Aizawa let out a deep sigh as he sat on the kitchen island. He held a mug of coffee in his right hand while he leaned on the island, facing the direction of the common room. Currently, the students are watching an animal documentary. Kaminari and Mineta began to protest during the film, with a few supporting murmurs here and there. Surprisingly enough, Inosuke didn't complain; in fact, he used it as a way to discuss with those interested in the wild.

Midoriya and Yaoyorozu were the most piqued in the conversation, following Asui and Koda. The others willingly chimed in once in a while, ignoring those who complained.

He told them he lived in the mountains and woods from birth. How he took care of himself and could recall that old man teaching him a few basic things as a child.

The noisy room subdued a little, taking everything he said in. He lacked a lot of brain cells compared to his friends, so who could blame him? What marveled them mostly was that he fought a boar, and that's how he got its hide, plus he was able to master a sword technique by himself without training or guidance, even creating his own breathing style.

"Wow, Inosuke. You are a genius." Midoriya praised. The slayers had begged them to stop calling them by their surnames but by their given names.

"Hah! Praise me more! It's lord Inosuke, get it right!" Inosuke huffed pudding on his chest while the others blinked.

No doubt, after what he heard, the boy was without a doubt incredible. His backstory is sad, though, not knowing your birth parents or that you were human all along. How he struggled to survive on his own since the old man passed on. To top it all, he was a problem child.

Aizawa swore he could feel a headache approaching. Probably due to the amount of coffee he has consumed this week. Does that mean he will stop? Definitely not. Besides, his sleeping hours reduced thanks to the lurking of demons. If the public finds out about the U.A's association with the slayers, surely the school's reputation will worsen without a doubt.

Ah, now he recalled the paper work he had to finish before tomorrow. He should do that after his coffee break. His eyes trailed back to the teenagers who lashed out at Mineta for something he said. He also noted that he had to deal with him after his break.

"Yo! Who changed the channel?" Sero pointed out seeing the news.

"No, it was interrupted." Todoroki answered with his eyes on the screen.

"Breaking news! A few hours earlier, in the southwest of the city, a robbery occurred in a famous restaurant."

"Robbers, really? That is why the show was interrupted." Mina raised an eyebrow.

"Tch! Where are the police officers and heroes then?" Bakugo scowled.

"They have rich customers there." Aoyama chimed in.

"How can you tell?" Sato asked the blonde seated next to him.

"It is a French restaurant. I've been there once, Monami." He twinkled.

"Okay..."

"Police officers have arrived at the scene and are currently in hot pursuit, with heroes soon arriving at the scene."

Mineta sneaked behind Iida, reaching for the remote in his hand, until a hand withdrew him. He yelled at the sudden force, cursing at Shoji for doing that.

"This is taking too long." Hagakure mentioned. The others couldn't help but agree; news like this is pretty common since they go straight to the point.

"A catch, perhaps?"" Tokoyami spoke.

"Catching fish." He blinked at Inosuke while Uraraka sweatdropped.

"A 27-year-old police officer was stopped in the abdomen by a child not older than 14 years of age, along with his unknown group, nearing death. Luckily, medical services arrived on time. However, the villains were able to escape."

A hand flew to Yaoyorozu's mouth. "Fourteen years of age?"

"That kid is way too young to be a villain." Kirishima frowned.

"Unknown group? The hell, he stabbed an officer!" Sero gaped.

The image of the stabber appeared to be Muichiro. Inosuke frowned, trying to recall where he saw that guy again. He looked so familiar.

"She is pretty." Mineta fantasized while Asui moved a few inches away from the boy.

"They appear to be dealing with heroes at the moment. Oh, I got word that pro-hero Mirko is dealing with two of them while Gang Orca and Kamui are dealing with the other three."

Aizawa's full concentration was on the TV now. Dealing? They should have finished the job by now.

"Moving on, last week—wait! I got word that Kamui and Gang Orca were subdued."

"Eh?" Kaminari blinked, not able to believe what the announcer said.

The students had gone silent, eagerly watching.

"Reports state that the villains are identified as people with swords, and old Japan is Haori's. Here are images of them."

Recognizing Giyuu, Inosuke shot up from his seat, pointing at the screen. "Half and half!"

"Hm?" Todoroki answered.

"Not you, Half and Half. It's the emo on the screen." Bakugo said. "So you know them, huh, shitty boar?"

"Of course! I know him very well. What did Tanjirou say they are again? Yeah, Hashiras! " He began racking his brain for answers.

"I'll get him." Kaminari took off to look for the burgundy-haired boy.

Given the way they dressed, Aizawa knew they were demon slayers. It was so obvious. He narrowed his eyes suspiciously. A police officer was stabbed by a demon slayer. How reassuring. It gave him a better reason why he had to make a call now.

"What's going on?" Genya asked, coming into view with the rest trailing behind him.

"Do they look familiar to you by any chance?" Aizawa stood up from his chair, referring to the people on the screen. Their eyes slowly gaped open.

"Aniki!"

"Tomioka-san!"

"Kanroji-san!"

"Eh! It's Muichiro and Iguro-san!"

It seems like they know them. Aizawa rubbed his forehead. He picked up his phone from the table, heading outside the dorm. Once he was out, the students all faced them.

