Hey guys and gals, welcome back to MHA and the Value of a Thief, this time around is going to be a bit of a break chapter after the craziness of the last few.
This means I'm going to be adapting some of the inbetween stuff from the game, specifically the Becky stuff.
I'll also be hinting a bit on what will be happening during the next arc, both the Kaneshiro stuff and Ren's reward trip.
So with that said, how about we get this chapter started.

Real World
Third person P.O.V.
Destination not found
"There we go, the Palace is gone" Ren confirmed, as they hung around the station in Shibuya "Now we just have to wait and see if his heart's been changed".
"So his treasure was the Sayuri itself" Yusuke muttered, looking at the painting "To think this was the root of his madness…the only saving grace is that mother and father can never learn what happened to this final piece".
"I'm not sure about that, I think his real treasure might have been the cognitive version of your mother" Ren explained, as Yusuke looked up at him "Think about it, it was his jealousy that your dad took your mother from him, especially having to live with them and watch their happy family, that drove him to start selling your dads paintings…almost like he was trying to be a copy of Eiji…I bet some of the stories about his life he's told the news was also taken from Eiji as well…"
"So I never even knew the real Madarame…" Yusuke muttered "But this also means this isn't just the Sayuri…but the spirit of my mother taken form".
"The real one is still in the Atelier where Madarame painted over it, this kinda means in your hands is the one true Sayuri" Morgana smiled, looking up at Yusuke.
"It's really a beautiful piece…and, though it was a bit delayed…it finally came into your hands Yusuke" Ann told him, as she looked down at the painting.
"Yes… and I'm deeply grateful but there's no way it will ever get the recognition it deserves from the art world" Yusuke frowned.
"Oh come on, from what we've seen I don't think your parents would care" Ryuji pointed out, as Ren nodded.
"Yeah, I bet they're just happy it finally came into your hands" Ren told him with Yusuke nodding.
"Indeed…the expression on her face doesn't seek for fame or glory…so this was my mother, it seems the shock I felt when I first saw the painting was no mistake after all".
The Thieves looked at each other and smiled at the face Yusuke was giving off. Satisfied with what they've done.
"So Yusuke, what are you going to do now?" Ryuji asked, crossing his arms.
"I'm guessing you mean about my place as one of the Phantom Thieves?" Yusuke asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"I mean you joined us specifically to stop Madarame, but with your skills we could definitely use you on our team" Morgana mentioned.
"I'm not necessarily opposed to remaining with all of you." Yusuke assures them. "But I do wonder, why do this in the first place? The four of you didn't have anything to do with Madarame at first, after all."
"To help people, who can't be helped by the heroes" "To give people courage to stand up for what they believe in" "To get back at those shitty adults who are making people's lives a living hell".
The group looked at each other for a moment, before laughing at their disunity.
"Well you get the idea, we all have our own goals in this but it's for the same goal to change the world" Ren explained.
"I see…well these Palaces might give me more inspiration for my future works and I must say I am interested in helping others in trouble but I won't have anything to do with any inelegant plans" Yusuke declared, making the others grin.
"Well Yusuke, or should I say Fox, we could definitely use a guy like you on our team so welcome to our show" Ren smirked, raising his hand.
"Indeed, I'll make certain that I live up to your expectations and beyond" Yusuke nodded, as the two shook their hands while the others cheered.
"ALRIGHT! Welcome to the group Yusuke!" Ryuji grinned, patting Yusuke's back.
"Now that that's settled, we should probably talk about the elephant in the room" Morgana suggested, with Ren nodding.
"Yeah, this Black Mask guy… Did you get anything Yusuke?".
"Not much, just noticed some footprints from a distance while we were fighting as if he was observing us…" Yusuke muttered.
"Wait, does that mean someone knows our identities?" Ann gulped, but Morgana shook his head.
"Not exactly, the Phantom Thief outfits should be able to protect our identities to the people not cognizant of who we are" Morgana explained.
"Indeed, before Takamaki-san and the rest of you introduced yourselves I saw you all as odd blurry silhouettes" Yusuke confirmed, as Ryuji grinned.
"Really, damn that's pretty sweet" Ryuji said, as Morgana looked at the others.
"For now though we should stay on guard whenever we go into Palaces in case that guy is an enemy, I doubt he knows about Mementos considering I was the only one who knew about it and I definitely didn't see anyone like him down there" Morgana explained.
