Hey guys and gals, welcome back to MHA: The Value of a Thief and this time around it'll be a continuation of the Palace Infiltration.
Not only that but we will also be taking the time to do some character stuff for the cast to give them a bit more focus, including things taken from their confidant route.
Hopefully this chapter won't take almost a month like it did last time but we'll have to see.
So with that said, how about we get this chapter started.
Yongen Jaya
Third person P.O.V.
"Hah I can't believe you did that" Ren sighed, as he walked out of the train station of Yongen Jaya and made his way.
"Heh, that's what you get for acting like I was some love attached pet don't forget I'm you Metaverse Sensei '' Morgana prompted, while Ren rolled his eyes.
"Yeah yeah I'm sure to call you Sensei to Sojiro and make me think I'm crazy" Ren said, as he walked up to the Cafe and opened the door.
"I'm back" He called, looking over at Sojiro reading the newspaper as he turned over to the young man.
"Ah good…I heard about what happened in your school today…" Sojiro commented, making Ren frown a bit "You didn't have anything to do with that, did you".
Blinking a bit Ren shook his head before crossing his arms "Nah I had nothing to do with it, though I wouldn't be surprised if people started blaming me or something".
"Right right…look just…get changed and come down, I have something to show you" Sojiro told him, confusing Ren before he shrugged.
"So this is my new place of residence" Morgana smirked, jumping out the bag while looking around while Ren went to get changed "Hmm, surprisingly clean for an attic…could use some work though".
"Thanks, put a good bit of work into it" Ren nodded, as he took off his uniform while reaching for some of his new clothes to change into.
"What was that I heard" They froze up as Sojiro walked up the stairs before spotting Morgana "You brought a Cat! Seriously".
"M-Meow!" Morgana cried, trying to mimic a cat which made Ren sweatdrop.
"Ah, um well…" Ren stuttered, trying to figure out a cover story before remembering what he told Yoshizawa "Me and a friend found him hiding in our school roof, I fed him a bit of my lunch and he kinda got attached and I didn't exactly feel right leaving him there with the weather and the teachers hunting for him".
Sojiro stared at Ren for a few moments before looking over at Morgana and sighing "Well guess it might help your Probation if you have something to take care of, just keep him upstairs when customers are around".
"You sure? I'd assume it'd make your cafe even more popular" Ren asked, as Sojiro sighed.
"And risk a cat messing up the food, absolutely not," Sojiro scoffed, crossing his arms.
"Hey! I'm not some stupid cat!" Morgana hissed, while Sojiro raised an eyebrow.
"Quite a chatty cat…you wouldn't have happened to have named him yet…have you?" Sojiro asked, with a bit of hope and excitement in his voice.
"Oh uh, his names Morgana or Mona for short" Ren stated, while noticing Sojiro's stature dropped a bit.
"And here I was gonna offer to name him…" Sojiro sighed, looking disappointed "I had a really good one too".
"What were you thinking of naming him?" Ren asked, prompting the Owner to smirk.
"Prince".
Ren and Morgana stared at Sojiro's proud face for a few moments before Morgana turned over to Ren.
"I like him, he has class".
"Anyway, hurry up and get changed already" Sojiro said, going back down the stairs as Ren did just that.
After a few minutes Ren finished getting changed before walking down the stairs to see Sojiro behind the counter with his arms crossed.
"So what's up?"
"Alright listen, I know I haven't really treated you the best here" Sojiro said, as Ren gave him a look that said 'That's an understatement'.
"You had a point, you're already dealing with this stuff at school so I should at least give you a break so how about this" he said, tossing Ren a key making him blink.
"I'll trust you in getting back home by curfew but in return, I'll need you to work behind the counter here sometimes" Sojiro explained, causing Ren to raise his eyebrow.
"Do I get paid?" he asked, making him Sojiro snicker a bit.
"With this place's income please" he smiled, before motioning to the beans that decorated the walls "Instead how about I teach you how to make the perfect cup of coffee".
"Coffee?...Now that I think about it, there's a lot of coffee beans here" Ren noted, looking at the wall "All different kinds too".
"Heh, thank you I'm quite proud of my collection and coffee making skills" Sojiro smirked, looking up at Ren "Might help you with some of your lady friends too".
"Fufu, seems like the Hierophant knows his stuff, perhaps he could come in handy for our future~" Ren heard Arsene say, as Ren just rolled his eyes.
"Sure, will you teach me your curry recipe too?" he asked, as Sojiro just shrugged "We'll have to see kid".
