Summary: Ai Mizuno was the center and leader of Iron Frill, a rising idol group who's taking up the industry by storm. Thanks to their rising popularity, helped by Ai's talent, determination and philosophy about mistakes aren't always bad things, they went on a national tour, releasing three albums and earning more fans as a result. However, the Heisei Idol was killed by a lightning strike while Iron Frill was doing a concert on Tosu Stadium during a storm, prematurely ending her career...
...at least until she came back as a zombie. Out of the zombie girls, she's the one who's most reluctant and adamant about the fledgling group's potential to become popular and, along the fact she has no home to come back to as a zombie and the fact their lives are endangered by enemy Stands, which is why she has seven bodyguards for protection, Ai is pessimistic on what will she do now. Despite her claims of not becoming an idol again, witnessing the inexperienced girls doing their best and striving to improve, as well as little successes they surprisingly made, led Ai to see they do have what it takes to be an idol under a right direction. Influenced by them, Ai realizes she's not done being an idol at all, so she gets back on her feet to teach them everything there is about being an idol.