"He's right, Jose probably would have told us about him as well if he knew about Mementos" Ren explained, with the others nodding.
"Well with that settled, we've definitely gotta go and celebrate somehow! Both for Yusuke and finishing the Palace" Ann suggested, with a smile.
"As much as that would be fun, it's probably best if we hold off on that until we confirm Madarame's heart is changed," Morgana said, making Ryuji and Ann pout.
"Well still, we might do something…I mean we went out for Karaoke last time" Ren reminded them "Yusuke, you got any ideas for what we should do to celebrate".
"You want me to pick?" Yusuke blinked, surprised.
"I mean, we wouldn't have been able to beat him if you didn't figure out we could beat them by freezing the paint clones," Ryuji shrugged.
"Yeah, you deserve this Yusuke," Ann nodded.
"Hmm, very well then since I don't have much money how about the Par-" "Nope".
"H-Huh" Yusuke blinked, surprised at all four of them instantly rejecting the idea.
"Yusuke, this is a celebration you don't have to worry about the money part, we've got more than enough from the Phantom Thief funds to spend and we still have to sell what we've gotten from the Palace" Ren explained, as Yusuke hesitantly nodded.
"V-Very well then if you are being so generous…how about the Planetarium, there is a new show going on that I was interested in" Yusuke suggested.
"Oh yeah! The Planetarium, that place rocks!" Ryuji grinned.
"Haha, I haven't been to one of those since I was kid" Ann smiled, with a nodded
"I haven't period, but fuck it let's go" Ren agreed, as Morgana nodded "Yeah me neither, but I'm definitely interested".
"Very well then, let us go with haste!" Yusuke grinned, as they walked off to leave the station they were hanging out in.
As they left though we see Naoto Shirogane spotting them as they walked off.
'That's…Madarame's pupil isn't it? And that boy with him looks familiar…' Naoto muttered, before shaking her head.
'I can ask him some questions later, I still need to meet with Kirijo-san about Yu-Senpai and Marie…' Naoto nodded to herself before walking off.

In the middle of the city we see a gigantic statue of the number 1 hero All Might, however on his chest was a spray painted logo of a top hat and mask with flame coming out the eyes.
YEAH! YEAH! OW!
We then see a blur zoom past the statue, with the camera barely following its movements.
It's your haze of delusion versus reality
We see Joker running from rooftop to rooftop, with a light shining on him as several helicopters chased after him
Just keep stirring the pot to find your individuality
Arsene then flew up behind him before Joker jumped off the rooftop and grabbed his partner's Chain to help him fly.
Delete another problem that is plaguing your mind
We next see Skull running down the highway as several police cars chased after him, a wild grin on his face as he ran
From day to day! To end to end! That's entertainment of our lives
Captain kidd then sailed up and caught Skull as he cheered into the night sky, as face of pure joy behind him
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Several paint marks were slashed at the walls, as we see Fox painting everything in the alleyway around him
Let's celebrate our time, and party while we're still alive
He then spun around as Goemon showed and blew his smoke allowing the paint to glow revealing he had painted different hero posters and stop signs.
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM! Dancing through the skies
Panther then jumped down onto some train tracks and began dancing, as she began spinning around like a Ballerina
Kick your worries to the side and aim up to the sky.
Carmine then appeared behind her, and below a flaming tornado that spun around her as she smiled up at the beauty.
EVERYBODY! Put your hands up!
We see Queen riding on Johana with Mona on her back, as the two of them drove up an elevator through a window.
We'll be flying~ Can you imagine it?
We see a large UFO flying above the city with Oracle inside, before she tapped a few commands into it
Search and you'll find the stage set within your dreams.
The UFO then began flashing several colours like a Disco Ball that lit up the entire city.
The place where you're the one
Down below we see Noir and Milady dancing like in a ball on Shibuya crossing before the two spun around.
That's where you're meant to be!
Noir then struck a pose as Milady revealed the variety of guns below her dress.
EVERYBODY!
We then see the Thieves falling through the sky towards a variety of statues of Pro Heroes.
Put your hands up!
We see both Panther and Mona aiming firing their guns at a statue of Ryukyu which crumbled into pieces.
We'll be flying!
Then Skull and Fox quickly moved past a large statue Edgeshot, cutting it in half.
Can you imagine it?
Next we see Queen and Noir crashing, punching the large statue of endeavour into pieces.