It took a few tries of Sojiro showing how the coffee machine worked as well as how to properly boil the coffee beans Sojiro had picked out for him but eventually Ren got the hang of things.
"Hmm…" Sojiro hummed, as he tried the coffee Ren had managed to make himself "Well it certainly isn't bad, pretty good for your first attempt actually, but I wouldn't say it's up this place's quality".
"That's fair I guess, at least I'm getting there" Ren shrugged, rubbing the back of his neck a bit.
"You better, making a good cup of coffee is integral as a gentleman and a Phantom Thief" Morgana said, as he ate some of the food Sojiro prepared for him.
"Hmm, who knows with a bit more training you could make it as well as I do…maybe" Sojiro mused, as Ren snickered a bit before they heard the chime of the bell as the door opened.
"Ah welco- oh…" Sojiro glared, as Ren looked over at a guy with black hair and grey eyes wearing a grey shirt with a black sweater over it and brown trousers with blue shoes.
"Been awhile Sakura-san, I heard about how you opened up a store so here I am" The man smiled, before crossing his arms "Wouldn't have hurt to have told me though, quite the nice location though right next to the station and everything".
"Your order?" Sojiro asked, a serious look on his face
"No small talk huh? Cold of you Sakura-san, oh but that smell…you're still making her curry huh?" he noted, catching Ren's attention. "Guess you still haven't gotten over her".
'Her?' he thought, with a raised eyebrow.
"What is your order, sir?" Sojiro repeated, getting even more annoyed.
"Oh come now Sakura…you know what I want to talk about" he stated, as Sojiro stared at him for a few moments before sighing.
"Hey kid, mind heading out to the bathhouse for a bit…or anywhere really, I gotta settle this" Sojiro asked, making Ren blink.
"Ah uh, are you sure?" he asked, only to get an unamused look on Sojiros face "Yeah I get it sure thing".
As he took off his apron to head out, Ren gave a quick glance to Morgana who nodded before Ren left the cafe to head to the Bath house across the street.
Later on after the bath.
"Hmm…seems like he went back home" Ren muttered, as he unlocked the door to the cafe while turning the sign to close and locking the door.
Walking up the attic Ren looked over at Morgana who was laying down on the bed looking exhausted "Was it that bad?".
"Yeah, they just wouldn't shut up about money stuff" Morgana sighed, as Ren sat down next to thim and rubbed his head "Best I can guess is that Boss has a daughter, and the money has something to do with her".
"Ah that actually explains a couple of things, like why we're staying in this attic" Ren mumbled, looking around the attic "She's probably like 5 or 6 and he thought I'd be a bad influence on her, which…well, fair enough".
"You gonna bring it up with him?" Morgana asked, but Ren shook his head "Nah, not really my business".
Ren then leaned back on the bed, putting the blanket over him as Morgana moved on the bed.
"Well you better get plenty of rest, we're probably finishing up the Palace route tomorrow" Morgana said, with Ren nodding.
"Yeah, that might be for the best, well night" Ren waved, as he leaned back and closed his eyes as the two went to sleep.

In the middle of the city we see a gigantic statue of the number 1 hero All Might, however on his chest was a spray painted logo of a top hat and mask with flame coming out the eyes.
YEAH! YEAH! OW!
We then see a blur zoom past the statue, with the camera barely following its movements.
It's your haze of delusion versus reality
We see Joker running from rooftop to rooftop, with a light shining on him as several helicopters chased after him
Just keep stirring the pot to find your individuality
Arsene then flew up behind him before Joker jumped off the rooftop and grabbed his partner's Chain to help him fly.
Delete another problem that is plaguing your mind
We next see Skull running down the highway as several police cars chased after him, a wild grin on his face as he ran
From day to day! To end to end! That's entertainment of our lives
Captain kidd then sailed up and caught Skull as he cheered into the night sky, as face of pure joy behind him
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Several paint marks were slashed at the walls, as we see Fox painting everything in the alleyway around him
Let's celebrate our time, and party while we're still alive
He then spun around as Goemon showed and blew his smoke allowing the paint to glow revealing he had painted different hero posters and stop signs.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Panther then jumped down onto some train tracks and began dancing, as she began spinning around like a Ballerina
Kick your worries to the side and aim up to the sky.
Carmine then appeared behind her, and below a flaming tornado that spun around her as she smiled up at the beauty.
EVERYBODY! Put your hands up!
We see Queen riding on Johana with Mona on her back, as the two of them drove up an elevator through a window.
We'll be flying~ Can you imagine it?
