Yeti Blizzard let out a roar as he brought his arms down into the snowy ground, sending a shockwave that cut through the snow towards Gray. "Prepare for defeat, Ice Wizard!"

"Tch…!" Gray sucked on his teeth as he watched the shockwave ripping through the snowy ground. Gray slammed his fist into his palm, wasting no time in casting a spell. "Ice Make: Kite!" A kite made of ice appeared on Gray's back to which he held onto, lifting off into the air, avoiding the shockwave. Shortly after that, Gray released his hold on the kite, his fist in his palm once again. "Ice Make: Battle Axe!" After calling this attack out, a large battle axe made of ice appeared in Gray's hands. He raised the axe high and brought it down towards Yeti Blizzard.

"Hmph!" The Yeti scoffed at the ice axe coming his way. Yeti jumped to the side, allowing Gray's axe to cleave right through the snow and make a decent mark on the floor, up to about 6 feet deep. "Rah!" Yeti pulled his fist back, throwing it towards Gray's face, landing a direct hit.

"Gah!" Gray grunted as he flew back, slamming into a hill of compacted snow, which hurt a lot more than he thought it would. "Ugh…" Gray looked up, eyes widening as the large Yeti already took to the air, hands cupped above his head. "Ice Make: Cocoon!" Gray yelled in a rather desperate attempt to gain some quick defense. An ice cocoon appeared around his person, but it didn't help. Yeti slammed his cupped fist into Gray, and partially the snow around him. The impact resulted in shattering ice, and Gray flying into the air with a yelp, spiraling out of control. Eventually he caught himself with a flip, fist in his palm again. "Ice Make!" An ice bow with a set of three arrows appeared in Gray's hands. He pulled the string back on the arrows, and wasted no time unleashing them upon his beastly opponent, one at a time. "Super Freeze Arrow!"

"Hurk…!" Yeti realized the danger of the three arrows coming his way at lightning speed. He stood up straight and began to run to the side, first ducking under the first arrow, then rolled to avoid the second. Unfortunately for him, it was the third arrow that got him, striking him dead in the chest, resulting in a small icy explosion. Yeti coughed, looking up to see what Gray was planning next.

"Ice Make!" Gray yelled as he began his descend, a blade of ice appearing in his hands. "Cold Excalibur!" Gray swung his frozen blade towards the beast, but Yeti reacted faster than Gray thought he would have, stopping the blade with his large hands. Though Yeti was not damaged by the attack, his catching of the blade resulted in a powerful shockwave that blew both him and Gray back, but they caught themselves before the other could take advantage. "Annoying!"

"You're one to talk!" Yeti shot back before beating his chest, a blue magic seal appearing in front of him. "Blizzard!" The magic seal began to spin around and around, gaining speed with each rotation. It wasn't long before a powerful blizzard shot out of the magic seal, blowing throughout most of the room.

"Tch…!" Gray smirked somewhat, despite the fact the blizzard pretty much forced him to keep his current position. "What do you think you're doing?!" Gray shouted in a rather confident tone. "I lived in the ice; this doesn't bother me at all!"

"It's not supposed to bother you!" Yeti said while placing his hand forward, generating a snowball that gradually grew in size. "It's supposed to hold you still!" Within seconds, the snowball was 10x its size. "Yukidama Blast!" The snowball then hurtled towards the immobile Gray, rumbling as it soared through the air.

"Gh!" Gray crossed his arms, a large shield of ice appearing before him. "Ice Make: Shield!" The shield didn't last long at all, in fact, the large snowball shattered it upon impact, sending Gray rocketing through the air, only to land on a snowy hill, coughing as he managed to pull himself up. "Damn…Gah…"

"Sky Dragon's Roar!" Wendy exclaimed, unleashing yet another sky blue hurricane towards the Dark Phantom.

