New Beginnings
London, Diana Prince's Condominium
Diana happily hummed as she was stepping out of the shower, wrapping a soft towel around her body. Her mind was racing, full of so many wonderful thoughts of her and Kal's wedding. For the passed 3 months it had been very simple wedding planning: Hippolyta and the Amazons were designing Diana's dress, the ceremony would be on the Kent Farm which was so beautiful in the spring, Jimmy was their photo/videographer, and the reception at the newly reconstructed Smallville Banquet Hall. The guest list included family and friends from both worlds. It was a union that transcended boundaries.
Walking out of the bathroom, Diana was met with strong hands grabbing her by her hips and pulling her against a strong hard warm body.
"Kal!" she laughed. "What are you doing?"
He buried his face in the crook of her neck and inhaled deeply before attacking her with kisses.
"Kal!"
"I need to worship my gorgeous fiancé every chance I get!"
Diana laughed again and moaned as Kal continued sucking her neck.
"We are really doing this. Engaged to be married."
"Yep! Forreal this time. No stopping, no hesitation, no trial. This is real. 3 more months and you will be Mrs. Kent. Then, we can work on having little wonders flying around."
Diana gasped pushing back from him. Her heart fluttered looking into his eyes.
"What's wrong, Di?"
"Little wonders? You mean children, Kal?"
"Well yeah. I mean if you don't want to just yet, we can wai-"
Diana jumped into his arms and kissed him passionately taking him by surprise.
"It's no longer waiting, Kal." she said breaking their kiss and tears running down her face. "We've talked about it for months. There was still an uncertainty looming because of all the drama we were dealing with. But now, nothing is holding us back from that. We can finally start the family we've always wanted."
"Aw, Di," Kal smiled gently wiping her tears. "Yeah, I've been thinking a lot about it. A girl and a boy is the best of both worlds. Or we can have all girls, all boys…Diana…I just want a big family with you. House full of kids. Growing up, I was alone. I thought that's how it would always be. But then that day we met in the mist of the battle with Darkseid and the parademons. I was instantly mesmerized by your beauty and fierceness. We've built so much together, Di. I will always hold that regret of screwing up what we had and losing 2 years of what we could've had. But I know we are moving forward away from that. This is our time now. I'm going to do all that I can to be the man for you for eternity."
Tears ran down Diana's face uncontrollably as she nodded and smiled.
"Eternity it is, Kal-El. You have always been the man for me. Your commitment, respect, kindness, gentleness, and understanding means so much to me. Everything we've been through, as crazy as it sounds was meant to be. We learned so much through the toughest of times and heartbreak. We made our way back to each other as we should be. Grew together. Our bond so much stronger. We fight so many battles every day, but nothing compared to that battle for our love. If we can get through all of that, we can get through anything."
"Damn right!" Clark grinned unwrapping Diana's towel from her body and letting it find the floor as he lifted her up in his arms.
Diana giggled wrapping her legs around his waist.
"You are going to be late getting to Metropolis for work, Mr. Kent."
"It's still very early, Di. Sun not even out yet. But work can wait regardless. I need to take care of you first."
Kal gently laid her on the bed. Their tongues found each other and entwine as their lips lock in a deep and passionate kiss. They continued kissing, occasionally nipping at each other's lip. Kal moved in and kissed her lobe, gently sucking as he pull away. Then he worked down her neck slowly with his kisses.
"One more thing, Di."
"Yes, Love?"
"Our new place is almost ready. Are you sure you are okay with leaving London?"
"Yes. This has been my home for 8 years and I've enjoyed it. But I'm going to be a married woman, starting a family with my husband."
Clark grinned proudly. "That sounds so sexy the way you say that. Say it again."
Diana giggled. "My husband."
Clark smirked and quickly undressed throwing his clothes to the floor. He captured Diana's lips and they began to make out passionately. Hands roaming all over each other's bodies and leaving reminders on each other's necks. Clark slowly guided Disna's hands above her head. He kissed her deeply then trailed down biting her softly but being sure to leave a reminder no one could miss.
As a moan escaped Diana's lips, Clark continued across her chest, ravishing her.
"Oh…yes…Gods…yes!"
Clark then trailed to kiss his way down her stomach, pausing briefly at her navel.
"God, you're beautiful. My soft sweet Goddess."
After making it to her hips, he began slowly down her right leg all the way to her ankle. After giving your ankle some attention, as if in slow motion, he worked his way back up her leg and across her hips. Knowing what's coming doesn't make his progress down her left leg any faster.
Diana giggled.
He went back up her leg, but moved to her inner thigh, kissing it while lightly tracing figure eights on her right thigh. After a few moments, he changed it up, kissing the right and tracing eights on the left.
Finally, he moved between her legs, kissing up one side of her mound and down the other, never touching her where she needed it most. Diana whimpered and pleaded with her eyes.
Diana's moans made it clear what she wanted and needed, but he only dart his tongue into her once, eliciting a deliciously frustrated moan.
"Kal…ah!" she gasped as he finally gave her the pleasure she'd been craving.
She reached down to grip his hair. Her moans grew louder as her body began to quiver. Clark pushed his tongue into her slowly and gently, brought forth a new round of moans. He began to curl his tongue upward, rubbing her special little spot with each thrust. When Diana bucked her hips, Clark reached up giving her breasts attention with his hands yet again.
As Diana's body began to spasm with her intense orgasm, Clark moved up back up to her, kissing ber deeply, sharing the intoxicating taste of her nectar as he continued stimulating her with his hands.
Diana suddenly wrapped her legs around him, pulling his hips towards her, feeling him touch against her womanhood, feeling herself coat his length in her nectar, pulling harder still to get him inside of her. She leaned forward, nibbling on his ear before whispering that she needed him, nibbling again and heading back to his luscious lips as she continued to pull him towards her, leaving her nail marks in his back as she pulled with all her might until Clark gave up the teasing act and drove himself into her, filling her up in one swift movement.
She gasped so hard she felt like she had been knocked off the bed and out of the world, it felt so otherworldly, she didn't know how to describe it. If there was any other pleasures in the world she was yet to experience they could never feel this good.
Diana's lips fell from his as her mouth and teeth sunk into his shoulder, marking him as he pushed as far as possible into her, feeling her envelope him, her nectar running along the length of him as he slowly pulled back before thrusting back in. Slowly Clark began to get a rhythm as Diana returned to him, her face flushed and her breathing shallow, fumbling through her words caused by her fiancé's engorged manhood filling her, over and over again.
She loved it, moaning louder as she felt herself on the brink of another orgasm.
This was amazing, she couldn't hold back clamping around his manhood, spasming out of control. Clark felt her ride her orgasm, whilst he continued thrusting, triggering a second orgasm right off the back of the first one. Diana was screaming in pleasure now as she felt heaven and fell back to Earth, her fiancé buried deep inside her and still pleasuring her.
A smile crept across Diana's face as she uttered the words "I love you" before her lips met her man's.
Clark slowed his thrusts momentarily, just for Diana to catch her breath.
"I love you, too, Gorgeous."
Diana met each of Kal's thrusts as she came numerously times, before she rolled him over and took her own control. She began to ride vigorously atop of him. He watched her from underneath as her breasts bounced and begged to be touched. He reached up and began playing with her breasts. He really was all about her pleasure as she felt yet another orgasm ripple through her body before finally Kal groans climaxed, his eyes clamped shut and he motioned to Diana that it was time, as she began riding faster and harder she coaxed Clark's climax to continue for longer and longer as he completely drained himself within his fiancée. Diana collapsed in a heap onto of him, utterly exhausted from it all.
Clark glided his finger tips up and down her back.
"Damn, I wish I could call in. But this meeting with Perry is about the exclusives for the elections…"
"It's alright, Love. We will be back like this before you know it."
"Yeah…" Clark chuckled.
Diana looked up at him. "What is it?"
"It's just that…" He paused reaching to brush a few strands of hair out of her face. "…I get to come home to you, Di. I get to hold you, kiss you, make love to you. Cherish every moment we have, our conversations, the laughs we share. Everything."
"It feels so surreal. I have this butterfly feeling that won't go away. I don't ever want it to go away either."
"I promise you, it won't. I'll do all that I can. I learned a very tough lesson from my mistakes and I don't ever want to go back to that. I love you so much."
"I love you, too."
Their lips met once again in a passionate kiss and all they could do is mindlessly rock their hips until the pleasure finally released its hold on them.
2.5 hours later…
Clark eased out of bed to quickly get ready for work. Using his super speed, he took a shower and got dressed.
"Hm…nah, forget the tie."
After he was done and sat on the edge of the bed and smiled, staring at his sleeping beauty. He leaned down and kissed her lips softly.
"I love you, Diana. I'll call you on break."
"Mmhh..." she groaned moving a bit. "I…love you…too," she mumbled.
He kissed her once more before leaving out.
Soaring across London back to Metropolis, Clark couldn't stop grinning from ear to ear, his heart filled with love for Diana. The sun casted a warm glow on his chiseled features. Every day for him has felt like they are reliving their firsts again. His heart danced with anticipation. Their courtship had been such a whirlwind. And now, with their wedding approaching, Clark couldn't help but marvel at their journey.
They'd faced countless challenges, from thwarting supervillains to saving entire planets. But nothing compared to the challenge of love nor the exhilaration he felt.
As he flew toward the Daily Planet building, the sun peeked over the horizon, bathing the city in golden light. The skyscrapers of Metropolis stretched out below him, their windows winking like stars.
He descended toward the rooftop of the Daily Planet. As he landed softly, he was met by Jimmy.
"CK! Woah! Ha! I've never seen you this happy coming to work."