"Your brother is here?" Genya nodded at Midoriya. "He's the one with scars and white hair."

"Figures." Bakugo clicked his tongue.

"Because you two both look like Pomeranians."

"I'll kill you, Icy-Hot Bastard!" Bakugo roared, latching on to Todoroki, who tried to pry him off with a poker face.

Tanjirou scratches his head at the two, then freezes, seeing the headline of Muichiro stabbing an officer. It was even on video. Everyone had an uncomfortable feeling swirling around them.

"If they captured them, he could be prosecuted." Asui spoke.

"Why did they stab him in the first place?" Iida inquired.

"It's because your appearance and quirks are like those of a demon's, so it is normal for us to take offense." Kanao answered.

"Wait! We look nothing like those freak shows." Mineta retorted.

"Unfortunately, not all demons are ugly. I can tell. True but also false." Zenitsu remembered the time he was on a mission with a group to a town far away and met a handsome demon there.

"We have to do something." Tanjirou muttered. He looked determined, something they hadn't seen in a while.

"Kanao, Genya. Can you guys come with me?"

The two people exchanged looks and nodded. He smiled, grateful.

"Wait! Don't tell me." Iida began.

"You guys are going to stop them. It's too risky. They may find you part of them as well." Uraraka continued.

"Yes, we are willing to take that risk. That's why we'll go."

"You are not going." The group faced Mr. Nezu walking next to Aizawa and All Might. "You would be spotted too quickly. That's why he is joining you."

"Alright then." Hawks appeared, and Midoriya nodded. His quirk would be suitable; he would be able to his them with his feathers, and since he is the number two hero, it should be easy to get the others on his side knowing him.

"Maybe two of you would like to join in this retrieval mission?" Nezu glanced at the class 1A students. Midoriya noticed Tanjirou's gaze.

"Yeah. We will."

"Okay then."

"Are you sure bringing students along would ease things down? It is going to hit the U.S. badly." All might ask the mouse.

"Don't worry, you two. Alright, let the retrieval mission begin."

Mirko dashed quickly in front of the two, knocking Sanemi on the jaw with the back of her heel before kicking Giyuu aside. She grinned widely before stopping a bit, stunned by how fast they recovered. Sanemi was bleeding on his nose but still had that crazy look on his face, while Giyuu was as stoic as ever.

"You two are one weird combo." She yelled. Her bunny instincts told her that they seemed to be in disagreement with each other, yet they make a good team. The other thing was how quiet they had been for a while now.

She was about to go into action again until the two beat her to it, syncing their breathing styles with one another. They were going to admit that Mirko was incredibly strong. It was like she was holding back. She could have kicked their heads away from their bodies. Yet she held back. Sanemi didn't like it one bit.

Giyuu could tell she was getting serious; he hasn't fought an uppermoon yet, but he could tell she wasn't at their level. Based on what Tanjirou told him about the ones he had fought, they had murderous intent, more experience, and were killed.

He was also holding back, but he didn't know why. Was it because she wasn't killing them? But she is a demon, isn't she?

Sanemi released his sword into the air, going straight for the rabbit hero. She prepared for the attack, steadying her balance. Leaping into the air, he seized hold of his sword, maneuvered, kicked, and pinned her down.

Mirko had never seen someone with so much hate in his eyes. She had seen villains, but this was her peak. Refusing to give up, she released him from the position by kicking him off her.

A feather slowly dropped next to her. Looking up, the two men were gone. She frowned, expecting their match to come to an end. She looked at the feather, trying to recall where she had seen it before.

"Who are you?" Kamui coughed on the ground, looking up at Muichiro.

"I am the one who is going to behead you." Muichiro raised his sword, about to behead the hero. A certain voice called him out to stop.

"That voice..." He stopped, almost nearing his neck.

"That voice..." Mitsuri gleed.

"That voice..." Obanai spoke like he was disgusted.

Their gazes were directed toward the owner of the voice. They could see three figures on top of a two-story building, with two others looking behind them.

"Genya, Kanao, and..." Mitsuri gaped.

"Kamado Tanjirou." Muichiro and Obanai said both with their emotions for the respective boy.

Tanjirou smiled at the three. "Long time, no see."

Taisho secret

*Tomioka wonders why he saw feathers surrounding him.

*Bakugo was about to strangle Tanjirou from behind for unconsciously hogging the spotlight.

*Inosuke fumed and lashed out on the TV in the dorms once he was left behind.

*Kaminari and Sero cried over the broken TV.

*Mirko hoped to one day face those again.

"Who do you think will win in a battle between Mirko and those two?" Mina asked.

"This is my first time being involved in a preview. Author-san is playing favorites." Mineta spoke.

"I hate to agree with Mineta, but he is right." Ojiro agreed.

"That's not in the script!!" Mina fumed.

"To all you ladies out there, I'm single!" Mineta screeched.

"This isn't some pervy advertisement." Mina shoved the boy away. "Fine! Since you two won't answer, I'll ask the audience. Who do you think will win in a fight between Mirko and the two slayers?" She asked facing the fourth wall.

"Sero, we might need some of your tape over here." Ojiro called, walking to Sero.

"Oops, I broke the fourth wall. Next, Chapter 24: Innocence."
