They are talking about their live which made Izuku and Izuka laught at their stuff. As Izuka and Izuku bonded as siblings.

Izuka: and that's how we meet.

But what they didn't know he had evidence so he kinda knew his time was coming to an end. He wanted Izuku to be protected so he went toward the President and gave him a piece of evidence he had from a job he did. He told him if his son ever gets into trouble he has a hacker friend that would publish all of this around the world. They didn't had a choice but to comply. Izuku didn't know that Frank knew his time was short. So basically they gave the three of us Diplomatic Immunity.

Nezu: that's how.

Izuka: they did pay us for those jobs and we invest some spend some or given it away anymous of course.

Inko: can you please tell me how was he after

Izuku: Frank's dead horrible he really love that man like a father. To be honest he was an amazing guy whose world was taken from him when they took his wife and son. He was a man that where he went was a path of destruction. But meeting Izuku it change and tone it down for him. They both save each other from their destruction.

Izuka: I know what you did Izumi I might not agree what you did. But you were a child you weren't thinking but you had to accept whatever Izuku choices.