We see a large UFO flying above the city with Oracle inside, before she tapped a few commands into it
Search and you'll find the stage set within your dreams.
The UFO then began flashing several colours like a Disco Ball that lit up the entire city.
The place where you're the one
Down below we see Noir and Milady dancing like in a ball on Shibuya crossing before the two spun around.
That's where you're meant to be!
Noir then struck a pose as Milady revealed the variety of guns below her dress.
EVERYBODY!
We then see the Thieves falling through the sky towards a variety of statues of Pro Heroes.
Put your hands up!
We see both Panther and Mona aiming firing their guns at a statue of Ryukyu which crumbled into pieces.
We'll be flying!
Then Skull and Fox quickly moved past a large statue Edgeshot, cutting it in half.
Can you imagine it?
Next we see Queen and Noir crashing, punching the large statue of endeavour into pieces.
Search and you'll find the stage you set within your dreams
In the UFO we see Oracle typing in a few more codes with a grin on her face, before snapping her fingers causing her UFO to drop a huge bomb towards the All Might statue.

Joker then grinned as Arsene threw him towards the bomb which he shot with his pistol causing a huge explosion of colours.
FLYIN! Within these memories!
We see the whole team of Phantom Thieves cheering at the beautiful explosion they were witnessing.
FLYING! That you're slowly forgetting!
Joker smirked before he spun around and landed towards the ground as the train passed by him.
Just listen close to the song that lies within you~
Ren then gets up in his school uniform with Morgana in his bag, before he waved to us and walked back towards the crowd of people passing by.

Third Person P.O.V.
Group chat: FUCK KAMOSHIDA!
Ryuji: Hey you guys, are you busy right now?
Ren: Just eating my lunch, what's up.
Ann: Yeah same, you need something.
Ryuji: Well, I was thinking it might make sense to try out our new Quirks
Especially since we don't know what Ann's does yet.
Ann: Oooh! Totally! I'd love that!
Ren: Yeah sure thing, where are we meeting up?
Ryuji: Let's meet up at the School Roof, nobody goes there any more.
Ren: Wouldn't it be closed off after what happened though?
Ann: Actually I went to check, and it doesn't look like it
Kinda messed up, they didn't do that actually.
Ren: Well this school is pretty a much a Hot mess
I mean they brought me, a known criminal.
All to rehabilitate me and get all the attention the school would ever want.
Ryuji: Yeah seriously, fuck this school.
"Well looks like we got a game plan, shall we go?" Ann asked, with Ren nodding as he put away his phone.
"Yeah sure, gimme a sec" He said, opening his bag so that Morgana jumped inside.
"What's going on?" Morgana asked, as he poked his head out of the bag.
"Looks like we'll be doing some Quirk training up on the roof" Ren explained, as he and Ann stood up making their way
As they left the classroom however, their teacher walked up to them with a tired expression.
"Amamiya-kun, could you come with me for a moment? I'd like to have a word" Kawakami asked, walking up to the two of them.
"Huh uh sure" Ren blinked, turning to the teacher while Ann grabbed his bag.
"Leave this to me, I'll meet ya up on the roof" Ann said, with a wink and Ren nodding.
"I didn't know you were close with Takamaki?" Kawakami asked, crossing her arms.
"Yeah I helped her out on the first day, then after the Quirk Relay we hung out a bit in Shibuya" Ren explained, making Kawakami blink in surprise.
"Wait…after the Quirk Relay…and you didn't do anything after that?" She asked, with Ren responding with a nod "Then those rumours aren't true…".
"What was that?" he blinked, only for Kawakami to shake her head.
"It's nothing, just come with me to the Guidance Office" Kawakami asked, with Ren nodding before the two walked off.
When they made it to the Guidance Office, the door soon opened up revealing Yoshizawa and Kamoshida.
"Ah Senpai!" Yoshizawa smiled, running up to her Senpai, making him smile.
"Yo, Sumi" He grinned, raising his hand as Yoshizawa blinked in surprise before smiling and high fiving him.
"I wouldn't be getting that close to him, Yoshizawa" Kamoshida scoffed, as the two looked over at him "Remember those students I told you that you need to watch out for, well he's one of the top on that list".
"Senpai wouldn't do something like that sir" Yoshizawa pouted, surprising Kamoshida and even Ren "Besides, should a teacher really be buying into some rumours".
"Tch, you wouldn't be saying that if you knew what he's done" Kamoshida scoffed, crossing his arms.
"Yeah I've done some bad stuff, like oh my gosh, I didn't give the mighty Kamoshida credit for doing absolutely nothing that made me win" Ren mocked, which made Yoshizawa giggle a bit.