Search and you'll find the stage you set within your dreams
In the UFO we see Oracle typing in a few more codes with a grin on her face, before snapping her fingers causing her UFO to drop a huge bomb towards the All Might statue.

Joker then grinned as Arsene threw him towards the bomb which he shot with his pistol causing a huge explosion of colours.
FLYIN! Within these memories!
We see the whole team of Phantom Thieves cheering at the beautiful explosion they were witnessing.
FLYING! That you're slowly forgetting!
Joker smirked before he spun around and landed towards the ground as the train passed by him.
Just listen close to the song that lies within you~
Ren then gets up in his school uniform with Morgana in his bag, before he waved to us and walked back towards the crowd of people passing by.

Velvet Room
Third person P.O.V.
"WAKE UP IN-" "the master wants to speak with you blah blah blah, try something new" Ren cut Caroline off as got up and stretched.
He then gleaned down to see Caroline growling and glaring at him while Justine was snickering a bit.
"Learn your place inmate! Or else you'll go into the Isolation room like Narukami-san!" Caroline declared, making Ren raise an eyebrow.
'Narukami…does she mean the silver-haired guy?' Ren wondered.
"Ah welcome back" Igor grinned, as Ren looked up at him.
"You have expelled one who has been stained in Vanity and discovered a secret that not even I had expected to be revealed, you truly are special" Igor explained, making Ren raise an eyebrow. "You are now one step closer to your rehabilitation, it is a delightful thing indeed."
"Our master is pleased, you should be honoured, Inmate" Justine told Ren as he looked at her.
"I will be when he explains something to me" Ren said, before looking up at Igor "And I bet you know exactly what I'm talking about".
"Indeed, that man's remarks are concerning. It seems another has riser their way into the Metaverse…whoever he is, is beyond my knowledge" Igor explained, making Ren frown. "But your Rehabilitation is progressing smoothly…except for one thing".
Ren looked up as Igor materialised a picture of Izanagi Picaro behind him "When you came close to death's doors you had somehow awakened to an entirely new power without the use of the Velvet room…how did you come to acquire such an ability?".
Ren went silent for a moment as he looked up at Izanagi Picaro before back at Igor "I don't know, I had blacked out before anything had happened."
"You better not lie to us inmate! Your awakening of that power caused a lot of trouble for us" Caroline told him with a serious look.
"Oh yeah? Why is it so much trouble for you huh?" Ren asked, looking down at her.
"Because you had somehow awakened to a variant of Narukami-san's Persona, something that should be impossible" Ren heard, before looking up to see a girl with blonde hair and glowing blue eyes staring at him.
'What was up with her voice? It's almost robotic…' Ren noted, when he noticed Justine looking at him.
"As the other inmate said, you had somehow awakened to another Persona user's power that of a Wildcard's power" Justine stated.
"Such an ability may change how your Rehabilitation will transpire, if you must use such an ability use it sparingly" Igor told him as Ren looked at the other people trapped in the cell's
" Amamiya Ren…please…I need your h-"
"...Sure, I'll try and not use that power again" Ren smirked followed by turning his head "One question thought, just to be safe".
"Hmph, that's enough how dare you think you can just-" "Now Caroline, it is the least we can do…go on?".
"...If you were the one who gave me the app…then how did this Black Mask get the ability?" Ren asked, catching Justine and Carolines attention.
"...As I said, that information is beyond me…." Igor stated, but this only made Ren frown more.
"The road of your rehabilitation is a long one, return to reality and continue your journey" Igor stated, waving his hand.
This caused Ren to slowly fall back to his bed and fall to sleep once again, but as he did, the tapping off Igor's finger could be heard echoing through the Velvet Room.
Shujin Academy
Third person P.O.V.
"So Izanagi Picaro was one of the Persona's from a previous Persona user" Morgana blinked, looking up at Ren as he nodded.
"Yeah, not sure if one of the people in the jail cell is him or the blonde girl just knew this guy but still…" Ren muttered, biting into some of the bread he got. "They also said not to rely too much on this ability, saying it caused way too much trouble for them."
"Are you going to listen to them?" Morgana asked, with a raised eyebrow making Ren smirk.
"Heh, fuck no besides Izanagi Picaro, or that Shadow that flew into me, asked for my help and I'm not just going to ignore them, if they have a problem with that then they shouldn't have picked me" Ren stated, before sighing "Though I don't really know where to start."