"Diana, Jim. She's everything and more."
"I'm happy for you, man. You both deserve it.
"Thanks! So what are you doing up here anyway?"
"I was taking pictures for my hot date. Met her a few days ago at a photography gig. She's a painter, model and actress so wanted to get some more shots to show off my portfolio."
"Let me guess, you thought you would get a shot of me in my suit?"
"Oh wow! CK, you would do that for me?! Thanks for offering ol' buddy, ol' pal!"
"Heh…funny. Jim. Let's make this quick before Perry has our heads."
Meanwhile….Back in London
Diana stirred from her slumber, the light filtering through the curtains. As her eyes fluttered open, she was greeted by the soft glow of dawn, and her heart skipped a beat.
She sat up, her dark hair cascading over her shoulders, and reached for the framed photograph on her bedside table. It captured a stolen moment, a sunset on the cliffs of Peru, their fingers entwined. Clark's eyes held a promise, the promise of forever. She traced his face with her fingertips, her heart swelling with anticipation.
Diana slipped out of bed, her bare feet padding across the hardwood floor. She crossed to the window, gazing out at the city. She imagined Clark flying above the skyscrapers, the wind ruffling his dark hair, and her heart filled with pride.
She happily twirled her way into the bathroom to get herself ready for the day at the Embassy.
An hour later, in the kitchen, she brewed a pot of coffee, the aroma filling the cozy space. As she sipped from her mug, she envisioned their future—a home filled with laughter, late-night conversations, and the pitter-patter of little feet or maybe the swooshing wind sounds if they little wonders prefer flying around. She could almost hear the sound of children playing, their imaginations soaring as high as they could fly.
Little wonders…
Yes, without a doubt, she and Kal were ready for that step.
Metropolis, Daily Planet
Clark was settled at his desk, but his mind wandered. He imagined Diana in her bridal gown, her raven hair cascading down her back. The way her eyes sparkled when she laughed, the same eyes that saw him. She loved both Clark Kent and Kal-El, and he loved her for it.
And beyond the wedding? Their future stretched out like an unwritten story. But they would have control of what would be written. He couldn't wait to become a father. Little Dianas and Kals with eyes that held the universe. Clark imagined he and Diana teaching them to fly, to embrace their dual heritages. He pictured Diana cradling their child, her love fierce and tender.
"Maybe we should start picking out names now," he said to himself.
"Kent, get your head out of the clouds. I need that report before the meeting," Perry said as he walked past his desk.
"Oh, yes, Sir."
"I also need you to go find Lane and drag her to this meeting if you have to."
"Oh…sure…Sir."
Perry frowned. "Look, I don't know what's going on but I need my best reporters actually working together on this. This is far more important than whatever personal drama is between you two."
"You are right, Mr. White. Report will be done momentarily then I'll go look for Ms. Lane."
"You're a good kid, Kent."
"Thank you, Sir."
When Clark finished his report, he sighed deeply and sat back in his chair. It was lovers' bliss for him and Diana but it was still like a dark cloud hanging over with the fact that Lois knew the Justice League's identities. At any moment she could leak their information because of his awkward falling out with her.
He went into the break room seeing her just sitting there stirring her coffee.
"I think that's been stirred enough."
"Leave me alone or I'll be stirring something else and you and I both know you don't want that."
Clark sighed. "Perry was looking for you. But we need to talk like adults first. At least for the sake of our jobs."
"I have nothing to say to liar like you!"
"Lois, I never lied. It was you who thought I needed a so called pity date. Tried to force your way into knowing my personal business. I kept to myself for that very reason of trying to prevent what happened."
"It would've all been prevented had you not lied or you really shouldn't have been here at all. You aren't even a real reporter. Using your powers to worm your way into this job while people like me have to struggle. You thought you could out smart me? You got a lot of nerve!"
"I'm not trying to outsmart any one. My job being a reporter is genuine and just as important as being Superman. You are one to talk, though, given your first interview with me…Superman. You basically threw yourself on me. But you know what? We both made mistakes and have our faults but we have to own up to all of that. I know I have and I've apologized. I live my life struggling everyday because of who I am. But I try to do all that I can to learn and do better. Lois, I just want to move on for better."
"So you think being some golden retriever for Diana Prince is better? She's still out of your league. You are fooling yourself to think this marriage with her will last. You might be Superman, but you are still just the country bumpkin from Smallville."
"If I'm a country bumpkin then so be it. Diana loves me regardless."
Lois rolled her eyes. "Fairytale nonsense."
"Come to our wedding."
"What?!"
"I'm inviting you to our wedding."
"For what?! I'm not going to be apart of this show."
"It's not a show, Lois. It's a celebration of forgiveness and starting over. A new beginning not just for Diana and me but for everyone we care for. If you don't want to, you don't have to but the invitation is open."
Lois remained silent.
"Alright, well I said all that I had to say. I do hope things can get better between us in time as respectable colleagues."
Clark left out heading to the conference room.
"Idiot," Lois scuffed and sighed. "I be damned if I get guilt tripped."
Later that evening….
The Justice League WatchTower hummed with activity. Wonder Woman, her armor gleaming, stood by the large window overlooking Earth. She had just returned from stopping a bridge pile up.
Her heart raced with anticipation, as her beloved, was due to arrive any moment.
As if on cue, the familiar whoosh of air signaled his arrival. Kal descended gracefully, his cape billowing. His eyes met Diana's, and the world seemed to pause.
"Diana," he said. "I missed you."
She smiled, her heart fluttering. "And I you, my Love."
They embraced, the warmth of his body seeping through her armor.
"It's so good to have you in my arms."
"Mmmh…It's so good to be in your arms."
They settled into the cozy corner of the WatchTower lounge. Diana poured them both cups of herbal tea—a blend from herbs of Themyscira. Clark took a sip, his eyes crinkling in delight.
"So," Diana began, "how was your meeting? You didn't sound too enthused when you called at lunch."
Kal sighed. "The meeting was alright. I'm going to interviewing Ronan Sealy."
"Ah, well Ronan is nice. I've spoken with him a few times. He is a great candidate. His wife is very active with his campaign." Diana paused and raised an eyebrow. "You are definitely not interested in hearing all of that. What else is on your mind?"
He leaned closer. "I tried to talk to Lois."
"Oh…"
"She wasn't trying to hear anything really and twisted some of what I was saying. She called me a liar and also said that you are out of my league because I'm just a country bumpkin."
"She's deflecting and in denial. A coping mechanism because she is embarrassed. Do not take heed to her rudeness, Kal. Why is it deemed such a bad thing that you grew up on the countryside? That is what made you the humbled, hardworking, respectful, the honest man you are. I love you for that and so much more." Diana kissed him softly.
"I told her that. But it didn't matter much still. I even invited her to the wedding. It's our celebration but it's also for every one to come together start over and heal."
"You said all the right things, Kal. It's all up to her but I believe she will make the right decision."
Kal caressed her cheek and captured her lips.
"I love you so much, Diana. The spirit you have to see the good in everyone and be so positive."
"I love you, too." Diana smiled. "And I try my best."
"You are the best." He kissed her cheek. "And how was your day at the Embassy?"
"Challenging," Diana admitted. "International relations are never easy. But I know that at sometimes, a smile, a genuine conversation and handshake can do more than all the superpowers combined."
Kal intertwined their fingers. "You are so amazing, Diana. That's what I'm talking about. That loving free spirit of yours. Damn…I can't help falling in love with you more and more."
She blushed. "And you bring hope to a world that often forgets how to dream."
"I'm reminded too everyday by you. I'm the luckiest man alive having you in my life."
"You are such a romantic, Mr. Kent."
Kal pulled her into his lap and dove into kissed her neck making her laugh.
"Kal…we should go somewhere a little bit more private."
"No one is coming in here anytime soon. I promise we won't get caught. Just like we used to."
"Hmm? I could've sworn we almost did multiple times."
"Almost but not. That's the key, Di."
She bursted out laughing and kissed him. "Touché."
As the night deepened, they cuddled close, gazing at Earth below. The lights sparkled like constellations, and Diana rested her head on Clark's shoulder.
"Kal-El," she whispered, "we're going to be married in a month."
He turned to her, his blue eyes intense. "Yeah and the entire world is going to know that." He took a deep breath. "I promise to stand by your side, even when the world doubts us. And when we say our vows, Diana, I mean every word." Clark kissed her forehead. "I promise to love you, protect you, and cherish you forever and always."
They sealed their promises with a kiss, their lips meeting like cosmic collisions.
2 weeks later… Dublin, Ireland
Superman and Wonder Woman soared side by side. Kal's cape fluttered in the wind, and their eyes met with a shared purpose—to protect the innocent, to fight for justice.
The Justice League had assembled to thwart a cosmic threat, an interdimensional rift that threatened to unravel reality itself. The stakes were high, but so was the chemistry between the Man of Steel and the Woman of Wonder.
As they flew toward the rift, Kal glanced at Diana. Her raven hair danced around her face, and her eyes held a fierce determination. He admired her strength, her grace, and the way her lasso glimmered at her side.
"Ready for this, Diana?" Kal's voice carried over the rush of wind.
Diana smirked. "Always, Kal."
They dove into the rift, and the colors of other dimensions swirled around them.
Kal quickly grabbed Diana's hand not wanting the to separate.
"Barry, what's happening?"
"Looks like we might be taking a slight detour."
Reality bent, and they found themselves on a desolate alien landscape—a place where stars whispered secrets and time flowed like honey.
As beautiful and fascinating as it was, the team was met by very angry unidentified alien beasts.
"We're definitely not in Kansas anymore," Hal said. "Anyone have any ideas? Like now!"