"Tch, whatever you won't be saying that stuff once you're outta here" Kamoshida scoffed, walking past them.
"Wait…Senpai, what did he mean by that?" Yoshizawa asked, as Ren rubbed his head a bit.
"Um, Yoshizawa if it's alright could you two continue this conversation after we're done talking" Kawakami asked, making Yoshizawa blink.
"Oh! I'm so sorry! I didn't mean to hold you two back" Yoshizawa bowed a bit, before running off as the two headed into the guidance office.
"Alright, look I'm gonna get straight to the point…did something happen between you and ?" Kawakami asked, as the two sat in the Guidance Office.
"Why do you ask?" Ren asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"Well first of all there was that little exchange just now, the fact that he's mentioning having seen you taking Suzui-san somewhere the night of the relay, which you say you weren't even at school at the time and he even gave me a brief lecture this morning, where your name came up…something about the dangerous of a lack of supervision" Kawakami recalled, as Ren leaned back crossing his arms.
"Well the day after the relay he tried going up to me to make a deal involving me giving him as much credit as possible for my hero training I said no, and may have pointed he seemed more scared of me taking away his attention, I mean you saw what he was like when All Might was here which he didn't like…" Ren sighed, as Kawakami noticed the red mark that was still on his face,
Kawakami's eyes widened at that and was about to say something before sighing "Look, just…I don't mean to pry, just try no to get into any more trouble alright".
"Not that you would care, you'd be jumping for joy if you didn't have to deal with me" Ren muttered under his breath which Kawakami didn't hear.
"Oh right and one more thing, that girl outside the office…you didn't make a pass on her did you?" Kawakami only to be surprised when Ren starts blushing like mad.
"W-W-What! O-Of course not! Why would you say something like t-that" he stuttered, his face still red as Kawakami just stared at him surprised.
"Huh…".
"I-I just helped her friend out from another school on my first d-day, then when l-lunch started I-I d-didn't have a-anything s-so she offered to s-split some with me a-as thanks" he gulped, crossing his arms "W-We only talked one other time after that, l-last night a-after school I-I came back after forgetting my wallet and found her training…".
"Well you certainly acted…unexpectedly" Kawakami sweatdropped, while Ren covered his face 'He's surprisingly kinda precious'.
"Sorry…I just, don't do well with that stuff" he groaned, before looking over at her "D-Don't tell anyone, please?".
"Y-Yeah sure thing…" Kawakami nodded, before shaking her head "Anyway, that's everything sorry for keeping you".
"I-It's alright" Ren said, still blushing a bit as he left the room.
When Ren left the classroom he was surprised to see Yoshizawa waiting for him "You're still here?".
"Sorry Senpai…I just had to know…is it true you're being expelled?" Yoshizawa asked, making Ren look down "Oh no…".
"It's not certain yet…but yeah, looks like it" he sighed, rubbing his head.
"What happened? The rumours of you and Suzui-san aren't true are they?" She asked, but Ren shook his head.
"Nothing like that, after what happened to her Ryuji got emotional, especially after hearing what Ann said to Kamoshida… he kinda rushed over to teach him a lesson and I had to stop him, but it was already too late and now it seems like he's using us as Scapegoats for what happened to Shiho" he sighed, as Yoshizawa gripped her hand.
"T-That's horrible! First the rumours and now this!" Yoshizawa growled, gripping her hand "Someone has to do something!".
"Don't worry Sumi, we are" Ren explained, making Yoshizawa blink "I can't really get into the details…but just trust me on this, and keep away from Kamoshida…"
"...Okay, I'll trust you Senpai" She nodded, before perking up "Anyway, I was also wondering if you wanted to go and have lunch together again?".
"Ah sorry I can't today, I was going to hang out with some of my other friends," Ren explained, rubbing his head a bit.
Yoshizawa blinked in surprise for a moment followed by a frown before she shook her head "That's alright Senpai, maybe next time".
Ren looked a little worried watching his Kouhai walk off and then sighed before crossing his arms.
"Guess I'll head up to the roof…" he nodded to himself, before proceeding to follow the route up to the roof.
"Hey guys sorry I'm late, that took longer…than…I…expected?" Ren blinked, as he bore witness to what was going on.
The rooftop was in utter chaos with Ryuji and Morgana on the ground looking and acting completely delirious as Ann tried shaking Ryuji awake while another girl he didn't recognise played with Morgana a bit, who was behaving more cat like then usual.
The girl he didn't recognise then spotted Ren and smiled, letting him get a better look.
