be wearing something like a Midnight's outfit".
"Hah fair enough" Ann sighed, standing up while still covering herself.
"We should move back to the Safe room, no doubt they have guards protecting the entrance now so that'd be the safest place to go" Mona said, as the others nodded before they started moving back to the safe room while explaining to Ann what was happening.
And done, phew that was a lot longer chapter then I originally expected I was thinking I'd be doing the Palace infiltration too but nope.
But anyway yep we're getting closer to the end of the Kamoshida arc just a few more chapters left
Speaking of which I am also thinking of changing the design of Shadow Kamoshida's monster form to reflect the more Hero part of his job so if you have any suggestions please tell me.
But anyway how about we get to the reviews.
