Chapter Seven - It's Ronnie!

Lincoln was not happy right now...if his face was anything to go by. he was sitting in the front seat beside lori who was driving...and he was looking less then pleased about the fact he was in said loud automoblie or the fact they were driving to GREAT LAKES CITY! and he was forced to come along because his moooooom thought it was a good idea to, spend some quality time with his sister and see his friends in the city. all because lori said so. did he have a say in the matter? nooooooooo of course not! when did he ever have a say in the matter? NEVER THAT'S WHEN! so yes he was letting lori know that he was not happy with her at the moment.

Lori: "Oh come on linky! look i get it, you want to spend all your time with lacey...but that is not healthy! you guys need to spend some time apart"

Lincoln: "You cry nearly every week about not being close with bobby all the time"

Lori: "You never spend time with you friends"

Lincoln: "I hang out with clyde and the gang every other day"

Lori: "You...you never spend time with us anymore linky"

Lincoln: "You never stop complaining about having to still hang out with us whlie you live at your college, and before that you always said you were forced to be with us"

Lori: "OKAY LINKY I GET IT! look even if i said those things i didn't mean it...we are siblings, that is just being a part of it. look i know i have never been perfect"

Lincoln: "Ain't that the truth"

Lori: "OKAY FINE LINCOLN! YOU WANT ME TO TURN AROUND THE CAR AND DRIVE HOME!"

Lincoln: "That would be nice thank you"

Lori took a couple of deep breaths...forcing herself to calm down...this wasn't working. lincoln was pissed at her...and maybe it was wrong of her to talk to mom about this, since she knew her mom did not trust lacey at all. forcing him into her plan.

Lori: "Look linky...i'm sorry i forced you to come along...i know we...i am really bad to ask what you want to do instead of just strong arming you"

Lincoln: "Again...ain't that the truth"

Lori: "Linky please i'm really trying here"

Lincoln: "And tell me? my dear loving big sister...how many times have you ever actually tried before? please count them out for me? or the other sisters for that matter?"

Wow...that hurt, she knew that teenagers were prone to angry outbursts...but damm that cut deep, but it might also be that it's lincoln and it's rare for him to be angry. she knew they weren't always the best sisters to him...but they all loved him...he knew that right? no lori stop that! he is just being a teen! she was like that too once! okay she could still save this car ride. she just needed to use her big sister love.

Lori: "Please linky...can you please just talk to me? look these next two days will be fun i promise! ronnie have really missed you so i thought it would be really fun if you came along. i can understand that you don't like being far away from lacey but what if i help you buy her a nice gift from the city? that way she knows that you thought of her"

Lincoln: "Okayyyyyy...you win lori, but it better be a nice gift! also throw in a burger at the next restshop and i will be more nice"

There we go! now her plan was coming along! with a smile on her face she nodded at lincoln with her most loving smile, it was also nice not to deal with a angry lincoln...she never said it out loud but she could never stand it when he was angry at her...it just hurt her in ways she never knew it could hurt.

Lori: "Deal! i could also eat something, and it's been a while it has just been the two of us doing something linky"

Lincoln: "Yeah...it has"

Was that a smile on his face...alright! food really was the way into a man's heart...and after the next two days lincoln will remember he is a good looking guy and he dosen't need to settle down with just one girl right now. it was time to push her brother into having a little fun and fool around...now that sounded bad but like her mom she did not trust lacey...she was too obsessive about her little brother...it was a little creepy. the way she would look at him when she thought no one was looking...how she would sniff his bed when she was over...and trust her when she said sniff she meant sniff. or how she would give a death blink to any girl that went near her little brother.

Something was wrong with that girl...she really needed to ask lincoln some other time how they even ended up dating in the first place...weird how none of her other sisters had dug into it more...even more weird how she HERSELF hasn't dug more into it, afterall she loved gossip just as much as lola did...maybe she should ask him now?.

Lori: "Hey linky...HOW did you and lacey fall for each other really? i know lacey said *It just happened* but there's got to be more to it then just that?"

Lincoln: "Nope that's pretty much it lori, we...just...ehhhh, you know it's odd but i can't remember the day we found out...the only thing i can remember is that it was after lacey stol-I MEAN found lana's lost candy bag she had found somewhere...weird i can't remember anything else"

Lori: "You...can't remember the day you two found out...you liked each other"

Lincoln looked like he was really trying to remember...but no matter how hard he thought he just couldn't remember, so he just let it go and turned his head to her with a small smile on his face.

Lincoln: "But it doesn't matter...we love each other and that's all that matters to me, you know lori i used to make fun of how much you loved bobby...but i get it now. like i don't mean to be possessive or to take her away from anywhere. i just want her to be a permanent part of my world so badly that it hurts...and anyone who would try and take her from me will be in a world of hurt~ that's how you feel with bobby right?"