Kal flew up to the beast. "Okay…so…we aren't trying to cause any problems. We just want to stop whatever this reality rift is and get things back to normal."
The beast looked at him then seemed to become angrier. Kal quickly moved away as the beast tried to swat him like a fly.
"So no talking. I guess we have to fight."
The beasts charged at them.
"Woah!" Billy was caught by his cape and thrown.
Diana gasped and lasso'ed him by his waist pulling him to land safely on the ground.
"Are you alright, William?"
"Yeah…Thanks Wondy."
She nodded then flew off to aid Kal.
"These monsters need to learn some manners."
"Reminds me of Lionel but at least he is just a big fluffed kitten. I'm not sure what these things are."
"This is getting on my nerves." Hal created a hammer slamming it down on one of the beasts. You can barely tell the difference between their faces and their a-
"Don't say it, Jordan!" Kal and Diana warned in unison.
"Gross! Yuck!" Billy said disgusted.
The fight continued on but it seemed the beasts were not staying down.
"Hmm…that's it!" Kal blurted out.
"What's it?" Diana's questioned.
As he punched one of the beasts down, his blue eyes met her intense gaze. "You know, Diana, I've been thinking about our wedding night and honey moon. I have an idea."
"Oh? Right now?" She arched an eyebrow. "You got an idea from us being possibly trapped in another dimension and fighting these hordes of beasts?" She giggled. "And what have you come up with, Kal?"
"Well," he began, "Nimluxurime. Let's go back to where it all started of us coming back together where we belong. That night we got married there, let's make that night better this time."
Diana laughed softly, her voice like a melody. "Let's get out of here first and then more honeymoon planning."
"Course!" He winked.
They fought side by side, their powers blending seamlessly. Superman's heat vision sliced through alien armor, while Wonder Woman's bracelets deflected energy blasts. Amidst the chaos, their fingers brushed, and sparks flew as always.
"Kal," Diana said, her voice soft, "you are such a flirt."
He grinned. "Gotta make this a little fun."
"Both of you need to pay more attention," Bruce snarled in their comms.
"Relax, Bats, we got this," Billy said. "I for one would rather have the lovey dovey stuff than the arguing."
"Get ready!" Hal said. "I think we got a way out!"
As they closed the rift, reality snapped back into place. Superman only had his attention on Wonder Woman. He took her hand as the rift vanished like a forgotten dream. Bystanders cheered, Hal and Billy caught back up with Flash, Batman, and the others.
"I think they have everything covered. Let's go," Kal whispered in Diana's ear.
"Are you sure?" Diana's questioned.
"Yep! We can catch up with the briefing later."
He took her hand levitating upward.
"Lovebirds sneaking off again," Green Arrow scuffed.
"Zip it, Ollie," Black Canary elbowed him in his side. "It's just like old times. They deserve it."
City Quay Arts Building
The City Quay Arts site is one of the most significant brownfield sites in Dublin City center and presents an exceptional opportunity to deliver a high-density development in the city's central core. This highly visible site on the south side of Matt Talbot bridge marks one of the most important arrival points into the city center and justifies a landmark building in response to its unique setting and access to public transportation.
Kal and Diana stood atop of the building, the city lights below painting their silhouettes. Kal leaned in, his lips brushing hers.
"Flirting during a mission," Diana teased. "Isn't that against protocol?"
He grinned. "I'm making an exception. Besides, we've saved the world. We deserve the celebration. I'm taking full advantage of having you by my side again as you should be. Diana, those times of us being so distant hurt so much. I'm so sorry for what I put you through." He cupped her face, his touch gentle yet unyielding. "I don't deserve it but I'm grateful for this second chance. That you gave me this second chance when you had all the right to not go through with the trial and then even after."
Diana smiled, her lips curving like the crescent moon and her eyes shimmered. "Kal…our relationship is complicated and always will be because of who we are. Falling in love was never in my mind when I came here. But there you were. You took my heart and have had it for all these years. We've been through too much together to let it all go because of outside judgements that really don't even matter to us. What matters is you, me, and our happiness together."
"I love you so damn much," Kal declared.
Diana leaned in, their lips meeting in a kiss. The world blurred around them, leaving only the warming sensation of love's embrace.
As they pulled away, Diana whispered against his lips, "And I love you, Kal."
Kal's strong arms cradled Diana, and she nestled against his chest, her head resting on his shoulder.
They stood there, hearts entwined, watching the city below.
1 month later…Clark and Diana's new apartment
Clark and Diana were brimming with excitement, standing in the middle of their cozy new apartment. Sunlight streamed through the half-open blinds, casting a warm glow on the hardwood floors. Cardboard boxes surrounded them, awaiting their attention.
Even with being on the outskirts of the city, the area was still a bit busy and packed with exciting and interesting surprises. On top of that, the apartment complex was close to a big park with a gorgeous lake.
Diana sighed as she set the box down, surveyed the room. Her eyes sparkled with anticipation.
"Clark," she said, "where should we start?"
Without warning, the daydreaming Goddess felt a pair of hands grab her backside. Turning her head in surprise, she was suddenly face to face with Clark.
"We have work to do, Mister."
"Di, I have superspeed. I can have everything unpacked and this place all decorated in under a minute."
"Yes, I know. But I like it when we take our time with things. Especially this. Relishing in these moments."
"I get it, Di." He planted a sweet kiss on her lips. "You're right. Let's get to unboxing then I can get you undressed."
Diana smiled and pecked his lips. "Start in the kitchen then work our way to the bedroom. Though we can take breaks in between and we can test out the sturdiness of the new sofa."
"We can definitely do that. Most definitely!"
Unpacking the boxes were more work than they had been expecting. They had imagined that, with the apartment being half-furnished, they would simply be putting things in places they needed to go. Dishes in the cupboards, towels in the bathroom, and clothing in the clothes and dresser drawers. Instead, the living room quickly became a sea of crumpled newspaper and scattered items in a little under an hour. Most of the boxes were a mix of unrelated items strewn across the floor. How it had happened was a mystery to both of them.
They laughed as they debated where to place their framed photos: Clark's parents, Diana's mother and sisters, their friends and photos of them together, especially that candid shot of them at the Metropolis fair.
In addition to that, words of affection had come with flirtatious touching, distracting them even more so from their tasks, the pair had decided to focus on different rooms in order to get actual work done.
"Kal, I only have four out of five of the big plates. Can you help me find the fifth one?"
"Oh, yeah. They didn't all fit after I wrapped them. Since they're a set, it would have been bad if one had broken during transport. It's in the last kitchen essentials box with the silverware."
Diana smiled. "I just love it when you are so careful and thoughtful." She opened a box with more silverware and the last plate inside.
After she was done with all the kitchen boxes, she went into the living room to see that Clark was done putting everything else in places, the living room was clean with newspapers in the garbage bag, and the boxes were neatly broken down. She saw a box unlabeled in the corner.
"Kal?"
"Yeah, Di?"
"What's in this box?"
"Oh…uh…" He quickly got up and took the box from her.
Diana playfully nudged him and raised her brow. "Ah, a secret." she teased.
"It won't be for long. You'll get to open it a little later."
"Oh? A surprise?"
"Yep! You are going to love it!"
Diana wrapped her arms around his neck. "Can't wait! Did you finish the office?"
"Yep! Bookshelf organized, laptop and printer all set. Also, your easel stand and paints are in the closet."
"Great! And thank you, Love!" Diana smiled. "Well now all that's left is to go tackle the bedroom. Our bed awaits."
They opened the bedroom door. The bed beckoned, a king-sized haven with soft, Burgundy sheets. Clark lifted Diana into his arms, carrying her across the threshold. She laughed, wrapping her arms around his neck.
"Can't wait to have you in this bed."
Diana giggled. "We are going to have to buy new sheets after the very first night tonight, aren't we?"
"I actually already got the spare sheets," he winked.
Diana bursted out laughing. "I'm so glad no one lives below us and we are in the more secluded space of the complex with such a lovely view."
"Because we are going to be as loud as we want and lots of privacy, especially the balcony."
Diana kissed him as he set her down. "Yes. It's perfect."
Together, they unpacked their clothes, hanging them side by side in the closet. Diana's dresses, blouses, and casual shirts mingled with Clark's work and flannel shirts. His and her jeans, pants and her skirts on the bottom rake. Their shoes and other accessories were also neatly placed. Diana had already took ownership of two of Clark's hoodies. Then filling their dresser drawers with shorts, underwear, undershirts, socks, Diana's lingerie and other nightwear.
"Bathroom done. I just love how big the tub is! I can't wait for our candlelit bubble baths."
"Bubble baths…long steamy showers…"
"Just try not to flood the apartment, Kal."
"No promises," he jokes wiggling his eye brows making her laugh.
They went back into the kitchen to finally have something to eat. A simple dinner: creamy cajun chicken alfredo pasta and red wine.
Clark's skills he learned from Martha made cooking a breeze. He also loved showing off in front of Diana.
They fed each other forkfuls, shared kisses in between, laughs and conversations.
After eating, Clark was ready to present Diana with what was in the mystery box.
They sat on the sofa.
"So I kept all our letters we wrote each other at the WatchTower when we first started dating and other notes we kept about a lot of our first together and just other moments we had. We also had some private photos…"
Diana blushed, her heart fluttering.
"I didn't want any of that to ruin." Clark opened the box and took out a large scrapbook with their names embroidered on it as "Our Love Story".
Diana gasped. "Oh, Kal!"
"We still have lots more pages to fill. I thought that we can start with writing about the trial up until now. We have new pictures, too."
Tears ran down Diana's face uncontrollably. "You're such a romantic! I love this!" She hugged him.