"You never learn…" Hyde said as his hat covered his phase. Instead of allowing the attack to fly through him, Hyde himself phased out of the way, now appearing by Wendy's side. "I don't think-" Hyde started, but it seemed as though Wendy caught onto him, throwing her leg for a high kick to his head, but once again, her leg just phased right through his body, leaving Hyde with an amused expression. "You'll be able to beat me with tactics like that…"

Wendy jumped back, arms spread out. "Sky Dragon's Wing Slash!" Wendy threw her hands forward, unleashing a tornado of whipping blue winds towards Hyde. The attack seemingly consumed the script writer, but when it was over, he seemed to be playing with his top hat and watching the lacrima screens more than anything else. "What…!? Why aren't my attacks working…!?"

"Funny…" Hyde said while watching the screen of Cynthia, who seemed to be taking a flight of stairs. "I know she caught on to the trap, but I wonder how long it'll take her to reach here…"

"Cynthia…." Wendy whispered to herself before shaking her head.

"Don't even try it…" Hyde said without looking at Wendy. "I know exactly what you're thinking now. You're going to try and stall me while your friends fight, buying them time to finish their bouts. It was written in the script that you would try something like that. Of course, I can play with you for a little while, but after a certain point, we must stop and prepare the act…"

Wendy was in slight shock at Hyde figured out her plan, and the fact he said he was already going along with it. To Wendy, Hyde was a very strange individual, but this wasn't going to stop her, not in the slightest. "I don't need to stall!"

Tia sat down on the cliff's edge, swinging her legs over the edge while glaring at Ace's group. "Spade…hurry up…" And to speak of the devil, a small machine appeared just behind her. "Finally…" Tia stood up and walked over to the machine, pressing a few buttons on it. Suddenly, a few lacrima appeared from the machine. Black, Black/White, Green, Light Blue, and A colorless, but still visible one. "There we are…" Tia pointed towards Ace's group after the lacrima appeared around here. "See them? Destroy them." The spheres nodded, and rushed towards the group.

"I'm feeling something…" Aira said as she looked around.

"My visor is picking it up too…" Ace replied as he slid into a stance. "I suggest we get ready…"

"Get ready…?" Luke raised a brow, looking around. "I don't sense anything."

"It's coming this way." Leon said as his kawaii expression faded, replacing with a serious one.

"I sense it too…" Selene said with a nod.

"As do I…" Taya said while raising a brow.

"I do too…" Rylo nodded.

"Wow I'm feeling really out of the loop here…" Luke said as a comical sweat drop appeared on his forehead. It wasn't long before the first sphere appeared, the Black and White one. Luke raised a brow at it. "What the hell is that thing and why does it feel so familiar…?"

"I don't have a good feeling about this, Luke…" Selene said in a cautious tone.

Suddenly, the orb formed two spheres above it, a black one and a white one, speaking out in a voice identical to Luke's, but it was a clearly monotonous tone. "Bomb of the Black and White God." It then merged the spheres together and hurled it at the group.

"What the?!" Luke's eyes widened as everyone rolled out of the way, just narrowly escaping the black and white explosion from the attack. Luke stood up, raging. "What the hell is that thing doing with MY magic!?"

"You mean the magic you copied from your parents….?" Selene asked with a brow raised.

"Same difference!" Luke shouted, clearly angered.

"The copycat doesn't like being copied…ironic…" Ace chuckled before he got serious, sliding into a stance once more.

"Shut up!" Luke shouted before he rushed at the lacrima, his fist coated in darkness. "Darkness Crash!" Luke slammed his fist into the lacrima, watching as it was destroyed on impact. "…That was easy…"

"Too easy…" Selene said as her eyes narrowed. "Something's not right about this…" Suddenly, a diamond nearly struck her shoulder, but she reacted fast enough to dodge it. When she looked at the diamond that impaled the ground instead of her arm, her eyes widened. It was her own.

"Over there…!" Leon exclaimed, pointing his finger forward. A large amount of lacrima spheres with different colors made their way to the small group.