"Well I'm happy to help, who knows you may be able to learn to control this power a bit more" Morgana smiled, as Ren nodded.
The two then started hearing footsteps which prompted Morgana to hide in the bag, looking over though they saw Ryuji walking over.
"Hey bro" Ryuji waved, as Morgana popped his head out the back.
"Oh it's just Ryuji, never mind" Morgana frowned, as Ren looked over at him "Is something up?".
"Check this out" Ryuji grinned and quickly moved in close to Ren showing him an oddly familiar flyer "Housekeeping service, say's a cute maid will do anything for you! A maid, dude! A MAID! Who'll do ANYTHING for us!"
"A maid!" Morgana perked up "Ah~ Just imagining Lady Ann in a maid outfit! That would be the dream".
"Okay…and why are you showing me this?" Ren asked, looking confused.
"Oh come on, you're a guy right~ You know what I mean~" Ryuji grinned, elbowing Ren "Let's give it a try! Yeah? Yeah~~~~".
"Uhh, okay first of all how?" Ren asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"Hehehe, luckily a guy on my floor just moved out so there's an empty apartment in my complex and the best part, I happen to know where the Landlord keeps the keys and he seriously doesn't care what we do!" Ryuji explained.
"Well alright, but why are you asking-" "Hey! I-I heard that".
"WHAT THE HELL?!" The three blinked, before looking over to see Mishima walking towards them prompting Morgana to hide in the bag.
"Um, can I, uh…Get in on this?" Mishima asked, making Ryuji blink.
"Ooooooh hoh hoh ho! You mean you're in this kinda stuff! Wow! Okaaaaayyyy…" Ryuji grinned, making Mishima blush.
"MISHIMA! WHY!" Ren yelled, his face looking a bit red.
"I-I'm not into it! I-It's just for research!" Mishima declared "What does it mean that they'll do 'anything'? And do the maids look exactly as they're advertised? We need to determine whether or not this company just pretends to offer housekeeping services!"
"Oh fuck you, what's your real reason" Ren frowned, crossing his arms.
"I-I…just want to punish the bad guys! And in order to do that, I have to see it with my own eyes!" Mishima explained.
"Y-Yeah! We just have to see it with our own eyes…every, little, detail~" Ryuji grinned, turning to Ren "We'll have to do this at night so let me know when you're ready".
"When did I say I was doing this?" Ren questioned, with a raised eyebrow.
"Huh?" Ryuji and Mishima blinked, looking over at Ren "Dude! Are you being for real! This is a once in a lifetime opportunity here!".
"And make a fool of myself? No thank you" Ren stated, looking away.
"Oh come on Ren! We gotta do this with you!" Ryuji begged, moving up close.
"Y-Yeah! Gotta have the leader around with us!" Mishima nodded, with an excited grin.
"How did you even know I was th- never mind" Ren sighed, shaking his head "Why do you guys want me to go with you so badly? Just do it yourself".
This caused Ryuji to go silent as he began sweating heavily, making Ren frown "You need me to pay for it, don't you?"
"...Maybe…"
"Ryuji…" Ren groaned, shaking his head.
"Oh come on dude! I used up my money eating up this really good Ramen I've been addicted to! And don't forget the good protein for my workouts! How else am I meant to stay strong for our jobs" Ryuji said, making Ren from.
"Ugh, what about Mishima?".
"I don't have a job, I've been too busy working on the Phansite for you" Mishima explained, before Ryuji moved in close to Ren.
"Please dude! You gotta do this for me! If I use our funds Ann will start chewing me out please!" Ryuji begged, clapping his hands together "I will owe you for life! If you do this for me!"
"Mmm…" Ren frowned, as he saw both Ryuji and Mishima begging him "Jeez! Fine, I'll do it! But both of you owe me!".
"YES!" The two cheered, as Ren sighed.
"I got some stuff to do so we'll have to do it tonight!" Ryuji explained, as Mishima perked up.
"We can meet up over at Shibuya then, maybe in front of Ore no Boko" Mishima suggested, as Ryuji grinned.
"Aw yeah! Love that idea" He nodded, before the two walked off to do their own business leaving Ren alone.
"Ugh…I've made a major mistake, haven't I…" Ren groaned, before Morgana popped his head out.
"Hey um Ren, do you think I could co-" "NO!".
Library
Third person P.O.V.