"There's one more thing."
Clark took out a frame that was wrapped handing it to her.
Diana smiled tearing the wrapping paper.
She gasped. "Oh, Clark! It's beautiful!"
It was a candid shot from their early days together, taken during a summer picnic with all the Justice League members at attendance in their civilian identities. Clark's arm was around Diana, he was smiling at her and her laughter echoing through the sun-dappled park. Their eyes held so much love and promises whispered in stolen glances.
As they held the frame, Clark's strong fingers brushed against Diana's delicate ones. The wood frame was smooth and the photograph itself was kept preserved, the emotions it held so vivid.
"Remember this day?" Clark's voice was a soft rumble, like distant thunder.
Diana nodded, her eyes tracing the contours of their slightly younger selves. "How could I forget? It was the day you taught me how to skip stones across the lake. The day we also spent hours just talking about any and everything."
"And you beat me," Clark teased. "I blamed it on an injured arm."
Diana laughed, the sound filling the room. "You were just being a gentleman and a flirt."
"That was the day I knew I wanted to be with you, Diana. We had so much fun together, was able to really get to know each other on a more personal level. Finding out we had so much in common. Barry kept taking random pictures and a lot of them actually came out blurred but this one was perfect."
They hung the frame carefully, adjusting it until it was perfectly centered. The mantle seemed to sigh, as if embracing the weight of their shared history.
"Perfect," Diana whispered, her fingers lingering on the frame.
Without a word, he pulled her close, his hands finding the small of her back, his lips brushing against her temple. Diana's lips curved into a smile, and she leaned into him.
"From Krypton, to Smallville and Metropolis to Themyscira, from saving the world to stealing quiet moments like this," Clark murmured.
Diana leaned into his embrace, her head resting against his chest.
"We should try the sofa now…"Diana whispered in his chest.
Clark smirked lifting her. Diana giggled and immediately wrapped her legs around his waist as he walked over to the sofa to sit with her straddling him.
"I love you," he whispered, brushing a strand of hair from her face.
Diana leaned in, their lips meeting in a sweet, lingering kiss. "And I love you," she replied.
Clark gave Diana's ass a squeeze making her giggle again.
Their kiss was electric. A fusion of passion and tenderness. Clark's glasses slipped down his nose, forgotten, as he tasted the sweetness of her lips.
Diana's fingers tangled in his hair, pulling him closer. The sofa welcomed them, its plush cushions molding to their bodies.
Their mouths moved against one another, exploring, claiming.
Outside, the city buzzed with life, the same city they'd saved countless times. But here, in their private sanctuary, they were just two souls seeking solace. Clark's hand traced the curve of Diana's jaw, and he marveled at the softness of her skin.
Pulling at the edge of her top, slowly moving it up her body, Clark sunk his face into her neck, breathing her in, kissing her neck, moving closer to her ear.
When Diana's top goes over her head, Clark nibbled on her earlobe, and soon Diana relax again, leaning back on the sofa. Clark tossed her top to wherever it landed and caressed her face, holding it in place while they kissed. His hands then slowly moved down towards her breasts. Teasing through her bra, Clark felt her nipples harden against his fingers, as he squeezed and teased them.
He let her moan once, and then he kissed her again, feeling her moan stifled in his mouth. Feeling her tongue immediately seek his, twirling together. Exactly the same as his fingers want to do to her nipples… he wanted more of her moans, pants, to raise her temperature.
Clark felt the desire in Diana's kisses, and how much other parts of her must be desperate for his touch. Her body started to squirm under him, searching for more. He enjoyed fueling her need for release. They continued kissing while one of his fingers moves down, towards the edge of her shorts. Teasing along. He wanted to hear her gasp.
Clark slid his hands just under her thigh, pulling his lips away from her to take in her reaction. Diana closed her eyes, getting lost in the feeling. But then Clark pulled his hand back. He watched her open her eyes, looking disappointed. Before she had a chance to protest, his hand was back moving up between her legs, her inner thigh.
"I don't want to stop, but you're still wearing so much..." Clark whispered as he kissed her neck and teased between her legs.
"You're one to talk…." Diana whispered back.
Leaning into her and they kissed, wantonly. Diana's tongue all over Clark's but then she abruptly broke the kiss.
"Clark," she whispered, her eyes searching his.
"Yes, beautiful?"
"Undress me right now," she demanded.
"Yes, ma'am…" he chuckled.
Their laughter mingled, filling the room as Clark helped Diana slide her shorts down her long sexy legs. Her shorts hit the floor, and Diana bit her lip spreading her legs for him immediately. Clark could see the effect his teasing had had on her, already bucking her hips, wanting that attention.
Looking up at her, he grabbed her panties from her hips and pull them down. As the panties landed by her feet, with her red-painted toe nails, her toes curling slightly, Clark stood up in front of her.
Clark untied the drawstring of his sweats, and Diana cheekily tossed her bra aside in one impulsive movement.
Diana watched as Clark took off his clothes. His excitement for her was extremely evident. He leaned closer to her and Diana trailed her hands down his chest and abs.
Clark lifted her chin up, his thumb gently tracing her lips.
Clark then grabbed her hands and helped her stand up for a second, before turning her around, bending her over the arm.
With his hands on her hips, he slid in, on one smooth motion.
Clark loved how wild Diana got, how excited she felt. So warm, tight, his manhood sliding perfectly into her. How her body jolted with every thrust. The sounds that escaped her lips.
"Oh, yes, Kal! Gods, yes!"
Diana arched her back, thrusting back into him.
Clark thrust harder, Diana's moans rhythmically matching his. Her body was bouncing, dancing along to the pleasure.
"Diana…"
"Have me, Beloved. Yes!"
Clark caressed her ass, before moving his hand closer to her center. He craved so much of her and loved feeling her in the middle of ecstacy. When she can't hold back, he can't hold back either.
Diana's legs started to shake. Her moans echo, the sounds of their bodies clashing, mixing into a delicious symphony of pleasure. Clark had her in his arms, holding her up as she climaxed. He was still inside her, thrusting slower, deeper.
Her back arched again. He couldn't see her face, but Clark knew she was biting her lip in anticipation of what was coming next.
She whined as Clark eased out of her. He quickly turned her around and kissed her ecstatically. They continued pleasuring each other with their hands, Diana stroking his length as they made out, which, of course, leaves them both to exhale moans of joy and lust just before more hot and messy kisses.
Finally, Clark lifted Diana's whole body up in the air, leaving her to sit on where she belonged.
"My goodness!" She gasped and moaned. "Gods, you're so good!"
It didn't matter anymore whether Clark pulled her chest into his face or if Diana leaned toward him to feed his mouth her beautiful, breasts. Clark ambitiously latched his mouth onto her right, as they both sighed at the feeling of Diana sliding down on him.
Diana couldn't keep her mouth closed as she was being filled up all the way and shortly after, rammed until the only words that could leave her mouth are "yes" and inaudible curses to the gods in her native tongue.
They both were seemingly trying to one-up each other in arousal. When Clark thrust harder, Diana arched her back a little so she could kiss or rather lick his mouth in the hottest, messiest way, making him want her body even more. Diana fully leaned onto Clark's upper body, giving him full control over how deep, hard, fast, and strong he took her, where he wanted to take her and where she wanted to be taken.
As he was giving her hard, impulsive strokes, Diana moaningly exhaled a bit more with each stroke, until their faces finally just fell into each other, kissing passionately.
One of Clark's hands loses itself in her soft hair as he now lay her body down on the sofa, all whilst maintaining a connection between their lips. His other hand now gripped her upper thigh, so he could pull her ass toward him, on every thrust of his hips and steamingly hot length.
Diana bit down on Clark's neck in pure arousal. They exchange more kisses and loving words before Clark pulled Diana back up on his lap. As she rode him a bit more, Clark let out "Great Rao! I just can't get enough of you!"
And Diana look deep into his eyes and said, "The feel is all too mutual, Beloved".
Two…three…four more "Oh by the Gods, yes!"'s later, and Clark took over again. So overwhelmed by the sensation of her climax, Diana's hands didn't know where to hold themselves onto whilst getting her back being blown. Diana switched from his shoulders to his chest, to the couch cushion, to her own legs, to his legs, all while her moans began to turn into screams of joy.
"Please!" she repeated, begging in between her moans.
Clark was ready to give her all that he had left. Nothing else was on their minds, other than making love until their bodies reached maximum release and after an impressive powering-out of physical stamina, they both hit that point of the most intense sensation that two steamy and aroused bodies can do to each other.
Diana's entire body exploded. The combination of how good Diana looked and felt pushed Clark over the edge. He was filling her up, letting loose inside her.
"God, Diana!"
"Ah! Yes! Kal! Yes!"
Throbbing, twitching, he was still thrusting lazily into her, coming down from their high. Diana collapsed on his chest. Both panting.
Clark laughed softly while running his hands over her slick body.
"You have no idea how grateful I am to be able to let loose with you like that."
"Oh, I think I have a pretty good idea," Diana laughed softly planting gentle kisses along his neck as their breathing relaxed.
They laid together, still wrapped around each other silently. There was no need for words, they could just be. Clark was still playing with her hair, feeling the heat between their bodies slowly dissipate.
A few hours later…
The moonlight slipped through the curtains of their bedroom. Diana had awoken to see the clock: 2:30 AM
"Kal," she whispered softly.
When he doesn't answer, she realized he finally succumbed to sleep. She was lying with her back to him, in the glorious curve of his naked body. Not even a rumor of space was between them, his arm draped across her and his fingers on her thigh.
It's been more than an hour since he last took her over the edge again, yet the rush of feeling still coursed through Diana like a warm river. Not the intense moment of release, but a calm pulse that soothed her.