Lincoln said the last part with a crazed look in his pink eyes...PINK! lori had to blink to make sure what she was seeing was real...only to see lincoln's normal blue eyes staring at her with his normal cute smile on his face...but she still felt a little panicky from how he said that last part...she had never heard lincoln talk like that before...or that smile if you could even call it that. and how he said it...had she been a bad example with bobby to her younger siblings when it came to relationships?.

Lincoln: "Lori?...you okay sis? you are real quiet"

Lori: "Huh? OH! y-yeah i'm fine linky, and i get you...i am the s-same way with my bobby i think haha"

She really had to talk with her mom and younger siblings about this...something was off with lincoln, she understood that it was his first relationship but...but she was scared that lincoln had in fact become over-possessive with lacey, again she could understand, she was a little possessive about bobby...but a little was okay. but after lynn told them all how lincoln brutally beat up chandler...and hearing him just now had set off her alarm bells.

Relax lori...focus, that could come later, right now she had to make sure that lincoln had fun the next two days! and who knows maybe she was just overthinking the whole thing, he was young and young love always feels like the only love...and maybe ronnie could remind him that other chicks were out there~ yeah she had a good feeling everything would work out.

Parking the vanzilla lori smiled when she saw the entire Casagrande family standing outside the apartment complex with smiles on their faces. stepping out the car lincoln was rushed by none other the ronnie anne herself who forced him into a strong hug. making him laugh loudly as he hugged her back...but this hug felt different, the way she was pressing her body against his, making him feel everything...wow she really must have missed him! he smiled as he hugged her even tighter back! not seeing her blushing face.

But she had to quickly force it down when lincoln pulled away from the hug so he could look her in the face. ronnie had really grown over the years...to bad he had missed alot of it but again they sadly lived far away from each other, but man she had become really pretty! she had started to look more and more like her mother! it wouldn't surprise him if she already had a boyfriend.

Ronnie on the other hand was eating lincoln up with her eyes...lincoln had always been a good looking boy but now he was downright handsome, and his dress style helped alot too with his orange jacket fitting with a white undershirt, blue jeans, gray socks with blue and red stripes...man was it hot today or was it him...HER! SHE MEANT HER! HERSELF YES!...that is what she really meant...but feeling his body under his shirt was nice though.

Lincoln: "Ronnie! it's so good to see you again! and man you have grown! who knew that tomboy girl i knew would become so beautiful~"

Ronnie felt her face heat up again, and the only thing she could do in response is punch him on the shoulder, making him laugh as he held the spot where she punched him...strange she hadn't hit as hard as she normally does.

Lincoln: "Hahaha! good to see it's still you ronnie! for a moment i was scared that you actually had become a girl for a second!"

And with that everyone started laughing, making ronnie blush more as she growled and pushed lincoln towards her family so everyone else could say hi to him. before she kissed hi...I MEAN HIT HIM AGAIN! yes that is what she meant.

Bobby: "Hey little bro! man you have grown up! everytime i see you i always feel a little older! now what is this i hear about a new girlfriend?"

"WHAT!?"

Ronnie and her entire family yelled at the sametime in shock...and ronnie in shock and jealousy. linky had a girlfriend! WHEN!? AND HOW!? why hadn't bobby told her about that!? oh she would have some strong words with her brother when they were alone! how could lincoln do this to her? she had been waiting...waiting for him to ask her out.

Maria: "Oh lincoln~ i always knew a handsome boy like you would find a girl sooner or later, now come inside and tell us all about her sweetheart"

Lincoln: "Haha of course ms santiago! i even have some pictures on my phone i can show you all!"

Ronnie bite the inside of her cheeks to keep her anger check as she slowly followed all of them inside her apartment complex. she had a feeling this was going to be a long day.

Maria: "Oh wow! she is a very pretty girl!"

Yes...this was going to be a very long day for her.

(With Lacey)

Lacey was in a bad mood...this was just like the beginning of her and linky's relationship when she wasn't dating her linky yet...she hadnt slept for three days in a row until she reached out that day. and it was the best thing she had ever done~ her linky was hers and hers alone now, forever. and after they kissed she slept like a baby when she came home from that wonderful dinner date. what a amazing first date it was~ but now that her linky-bear was out of town she felt that feeling again...she felt restless, like a piece of her was missing. but she would survive...it was afterall only two days...no all she needed was to keep herself busy.