"Hah…alright, let's review…" Makoto muttered, as she looked into her notebook for her current investigation on the Phantom Thieves while sitting alone in the library.
Currently she has determined that the most likely people who were Phantom Thieves were Amamiya Ren, Ann Takamaki and Ryuji Sakamoto.
All three were signalled out by Kamoshida during his confession and had oddly started hanging out with each other just before the 'Calling card' was sent up.
They certainly had a decent alibi, all three of them being victims of Kamoshida looking for each other for support did make sense but despite Ryuji and Ann being from the same middle school the reason they came in contact with each other wasn't quite clear.
However this also brought up the question of how they managed to make Kamoshida confess, none of their Quirks would allow them to do that…in fact nobody in the school had a Quirk that would allow them to force someone to confess the truth.
There was the case of the Cat that Amamiya had been bringing around with him which Makoto had assumed was some sort of therapy animal.
She had heard about animals gaining Quirks as well, in fact even the principal of U.A. was an animal with a Quirk so perhaps that Cat had the ability to change someone's heart.
However, after a bit of consideration she decided to write that possible theory off, since it seemed more of her filling up holes in her investigation rather than actually answering her questions.
"Perhaps there are more people that I am not considering…but who would that be…" she muttered, before sighing.
"Why am I even doing this…" Makoto grumbled, rubbing her temples 'Principal Kobayakawa is just pushing all of this on me… I have no idea how to catch a vigilante group that may not even exist, this is a job for the police or the heroes, not me…'
As she continued to get more and more frustrated, the sound of a set being pushed to the ground became more noticeable, even causing cracks to be made.
'And he even had the nerve to bring up my sister! He's basically threatening my home family's future if I don't do this' she then knocked on the table she was on accidentally causing her notebook she was looking through to fall.
"Ah! Huh…" Makoto blinked, as she reached for her notebook only to see it floating.
"Sorry, that seemed important so I thought I'd help you" Makoto heard, before looking up to see Haru Okumura next to her bringing the notebook to her with her Quirk.
"Hmm? Phantom Thieves?" She blinked, looking at the notebook "I didn't know you were into them Niijima-san".
"I-I'm not" Makoto yelped, taking the notebook back "This is sort of private."
"O-Oh I'm sorry, I didn't realise" Haru apologised, before looking closer "But um,I hope I'm being too forward… are you alright Nijima-san, you seem kind of stressed?".
"H-Huh, n-no it's fine I'm totally fine" Makoto smiled, shaking her head making Haru sweat drop.
"Um, Niijima-san I've heard about your Quirk and well, you might wanna look down" she smiled, making Makoto blink.
She then looked down and blushed when she saw the cracks on the floor that was caused by her Quirk "O-Oh geez, I-I didn't even realise".
"Hehe, you're surprisingly cute Niijima-san" Haru giggled "If you want I'd be happy to hear you out, you're obviously having some problems".
"A-Are you sure…" Makoto blinked, surprised.
"Of course, I would be happy to help you," Haru nodded, as Makoto looked down.
"Well I suppose it could be helpful to get some second opinions…" Makoto muttered, before nodding "Let's go somewhere a bit more private."
The two then moved to the student council room where Makoto proceeded to tell Haru about what Principal Kobayakawa had told her to do.
"He's being ridiculous! He's basically blackmailing you into doing his work for him all on your own" Haru frowned, as Makoto sighed.
"You're right and what's worse, he brought about how if I fail this it could affect my own sisters reputation" Makoto sighed, showing Haru her phone "He's also been sending me messages to give him results as soon possible,"
"So he's guilting you too, that's just terrible" Haru frowned "I'm so sorry you have to go through with this alone Niijima-san".
"Trust me, I am doing my best to keep it together... Desperately." Makoto admitted. "And you can call me Makoto. I really don't like people calling me by my family name. It's just... Feels wrong."
"Then you can just call me Haru." Haru said chipperly "Um actually, if you don't mind…".
"Is something wrong Oku- I mean Haru" Makoto asked, while Haru gulped.
"If you want, what if I help you out I mean you look like you could use all the help you can get right" Haru suggested, causing Makoto's eyes to widen.
"W-What, I couldn't possibly get you involved in this" Makoto denied, shaking her head.
"But think about it, people are probably intimidated by you as the student council president right? Having someone else with you could help you alot right" Haru brought up.