She thought back on what MasoaKin and Eros said about love, how it's the most powerful magic. It's definitely true to being more powerful than she ever imagined. Especially with what she has with Clark being a testament to its overwhelming power.
She opened her eyes as Clark shifted slightly, somehow pulling her even closer as his hand slid up around her waist. He murmured contentedly in his sleep. Diana shut her eyes again and concentrated on how he felt against her. His rock solid form but soft and heated skin, the soft thump of his heartbeat echoes like rapturous music through her senses. She could feel tears forming, prompted not by sadness but overwhelming joy and happiness.
Her body tensed slightly as she tried to overcome this tide of emotion. Is it possible to suffocate in utter euphoria?
Even in his dreaming state, Clark sensed the shift in Diana and awakened. "Are you okay, Di?"
"Yes," she said, her voice trembling slightly. "I'm sorry I woke you."
He moved back, pulling her around to face him. In the darkness of the room Diana wasn't sure he could see the glistening on her cheeks. He was looking at her in confusion.
"You don't ever have to apologize for anything," he said, and kissed the tip of her nose and then her face where the tears have fallen. "Talk to me, Di. Why are you crying?"
She didn't answer.
After a moment Clark gave her a mischievous smile.
"Hmmm, these must be tears of joy," he reasoned. Then said smugly, "Can't blame you. I'm a great catch."
Diana smiled. "You are. I was blessed to have such an amazing man in my life."
He looked like he was about to respond again, but instead moved forward to capture her lips in a slow, sensual kiss. That river inside started to rush again, but then he pulled back.
"You're glowing," he said. "My gorgeous moon Goddess. I'm the one that got lucky and was blessed to have you, Di." He ran a finger down her arm and over her hand. He then took her hand in his and placed it over his heart. "This is real. Us, in our new place, about to be married. I know that not everything will be perfect but you are perfect which makes everything all the better and we can and will make it through any and everything."
More tears spilled from Diana's eyes. Clark smiled gently wiping her tears. They just stare at each other for a minute.
Finally he said, "I love you."
"I love you, too."
He pulled her into an embrace, stroking her hair softly. Diana buried her face in his chest. Clark's heartbeat synced with hers, as they fell back to sleep, their dreams intertwined.
2 months later…Smallville, Kent Farm.
The sun hung low in the sky, casting a warm golden glow over the Kent Family Farm. The air smelled of freshly turned earth and the promise of new beginnings. The old red barn stood proud, its timeworn wood a silent witness to generations of Kents who had toiled here.
"Wow! The way Smallville is talked about, one would think it was some old run down shake. This is all so gorgeous!" Cat gushed.
"It's not all that," Lois said rolling her eyes.
"Come on, Lane. I can tell when you are lying. Be supportive for once."
"That has to be Diana's mom. She's hot!" Jimmy grinned practically drooling.
Cat and Lois rolled their eyes.
"This is lovely, isn't it, Bruce?" Selina Kyle asked.
Bruce quirked his brow. "Don't get any ideas."
"What? A little get away on the countryside might be nice. What we need."
"Hm…" Bruce's stoic expression softened, a rare smile tugging at his lips.
"I knew you'd agree," Selina winked and grinned.
"This is beautiful. I can't believe it's been 12 years since we first met Diana. She was our bridesmaids and now she's a blushing bride!" Etta leaned her head against Steve's shoulder.
Steve leaned his head against hers and grabbed her hand entwining their fingers.
Queen Hippolyta sat quietly awaiting for her daughter. Her eyes held pride and sorrow, the joy of seeing her daughter find love, and the ache of letting her go.
"My Queen," Hessia greeted sitting next to her.
"This day reminds me of the day Diana first left home."
"It is because this is yet another chapter of life for her and us all. Do not worry. Little Goddess will always have Themyscira in her heart."
"I'm glad that we have finally met, Queen Hippolyta," Martha whispered.
"It is a pleasure and please just call me Hippolyta," she smiled.
"Look at our boy," Martha beamed as she held onto Jonathan's hand. "So proud of them both!"
Clark Kent, in his simple yet elegant suit, stood at the edge of the wheat field, his heart racing. The Kansas sun kissed his skin, and he adjusted his glasses, unnecessary but comforting. Today, he wasn't Superman; he was just Kal…Clark, the Kryptonian farm boy who had found love in the most extraordinary of places, Diana's eyes.
She was breathtaking in her ivory silk deep V neck, backless chiffon wedding gown. The design was perfect for her exemplifying the true Goddess she is. Her dark hair cascading down her back like a waterfall. Her tiara sparkled, a testament to her royal lineage.
As the soft strains of a violin filled the air, Diana glided down the aisle, her steps graceful and deliberate. Her hand trembled slightly as she reached for Clark's, their fingers intertwining, squeezing each other's hands. The breeze carried the scent of honeysuckle, and the world seemed to hold its breath. They faced the officiant, a kindly old officiate who had married countless couples under this very oak tree.
"Friends, family, and honored guests," the officiate began, his voice carrying across the sun-drenched field. "We gather here today to witness the union of two remarkable souls. Clark Kent and Diana Prince."
Clark's gaze never wavered from Diana's. He remembered the first time he'd seen her, deflecting bullets with her bracelets, her determination etched into every line of her face. She was a fierce force of nature, and yet, as soft as a butterfly.
Diana's eyes shimmered with unshed tears and held a mixture of vulnerability and strength. She had fought gods and monsters, but this—this was her greatest battle. To open her heart fully, to trust in love, was a leap of faith she hadn't anticipated. But Clark had shown her that vulnerability was not weakness, it was the foundation of their bond.
The vows flowed from their lips, promises whispered against the backdrop of blooming flowers, ancient oaks, and the distant silhouette of the barn.
"Diana," Clark began, his voice steady, "from the moment I met you, I knew my life would never be the same. You are my light, my compass, my North Star. Your determination for the betterment of everyone and love for who we are inspires me. Your kindness humbles me. With you, I am more than the man I thought I could ever be." He smiled wider. "Honestly, no amount of words can even scratch the surface of describing how much you mean to me and the love I have for you. But with our family, our friends, and the gods themselves as our witnesses, I promise to stand by your side, to protect you, to cherish you, to love you until the stars burn out. I vow to be your partner, your confidant, and your biggest supporter."
A sing tear ran down Diana's cheek ans she squeezed his hands. "Clark," she said, her voice like a gentle breeze, "you are my equal, my match. Your humility, your unwavering belief in goodness, your respect and loyalty all has changed so much for me. You've shown me that love isn't a weakness; it's our greatest strength. Because of who we are, the challenges we face will be very difficult and unpredictable but together, we can and will overcome for the best. I vow to be your heart as you are mine. I vow to fight alongside you, to cherish every sunrise we'll share, and to love you fiercely. With you, I am at my best as the woman I am to be."
"Do you, Clark Kent, take Diana Prince to be your lawfully wedded wife?"
Clark's eyes never left hers. "I do," he vowed, sealing their fate.
"And do you, Diana Prince, take Clark Kent to be your lawfully wedded husband?"
Diana's heart swelled. "I do," she declared, her voice echoing through eternity.
And then came the moment, the exchange of rings. Clark slid a sterling silver wedding band, crafted with engravings of Kryptonian scribe, onto Diana's finger. She did the same for him with his band being of titanium with double strip sapphire blue enamel inlay and Ancient Greek scribe. The metal warmed against their skin, a symbol of eternity. Their eyes locked, and in that shared gaze, they saw a lifetime of adventures, laughter, and quiet moments enjoying their future family.
"By the power vested in me," the officiate intoned, "I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may-"
Before he could finish, Clark immediately leaned in, capturing Diana's lips in a kiss that tasted of forever.
"I love you," he whispered.
"And I love you," she replied, sealing their vows with another kiss.
Everyone erupted in applause, and the heavens themselves seemed to celebrate. As they walked hand in hand, petals rained down upon them.
Mount Olympus
Eros and MasoaKin raised their glasses of enchanted wine in celebration.
"For on this day, love had conquered all boundaries of time and space," MasoaKin said.
Smallville Banquet Hall
The hall was a vision—a sea of smiling faces, the elegant decor, lighting casting a soft glow upon the polished marble floor. The tables adorned with delicate centerpieces.
"I present to you all, Mr. And Mrs. Kent!" Tiffany said smiling at Clark and Diana who stood hand in hand at the entrance.
Clark couldn't tear his eyes away from Diana. Her smile radiated so much joy. His heart swelled with love for this incredible woman who had captured his soul.
Diana, too, felt the weight of the moment. They were embarking on a new adventure together. Her hand trembled slightly in his, but she drew strength from his unwavering gaze.
There was an eruption of applause as they made their way to the center of the room. The dance floor beckoned, waiting the newlyweds to take their first steps as husband and wife, bathed in a soft glow.
As Clark lead Diana over to the dance floor, he could hear the soft clicks of her heels, and watched her dress sway as she walked, brushing along the floor. He smiled adoringly at her, as he continued to walk backwards with her until they reached the centre. She beamed up at him, her eyes twinkling. He then brought her hand up to his lips planting a kiss then pulled her closer to him, wrapping an arm around her waist as he took her other in his hand, letting their intertwined fingers stay close to their shoulders, as the soft notes of the instrumental played, signifying the start of the song.
They danced slowly, under the dim lit area, listening to the song. It was a song that spoke to their hearts with every single meaningful word. They stared into each other's eyes, as if they were blind to the other's watching them lovingly.
"Clark," Diana whispered, her lips brushing against his ear. "This still feels so unreal."
He chuckled. "I know. 3 years ago…it didn't seem possible. But here we are."
