Insert Elmo's World Theme, but Elmo is replaced with Zoey.

Zoey: TIME TO GET UP AND MOVE WITH ME! HERE IS EXERCISE! JUMP! JUMP!

Transitions to Zoey's World.

Zoey: HI! I'm so HAPPY TO SEE YOU. AND TURN AND STRETCH! SO IS DOROTHY. SAY HELLO, DOROTHY.

Dorothy does just that before cutting back to Zoey.

Zoey: (playing jump rope) Here's a clue to what I'm thinking about today. It's pretty fun isn't it?

[WHISTLE BLOWS]

Zoey: (after opening the door) Woah! Marathoners. (closes the door back) That's right, EXERCISE! You know, WAYS TO MOVE TO STAY HEALTHY AND STRONG.

It then transitions to the following clips.

1. Some marathoners from Phineas and Ferb

2. Caillou racing with Clementime

3. Kids on a playground (three of these)

4. The Teen Titans (2013 version) riding bikes

5. Lynn Loud and her friends roller skating

6. Kimi Finster and her friends then the kids from Canterlot High School and Crystal Prep Academy playing soccer

7. The season 2 cast of Zoom (1999 version) playing tag

8. Lola Loud ice skating

It then transitions back to Zoey's World.

Zoey: Hey look! Dorothy HAS BEEN THINKING ABOUT EXERCISE, TOO. DOROTHY ASKS, "HOW DO PEOPLE EXERCISE?" LET'S WATCH MR. NOODLE.

It then cuts to Zoey by the shade

Zoey: Hey look. THE SHADE IS EXERCISING, TOO! (giggles) good exercise shade.

The shade opens, but Mr. Noodle is not there, confusing Zoey.

Zoey: WHERE IS HE? (Mr. Noodle then appears) LOOK! IT'S MR. NOODLE'S BROTHER-MR. NOODLE. Mr. Noodle, HOW DO YOU EXERCISE?

It then shows Mr. Noodle putting on a headband, which Zoey finds GOOD FOR EXERCISING.

Zoey: O.K.? GO FOR IT!

[KIDS LAUGHING]

Zoey: THAT'S YOUR MUSTACHE!

MOVE SOMETHING ELSE. EXERCISE YOUR BODY.

[KIDS LAUGHING]

Zoey: THAT'S JUST YOUR PINKIE.

Kids: EXERCISE YOUR WHOLE BODY.

THOSE ARE YOUR EARS, MR. NOODLE!

Kids: THAT'S NOT RIGHT!

Zoey: EXERCISE MORE PARTS OF YOUR BODY.

Kids: MOVE YOUR ARMS.

Mr. Noodle moves his arms, then moves his legs, waist and head as told.

Zoey: NOW MOVE ALL PARTS OF YOUR BODY.

Girl: HE'S DANCING.

Boy: MOVE ALL THE PARTS OF YOUR BODY!

Zoey: HA! Mr. Noodle. Dorothy wants to ask someone else. How do you exercise?

It transitions to Lisa Loud breakdancing.

Lisa; Hi Dorothy. I like exercising by dancing to rap music. (dances around a bit more)

It then transitions to Ronnie Anne at a skate park.

Ronnie Anne: I EXERCISE BY SKATEBOARDING. (shreds a bit) SEE, DOROTHY?

Zoey: Thank you, Dorothy. NOW I'M GOING TO ASK A BABY.

Zoey meets the baby and asks how it exercises. The baby shows an example, which Zoey thanks for doing before leaving.

It then transitions back to Zoey's World.

Zoey: Now, I have a question for you. HOW MANY BIKE RIDERS CAN RIDE THIS BIKE?

Zoey and kids: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, AND 10!

Zoey: THERE'S A CHICKEN! THAT'S 10 BIKE RIDERS. GOOD COUNTING, EVERYONE! AND GREAT EXERCISING.

We now see Zoey by the picture of her parents. She wants to know what can and can't exercise. The only problem: the drawer was nowhere to be found. Well, for a few seconds before coming into the scene.

Zoey: HE WAS EXERCISING, TOO. IN, OUT! IN, OUT!

We now get a look at some pictures.

Zoey: birthday cakes don't exercise, but you can exercise at a party. Horses exercise, but they don't need sneakers or music. Airplanes don't exercise, but you can pretend to be an airplane to exercise. Plants don't exercise- unless it's stinky.

Stinky the plant: flower up... Flower down. Flower up... [gasping] flower down. No pain, no gain. Could somebody bring me a nice bottle of water?