"...Well, I guess I can't deny that…but are you sure, if we fail…" Makoto asked, but Haru shook her head.
"I'm sure it will be fine, besides I kinda know what it's like being pressured into doing things that you don't want to" Haru explained, surprising Makoto.
"Haru…" Makoto muttered, before sighing "Well I guess, since you're so insistent then…alright, I'll let you help me."
"That's great! Happy to work with you Mako-chan" Haru smiled, surprising Makoto.
'M-Mako-chan…' she sweatdropped, but also couldn't help but smile at her first nickname.
Later that night
Shibuya
Third person P.O.V.
"S-So we're seriously d-doing this right, you really think it'll be okay" Mishima gulped, as he, Ren and Ryuji stood in the empty apartment.
"Oh come on dude, this is Operation Maid Watch we gotta succeed" Ryuji grinned, holding up the flyer as Ren sighed.
"I can't believe you actually named it…"
"Besides, if it turns out to be some sketchy stuff we can just bail these apartments vacant so it's not like we're messing with anyone's home" Ryuji shrugged.
"That's actually pretty smart…for you Ryuji" Ren deadpanned, but Ryuji still grinned.
"Right~ Wait, what do you mean for you?"
"To think Ryuji actually has a brain, but anyway now's the time" Mishima smiled, with Ryuji nodding.
"Yeah man, it's the time" Ryuji grinned, confused Ren before the two turned to him "It's time to call em up".
"Good luck Mishima," Ren quickly added, turning to Mishima who jumped.
"M-me?!".
"Kinda makes sense, Ren's paying for the thing and I got this place so" Ryuji shrugged.
"B-But I'm not good with this kinda stuff! P-Please, you gotta do it Ren" Mishima begged, clasping his hands together.
"Seriously? Ugh, fine" Ren sighed, before pulling out his phone and typing in the phone number.
As the phone rang, a feeling of uneasiness passed by Ren as he couldn't help but start blushing.
"Thank you for calling, this Victoria's Housekeeping"
"T-They answered!" "SHH!"
Ren sweatdropped at the two before answering "Uh yeah, I saw your flyer in my mailbox and was wondering-"
"Ah I see, I take it you are interested in our service's then?" The person on the other end asked, as Ren frowned.
"Uh yeah, something like that" Ren nodded, his blush growing even brighter.
"Is there anyone in particular you would be interested in?"
"W-We g-get the choose who we want to service us, w-what do we tell him" Ryuji whispered, making Ren gulp.
"Um, I'm not really familiar with the selection so I guess just send anyone" Ren admitted, scratching his cheek.
"Alright, let's see here…we can have Maid at your location in 20 minutes if you would please give us your current address"
Ren proceeded to give them the address, before promptly hanging up while sighing with relief.
"Damn, this is seriously happening isn't it?" Ryuji asked, with Mishima looking up.
"A-A maid's 'services'" Mishima muttered, clearly daydreaming "W-What should we have her do, I-I was thinking of cooking but we don't really have anything for her to use".
"Wait, you guys seriously didn't decide beforehand?!" Ren blinked, making the other two sweat drop.
"UhI was just thinking like…Maid Stuff…right?" Ryuji answered, as Ren groned.
"Oh my god, this is going to be a disaster…".
A couple of minutes later
"Okay, only a couple more minutes" Mishima gulped, checking his phone as he paced around the room "Ah jeez, I'm so nervous, what about you Ryuji".
"...Ah, who, wha, m-me?" Ryuji blinked, looking round.
"Clearly you are…" Ren frowned, looking down.
"Yeah, ha…ha hah…ah" Mishima laughed, before slowly realising something "W-Wait, a-are highschoolers even allowed to use these kinds of services".
"What? Of course, they are…Ryuji, you did check right" Ren asked, looking over to his blonde teammate.
"Huh? You're supposed to check this stuff" Ryuji blinked, turning his head.
"WHAT?! OF COURSE YOU ARE!" Ren and Mishima yelled at the same time.
"Ryuji, what if they find out how old we are?" Mishima questioned, as Ryuji crossed his arms.
"We can just say we're college kids or something, I mean look at Ren he's got the total college kid look to him" Ryuji said, motioning to Ren's outfit which consisted of a black blazer, a white shirt, blue trousers and black shoes.
"My mom got me these types of clothes before I left because she said and I quote 'That's what all the big city kids wear these types of clothes'" Ren explained, showing off his outfit.