Their dance was a slow waltz. Each step was deliberate, as if they were imprinting their love onto the very floor. The guests watched in awe, their hearts swelling with the beauty of it all.
"I'm married to my best friend," Clark whispered, his voice a velvet caress. "The most gorgeous woman in the universe."
Diana eyes shined more. "And my husband is my best friend. A young Amazon who was told a love like this only existed in books, but it's our reality. My incredible handsome man of the stars I love so much."
The room seemed to hold its breath as they twirled. Clark's glasses were perched on his nose, but Diana saw through them, the man behind the disguise, the hero who had saved the world countless times. She loved him for his honesty, his compassion, and the way he looked at her as if she were the sun itself.
As the song ended, Clark dipped Diana low, and she laughed, her joy infectious. He pressed his lips to hers. The crowd cheered, and Diana blushed, her cheeks matching the hue of her bouquet.
They moved to the head table, where their family and friends awaited.
The evening continued with heartfelt toasts, delicious food, laughter and more dancing.
Queen Hippolyta, regal and poised, sat observing the other guests mingling, their laughter and chatter filling the air. But her eyes kept returning to the couple at the center of it all.
Diana, radiant in her gown, danced with Clark. His glasses were now nowhere to be seen, revealing the kind eyes that had captured her daughter's heart. They moved gracefully, as if the world around them faded into insignificance.
Queen Hippolyta approached them, her heart both heavy and elated. She had raised Diana, molded her into the fierce warrior and compassionate leader she was today. But now, her daughter was embarking on a new journey.
"Diana," Queen Hippolyta said, her voice steady, "may I have a moment with you?"
Diana smiled at Clark and excused herself. The queen led her to a secluded corner of the hall, away from prying eyes.
"Mother," Diana began, "I know this is difficult for you. But Clark and I—"
"—are meant for each other," Queen Hippolyta finished. "I see it, my dear. The way he looks at you, his loyalty to you, I cannot deny the love I see."
Diana's eyes softened and she embraced her mother. "Thank you so much, Mother." As she pulled back her gaze shifted to Clark, who was now talking with Barry and Iris. "He's nervous, you know," she said. "He wanted to speak with you."
Hippolyta chuckled. "Nervous? The man who faces intergalactic threats and supervillains is nervous about speaking to his mother-in-law?"
"Mother-in-law, who, just a little over 6 months ago, had him go into a cave powerless to fight a lion and gives him a look of death," Diana said. "Oh, and let's not forget the threats of using your ax."
The queen studied her daughter and smiled. "You've chosen well, Diana. Kal-El is a man of a noble heart."
Diana took her mother's hand. "I love you, Mother, so much. Thank you for you understanding and your acceptance."
Hippolyta leaned in, and kissed Diana's forehead, "My daughter, that smile of yours and your happiness is what matters to me most of all. I'm still learning myself but of course, I will never apologize for protecting you but you have chosen your path and I will support you no matter what."
Hippolyta and Diana went back to Clark.
"Your Hi-" Clark began until he saw Hippolyta raise her brow. "Hippolyta," he corrected. "May I have this dance?"
"Yes, you may."
Clark looked at Diana who gave him an assuring wink.
Hippolyta led Clark through intricate steps, her movements both graceful and powerful. Their feet glided effortlessly across the marble floor. But Hippolyta could sense Clark's nervousness. Her eyes, ancient and wise, Clark tried not to look directly at her, his nerves getting the better of him.
"Kal-El," Queen Hippolyta said, her voice low and melodic, "you are not just my daughter's husband. You are an honorary representative of Themyscira. Dance like one."
Clark looked at her shocked. When Hippolyta smiled at him, he took a deep breath and exhaled relaxing.
"Kal-El, speak now."
"I don't deserve her."
"No, you don't."
Clark looked down.
"But I don't suppose anyone deserves my daughter. However…"
Clark looked at her again anticipating what she would say next.
"At least you've done your diligence of trying and have succeeded."
Clark smiled warmly. "Hippolyta, I love Diana. I'm bery much in love with her. I know I hurt her but it was never intentional. I thought that I was protecting her. I went about it all wrong but I have learned from all of that. I know that I still don't have one hundred percent of your trust, but I'll do everything to gain that back from you and the Amazons. I just want to be the man I know I am for Diana."
"We've all made mistakes. You know that Diana and I have our disagreements and sometimes can cause a strain because I admit, I am a mother overprotective of her child. Diana is my one and only daughter. My pride and joy. So I very well understand, Kal-El. The mistakes that we make don't define us. What we do to recover from those mistakes and the lessons we take away from the experience is what matters. The way I see it, you've understood how to correct the course. A man who can be honest, and show ownership as you have, yes, Kal-El, you are worthy of my daughter. I accept you, as the man who will stand by her side. Our traditions may differ, but love transcends them all. Just protect my daughter, her heart and happiness, that's all I ask."
"With my life. I can promise you that."
Hippolyta leaned in to embrace him and he embraced her back.
Diana gasped and tears of happiness welled up in her eyes watching the two most important people in her life make amends.
Hippolyta and Clark walked back over to her. Hippolyta took Diana's hand and placed it in Clark's.
"I am proud of both of you."
"Thank you, Hippolyta."
"Thank you, Mother."
Hippolyta knew that this union was not just about two individuals, it was about bridging worlds, forging alliances, and celebrating love in all its forms.
It was time for Clark and Diana to cut the cake. This five-tiered wedding cake was a flourish of white and gold sugar flowers, trellising upwards through the layers.
Clark and Diana stepped forward, their hands clasped. The crowd hushed as they picked up the large knife. Together, they sliced through the cake, revealing layers white buttercream.
They both took a piece, lifting it delicately, eyes locking with each other's. They fed each other, the sweetness of the cake mingling with the obvious sexual tension between.
Diana smiled seductively, her lips brushing against his. Clark smirked and immediately deepened the kiss.
"Alright, Alright! We get it. You two have all night alone for that," Hal said making everyone laugh.
Clark and Diana smiled sheepishly.
While everyone was enjoying the cake and mingling more, it was time for Clark and Diana to head to their next destination for the night.
The room fell silent as Clark cleared his throat.
"Diana and I want to thank you all for gracing us with your presence and support on our very special day."
Diana's eyes sparkled as she continued, her accent weaving magic into her words. "Our journey has been one of discovery. Through this whirlwind, we've forged this special bond from the very beginning. We've learned so much, grown together, and will continue building an even stronger partnership."
Clark raised his glass. "To love and new beginnings," he said.
Diana echoed, "love and new beginnings."
2 hours later…. Nimluxurime
"Welcome back to Nimluxurime, Kal-El of Krypton and Diana of Themyscira!" Sef greeted happily. "An official congratulations is in order for you both!"
"Thank you, Sef!" They said in unison.
"MasoaKin and I have made the appropriate accommodations. Enjoy your special night and your stay here."
As Sef walked away, Clark picked up Diana.
"Kal!" she laughed.
"I've been wanting to do this for so long."
He carried her in their room.
"Here we are again," he said setting her down.
"Yes, here we are again. But this time, there's no spell. The room is still the same and so lovely but it feels different."
Clark drew his bride into his arms and lifted her up against his body to capture her lips.
"We are doing this right. This planet, this room is where it all started for us to fight to get back to where we are suppose to be…together. I'll keep saying it, everything that we went through, I'm grateful for it all because I have you."
Tears ran down Diana's face. "Fate has its twisted ways but it needed to happen because we were able to truly realize how precious and important what we have is. The world is beautiful but still full of harshness. We have to protect ourselves…protect our love."
"I promise you, we will. Whatever comes our way, we will fight together. We deserve our happiness. I love you, my gorgeous wife."
"I love you, too, my handsome husband."
Clark captured her lips again and kissed her slowly, deeply, his tongue making contact with hers in fuller and fuller passes. Diana moaned as the kisses grew more fevered, wetter, more intoxicating. Clark felt his heart thudding in his chest, and he grew harder with every sound that came from Diana's throat. He pressed his thighs against hers, and felt her press back.
"So beautiful," Clark breathed.
He felt Diana's arms wrap around his neck, her hands tangling in his hair. He plunged into her mouth again, sucking and tasting her, fueling his desire with every pass of his mouth over hers.
"Kal…"
"I know…" he chuckled.
Diana giggled. "You know me so well."
"Course! And well…I've been thinking about it, too. As beautiful as your dress is, especially you in it, I need you out of it."
Clark pulled the dress down her arms, and watched her full breasts burst from their restraints. Diana stepped out of her dress that was pooled on the floor.
Clark inhaled deeply, taking in the beauty of her just in her then lace thong. An inviting smile curves her full and pouty lips, red as roses, and her perfume fills the air. Her husband takes her hand, and their ringed fingers entwine as his other arm he loops around her, drawing her towards him. Their kiss is passionate, yet gentle.
He passed trembling hands over her beautiful breasts and bent his head and sucked on the taut nipples, then blew on them, making Diana shiver. He raised his head and looked at her.
Diana breathed in, barely able to think past the feelings that were engulfing her. Clark smiled at her, and kissed her shoulders and bending once more to her heavy breasts.
The areoles were soft to the touch, and the nipples stood at attention stiffly, waiting for his touch, wanting it. He licked and sucked them, caressing them with his hands when he kissed his way back up her throat to her shoulders, then to her cheeks, before settling on her mouth. Tongues, as hearts, met in passionate connection, and Clark groaned with desperate longing.
Diana pulled off his suit jacket and began to unbutton his shirt. Frantic hands undressed him, and Clark kicked aside shoes, socks, pants, boxer briefs, before taking her trembling hands and placing them on the evidence of his need for her.