The girl looks to be one of his Senpai's with chin-length curly light auburn hair and brown eyes. She wears her winter school's uniform modified to her taste: a pink turtleneck cardigan with short puffed sleeves and a long-sleeved white shirt underneath. The cardigan is zipped open up to her navel and has two large pockets on the front. She wears the standard black and red tartan skirt, white tights with a black flower pattern and black Mary Jane shoes.
"Oh hello there, sorry for all the commotion" the girl smiled, as she played around with Morgana a bit as he purred "Ah more, it feels so good."
"AH! Ren you're here thank god!" Ann cried, as she got up and ran towards him.
"What the hell did I miss? I was gone for less than ten minutes" Ren asked, still confused at what was going on.
"Well we tried out my new Quirk but when it hit Ryuji and Morgana they started acting all delirious and weird" Ann explained, as they peered over at Ryuji laying on the floor.
"Hah…hah…I wanna ride a pony"
"Right…but what about her?" Ren asked, pointing at the other girl who just smiled.
"Oh I came up here to tend to my garden when I found you all up here, when Takamaki explained I decided to help out by keeping this cute lil guy busy" The girl smiled, with Morgana beaming over at Ren.
"REN! We need to make her a Phantom Thief too! Her pet's and scratches are invaluable!" he begged, still looking dizzy,
"Okay okay, calm down there Morgana" Ren sighed, walking over and taking the not-cat out of the girl's hands.
"You know this kitty?" She asked, surprised as he nodded.
"Yeah he's mine but can't exactly keep him at the cafe I'm staying at so I have to bring him with me" Ren explained, as she beamed at him.
"You live in a cafe! Lucky! It's always been my dream to own a small cafe!" The girl cheerfully grinned, making Ren sweatdrop.
"Well it's not exactly like that, but you should visit, it's a small place in Yongen-Jaya called Leblanc Miss-" Ren said, making the girl blink.
"Oh that's right I never introduced myself" she stood up before looking at the three.
"My name is Haru, Haru Okumura" she introduced herself, as the others nodded "I'm a third year and I tend to the garden up here".
"Ah right, well I'm Ann, He's Ren and the dude down there is Ryuji" Ann introduced the trio, as Haru smiled.
"It's nice to meet all of you, oh you all were going to talk about something right? I'll give you your privacy" she smiled, bowing to them a bit before leaving the room.
Ann and Ren then looked down at the still delirious Ryuji and Morgana who were starting to come down from the effects.
"Hah, hopefully the rest of the Palace won't be as bad as this" Ann sighed, shaking her head.
"I mean we're nearing the end of the Palace right? What's the worst that could happen" Ren shrugged, as he leaned back while resting his eyes.
A few hours later
Kamoshida's Palace
Third Person P.O.V.
"O-Oh…so that's the worst that can happen" "FOR REAL?!"
In Kamoshida's Palace we see the four Phantom Thieves as they stood in a gigantic room with a pathway that was being blocked off by giant swinging axes stopping them from continuing.
"What kind of bullshit is this! How are we meant to get through here" Panther groaned, crossing her arms "We can't even go around it with those rising platforms".
After the group had finished up school they quickly returned to the Palace to continue their infiltration, taking the shortcut that the cognitive All Might informed the Thieves about they managed to get to the tower right behind the castle which Morgana confirmed the treasure was somewhere there after sensing it.
The tower was honestly even grosser than the actual castle, with rising and lower floors, statues of the female body in tight gym clothes which showed off their ass and chest, the only parts Kamoshida really care about them as well as statues of Kamoshida seemingly staring at them as it had his ugly mug on it.
Joker did manage to get a few more Persona's while replacing some of his current ones like an Angel one or one that looked like a Succubus, though he did have to get rid of some of his current ones like Kelpie and Mandrake.
"Hey Mona, what about that statue would it do something?" Skull asked, as Mona fiddled with the mouth a bit.
"Doesn't look at it, though it does feel a bit looser than the last one" Mona noticed, before jumping down.
"Uh what does he mean?" Panther asked, as Joker crossed his arms.
"When we were in the dungeon we found a statue just like this that lowered the drawbridge for us…though it looks like this one is missing something" Joker noticed while looking at the statues "Isn't it missing the eyes".
"Huh? Oh you're right!" Mona gawked, noticing the missing eyes while staring at the statue
"Woah dude do you have a photographic memory or something" Skull asked, looking back at Joker.
"Honestly at this point, maybe?" Joker wondered, crossing his arms ``Maybe it's something to do with me getting multiple Persona's' '.
