Chapter four:
After school is out Hikaru and Kaoru are in the limo together.
"So." Hikaru leans closer to his brother with a big smile on his face. "The group of us have figured something out. Tonight it will be all set. All me and you need to do is get ready."
Kaoru blinks at Hikaru with wide eyes. "Already!?"
Hikaru frowns in worry at seeing this reaction. "Is it too soon? We can ask to extend it if you need more time. They were just so excited to set all of this up for you. Even planning it tonight so it is more private than sometime during the day where more people are around."
Kaoru lets out a breath calming himself down before shaking his head. "No. It is okay." He offers his brother a small smile. "I actually have had sometimes thought about what I would do if this day would come. So I actually have some ideas already like for songs I would want to do and even some ideas for even an outfit. I was just always way too scared to even consider it as something I would actually be able to do."
"Well now you can." Hikaru encourages his eyes shining in excitement once more. Once we get home we are getting started on all that."
Kaoru nods softly.
The two head straight inside of their mansion once they have arrived and are about to head to their room to get ready when their mother comes over to them. They slightly share a glance seeing that her eyes are shining as if something really wonderful has happened. They turn back to the excited woman standing before them as she grins at them.
"Oh Kaoru I am so excited to show you what I have done!" Their mother tells them unable to stay still in her excitement.
"Huh?" The twins question in unison and their mother raises some papers with sketches on them of outfit ideas causing Kaoru to blush hard and hide his face in embarrassment.
"I found this where you had hidden it when I was looking for something else. I saw your little signature on the bottom and I was so excited to see you getting some ideas for some rather good looking outfits!" Their mother explains only to pause her explanation as a still very much embarrassed Kaoru speaks up.
"You went through our room!?" Kaoru slightly peeks through his fingers at his mother as he can't believe that she would do such a thing as invade their privacy like that. He feels his brothers arms wrap themselves around him to try to comfort his twin over what has just been discovered to have happened.
"I wanted to be able to help you. You really think that you could hide your little talent from your parents? We've known about your ability since you were smaller. We are your parents and we find these things out." Their mother lowers the drawings smiling widely. "So I thought that maybe there would be a clue in your room. When I saw these I wanted to make them just for you." She turns the drawings to look at them. "So I spent all day getting them made to be perfect just for you so they will fit so nicely. And they are ready!" She looks up from the drawings to grin at her sons. "You want to see?"
"Mom! You really shouldn't be going through our room! And stealing Kaoru's secret drawings without permission!" Hikaru starts to scold their mother only to stop as Kaoru speaks up a little meekly.
"Can I see them complete?" Kaoru peeks more through his fingers and sensing his twins excitement, though the younger twin is still clearly embarrassed about the whole thing, Hikaru can't stay mad at their mother right now.
Their mother nods her head and hurries away with Hikaru leading Kaoru to follow after their mother.
By the time that they reach their mothers work room Kaoru has uncovered his face and has settled his embarrassed blush.
Sitting on display on some mannequins is the outfits that Kaoru had drawn out.
Kaoru moves away from his brother to move closer taking a close look at the outfits that he had kind of been dreaming about for performing his music ability in.
There is three outfits in total.
The first one is silky slightly loose black pants with a purple stripe with a light touch of thin gold edges going down the front of the pants, a dark purple almost black blazer with gold lined edges, a black long sleeved shirt underneath, and black tight fitting boots that go halfway up to the knees that also has gold edges sown into it.
The second one is form fitting black pants made with a material allowing movement easily despite the tight fit, a white button up shirt with a little ruffle on the collar edges, a black blazer that cannot be buttoned up so it shows the middle section of the undershirt, a mahogany fabric folded in the pocket only shown by a triangle poking out, a cape attached to the blazers shoulders by gold buttons with the cape having a top that is a black color and a bottom a mahogany color, with a pair of black dress shoes that have a dark grey stitched on pattern of stars and a crescent moon on the top of the shoe.
The third is a bit different having white pants that are mostly form fitting though are loose enough to allow for more movement, a sky blue t-shirt that has gold sparkly stars on it that really show when light shines on it, some gold fabric draped over the shoulders dipping down to be by the chest almost looking like something a royal would wear, white fancy looking gloves that look soft yet a little silky and they only reach the too of the wrist area, and a pair of light grey church style shoes.
"This was my earliest idea." Kaoru chuckles looking over the third option.
"Do you not like it?" Their mother comes over to look at it as well. "We could always make any changes that you'd like to see on it." She offers and Kaoru nods his head.
"I have been meaning to update it." Kaoru admits then he glances to Hikaru as his brother comes over to stand beside him.
"Which one do you want for tonight?" Hikaru whispers, not sure if Kaoru wants their mother to know about the plan for tonight not that she's even listening as she is going over ideas of how to improve the third option, only to watch Kaoru glance over the options.
"That one." Kaoru whispers nodding to the first option to which Hikaru nods liking the option as well.
"I'll get it to our room. So you can put it on to get ready for tonight." Hikaru heads over to the first one. "Hey mom since Kaoru really likes this one I'll be taking it to our room." He tells her then wheels it away on the mannequin.
"Yes yes of course!" Their mother agrees and Kaoru shifts with a smile actually feeling excited though still nervous about tonight.
