For Kyle, he was quite happy to get away from school and stay home for many different reasons. One, he never liked school because he was seen as an outcast. Two, he could hang out with Lucas and the rest of his friends without school getting in the way. And three, he could fully indulge in something he's kept secret from his friends. The only people who knew were his mom, dad, and little brother.
It's a secret he knows is embarrassing but he still likes it. And that secret is that he likes wearing diapers (specifically Pull-Ups). Now, he had a legitimate reason to wear Pull-Ups, as his bladder was quite unstable. For years, his bladder was his worst enemy, as he peed on his bed and peed on himself way too many times to count. Eventually, his mom had enough and got him some Pull-Ups to fix the problem. They definitely helped keep his bed, pants, and underwear dry, which was a good thing because he didn't want to deal with extra laundry.
He only used the Pull-Ups if he had to pee. If he had to poop, he would just sit on the toilet, pull down his Pull-Ups, and go No. 2 normally. He wasn't like his little brother, Jamie, who liked to poop in his diaper constantly. Thankfully for Kyle, Jamie now no longer wore diapers and moved up to wearing underwear. And even better, Jamie's pooping habit died off completely after he pooped in his underwear and got a spanking from their mom.
While he was fine wearing Pull-Ups around his mom and Jamie, he felt more uncomfortable wearing them around his dad when he visited him. His dad never did or said anything demeaning to him, but he knew his dad wanted him to be a strong man, and wearing Pull-Ups wasn't going to help him achieve that goal. Not to mention, diaper changes were extremely awkward between the two of them. But his dad still loved him at the end of the day and that's all Kyle really wanted.
Now, Kyle was in his room, wearing only a white shirt and his Pull-Up, thinking about his friends and wondering if it would really hurt if he told them about his secret. His friends were some of the least judgmental people he's ever met, as they had no problem with nudity or Jake and Steven being gay. But he felt that wearing a diaper was a step above those things and he didn't want to risk ruining his friendships because of that.
And if he was going to tell someone outside his family his secret, it would probably be Lucas. Lucas was easily Kyle's best friend and he loved being around him. But recently, his feelings for Lucas had changed a little bit. It was like they were going from friendly to romantic. He looked up some information online and it made him realize that he may just be in fact gay, or he only really liked Lucas because he never felt this way about anyone before.
But he wasn't about to tell anyone about this, especially Lucas, since he was sure that Lucas was straight, and he didn't want to make things uncomfortable with him.
While laying down on his bed, Jamie entered Kyle's room and Kyle asked, "Hey Jamie. Any reason why you're in here?"
"I want to be with my big brother," said Jamie.
"Okay. You want to get on the bed?" asked Kyle.
"Yeah," said Jamie.
"Then come on," said Kyle.
Jamie quickly climbed onto Kyle's bed and sat next to his brother.
"So, little bro, what's on your mind?" asked Kyle.
"Christmas!" said Jamie.
"Of course. What about Christmas excites you?" asked Kyle.
"Presents and cookies and Santa!" said Jamie.
"Yeah. So, do you know what you want?" asked Kyle.
"I've been asking Santa for some Legos," said Jamie.
"Cool. Just make sure you don't put them on the floor because I'm not about to tear my feet up," said Kyle.
"Okay. Did you ask Santa for anything?" asked Jamie.
"Well, I have but I'm not telling you anything. Some of it is…personal. You're too young to understand." said Kyle.
Jamie was offended and said, "At least I don't wear diapers."
Kyle sighed before his bladder had a mind of its own, as he began peeing in his Pull-Up, turning it somewhat yellow in the process.
Jamie was grossed out and said, "Ewww! You peed!"
"So what? You've pooped in front of me before, so this is my revenge. Besides, didn't you like going to the bathroom in your diaper?" said Kyle.
"I did but I'm a big boy now. I don't need diapers," said Jamie.
"You only say that because Mom gave you the belt for pooping in your underwear," said Kyle.
"Shut up!" said Jamie.
"And last I checked; big boys don't suck their thumb while sleeping," said Kyle.
Jamie then proceeded to lightly beat up Kyle before leaving the room.
Once Jamie was gone, Kyle said to himself, "Yep. It's going to be a long Christmas."