"I don't think he was being serious" Panther sweatdropped, before Mona turned around.
"I bet the eyes are some kind of key, and we'll have to find them if we want to turn off this trap" Mona stated, making Skull sigh "We have to find another key, seriously".
"Where would it be though? There weren't any suspicious rooms like last time? Unless we have to go back to the rooms we skipped" Panther wondered, crossing her arms.
"If that's the case then most likely one of the guards has the key, probably someone strong so that intruders can't easily make it to the throne room" Joker guessed, with Skull groaning.
"An enemy, for real?! We can't beat every single one of these guys" Skull yelled, but Morgaan shook his head.
"Remember, this tower is separate from the castle, so most likely the one holding the key is somewhere around here" Morgana explained, "On top of that, it would have to be a high ranking one like Joker said".
"So one of the gold ones right? Perfect! Let's just go and find that one" Panther grinned, while Joker crossed his arms.
"I think I saw down on the lower floors so we might as well check if he has it," Joker recalled, while the others nodded.
Down on the lower floors they found the Golden Knight commanding some of the lower guards.
"Now!" Joker yelled, catching the guards attention as they looked up to see the four Phantom Thieves jumping down from the stairs.
Joker landed on the golden knight's shoulder while gripping tightly on the mask and ripping it off "SHOW ME YOUR TRUE FORM!".
The knights armour then burst off, along with the lower guards armour transforming into a Bertih and a group of Pixies.
"What?! The Phantom Thieves! You're meant to be dead!" The leading Berith yelled, as the Thieves got ready.
"Yeah well sorry buddy but that little trap didn't exactly work" Skull stated, with a smug grin while tapping his bat.
"You little! We'll make you bastards pay!" Berith yelled, as the shadows dashed towards the four thieves.
"Alright guys, be careful!" Joker said, as the others nodded before dashing off to fight.
"Take this!" Berith yelled, dashing towards Joker and thrusting his spear at Joker knocking him back a bit.
"Tch, that hurt" Joker growled, shaking his head before pulling out his gun.
He then proceeded to fire several shots at the shadow before dashing forward and slashing at the Shadow several times.
"Looks like you'll need some help! Zorro! Lucky Punch!" Morgana yelled, as he ran up Joker's back before jumping off his shoulder.
Summoning the Persona next to him, Zorro dashed towards the knight and punched the knight which he blocked.
He then thrusted his spear towards Morgana surprising the not-cat as he was sent flying back towards Joker.
"You okay?" Joker asked, catching Morgana before placing him down.
"Thanks, guess that didn't look really cool" Morgana sighed, but Joker smirked looking down at him.
"It's not about looking cool" he smirked, before standing up as his mask lit up into blue flames before flying off "Succubus!".
Flames manifested into a blonde woman with large black wings and a smirk on her face as Joker pointed to Berith "Dormina!"
Succubus smirked and nodded before pressing her fingers to her lips and throwing something at the Shadow causing him to stumble back "W-Why, am I so…tired…".
As Succubus turned into flames and moved back to Joker's face, he took out his knife and looked down at Mona with a smirk "You ready?".
"Heh, you know it" Mona smirked, taking out his own sword as the two of them dashed towards Berith.
"ORA!" Skull yelled, as he swung his bat at a Pixie sending it flying back to the wall.
"Man, at first I thought these were cute but now they're like bugs or something" Skull groaned, rolling his neck.
"I know right!" Panther nodded, as she whipped back one of the Pixies that tried kicking her.
"Like I thought Pixies were meant to be cute and pretty, not these creepy things!" She scoffed, as she kicked another one away.
The Pixies then moved as a yellow energy started covering their bodies, which Skull noticed.
"Oh shit! Look out!" Skull yelled, shoving Panther out of the way as the Pixies shot a bolt of electricity towards them.
"CAPTAIN KIDD!" he roared, summoning his Persona to help him take the bolt of electricity shot at him.
"Ryuji…" Panther blinked, looking at Skull as he smirked "Heh, this is nothing mind finishing them".
"You really are the same idiot kid" Panther smiled, as she got up and pulled her gun.
"TAKE THIS!" She yelled, as she fired a bunch of bullets at the Pixies while Skull just watched.
"H-Holy shit…".
"Angel! Kouha!" Joker yelled, as he summoned his Persona to finish off the Berith before turning back to the others.
"Guys, let's finish the rest off together with an All Out Attack!" "Right!".
All four then rushed in before jumping into the air, attacking the shadow in all directions before dashing past him.