"Every time we touch, every time I think about you, every time we kiss," he said passionately. "I will always love you, Diana, with every part of me." His voice grew thicker with each word.
He raised her hands to his lips, kissing them and pulling her into him. He kissed her gently on the cheeks, then lifted her up, taking her to the large bed. He placed her in the center and sank down beside her.
Her breasts bounced with the deep breaths of her excitement; her man can feel her pulse racing as he caressed them.
Sweet moans part the silence as he ran his fingers across her nipples, then slid one into his hungry mouth. Her back arches with pleasure as he smiled around her breast at the taste of her. Now his hands were free to roam, to explore the curve of her ass. Heart-shaped, firm and bouncy, and all of it for him. His fingers sink into her bountiful cheeks as he squeezed them. His wife gasped and bursted out laughing.
"You silly man!"
"I'm your silly man."
"Mmhh…that you are."
Her heart pounds as his hungry mouth swaps to the other breast, as his hands roam all over her; her own fingers entwine themselves in his hair, then scritch along his back.
Gods, this was wonderful and Diana wanted more.
So she wrapped her sexy legs around her husband, squeezing tight, urging him on. His treatment of her nipples became more intense and she loved every second. But there are other places that need his mouth's attention, so she guided his head up and out of her bountiful cleavage towards her face. His kisses ran up her breasts and beyond, she felt them like a vampire's bite upon her neck, and whimpers at the feel of it. Then their lips meet once again.
Their tongues dance together, taking turns dominating, breathless in their passion.
Their lips part again and they gulped down air, staring into one another's eyes. Clark was poised above her, every inch of him tense with desire, whilst she lay below invitingly with her soft raven black tresses spread out over plump white pillows. Time seemed to hang still.
It was then that Clark's hand slipped down to her inside thigh, and drew the lacy thong she wore aside. He slid it over her hips, her firm thighs, her slender legs, and let it fall to the floor like everything else. Then he leaned over her again and kissed her once more, whilst his finger found her entrance and neatly slips inside.
She gasped into his mouth and bucked her hips against his hand, only for his lips to claim hers with redoubled intensity. The pleasure made her writhe and squeal, but she knew this was only the beginning.
One leg slid up his side, her soft foot tickling his body.
She twisted herself in his embrace.
She felt her husband hiss into her mouth, felt his body tremble, and giggled inwardly at the response. It felt good to make him gasp, to make him feel some of the pleasure he's giving her. There was something else waiting for her, something bigger and stronger. She feels giddy just thinking about it. The thought makes her lust spike, puts a needy edge on her kisses.
Withdrawing his now soaking finger, he ran it over her neat little folds, seeking out the seat of her desire. He wasn't long in finding it; a firm little nub, engorged with her arousal. He strokes it gently, steadily. Breaking the kiss, he trailed his kisses down her body. He pushed her legs apart and kissed her in that most intimate and sacred of places, and Diana cried out his name.
"Kal!"
He licked her, once, twice, again and again, making her come in a crashing explosion of feeling.
"Oh, Gods! Kal!" she cried out again.
He lets his wondrful wife voice her pleasure, squealing and gasps and sweet little whimpers filling the air.
Diana squirmed and writhed under his sensual assault, and wanted to make him feel what she was feeling.
"Kal, I want ..." she paused.
"What do you want, Di?" he asked, pressing wet kisses around her navel, licking his way up her abdomen to her breasts.
"I want to touch you, too," she said. Her eyes widened at the lust that flared out at her when he looked at her.
"I'm all yours," he encouraged her, rolling to her side and pulling her on top of him.
Diana looked down at the big broad body under her, and watched the dimple in his cheek grow deeper as he smiled at her. He took her hand and placed it on his twitching erection. It felt so good to touch him, and she smoothed her hands up and down, then circled it, then tightened her grip and repeated the motion. She felt Clark stiffening under her hands, and watched his face to see what he was feeling. His eyes had drifted shut, and his cheekbones were flushed with color. He swallowed when she tightened her grip again.
Clark almost shot off the bed, but the sound he made was smothered by Diana's kiss.
"Diana…" he growled, opening his eyes and looking straight into hers.
The power of love that she held over this man who was hers as surely as she was his was incredible.
"Take me, Husband…"
Clark flipping her over on her back and mounted her.
Their eyes locked for what seemed to be an eternal moment as Diana accepted his manhood. Tense and tight as she was with anticipation, the oceans of her arousal let him slide within without protest, even as his girth stretched her pretty petals out. They moan together in ecstasy, both shaking, joined at last.
She was the most soft, snug and deliciously tight thing in the universe. He was a huge, throbbing, steely-hard fulfilment with every thrust. The pair of them were in heaven. They held hands, wedding rings glinting as Clark began to move inside of her, two bodies becoming one in the night. The two of them quickly find their rhythm. Clark's thrusts became steady, meeting her rolling hips with every downward stroke.
Her pleasure was building steadily, excitement quickening as she rose, soared high, trusting in the ultimate fulfilment. Clark felt the promise of bliss walking the edge like a tightrope, willing to go on forever if that's what it takes to please his wife. The sound of the joy he gave her, the smell of her perfume and her warm, sweet skin, the feel of her wrapped around him as he made love to her was overwhelming.
But it was the happiness on her face that he loved the most. He felt detached from the world and engulfed in her beauty all at once, as if she was putting him in a trance.
Diana was so close…almost there. One last act, one more little push would take her higher than the clouds and over the edge into ecstasy. She arched her back and stared needy at her husband.
And then she was there. She screamed, throwing back her head, thrashing and trembling in the sheets. Tears were in her eyes from the sheer glorious bliss of it all. It's almost too much for her husband to take but he makes it, stays steadfast, rocking within her through her orgasm until the tremors of pleasure subside. It was his duty to make this night the best he possibly could for her.
And when she was done she grabbed him and pulled him down atop her, wrapped long legs around him as tightly as she could, and whispered her love into his ear.
Clark's thrusts became frantic, losing their rhythm, speeding up until he's a bucking, thrashing mess of a man.
"Oh, Gods! Yes!" Diana cried out uncontrollably, feeling more waves washed over her as she came again.
He could not seem to stop himself from plunging into her sweet depths, as he fell over the ragged edge and joined her in heaven.
As he brought Diana to another climax, the sensations were soaring through them both. He erupted into her, losing every drop he had, pressing her down into the soft mattress and striving frantically to get as far inside her, as close to her as he possibly can. He roars his voice ringing out loud and desperate in the night as he reaches his peak.
"Diana! Ah!"
"Yes! Yes! Yes!"
"God, Di!"
"Beloved!"
He fell into her arms panting, spent, gasping for breath as hard as she was.
"Di, I love you so much," he whispered, pressing wet kisses on her dampened skin, and finally took her mouth, loving the feel of her tongue on his. He hugged her tighter and pushed against her.
"I love you, too, Kal. I love you with everything in me."
Still gulping in heavy breaths, the reality of it hits them. They've consummated their marriage.
"We're married," they both whispered at once, laughing as their words crash into one another.
There are happy tears in their eyes. The beautiful Goddess settled into her husband's arms, snuggling up against him.
Clark took her hand in his. As their fingers entwined, their rings softly clinked together.
"Perfect," he said.
"Yes...We are perfect together," Diana replied as they kissed deeply.
2 years later…. L'Amour Soul Bistro
Diana Kent sat in a corner, her fingers tracing delicate patterns on the rim of her water glass. The soft glow of the bistro's chandeliers danced in her eyes, casting a warm hue on her face. Outside, raindrops tapped against the glass, a gentle rhythm that matched the fluttering of her heart.
She'd just come back from Themyscira earlier that day and decided for them to have a dinner out. She had planned something special, a surprise for him that was a true testament of the love and bond they share, a gift that would bind them even tighter.
Flashback
The sun dipped low over the crystal waters of Themyscira, casting a golden path across the lagoon. Diana stood at the water's edge, her heart fluttering like a captured butterfly. The island paradise, her home, held secrets within its lush foliage—secrets whispered by the ancient trees and echoed by the waves.
"Are you alright, Diana?" Hippolyta asked.
Diana sighed then couldn't help but laugh at herself. "I'm just going through a lot of mixed emotions. I don't even know if it's true but part of me is so excited but the other is so nervous."
Hippolyta smiled. "Well, that comes with it if this has truly come to pass. Don't worry, Diana. You have me, your sisters, and Ka-El."
An Elder Amazon, Althema, approached Diana. Her silver hair flowed like moonlight, and her eyes held the wisdom of centuries. She was a fierce warrior, yet her gaze softened when it fell upon Diana.
"Diana," Althema said, her voice a gentle breeze, "the lagoon speaks to those who listen."
Diana furrowed her brow. "What do you mean?"
Althema gestured toward the water. "Look closely, child. See how the ripples form patterns, a dance of life. The lagoon knows your heart's secrets."
Diana followed Althema's gaze. The water shimmered, revealing glimpses of memories—the battles she'd fought, the love of her life, and the longing that tugged at her soul. Diana waded into the lagoon. The water embraced her ankles, cool and comforting. She closed her eyes, listening to its whispers, the echoes of generations, the promise of a future.
"You seek answers," Althema continued. "And the lagoon provides."
Diana's hand rested on her abdomen, where a quiet fire burned. The signs were undeniable: the subtle changes in her body, the way her senses heightened. She was an Amazon, yet this miracle transcended even their ancient lineage.
"Althema," Diana whispered.
The Elder Amazon nodded, her eyes crinkling at the corners. "Life stirs within you, Diana. A new chapter unfolds."