"Oh, this won't be fun…" Luke groaned.

Gray rolled to the side, just avoiding a barrage of snowballs from Yeti Blizzard. As Gray did this, his fist met with his palm once again, a blue magic seal appearing before him. "Ice Make: Freeze Lancer!" Gray threw his arms forward, unleashing the plethora of enlarged ice lances towards Yeti Blizzard, the lances approaching the beat from all angles.

Yeti Blizzard responded to this by beating his chest, causing the snow on the top of a hill behind him to fall into an avalanche. "Yukidama Rush!" the avalanche only reached to Yeti's legs, so he was fine. As for the incoming lances and Gray? They were not. The lances were overpowered by the avalanche, and Gray found himself swept away by the avalanche, letting out a yelp as was at its mercy. "Ice Make: Grappling Hook!" Gray shouted out, forming a grappling hook made of ice just in time to latch onto another snowy hill, pulling himself out of the snow, his body heavily bruised from all the hits he was taking.

"You'll never defeat me!" Yeti Blizzard exclaimed with a grin, now beating his chest with confidence. "I run the snow! I run the cold!"

"Tch…Didn't you hear me the first time?" Gray said as he stood up, a quite wobbly, but straight. "I don't lose to the same opponent twice…"

"That's gonna stop now!" The beast replied while ushering Gray to come forward. "You'll fall before you can beat me!"

"No…" Gray said as he clenched his fist, his hair creating a shadow over his eyes. "I'm not going to lose here…I've got too much at stake already…" Gray lowered his head as a cold wind appeared around his body. "First, you've put the lives of my guild mates in danger…that was mistake number one. Mistake number two, thinking you could get away with such a crime in the first place."

Yeti Blizzard nearly yawned at the speech Gray was giving, preparing to launch another attack whenever Gray stopped talking. "Yawn….."

Gray heard Yeti Blizzard disregarding his speech, but he didn't stop, he kept going. "Not only that…but I made a promise to someone a while ago…" His mind flashed back to his teacher Ur, who was now working with the demons of Tartaros. Whether it was willingly or not, Gray still wasn't sure. "But I can't lose until I set her free from her darkness like she set me free…And I'll be damned…" As Gray spoke, a large blade of ice appeared in one of his hands. "If I let someone like you stop me!" Another blade of ice appeared in Gray's free hand, and he ran forward with Ice Bringer at the ready.

"Enough of your stupid speeches!" Yeti Blizzard said with an annoyed tone, now creating a large snowball the size of a building over his head. "Yukidama Fall!" Yeti threw his hand forward, sending the behemoth sized snowball towards Gray Fullbuster.

"I'm not going down!" Gray exclaimed as he rushed towards the incoming snowball. He brought his hands down, slashing in a diagonal motion, cleaving through the destructive snowball with ease, much to Yeti's surprise. It was only seconds later that Gray was in front of the beast, preparing yet other powerful slash from his current position. "Ice Bringer!" Gray brought his hands out, slashing Yeti's stomach in an X just as before, sliding past the beast as he did so.

"Gurk!" Yeti exclaimed as he fell backwards, eyes as wide as they could be as he felt the sheer strength of Fullbuster through the one attack, but he wasn't done yet. He turned, panting heavily with an agitated expression. "You little mongrel! I'm not finished….!"

(Oi, oi! What are you pissing around for Gray? Hurry up and take him out already!) "Shut up, flame head…" Gray smirked to himself just slightly before he turned around, his fist in his palm once again. But, he was not going for a standard attack this time. Instead, a chain of ice weapons began to form, leaving Yeti in confusion. "Ice Make…"

"W-What the…!?" Yeti stared at the mass of weapons continuing to form on the chain, taking a step back.