All four of then struck a pose, with Joker fixing his glove, Skull doing a rock out sign, Mona crossing his arms with a grin and Ann doing a cute pose with a peace sign,
Behind them we see energy in the Pixies burst out before they exploded behind them.
"All right!" Skull pumped, as four got back up "Heh, that was easy".
"Not really Ryuji, you don't have to brag" Panther sighed, patting his shoulder only to wince at the static electricity still around him.
"Did you get the keys Joker?" Mona asked, looking over at Joker who was examining what the monster had dropped.
"Yup they're right here" he said, picking up the two keys "Looks like we got lucky, seems they were about to split up the keys with the guards,".
"Really awesome, now we won't have to go look for other ones" Skull grinned, but Mona looked at him.
"Don't get too overconfident, with all the commotion we made the guards must be aware of us so we'll have to move quick" Mona warned, while Panther crossed her arms.
"How close are we to the treasure anyway?" Panther asked, as Mona smirked "I can already smell it, we're just one floor away".
"Hell yeah! We're almost done!" Skull pumped, making the others smile.
"Alright, then let's wrap this u-ugh" Joker shivered, which the other noticed.
"You okay Joker?" Mona asked, looking up at their leader as he shook his head.
"I don't know? Just felt really weird for a second there" he muttered, rubbing himself a bit "I think it's passed now though".
"Ooh maybe it's a ghost" Skull jokes, only for Panther to slap his arm "What no! Ryu-er, Skull shut up!".
"It's probably just the wind, let's just head upstairs" Joker waved off their comments as they made their way to the throne room.
As they did however we see the ghost girl looking at them surprised as she looked at her hand.
"He…he really can…nobody else… but he really can notice me…" she muttered, still shocked as she stared at Joker with hope in her eyes.
Throne Room
Third Person P.O.V.
"WHAT DO YOU MEAN THEY'RE STILL ALIVE!" Shadow Kamoshida yelled, enraged as he stood in front of at least a dozen guards "You all told me they fell for the trap and into the acid pit!".
"W-We're sorry your majesty" One guard gulped, kneeling down.
"W-When they fell into the trap we assumed that was it, especially since it's been so long b-but w-we suddenly started getting more reports" The other guard explained.
"They're not big time villains! They're a bunch of self righteous brats!" Shadow Kamoshida gripping his hand.
"I swear when I see those damn intruders' faces! I'll make them pay for everything they've done" he said, with a sinister grin on his face.
Not noticing on the higher floor the four thieves were sneaking past as they made their way towards the door
"Heh, what an idiot!" Skill grinned, as they moved to the door at the top of the stairs behind the throne.
Entering the door they were met by a large room filled with gold coins, jewellery and treasures of all kinds littered around the room as well as a floating blurry object floating in the middle of the room.
"Woah! Look at this place! This is awesome!" Skull then dove into the coins like a certain duck character "The treasures gotta be in here".
"Hey uh, what's that thing…it's floating in the air, is it important?" Panther asked, as they walked up to the blurry object before Joker reached his hand for it "Hey don't just touch it!".
"It feels weird…like moving your arm in water?" Joker noted, summarising the feeling as best he could.
"Fufu, that is the treasure we're looking for! We've finally found it" Mona grinned, while Joker looked at him "You sure? Doesn't really look like a treasure to me we can't even touch it".
"Yeah, I probably should've explained this before we got here." Mona sweatdropped, rubbing his head "It's just a desire right now, so it's not exactly a physical object just yet."
"Whaddya mean?" Ryuji asked, sitting on one of the treasure chest.
"Desire's don't have a physical form by nature, they're just general thoughts or an idea in a person's mind" Mona explained, crossing his arms "We need to make them aware of something like a Desire that exists, it changes to a physical form"
"Uh Joker, translation" Panther sweatdropped, looking over at Joker thought about it.
"So basically we need to let Kamoshida know his desire is about to be stolen to make it appear, have him already picture what his desire is in his head" Joker concluded.
"Heh, that's our leader for ya" Mona grinned, but Panther still had questions.
"How are we meant to do that though?" Panther asked, with Skull nodding.
"Yeah we can't exactly waltz up to Kamoshida and be like 'hey jerkwad, we're going to be stealing your treasure and you can't stop us''' Ryuji jokes, intending it to be sarcastic.
"That's exactly what we'll do actually, just in a more stylish way" Mona smirked, with the three humans just staring at him blankly.
"...What?".
"You must have heard this trope, we're going to leave a warning for Kamoshida, something like 'we'll be stealing your treasure tonight' or something like that"
"Oh I get it! We'll be leaving a calling card! That's totally something that Phantom Thieves would do" Ryuji grinned excitedly.