"Still though, what does it matter if we're high schoolers or not if this is just housekeeping?" Ryuji exclaimed.
"Yeah but we would have been chewed out if they checked his caller ID-"
Ding Dong!
"Good evening… I'm from the house keeping service!" A woman's voice called, from the other side of the door.
"W-W-What?! She's already h-here, but she's f-five minutes early" Mishima blushed, stepping back "W-What do we do! I'm not mentally prepared!".
"Oh, the door's unlocked~ You don't mind if I come in, do you~" The woman asked.
"I-I c-can't do this man! You gotta take the lead man! M-My stomachs acting up a-and you are the leader after all" Ryuji said, patting Ren's shoulder.
"W-Wait, w-what?!" Ren gawked, with widened eyes as Ryuji
"Y-Yeah s-same, this is definitely a job more suited to you! W-We'll be leaving this to you" Mishima agreed, as they began living through the balcony.
"H-Hang on a minute here!" Ren said, with a mix of yelling and whispering.
"G-Good luck man! And make sure you don't tell her you're a high school student" Ryuji called, as they ran off leaving Ren alone.
"YOU COWARDS!".
"Oh~ There you are, Good Evening Master" Ren heard, as the door opened before he shut the balcony door "It's a pleasure to meet you~",
'W-Why does she sound…kinda familiar?' Ren thought with widened eyes.
"My name is Becky from Victoria, and I will be your maid for the evening" 'Becky' introduced herself with a bow "I'm going to fill your tired heart full of lovely energy, Meow!".
"H-Hello…" Ren stuttered, looking down and away from 'Becky' with a face as red as a tomato.
"Oh my how rude of me~ I never explained about our services. What would you like me to do today? The basics are cleaning, cooking and laundry though considering, I bet you're more interested in our other services~".
"O-Other services…" Ren gulped, his face blue even brighter as he kept his hands in his pockets and looked down.
He then heard 'Becky' get a bit closer as she tried to get better "Hmm, you do seem quite Young Master…are you…perhaps…in high school?".
"N-No, I-I'm a-an adult, I-I even h-have a kid…w-wait, I-I m-mean I-I'm a-a college student" Ren stammered
"...Aw, you're a cute master~ But you can't get past my keen eye, you'll have to wait for those other service when you're a bit more mature" The maid teased, as she moved around to see Ren's face "But~ I can give you nice soothing massa- AMAMIYA-KUN?!".
"H-Huh," Ren blinked, before looking up to get a better look at the maid only for his jaw to drop.
Standing in front of him was his Homeroom teacher, Sadayo Kawakami, but she was wearing a French-styled maid costume and had her hair pulled into twin tails.
"Wait…are…you…" Ren muttered, with widened eyes and seeing his teacher in such an outfit only gave him one suitable reaction.
"Heh…hehe…hehehehe…hahahahahahahahahahaHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA-hrm!" Ren laughed, before his mouth got covered by a blushing Kawakami.
"Alright! That's enough! Who put you up to this! I bet it was Miss Chouno wasn't it!" Kawakami yelled, as Ren stepped back.
"Okay look this is a big misunderstanding! Ryuji and Mishima begged me to do this with them since Ryuji found it in his mailbox and I had enough money to pay for it" Ren explained "Now can you explain why you're doing all of this."
"That would explain why I heard other voices…" Kawakami muttered, before sighing "Look I just needed some more money then the school was paying for me, I know I should have gotten a job outside the city but I still needed to get to the school so this was the best possible option".
"So let's just both forget this ever happened, you won't have to pay I'll just say you had to cancel or something" Kawakami sighed, turning around but Ren shook his head.
"No no, I'd just feel bad if I wasted your time like that" Ren shook his head, before handing her the payment "I gave you a bit extra for your trouble".
"O-Oh thanks…" Kawakami blinked, honestly surprised as Ren left the apartment "Huh…wait, hang on".
"Hmm?" Ren blinked, looking over as Kawakami who handed him a number.
"Here's the number for my job, as long as you keep my secret around school I don't mind helping you out with things at your home," Kawakami said, making Ren blink.
"O-Oh thanks, but why?" Ren asked, as Kawakami sighed.
"Well I kind of owe you for why all of the students knew about your record," Kawakami said, rubbing her head.
"What do you mean? Kamoshida- oh…" Ren frowned, looking at her.