Flashback End
As Diana sipped her water, memories flooded her mind. Their first meeting, the stolen glances during Justice League meetings, their eyes locking across the room, a silent promise of something more, through all the ups and downs. It had all been worth so much of everything.
She smiled, her heart fluttering like a trapped butterfly.
The door chimed.
"Welcome to L'Amour Soul Bistro!"
"Reservation for Kent," she heard his voice and her breath caught. There he was, her husband, glasses perched on his nose, but she could see through within those soulful ocean blue eyes. He was dressed in a light taupe short sleeve crewneck that showed off his godly muscular physique with dark grey slacks. He scanned the room, and when his gaze met hers, time stood still.
He approached, his smile tentative yet full of longing.
"Diana," he said.
He was taken aback by her beauty as she stood up.
"You look breathtaking as always."
She was wearing a maroon off shoulder split hem dress.
"Thank you," she replied, "And you are handsome as ever. I've missed you."
He kissed her softly and pulled her into an embrace.
"I've missed you more," he whispered. "How was your visit home?"
"It was lovely and well the reason I wanted to come out for dinner tonight."
He quirked his brow. "Okay… now I have to know what happened. You sounded nervous over the phone earlier. Was it about Hippolyta attending the summit?"
"No, it's nothing like that."
"What's making you so nervous, Di?" He asked concerned as he pulled out the chair across from her and sat down.
"It's a good nervous. Exciting. Celebratory. But let's eat first then I will tell you. I already ordered for us."
The restaurant hummed with soft chatter, but in that moment, it was just the two of them.
"So tell me about your space trip!" Diana smiled.
"Well it was Lobo trying to kidnap a Princess for a betrothed wedding."
"Oh, really? Maxima?" Diana questioned jokingly.
"Geesh! If it was Maxima it would be the other way around of saving Lobo. Or you know maybe those two would get along in a twisted way."
Diana laughed. Her laughter, a melody Clark cherished, filled the space between them.
The waiter served their dishes, grilled salmon for Diana and a hearty steak for Clark.
Among the soft murmur of other diners and the clinking of cutlery created an intimate ambiance, Clark and Diana's conversations flowed effortlessly, listening to each other intently. It was also the stolen glances, flirtatious smiles and the way their hands brushed that spoke volumes.
As the evening wore on, Diana's heart raced. She had rehearsed the words a hundred times in her mind, but now that the moment had arrived, her courage wavered.
"Clark," Diana began, her voice steady. "I have something to tell you."
He leaned in, curiosity etching lines on his forehead. "What is it, Diana?"
She took a deep breath, her hand resting gently on her abdomen.
Clark sensed her nervousness again. He moved his chair to be by her side and Clark pressed his lips to Diana's forehead.
"Hey, Di, tell me. It's okay."
She was already on the verge of tears and her lips curved into a smile. "Clark, Kal…my Love. I'm so proud of being your wife. We are a team…always and forever."
Clark nodded, his gaze never leaving hers. "And I'm proud to be your husband, Di. Every step of the way, whatever comes...we are in this together."
Diana took a deep breath and reached for a gift bag she had by her foot under the table and handed it to him.
"You didn't have to get me anything, Diana."
"Well…coming home earlier, I took a detour to the mall. I wanted to get something for this occasion and this was the first thing that caught my eye. I knew that it was meant to be."
Clark reached into the gift bag, taking out a crisp blue shirt. But it wasn't just any shirt—it bore the words "Dad to Be" in bold white letters and little footprints. His eyes widened, and he looked up at Diana, realization dawning.
"You're…" His voice cracked, and he swallowed hard. "You're pregnant?"
Diana nodded, tears streaming down her face. "Yes. Multiple tests with Hessia and Althema confirmed it. We're finally going to have our baby."
Clark's excitement bubbled over. He stood up abruptly, nearly knocking over his chair.
"Oh, Goodness!" Diana jumped slightly surprised. "What are you doing?!"
The other diners turned to look, but he didn't care. He raised his arms, and his voice boomed through the restaurant.
"I'm going be a Dad!" he announced, his voice carrying to every corner.
The room erupted in applause and cheers. The waitstaff clapped, and even the chef peeked out from the kitchen, grinning. Diana blushed, feeling both embarrassed and elated. She stood up, and Clark enveloped her in a tight embrace and kissed her passionately.
"I can't believe it," he whispered into her ear. "We're going to be parents."
Clark's mind raced, processing the enormity of her words. The thoughts were both exhilarating and terrifying. But mostly, it was pure joy.
Diana laughed, tears streaming down her face. "I know. It's overwhelming."
He kissed her all over her face and then captured her lips again. He was already feeling the weight of responsibility and joy settle upon his shoulders.
"You're amazing, Diana. Our kid is going to have the most incredible mother."
"Going to have the most incredible father as well."
They sat back down, hand in hand.
"How do you feel?" Clark asked, his voice gentle.
"A mixture of emotions. Excited, a little scared, and utterly in love," she confessed. "But mostly excited."
Looking into Clark's eyes, she knew they could handle anything together. He kissed her, pouring all his emotions into that single moment.
The rest of the evening was a blur of congratulations and well-wishes. Diana's heart swelled with love for this man who was so tender and excited about their little miracle.
As they left the restaurant, Clark whispered, "I love you, Diana."
She smiled, turning to him and took his hand placing it over her still-flat stomach and rested her hand over his. "And I love you, Kal-El."
He saw the love shining in her eyes bright than the moon. He wrapped his other arm around her, holding her close.
"Our news is already out," he laughed. "Seems a snippet of my outburst of excitement is circulating fast."
"Are you okay with that?" Diana asked.
"Of course! The world is going to celebrate with us! Our son or daughter isn't going to feel the need to hide like I did. They are going to be brought into this world knowing how loved they are no matter what anyone else has to say."
Diana tilted her head back, her lips inches from his. "And the love they'll know," she said. "The love between us."
"We got this," he murmured against her hair. "Every battle we've fought through has prepared us for this."
Their lips met, a promise sealed in warmth and tenderness. The world faded away, leaving only the two of them, connected by hearts filled with hope and wonder guided by love, and a future they could already glimpse.
Epilogue 5 years later…
Clark and Diana Kent sat side by side on a fluffy cumulus cloud, their legs dangling over the edge. The sky stretched infinitely around them, a canvas of blues and pinks as the sun dipped toward the horizon. Their daughter, little Olympia Anaïs Kent, flitted about like a tiny comet, her laughter echoing through the expanse.
"Look Mommy, Daddy, I fly faster!"
"Just don't go too far, Sweetheart."
"Okay, Mommy!"
"Look at her," Clark said, his voice filled with such adoration. "Our little butterfly."
Diana's eyes followed Olympia flight. The four-year-old had inherited her mother and father's grace, curiosity and love for adventure. Her raven hair streamed behind her as she looped around a cloud, giggling. Krypto, their loyal direwolf hound, barked playfully, chasing after her.
"She's fearless," Diana replied, brushing her fingers against Clark's. "A little stubborn, and such a ball of energy and pure happiness."
Clark leaned closer, his lips grazing her temple. "We've come a long way, haven't we?"
Diana smiled. "We have. A very long way. And we still have a long journey ahead."
Clark took a deep breath, the words tumbling out like a confession. "Diana, I know that we are far passed what we had to go through, but, at idle times I can't help but think of what if we didn't fight through the trial and gave up."
"I think about it, too, sometimes. We couldn't give up because no matter what, you and I are bound together by destiny…fate. Always have been, always will be. We are drawn together by forces beyond our understanding. Olympia is proof of that."
Diana leaned against him, her head on his shoulder. They fell silent, watching Olympia dive toward a cloud, her tiny fists outstretched. Krypto barked encouragement, his tail wagging.
Olympia then swooped down, landing on the cloud beside them. Her eyes sparkled with mischief.
"Mommy, Daddy, watch this!" She spread her arms and spun, creating a miniature whirlwind. "Woah" she said laughing at herself feeling slightly dizzy.
Clark and Diana laughed.
"You are such an adorable little character." Diana pulled Olympia into her lap.
Olympia grinned looking up at Diana. Diana leaned down and kissed her forehead.
"Daddy, can we go to the special zoo tomorrow?"
"Course! I actually have some special surprises to show both of you."
Olympia gasped. "Surprise?! I like surprises, Daddy!" Olympia then yawned and rubbed her eyes.
"It's time for someone to take a nap."
"Take a nap here in the sky."
Diana nodded and cradled her daughter.
Olympia's eyes fluttered closed, heavy with innocent dreams, as she listened to the soft murmur of her parents' voices.
"She truly has your spirit," Clark said as he reached to gently caress his daughter's cheek then brushed his hand against the soft curls of her hair. "We have sacrificed so much. We deserve this. All the hardships were worth it because we have our little girl."
"She's our miracle, Clark." Diana leaned into him, their foreheads touching.
Clark reached for Diana's hand, intertwining their fingers. "I'm so grateful," he said. "For you, for her, our life together."
Diana pressed her lips to his. "And I'm grateful for you," she whispered.
Their daughter sighed in her sleep, a contented sound that echoed through their hearts.
Together, they gazed at the sky. And in that quiet moment, Clark and Diana understood that their special bond was about nurturing a legacy of hope, devotion, and pure honest love.
As the night deepened, Clark whispered, "I love you, Diana."
"And I love you, Clark," she replied. "Forever and always."
He brushed his thumb over her lips. "Forever and always."
Clark captured her lips in a kiss that held years of longing, of battles fought, victories won and the forging of a special bond. Their lips moved together, a dance of passion and tenderness. Clark's hand cradled Diana's cheek, and she melted into him, their hearts beating in sync, their souls forever entwined.
End.