"And after that a treasure will appear…I think, this is kind of my first time" Mona admitted.
"This again…well I do think it's a good idea, so let's do it" Skull grinned, with the others nodding.
"But when should we do it? And who should write the calling card" Panther asked, only for Skull to step up.
"Ooh! Me! Me! Let me do it!" Skull grinned, only for Joker to step in.
"I was actually thinking we could all work on it, you know, put a little bit of ourselves into the card" Joker suggested, causing the others to smile.
"That's an excellent idea, and it would make them less likely to figure it out," Panther grinned.
"Yeah, besides I'm pretty sure if we let Skull do it it'll suck" Mona jokes, making Skull growl.
"What was that! You stupid cat!".
"Okay look, here's the plan" Joker yelled, catching their attention "Each of us will work on our own Calling Card tonight, then we take apart the best lines from each one and send it out tomorrow, that sounds good?".
The others nodded at that and made Joker smile "Alright, now let's get out of here before the guards notice us".
"This is really it huh…" Ann sighed, crossing her arms "We're going to make that bastard pay!".
"Yeah and avenging Shiho too!" Ryuji grinned, with the others nodding and pumping their fists as well.
Yongen Jaya
Night Time
Third person P.O.V.
"Hmm, what to say…what to say…" Ren wondered, as he walked out of the station towards the cafe.
"Having trouble with the calling card?" Morgana asked, poking his head out of the bag.
"Yeah, it's a bit more difficult than I expected" Ren admitted, with a small nod "I'm just not sure what I want to say".
"Meh don't worry about it, besides you have all night to think of this and worst case scenario we can just work with what Lady Ann and Ryuji thought of" Morgana shrugged, with Ren nodding
"Fair enough, besides I'm exhausted I definitely need a break from everything toda- huh" Ren blinked, as he felt something off.
"Is that…woah!" He yelped, as he felt a powerful wind start pulling him down the alleyway.
"Ren! Look out!" Morgana yelled, making Ren blink before looking up and being met with a punch right to the face knocking him towards the ground.
"Gah, what the fu-agh!" Ren cringed, as he felt himself getting kicked in the gut by an unknown person before starting to join in.
"You little shit!" "We're gonna make you pay for what you did to Suzui!" "You're gonna regret thinking you can do whatever you want".
"What are you doing Ren! Fight back!" Morgana yelled, struggling to escape the bag.
"I-I can't" he stated, before he felt himself get wrapped up in vines and thrown towards a group of trash cans causing the bag holding Morgana to be found away.
"Ugh, what the hell" he groaned, slowly getting up before his eyes widen "Wait…you guys are…my classmates?",
"Don't you dare call us your classmates! You sick fuck!" Standing opposite of Ren were some of the students from the hero course.
"What are you talking about? What does Suzui have to do with this" Ren asked, making one of the students.
"We all know what you did to Suzui! We all heard the rumours!" One student growled.
"Those were fake! I was with Takamaki in Shibuya when it happened!" Ren argued.
"Don't play dumb! Kamoshida told us that he saw you going to Suzui after the relay! You're the reason she jumped off the roof!" Another student yelled.
Ren just gave them a deadpanned look with a raised eyebrow "So Kamoshida saw all those supposed actions…and did fuck all but watch".
The students blinked as they considered the point that Ren just made before one student shook his head.
"S-Shut the fuck up! You're just trying to confuse us! It's not going to stop us from beating the shit out of you!" The main student screamed.
"I'm telling you now you really don't wanna do this",
"And what? You'll tell the teachers? Nobody is gonna believe a criminal like you".
Ren just stared at them for a moment before sighing and standing up straight while getting his finger gun ready.
"Alright but just remember" he stated, before giving them a death glare and pointing his finger gun.
"I gave you an out".
And done! Man that chapter was a lot more fun than the last chapter I worked on for this story.
But yeah I think I'm finding I do the character stuff a lot better than I do the Palace infiltration.
Which in any other story would be bad but luckily this story seems to be a good thing.
Anyway, the next chapter is when they are sending a calling card as well as the focus between Ren and another character you're well aware of.

TheBeatles211: Well the point with the MHA character is that since Izuku and Bakugo know about Kasumi and Sumire that they'll be aware of the change and ask Ren for help.
As for the Will Seed, only if I can figure out good figures to be the Palaces Will Seed but they won't always be Heroes, like Madarame would be more likely to be Yusuke's mother or something.