"I didn't mean it! I was just really annoyed that I was the one who had to deal with you and since Kamoshida still seemed like a good teacher, I accidentally let slip about your record" Kawakami explained, before quickly bowing "I am really sorry!".
"Seriously" Ren frowned, before sighing "You know what, I don't even care and you do seem remorseful so fine".
"Oh thank goodness," Kawakami sighed before realising something. "Oh right, I should probably tell you, I'll be taking you to see Kobayakawa tomorrow, he said he has some news for you".
This caused Ren's eyes to widen as he looked at the teacher "N-News, what news?".
"I'm sure, you'll just have to wait and see," Kawakami said, before heading to the door "And make sure not to tell anyone".
"Yeah yeah" Ren said, before sighing "Today was a weird day…".
The next day
Principal's Office
Third person P.O.V.
"You want to see me, Principal Kobayakawa" Ren asked, after being called over by Kawakami as she told him from before.
"Ah yes, Amamiya-kun please sit down" Kobayakawa ushered him, as Ren moved in and sat down.
"Now as you may know, because of the recent events involving Mr Kamoshida, we had to cancel your promised trip to the U.A. sports festival" Kobayakawa said, as Ren awkwardly nodded.
"Yes, I'm aware…most of the tears are gone now" Ren said, as Kobayakawa nodded.
"Right, well UA has recently made a decision on what your reward will be instead" Kobayakawa making Ren.
"Oh? Seriously, I was thinking they completely forgot about it, what is it?" Ren asked, with a raised eyebrow.
"Well you and 4 other students to be guest's for a tour through UA" Kobayakawa explained, making Ren's eyes widen "Which means you'll be getting to see what each of the four classes do day to day, and you'll even get to take part in some of the Hero training exercises".
"Holy shit" Ren muttered, as Kobayakawa took out a sheet.
"Now for the reason I asked you to come in, I'm not allowed to pick which students you decide to bring so I have also taken the liberty of choosing a list of which students you are allowed to bring-" "Hold on, what?".
Kobayakawa blinked, before looking up at Ren who had a confused expression "Uh, this is my reward after all, of course I'm bringing Ryuji and Ann."
"Amamiya-kun, this is a very big opportunity for the school. We need to make sure the best of the best are the ones to go. If we bring the problem students it will look bad for the school" Kobayakawa frowned.
"So you're saying that the students most affected by Kamoshida shouldn't be compensated in anyway, I mean Ryuji got his leg broke after Kamoshida started talking shit about his family which you called 'self defence' and was ostracised by all the students, and we both what happened to Ann when she become the target for Kamoshida" Ren pointed out "So yeah, there's no way I'm not bring them along after all the shit they had to put up with".
"B-But you have no idea how this could affect that school, we're already getting a worse reputation after the Kamoshida incident" Kobayakawa yelled, as Ren crossed his arms.
"Hey, I'll let you choose who the other two will be. I just wanna bring my friends along so you better make some good decisions" Ren shrugged, before leaving the room.
"Hah…well I suppose there's one student that can go on the trip…" Kobayakawa said, looking at the list which had Makoto Nijima on it.
Yeah this feels like a good place to end the chapter, I was going to include the Park Clean up section of the game but decided not to yet.
So the next chapter will be focusing on that part of the story, as well maybe a few other things we'll have to see.
But with that said, what do you guys think of this chapter? I'm glad to have gotten the Operation Maidwatcch stuff done and I was able to do some set up for the next arc of this story.
The UA stuff will most likely take place after the Social Studies trip where they meet Akechi. I'm also really looking forward to seeing how Ren and Akechi will interact with each other in the future.
Also you may be wondering why Haru is now working with Makoto to find the Phantom Thieves, well I wanted to give her more to do since a major problem in the game was that Haru didn't get a lot of screen time so this is a good chance for that.

Thanks, glad you liked how I changed up the boss battle, I wanted to try ramping up the ideas the original game had.
Well he kinda got punished since he was forced to stay in the Isolation room which isn't much different then his usual cell.
I'm glad you liked the storyline I did with Yusuke's dad. I wanted to try adding on to the original story though it did kinda feel like I was getting lost in my head and it wouldn't have connected that well with the original storyline.
I actually really like the idea of Shigaraki being the Hunger arcana if I was to give him any, but yeah I wanted to try to introduce more villain's from MHA especially since I'm introducing Class 1A soon.
