Note: This is a response to a post bloodmoon-memecore, about the idea of size-shifter Danny. There's a clone in canon who can change his size so here's a cute idea. What if this unnamed clone did not die in Kindred Spirits? What if he survived and turned against Vlad like Danni? Also important, I wrote this au before my other two tiny clone stories. Nothing and Everything is an assumed prequel to this story idea.
After almost melting, the tiny clone sneaks back to Fentonworks but runs into Jazz. Finding a miniature Danny Phantom on her desks, she freaks out, thinking Danny got hit with the Fenton Cramper again. She can't get any information from the little clone because he doesn't talk and he can't read or write.
After hearing something from Danny's room, Jazz is very surprised to find a full sized, seemingly fine version of her brother in there and not in her hand. Danny tells her about Vlad cloning him and who Tiny is. They obviously have to let the little guy stay with them. This leads to a bunch of cute and funny scenarios where they have to figure out how to communicate with Tiny, and hide him from their parents. Jazz and Danny take turns keeping him in their pockets when they go to school because they cannot leave him in a house full of ghost hunting equipment. Jazz teaches him to read and write as his ability to speak improves.
The three of them have a lot of cute bonding moments through this. Tiny likes to sleep in Jazz's hand with his tail wrapped around her fingers. She thinks it's adorable and likes to tease Danny that he purrs in his sleep too( it's a ghost thing). They introduce Tiny to movies and different foods, all the things he missed out on while working for Vlad. They even help him pick out an actual name. Jazz and Danny grow to love their new (very) little brother and Tiny finds the love he never got from Vlad.
As time goes on, with access to better food and a loving environment, Tiny grows more stable and is able to grow to his full size more often without starting to melt. When their parents make Ecto-Dejecto, Jazz and Danny use it to completely stabilize Tiny, like they do for Danni. That day Tiny is finally strong enough to change into his human form for the first time. It is a cause for celebration. Very soon after, Danny tells their parents about his powers and his clones, Danni with an I, and their other son who had been living under their roof for months. Maddie and Jack take it well and accept both children with open arms. Meanwhile a now stabilized Tiny, who has a normal human name now but still sometimes goes by his nickname, can actually learn how to use his sizeshifting ability and other powers. He finds that he can grow past this normal height to about the size of his room (or bigger because he hasn't found his limit yet). He enjoys being able to be the tallest sibling until Danny and Danni ask if he can try to teach them how to sizeshift. Surprisingly both of them get it very well, but will never be as good at it as Tiny.
Note: And that is the last of the old Tumblr post for now. Against all logic, I actually uploaded the newest stories first and noticed that for the most part, they progressively get shorter the older they are. I guess I didn't used to ramble as much as I do now XD. I hope you enjoyed these. I'll try to remember to add more ficlets as I write them over on Tumblr so be on the look out.
