Poppy taught the students the next day, like usual, and told them about her plan for the party. "That's why I'm throwing the biggest, the loudest, and the craziest party ever!" she cheered. "And the best part? Everybody's invited!"

"Everybody?" a small green Troll kid asked, coming in through Poppy's ponytail.

"Everybody," Poppy replied, taking the kid out of her hair and pulling out her cowbell. She clanked on it a couple of times. The pod opened up and she began singing. "Everybody, move your feet and feel united, oh. Everybody, shake your hair and feel united. Oh. Everybody's coming to the celebration, Imma hook you up with an invitation. Let your hair swing and party with me. No bad vibes, you'll see.

"Do the D-A-N-C-E, one, two, three, four, fight. Stick to the B-E-A-T, get ready to ignite. You are such a PYT, catching all the lights. Just easy as A-B-C, that's how you make it right." Despite the queen's singing, her handmaiden stayed by her side the entire time, doing backup dances throughout the whole village with her, while Poppy handed out invitations.

"Everybody, shake your hair and feel united, oh. Sunshine day, everybody's laughing. Sunshine day, everybody's singing. Sunshine day.

"Everybody, move your hair and feel united, oh." Some other Trolls from the city began adding backup vocals and turning their hair different colors and shapes to create large, rainbow shaped hearts in the air.

Poppy finished the song with a long note. There came a series of slow clapping from the tall, flower petal shaped rocks nearby. "Well done, really. I could hear you from a mile away," Branch said, emerging from the shadows, visibly irritated. He's holding a set of broken sticks under his arm.

"That's good!" Poppy cheered, panting. "I was afraid we weren't projecting enough!"

Branch stared at her in bewilderment. "If I could hear you, so can the Bergens," he whispered loudly.

"Branch, Bergens, really?" a large blue Troll in dark purple clothes asked. For some unknown reason, he happened to have tamed a Brain Worm on Geonosis and carries it around like a pet. He's never used it as a weapon, even if Branch suggested he should. Branch feels like he's treating the worm poorly, however, the worm doesn't seem to care. He's called it Mr. Dinkles. Branch shuddered at the thought that there is an alive Brain Worm in their home.

"You say that every time," one of the two, conjoined twins said. Their hair is connected at the top, and no matter how often Branch suggests they cut it off, they always find it as a personal insult. Even Poppy found it insulting. Branch never understood it, but he decided to stop suggesting it.

"No I don't!" Branch replied, wounded.

The Trolls stared at him, in disbelief and unamusement, before Poppy broke the silence. "I'm throwing-"

"A party?" Branch reminded.

"Yeah, that," Poppy said. DJ just nodded silently. Everyone was aware she talked, except for the kids, but she chose not to talk in a professional setting, or in Poppy's usual common settings.

"Are you sure you wanna invite this party pooper to come poop on your party?" a Kaminoan asked. He went by the name Cooper on Naboo. No one knew what his actual name was, at least, his Kaminoan name. He was found one day on Naboo with no Kaminoans nearby, so the Trolls took him in as one of their own.

"Yes, everyone deserves to be happy," Poppy said. She walked towards Branch and pulled out a special, custom made invitation for him. She opened it and a small cutout of Branch popped out. He has a unibrow, like how he usually looks in her scrapbooks.

It chanted, then spat glitter in his face. The Pau'an gasped. He is a subspecies of Pau'an that is covered in glitter. He has a tall collar, nearly extending taller than his hair. Branch stared at Poppy, annoyance on his face, smiled, took the card from her, and threw it on the ground, stomping on it. "You know what?" he said, cleaning the glitter off his face. "I won't be caught at your party. Caught. And dead." He motioned decapitation.

Another Troll, this one purple, with blue and green hair. Branch rolled his eyes. Creek. He despised Creek. Every hair follicle on his head told him something was wrong with this Troll. He never knew why. Just because he's a yogi, no matter how irritating that actually is, it's not really...wrong. But something about this Troll. Something didn't sit right with him. It's like every hair on his body stuck up. Almost...a disturbance in the Force.

"Branch, Branch, Branch!" Creek said, tsking him. "Why don't you try a little positivity! I'm sure positivity will look good with that vest!"

The other Trolls nearby giggled, even Poppy. Branch glared at her and she stopped. "Fine!" Branch grumbled. "I'm positive you'll all get eaten!"

The Trolls moaned. Before anyone else got to say anything, the Trolls' Hug Time bracelets dinged. Branch took a step away before Cooper pulled him in. He got stuck next to the glittery Pau'an, Guy Diamond, and Creek. Branch recoiled every time one of them touched him.

"I can squeeze your forever!" Guy Diamond sang. Branch forced his way out of the hug circle, flipping over and landing on his back. He got up and walked back into the shade of the rocks. Poppy joined him.

"I can't believe you're queen," he said, gruffly. "You can't do anything right."

"That's not true," the blue Troll with the worm said. "She can also scrapbook. Branch stared up at him, a look of disbelief on his face. "You're all going to die," Branch said, "and I'm not going to save you." Poppy waited until the other Troll left. "Not even with your lightsaber?" she asked, grabbing his wrist and stopping him from walking further into the plain. "Aren't you a Jedi? Aren't Jedi supposed to protect people?"

"Protect you from the inevitable?" Branch asked. "That's ludacris! I'm not going to your party! If I'm the last Troll left alive, then so be it!" Branch pulled his hand away from Poppy, picked up one of his sticks, then turned back into the field.

Poppy stared after him. She always heard tales of Jedi. Jedi are Force-sensitive. This allows them to control the Force by their will. They also carry lightsabers. Branch made no signs of being Force-sensitive, or having made any mention of him being a Jedi at all. Perhaps he killed a Jedi and stole his blade?

But that's impossible. Jedi can't be killed. At least...that's what the stories say.