It then transitions back to Zoey's world.

Zoey: Some of my friends go to a gym to get exercise. They spent some time there and told me all about it.

Insert transition to a gym in Toronto, Canada here.

Zoey: These are three of my friends: Sky, Bridgette and Gwen. They're visiting this gym together.

We get a look at them on treadmills.

Zoey: It's important to keep a steady pace when exercising, so you don't tire out too quickly.

It then switches to Sky doing Zumba workouts.

Zoey: Sky loves dancing, so Zumba workouts fit her perfectly. You go with those moves girl!

It then cuts to Gwen and Bridgette playing volleyball.

Zoey: That's a fun way to exercise.

The two ladies were having a 'ball' together. (insert drums and laugh track here) It then cuts to all three ladies on exercise bikes.

Zoey: then they tried out the exercise bikes. Gwen, Bridgette and Sky had to use their legs to pedal the pedals. Great leg exercise, ladies!

The ladies then went back inside the court.

Zoey: They finished the day they spent at the gym with some yoga exercises.

It then switches to Bridgette, Gwen and Sky walking away from the gym.

Zoey: Those three had so much fun at the gym, they can't wait to go back there some more. Bye-bye!

Insert transition back to Zoey's World here.

Zoey: I should join them at the gym one day. Now I want to know more ways to exercise. How can we find out more?

The TV comes onto the scene, only for Zoey to make it rest for a bit.

Zoey: I can watch the exercise channel!

Announcer: The exercise channel - all our shows are moving.

Lecture lady: Hello there. Today's exercise is a bunny hop. You don't have to be a bunny to do it. Everyone, get on up, and hop along. Come on. Follow me!

Two bunnies enter the scene as some music starts playing.

Lecture Lady: put your right foot forward, put your left foot out do the bunny hop, hop, hop, hop dance this new creation, it's the new sensation do the bunny hop hop, hop, hop

An elephant walks in and asks to dance along with them.

Lecture lady: yeah! Anyone can!

Elephant: good! It makes me so "hoppy."

Lecture lady: let's all join in the fun fathers, mothers, sons do the bunny hop hop, hop, hop

It cuts to a close up of one bunny's feet before panning over to the elephant's feet.

Lecture lady: put your right foot forward, put your do the bunny hop, hop, hop, hop dance this new creation, it's the new sensation do the bunny hop hop, hop, hop that's it. Now you're doing really well.

It cuts to Zoey watching the show. It's unclear whether she was dancing along to the song.

Zoey: hop, hop, hop thank you, tv. I still want to learn more. What's another way this girl can keep her body strong?

Dorothy demonstrates an example-swimming.

Zoey: oh look! Dorothy is imagining me swimming.

Zoey: This is great exercise! And wet-ha ha ha!

It then switches to Zoey practicing how to ride a skateboard.

Zoey: I love visiting skate parks.

Unfortunately, Zoey accidentally slipped off, and the skateboard hit a bystander.

Zoey: Oh my gosh! I'm so sorry. You alright?

The bystander told her it was before sharing a hug with Zoey. It then switches to Zoey playing soccer with Jo and Mike. Mike was the first of the three to score a goal.

Jo: Goal!

The game continues before we transition back to Zoey's World.

Zoey: We sure had a fun time exercising together. Big bird's teddy bear radar loves exercising, so I made a video called "big bird's teddy bear radar exercises." by Zoey. TV? There you are. He's still exercising. Turn yourself on, tv.

Big Bird: ok, ready to exercise, radar? Down, up. Down, up. Down, up. Great exercise! Hi, big bird. Hi, Zoey.

Zoey: Thank you, tv. Bye-bye! Radar loves exercising, and I love jumping and hopping... And swimming...and running, and so does Dorothy. Dorothy wants to sing the exercise song. Now the piano will get some exercise, too. Here we go. You can sing, too.

Of course, since this is parodying Elmo's World, you know how the closing song goes. It's tuned to the song: Jungle Bells.

Zoey : exercise, exercise, exer, exercise sing along! Everybody. exer, exer, exercise exer, exercise exercise, exercise, exer, exercise exer, exer, exercise exer, exercise say good-bye, tv. Say good-bye, Dorothy. Yeah! Good-bye! doo doo... come on, let's dance, tv! Ha ha ha! that's Zoey's world (giggles) Thanks for exercising with me. See you next time.

Zoey then dances out of the scene.