And she had someone in mind! a old friend who needed a good talking too. her old friend chandler...she had heard through the grape vine that he was looking to get revenge on her sweet linky~ and anyone who even dare! to think ill about her sweet baby linky...would not live for long. so as the good friend that she was! it was her duty to let her dear friend know...that he was playing with his life. with a twisted smile on her face she got out of her bed and grabbed her phone on her nightstand.

Lacey: *Hey chandler long time no see! i hope you get this text and you haven't blocked my number lol*

And now all she had to do was wait...thankfully she didn't have to wait for long.

Chandler: *Wtf do you think you are doing? texting me after what you did!? my life is a fucking mess thanks to you and your toy boyfriend! i have lost my friends, my parents trust, and finding a school with my school background is proving impossible! my dad is soon planning on switching sewage plant to one in detroit! ONE THAT MAKES LESS MONEY LACEY! just so i can go to school again!*

That made her giggle! he was angry and yet still he was texting her...it looks like poor poor chandler really was broken up about the whole thing! and it also looked like she still held power over the stupid boy. and she was going to use that against the imitate rich boy. the only reason they had even become friends in the first place was because he was a useful idiot. thinking he was part of higher society...what a fool. if anything he was weak new blood at best. his family had been playing with wealth, but it was time to remind him what he was.

Lower class filth.

Lacey: *It's cute that you think i would care~ but i don't. look chandler it's about time i'm honest with you, you were never my friend. and you would never become one. you were a amusing distraction at best. and at worst a fucking idiot i could throw at whatever that annoyed me. you, were, a, TOOL! i knew your plan the moment you came to me, you were hoping you could join the elite...but let me tell you right now, that was never going to happen. so i think you should look forward to detroit~ with your school background that only schools you can hope to enter are the ones around Ecorse. and place you can really fit in!*

Lacey: *Oh and a little bird just told me you are going around, trying to pay some older kids to beat up my linky-bear~ but don't worry, i paid off some much tougher kids to beat up the ones you paid. making sure everyone knows that my linky-bear is off limits...so all that leaves is just you to be dealt with. and do you remember that time you tried ecstasy at one of my parties and tag teamed that old ugly hag with that other ugly old dude in the back of their van? it would be a shame if someone send a video of that to your parents...you know being worried about what you are doing in your free time and all that*

Lacey started laughing when several minutes past by with chandler not texting anything back. it was good thing she had kept that video saved...in case she ever had to get him under control...but man was it one of the most disgusting things she had ever seen! it had been one of her more wild parties...so wild that one of her friends bought ecstasy pills and chandler wanting to prove he was cool took a couple. ending up with him going outside and joined in on tag teaming some drunk pregnant michigander lot lizard with a old man.

And it was filmed by her and her friends...all of them laughing, but to be fair they were all pretty drunk at the time...it was still funny! and poor chandler never knew that any of them had taken videos of his first time, until now.

Lacey: *Do we understand each other?*

Chandler: *Yes we do...i will never try anything against you two ever again, you will never hear a word from me anymore*

Lacey: *Good! i'm happy we understand each other, afterall i was worried about you being a good friend and all*

Chandler: *And to think i had a crush on you at one point...you are a monster, i almost feel bad for lincoln now*

Lacey: *Aw stop it you! what can i say! i am a women who loves her man very much...so much that i would kill for him! but i hope you have a good life in detroit!*

And with that she put her phone back on the nightstand. now she was in a good mood! maybe she could hang out with some of her girl friends while lincoln was out of town. she always loved some good gossip! ohhh and maybe she could buy lincoln some new clothes for him as a gift! he did look good in orange but lacey was pretty sure he would look even better in vanilla colored clothing.

(Back with Lincoln)

Lincoln was again confused, when he had stepped out of his family's car ronnie had been in a good mood. like in a really good mood! but now it felt like she was in bad one...and he had no idea why? she had decided out of nowhere that she wanted to hang out with sid...and when lori told him to go with her it looked like she cringed a little. had he done something? he was pretty sure he hadn't...but then again he was stupid when it came to women.

Lincoln: "Hey ronnie...have i done anything against you or something?"

...

Ronnie: "N-no! i emmm...i'm just a little mad you d-didn't tell me you had a girlfriend! yeah that's why i am a little mad! afterall i'm your best friend...just your best friend"

Lincoln: "Ohhhhhh! oh i am sorry ronnie! yeah you are right i should have told you, but i have just been so busy i didn't even think about it...again i'm super sorry ronnie, ha what a best friend i am huh?"

Ronnie: "Look linc it's *Sigh* it's fine...and i am sorry for being all piss-OH MY GOD!"