"Unlimited!" Gray bellowed at the top of his lungs, sending the chain of ice weapons forward towards Yeti Blizzard in a spiral. With widened eyes, the Yeti could do nothing but watch as the spiraling ice weapons struck him dead on, a pained scream escaping his lips. The end result was Yeti Blizzard trapped in ice, X's in his eyes to signify his defeat at the hands of Fullbuster. Once Gray realized he won, a smirk appeared on his lips. "H-Heh…I told you…I never lose to the same opponent twice…" Just then, Yeti Blizzard's body dissipated into nothing from within the ice. Gray raised a brow, but he shrugged it off. "Now then…" Gray looked around, spotting an elevator on the other side of the room. "This should take me to the top…" Gray nodded to himself and walked into the elevator, which took him up the tower, just as he thought. "Thought so…" Once the elevator stopped, Gray stepped out, looking around. There were a few other elevators around, probably for the other members who finished their fights. But, what caught his attention was the large door with several magical locks on it. "Eh…?" Gray walked over to the door, placing a hand on it. Nothing happened, but it sure as hell wouldn't budge, and Gray didn't have the magic power to even try moving it. But, he did notice two locks were down; the lock of Yeti Blizzard and Erza Knightwalker. "So that's how this is going to work…" Gray turned around once again, only to see lacrima screens of his fellow comrades in battle. "Erza tied…I see…alright guys…you better hurry up, we don't have much time left."

Cynthia continued her trek up the stairs, her mind focusing on only rescuing Wendy. After reaching the top of the stairs, she lit her right hand in dark red fire and punched down the door, watching as it slammed into the nearest wall of the room. She ran into the room, skidding to a stop. She wasn't at the top, probably about a fourth of the way there judging by how short the staircase was. "This is going to take forever…"

"Then why don't you just take that elevator right there?" A voice said.

"Oh, excellent idea…" Cynthia said before blinking a few times. "Wait, you don't sound familiar, who are you?"

A humanoid robot walked forward from the shadows, adjusting their wrist. "Gareth."

Cynthia's glance immediately changed to a glare, her dark red flames igniting around her body. "I don't care, actually. Get out of my way, I have to save Wendy."

"Just pass me, and I'll let you go," Gareth said while crossing his arms.

"Whatever! I don't have time for this!" Cynthia shouted in frustration before running forward. She was going to take the easy way out of this to save time. Before she reached Gareth, she jumped forward and over the robot. Just as she was about to pass over Gareth, a colorless magic seal appeared, unleashing a powerful beam of raw magic energy that sent Cynthia hurtling into the ground, rolling across it before she sprang back up, already covered in bruises and blood.

"W-What!? But you just said…?!" Cynthia groaned as she shook of the pain she was feeling, her flames once again igniting as she stared down the sentinel in front of her.

"I'm afraid I cannot let you do that, Fiore's End…" Gareth said while adjusting various parts of his clothing. "My creator would not be very happy if you reached your dear friend so soon…So, as a prototype, it is my job to kill you, or stall you…"

Cynthia's flames immediately darkened while Gareth began speaking, a red aura appearing around her body, causing a slight tremor in the room. "Get out of my way…"

"Magic Thunder!" Hollow exclaimed while pointing his hand forward, unleashing a bolt of purple lightning towards Lucy.

"Gah…!" Lucy jumped to the side, just narrowly avoiding the bolt of lightning, watching as it struck the wall behind her. "I can't afford to get hit by one of those…"

"It surprises me that you're still standing…" Hollow said while placing his hands behind his back. "Then again…you've done nothing but dodge…Could it be that you are too weak to actually fight me in a full on fight…or are you just trying a cheap tactic to drain me of my magic before you attack?"

Hollow's comment of calling her weak struck a nerve. Lucy clenched her hands into tight fist after the comment. "I'm not weak! I won't let anyone down this time…" Lucy pulled out two golden keys, allowing them to shimmer brightly as she stared down Hollow. "On my pride as a Fairy Tail wizard, I promise you that I will defeat you, and that we WILL rescue Wendy!"
