Two men sit in celebration at a table at the Ikari bar, owned by the Ikari Warriors team. The first one, Yamazaki holds up his whiskey with a smile and bellows out "Well we done it. Big time here we come". His partner Billy Kane raised his beer bottle and responds "Sure thing we did. This time next week we'll be out of South Town and living large once the deal is done" and cheers'd each other.
Both men drank and discussed their grand plan moving ahead. Billy and Yamazaki have both been employed as bodyguards for Geese Howard for a number of years but got sick of wages and wanted something more. They staged a robbery of one of Howard's illegal arms shipments and made a deal to sell it to Nests for a grand sum of money three days from now with a getaway plan already set up. Both men were blissfully celebrating when suddenly they heard a drumming sound.
Both put down their drinks and tried following the sound of the light drumming sound, they heard it behind and both swiftly turned around but there was no one there. As they both turn around they gasp suddenly as a before them stands a stunningly beautiful blonde woman in a black and white dress holding a vodka cranberry in one hand and tapping the nails of her other hand on the back of the chair.
Both men's jaw drops as they get up and ask her to sit down with them which she does with them leaving her drink on the table and clasping her hands underneath. Billy says "So hey there, do you have a name to go with that pretty face of yours". She leans down to take a sip of her drink from the straw and says "you can call me Mature". "Interesting name" Billy replies but Yamazaki says "Keep your staff folded Billy, I think I know who this dame here is. I'm thinking we got the same employer right".
Mature lets out a smirk and says "Well you're certainly smarter than you look. You are correct, I am Mr. Howard's new secretary". Billy takes another sip of his beer and says "So how long you been hanging around me and my buddy. Lotta bars in this part of town, is it just an accident we wound at the same one"? Mature replied "Well I just happen to have heard that you two fella's have been making some deals on the side. A bit of a side hustle I believe". "So what's this, some kinda blackmail" Yamazaki asked, "You gonna beg for a cut or you're gonna squeal on us".
Mature answered back "I think we're well beyond all that boys. You see Mr. Howard has known all about your plan for quite some time and when you're the boss's secretary there's not much that you miss". Billy put his fist down and said with a strict tone "Alright Zaki, am I the only one getting fed up with this bird talking riddles or do we sort her out for good".
Yamazaki took another sip of his whiskey and continued "What my English friend is trying to say is this can go one of two ways. We either you give you a wad of cash and you disappear and find yourself a new gig or option 2 which let's just say won't be as nice". Mature remained calm and said "I should've explained myself a little better. My full job title is secretary and bodyguard to Mr. Howard".
Both men looked blank and confused so Mature continued in a more confident tone "You guys are done for, I'm your replacement. Consider this you termination of employment on behalf of the director effective immediately. I will arrange for a formal letter to be sent out to you on a company letterhead outlining the terms of dismisssal".
"That's it I've had enough" said Yamazaki and Billy replied "yeah Zaki this bird doesn't look like any sort of a bodyguard to me. Yeah she's pretty but kind frail looking, what you gonna do hit me with your shoe or something? Or whack us with your purse". Yamazaki laughed and Billy followed while Mature leaned back looking fed up and exhaled. Once they were done laughing both men exchanged looks and nodded to each other Yamazaki pulled open his vest showing Mature his knife while Billy zipped down his jacket pointed at his folded 3 section staff.
Mature confused the men by smiling and said "I can finally show you my goods" and raise her hands on the table unclasping them and fanning out her fingers. It was as if time froze as everyone gawked at Mature's amazing nails, they'd never seen a woman with nails so perfect before and even people walking past stopped to gaze. They were slightly over an inch long and perfectly sculpted in clean almond shape, freshly painted in Black with little red sparkles. Women couldn't look away, some in admiration while others in jealousy and one woman nearly had to throw cold water in her boyfriends face to stop him staring.
After a few seconds that felt like forever Mature noticed all the attention then tapped her hands twice on the table and put them away then everyone resumed their night. Mature looked over and said "So Billy boy, care to repeat what you were saying. Do I still look frail and harmless to you?" Billy stuttered at first then eventually managed to articulate his sentence and said, "they umm don't look scary, nothing to be worried about right Zaki"? Yamazaki also finally getting his head clear said "Um yeah they're just for decorations that's all, can't hurt us. Maybe even cheap acrylics yeah" to which Mature looked down giving a warning stare.
"Hang on a second" said Billy then continued "Didn't you used to work for Rugal"? Mature puffed out crossing her arms and Yamazaki continued "Oh yeah I heard about that. And now he's dead! Haha can't be much of a bodyguard then eh, go back to you playhouse and leave this to the men" and both men cackled away. Then suddenly they stopped as a piercing sound interrupted them and they looked down as Mature raked her nails down the table leaving streaks and the two men froze.
Suddenly the Ikari warriors show up, Leona takes Mature by the arm and says "Alright we've had enough of this table time to go" and escorts Mature out who downs her drink quickly. As they're leaving Leona says "You're lucky we're not sending you the bill for a new table after what you did with those claws of yours" and then see's Mature stop in her tracks. "Is there a problem" says Leona. Mature responds holding up her hands "Don't ever call these beauties claws". Leona didn't react and just grabbed Mature by the arm and yells - Out!
Back at the table Ralf and Clark stand over Yamazaki and Billy then Ralf says "You boys are next, we don't want any trouble here so take your problems outside or we'll throw you out" Both men finish their drinks quickly then head out after giving the Ralf and Clark a filthy stare. As they leave Clark says to his teammates "I told you before guys, we really need a sign saying no DLC characters".
