Out of everything that Miguel had ever had to deal with. A heroic Doc Ock wasn't what he expected to. Especially one that was a teenage girl. One that for the past three weeks she'd been in HQ, he'd kept a careful eye on. For the first week, it had been to make sure she was on the level. That this young 'Octa' or Octavia wasn't planning something stupid.

When nothing happened within those first three weeks of her being there, he relaxed. For the most part. She did nothing wrong at all. Nor did she seem to want to. All Octavia did were the tasks on a list that he had given her. Fixing the small machines within his supervision. Never doing more than what Miguel was entirely comfortable with. Or even beginning to disobey his demands.

And Octavia did it all without a single complaint.

Did it well as well. The young teen even took Mayday off his back when he needed to finish a task. Giving him a much-needed break from the little Parker. In fact, it was kind of nice. Being able to finish things he needed done. Lyla didn't allow him to forget this either. That the young teen was good with the infant Parker. How much the little Parker liked her as well. And the infant seemed to have a good sense of judgment when it came to others. If Mayday and Peter trusted her.

Why couldn't he?

It was hard to not trust her when Octavia hadn't done anything wrong. Miguel found himself slowly warming up to the young teenager. Slowly giving her tasks that didn't require his supervision to do. And making sure that she stayed on task at a distance. Not wanting to be smothering or to give her too much wiggle room. When he came looking for her today, he was surprised to see her with her head down on a table. Head laying on her arms and he could hear the sound of her regular breathing. Walking up to her quietly he found that Octavia had fallen asleep. Possibly passed out after doing today's task.

Miguel sighed as he opened a nearby closet. Getting a blanket out and walking back over to the sleeping teenager. Draping it over Octavia's shoulders with a small smile on his face. Figuring he would wake her up in a couple of hours. If she was this tired, then there was no harm in letting her sleep.
