A/N: Thank you for reading the first part. Updates would be sporadic based on when I am free to write and if I have ideas for this story moving forward. I chose to write a story along these lines due to my love of the time travel idea, even if I'm not one that loves time turners. I have seen the two reviews left on part 1 at the time of this typing and am prepared to respond to them and any others I see in future.

Lisa: I fully agree with your statement, Ron had an ego that didn't suit his upbringing. This is shown across the entire series and is one of the reasons I dislike his character. Don't get me wrong, he fits into Harry's life well but some aspects of who he is is very confusing.

Rebecca-in-blue: I do apologize for any errors you see. I type this up in the limited time I have at the public library, and I am most certainly not the greatest at English based subjects. I am very math orientated but am branching out of my comfort zone to put some ideas into a story. When it comes to feeling sorry for the Weasley children, this is a story that will be bashing that family and others. I see many issues with them in the series and many plot holes as well. Them being like this in the early parts of this story will be explained later throughout as well and it does have a planned purpose too.

Please feel free to leave reviews in the future based on further chapters and trust me the time travel will be occurring soon!

The following morning Harry woke up with a nasty hangover. Not long after Hermione and Harry started talking about what they would change did they pull out the fire whiskey. They had finished the entire bottle by the time they had completed the list of what changes they would make if they could.

Some of the list included: Not be friends with Ron; treat Snape with more respect; see if either McGonagall or Dumbledore knew how Harry was treated before school; see if Dumbledore knew Harry was a horcrux; and give Draco a chance to prove what side he was truly on.

Harry slowly rose from his chair where he passed out and looked across the room. Hermione was still in the chair nearby his own, and the fire was no more than a pile of ash and soot. He noticed the front door was wide open and knowing he didn't leave it like that last night, Harry decided to investigate it.

Walking outside, Harry discovered Ginny having an in-depth conversation with the Headmistress of Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Minerva McGonagall. Looking nervous nearby was the Care of Magical Creatures professor and Harry's first friend in the wizarding world, maybe his first friend ever, Rubeus Hagrid. Not wanting to interrupt the important looking conversation unprepared, Harry decided to speak to Hagrid first.

"Hagrid, what's going on here?"

Oh, 'Arry, the Headmistress 'ere wanted to speak to you, but ye wife found out why. She aint happy at all." Hagrid said, looking concerned.

"What did she want to speak to me abo..." Harry started before being interrupted by shouting from the other conversation nearby.

"HE WILL NOT BE HELPING YOU, LEAVE HIM ALONE!" Ginny sounded furious, McGonagall looked curious and concerned at the same time.

"My apologies Mrs Potter, but I feel like it would be best for me to ask Mr Potter myself, as the request is for him." Professor McGonagall stated, matter-of-factly.

"I FORBID IT!" Ginny sounded very much like her mother, molly, when she was forbidding Harry from being in the order. "In fact, id very much like you to leave my property now, headmistress" an unsettling calm washed over the conversation.

Harry wondered why Ginny was so calm in such a short time after yelling. But that had to wait, she just banished his good friend, and the head of the best school in the world, according to himself at least. This just isn't right.

"So, when was this your property? Your never here to enjoy it" Harry asked innocently, "Headmistress, would you fancy a cup of tea?"

"Mr Potter, I'd love one, but I feel I'm stretched for time at this moment, the school year is fast approaching. I would like to invite you to the castle for dinner tonight and a meeting afterwards. I'll be inviting your friends Mr and Mrs Weasley along too."

"We would love to" Hermione, now awake and aware, answered. "However, Ronald is currently in St Mungos facing the consequences of his own actions from his time in the Ministers office last evening, so it can only be myself and Harry."

Ginny now looked furious again.

"Fine." she huffed. "We will see you there."

"Oh Mrs Potter, I'm afraid the invite wasn't inclusive of you after the way you spoke to me before, I hope you understand."

Harry was impressed with the headmistress's polite tone with her dismissal, until he remembered that Minerva McGonagall was a pro at maintaining politeness no matter what occurs.

"We will see you there tonight, what time would you be expecting us?" Harry asked, getting more curious by the minute.

"6:30 would do nicely." The Professor responded, with the softest of smiles on her face.