Ronnie screamed as both her and lincoln had turned a corner to see a small apartment building blazing with fire out the windows...people had gathered around the burning building with their phones out taking pictures and videos...not doing anything to help. both lincoln and ronnie stood still...not knowing if they should keep moving or not...but then both of them heard children screaming from inside the blazing building.

Lincoln felt his heart drop as he heard them crying out in fear...what if it had been his own baby sisters in there...or lacey for that matter. suddenly lincoln felt something overcome him as his eyes took on a dark shade of pink, and without saying anything to ronnie he rushed towards the burning apartment, leaving behide a shocked ronnie.

Ronnie: "LINCOLN WAIT!"

Running right up to one of the apartment doors, ones he thought that lead up to where the kids were, and with one strong kick he kicked the doors down...only for a burst of fire coming right at him, he only had enough time to cover his face with both of his arms letting them take the fire damage, he growled with pain as he fell on his back...but he quickly got up again without a care for his burned arms...looks like it had been a bad idea to leave behide his jacket at ronnie's place. looking around the building is when he noticed a air condition unit next to a chain-fence.

*SCREAMING AND CRYING*

Lincoln heard it again...feeling is mind going into overdrive his eyes took on a even stronger shade of pink. he picked up the first rock he could see and threw it at the window next to the air condition unit, breaking nearly the entire window, lincoln got ready to hop the fence until he felt someone grab onto him. looking back he saw ronnie with a worried face as she held onto him.

Ronnie: "Lincoln are you crazy! look at your arms! this is too dangerous let someone else-"

But lincoln didn't let her get another word in as he pushed her off and hopped the fence and getting on top of the air condition unit, using his bare hands to punch away what little glass that was left around the window frame, he grabbed it and ripped the fucking frame off. letting him crawl into the burning building.

Ronnie: "LINCOLN!"

Lincoln ignored her as he covered his mouth trying not to breah in all the smoke...it was hard to see but before he could try to call out for the children...he heard crying.

He had gotten into the right window, following the sound of children crying he left what looked like a adult bedroom and into a burning hallways, looking around he saw a door he thought it looked like a child's room, slowly and carefully he opened it to see a room that was completely pink. and that is when he saw it...two little girls, what looked like sisters hugging each other crying loudly. walking over to them he got on one knee so he could get a better look of them.

Both of them looked unharmed as he looked them over, the little girls with dark skin and very pretty hair finally looked his way with fear in their eyes.

Lincoln: "Hey sweethearts~ what are two very pretty girls like you doing in this burning building? don't you want to come outside and get some fresh air?"

"Are you an angel?"

Asked what looked like the older girl, he smiled at how cute they both were...it must have been his white hair that made her ask that, opening his arms he grabbed both of them and hugged them close to his chest, getting up he began to walk out the room.

Lincoln: "My mom always calls me her little angel, so sure! now can you two tell me your names?"

"My name Anna! and my sister's name is Emma!"

Lincoln: "Anna and Emma! what pretty names you two have~ and how old are you?"

"I am five and emma is four!"

Lincoln nodded as he slowly walked out their room, he was trying to keep them calm by talking to them...the smoke was getting worst, and with that it was getting even harder to see where he was going. he was guessing that the fire would soon ingolf the entire apartment complex...using his mind to remember which way he came from, he quickly found the room where he came in...covered completely in fire.

Lincoln: "Girls...i need you both to hug me as tight as you can...okay? and no matter what you don't let go"

He felt them both nod into his chest...he was gonna shield them with his body. taking in a deep breath, he rushed through the fire and jumped out the broken window.

Lincoln screamed as he landed on the ground with both girls safe...his arms again had taken all the damage from the fire, letting both little girls go he started to beat his arms into the ground trying to put out the fire that had formed around his arms... and when he had put out said fire he looked down at his arms, he couldn't help but moan in pain...his eyes returned to their normal blue and with the pink gone he felt his adrenaline rush fade...falling to the ground he began to wheeze in pain. his arms were burned to all fuck and his lungs felt like they were still on fire...it wasn't long before his mind began to shut down from being overstimulated.

He felt someone roll him over until he saw the crying face of ronnie. she was holding up his body while some people around them tended to the little girls.

Ronnie: "LINCOLN YOU ARE FUCKING CRAZY!"

She yelled at him trying not to look at his arms. but he only smiled at her.

Lincoln: "W-well i *cough* i am a loud...c-crazy is kinda part of the family name"

And with that lincoln began to shut his eyes...he was gonna take a nap.

Ronnie: "Lincoln...lincoln? *shake* this isn't funny lincoln, open your fucking eyes lincoln! *shake* Come on! OH FUCK SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!"

Lincoln last thought as he heard ronnie scream his name trying to keep him awake was on lacey...he hoped he got to see her again...one last time.
