Hello all and good morning/afternoon/evening, Shadow Drivver here wanting to give a short announcement. It has come to my attention that the story as a whole has passed its (technically) one year anniversary. As previously mentioned, this story started out on Quotev. Now I knew it was coming up for it being a year since I started putting out chapters for this story, but I thought I had started that in August, not 4th of July of last year. To think that I have stayed with this story for so long, I have to admire my own commitment to it. I'm in no way, shape, or form a good writer, as I had stated that this was very first story.

And while there were quite a few gaps in that year, evidenced by how long it had been since I posted the last official chapter of the story on Quotev and when I decided to move it on to here, I'm happy that there are people that have decided to take a read at my story, both on Quotev and on here (even if you haven't officially liked/followed the story).

As for the recent review...

merendinoemiliano: Apologies for not acknowledging your review in the last chapter, I took notice that I didn't acknowledge it until after I hit the post button, and I didn't want to go back and reupdate the chapter files. You don't have to apologize for missing so many chapters. The story will always be around for you to come back and read any chapters you missed, otherwise stated by myself of course.

Now for the next chapter, I'm currently wondering how to approach it. If you have noticed how the events have been paced out this volume, then you should know what happens next in the canon timeline of the show. Fitting that the next chapter number is the same as with the show, and no, I didn't plan that.

Originally, I did plan to have the events go a little faster than how I currently have them paced out, but then I ran into a brain fart, along with getting the idea to move the story over to here. It also may be because I had originally planned to combine maybe two canon chapters together into one to try and shorten the amount of chapters the volume would have, but since a lot of the more recent chapters have had original ideas/events not shown in the show, I decided against that since that would be more strain on me trying to think of new things to bring to the story, along with moving the plot along.

While I understand it is pretty much a spoiler for the next chapter, if you recall to earlier event in the volume, then you probably know what trouble I may have regarding a certain someone's dialogue that is coming up. If you do know, feel free to voice it in the reviews. If you do figure out what I'm referring to, you get to have a cookie from Ruby's stash.
