It was a beautiful clear morning in Arizona, the fall air was crisp and hung on the skin long enough to make sure to tell you that it was here to stay despite the warmer temperatures that will appear later in the day. It was on this morning that Nev found himself roaming his mom's property, just enjoying the morning air before the warmer air greeted him. He was with his dogs that always kept behind him like a pack of Wolves following their leader. It was here where he came across one of the few structures that were on the property and noticed a bright flash of light that enveloped him, what the hell, he thought. After the light disappeared, the dogs started to bark and whimper looking for their master.
Nev finds himself falling thru a weird space where the area feels like watery air, he felt a large pain in his head as he was passing thru the space, man I feel a headache forming, he thought, also where am I. Then he notices the ground after another bright flash of light coming to him at a relatively high speed, this is going to hurt and a lot. "Shit!, Shit!, Shit!, Shiiiit!" he yells as the ground gets closer
Right before he lands he hears a voice in his head.
Welcome to the Boiling Isles!
As Eda and Luz were on their way back from dealing with Adegast, they land and Luz asks, "Is everything in The Boiling Isles just lies and deception?"
"Sorry Kiddo not everything is happiness and rainbows, that's just life," Eda replies, "if we all waited for someone to tell us that we were chosen for something, we'll all be waiting till we died old and decrepit."
"I get it Eda, it just seems like I was meant for something even if it's just a dumb fantasy," Luz laments. Just then a bright flash appears and blinds Luz and Eda and all that they hear afterwards is something screaming "Shiiiit!". Then Luz hears a loud thump when something landed near her. When the dust settles Luz sees a figure on the ground, " Edaaaaa!," Luz yells, "I think someone just fell!". Luz notices the black sword that's strapped to their back and the weird hoodie they're wearing, then she notices their ears and how round they are, "they're human?" Luz whispers. Eda finally came over and also noticed they were human.
"Alright Kiddo we need to get them inside so that we can make sure that they are fine," Eda told Luz, "we can't have another kid potentially getting eaten while I'm around".
"Well I do agree that we should bring them inside however I think they are unconscious Eda," Luz pointed out.
"I think so too, Kiddo," Eda finally realized that however high they fell must've knocked them out and they probably need medical attention. So Eda and Luz got the stranger into the Owl House and laid them onto Luz's bed, Luz took the sword and scabbard off their back and felt how heavy the thing was, while Eda started to apply healing magic to them to help out with any damage that might've occurred from the fall. Once Eda finished up checking on the stranger they let them rest so that the stranger could explain the situation to them. Luz sat on the floor watching the new stranger wonder how it would be with two humans in the demon realm. Eda sat in the chair near the bed just in case the new stranger needed the help. Then King came into the room looking at the stranger and the other two and then back to the stranger, " Who's that there," King asked.
"We don't know yet but they fell before we got inside so … we brought them inside and tended to any wounds they might've gotten," Luz replied, "I just hope they wake up soon". As soon as she said that she heard them moan and shuffle on the couch, she hears them say, "fuuck, that hurt".
Nev stirs awake and slowly opens his eyes, "fuuck, that hurt," he groans. As he slowly got up to look around, he noticed that he is no longer in Arizona and in some stranger's house. He looks at Luz and sees that she is looking at him with concern and wonder, then he looks over to Eda and sees a look of concern and annoyance but he notices her elf-like ears. Then he turns to see King and tries to hold in the urge to pet the thing as it's cute but more weird. Then he looked at the table and saw a sword with a hilt he very much recognizes. After some time of processing the info he gets bombarded by questions.
"So kid, where did you come from," Eda asked.
"I came from Earth, more accurately the Southwest of Arizona," Nev replied, "but more importantly where am I?"
"You're in the Boiling Isles of the Demon Realm," King replied. Nev then starts to feel another headache coming along.
man did that voice I heard earlier know where I was, I need more answers.
"Hey kid, you all right," Eda asked.
"Yeah, I'm fine, just need more answers to what's going on," Nev replied.
Luz looks at Nev with a confused look, "Um I would like to ask you a question but I don't want to assume anything," Luz asks.
"Just spit it out," Nev replies tiredly.
"Umm, are you a boy or girl, cause you look, act, and sound very feminine but you have a few boyish manners," Luz asks quickly enough that she's now out of breath. Nev just gives the most confused look that he can give, "hand me a mirror, i need to see this for myself," Nev asks. Luz gives him the mirror and he looks at himself for the first time since getting to the Isles. When he looks at himself, instead of his normal dark brown hair and dark brown eyes he sees jet black hair that is shoulder length and has blue highlights and His eyes are electric blue. His face is more on the feminine side and you can barely see his adam's apple. He puts the mirror down and then looks at his chest and sees that his chest grew, the last thing he checks is his pants and is relieved that it's still there. Without another word to the three looking at him with confused and worried looks he yells "BOB!"
Out of nowhere a dude in an all black suit with a white tie, hair pulled into a ponytail, and has a mustache and goatee, floats towards Nev, "You called?"
"Yeah and I thought I told you to never mess with the original and that timeline," Nev angrily tells Bob.
"Oh but I haven't, well technically not yet as those conditions were changed later down that timeline, so I guess I can," Bob replied nonchalantly.
"Ugh, never mind that then, why am I like this, why am I in between genders," Nev asks. The whole time the two were basically arguing with each other, the other three grew more concerned and confused with all the information being thrown around.
"Well my lovely other half that is for you to decide, as you partially know why this happened, but I kinda just nudged you to be in between so that whatever happens on this timeline will be … more interesting than what it was going to be," Bob tells Nev while floating around.
"Why you …," Nev starts but gets interjected by Bob, "TTFN, hehe," he said as he starts to disappear. When Bob was fully gone, Nev just sighed and turned back to the other three, before he was about to say something Bob came back, "Oh I almost forgot," Bob said as he turned to Eda, "Eda make sure you take care of these two humans and keep a close eye on them, ok byeeeeeeeee," with that Bob was fully gone.
"Now I'm more confused about what humans can do," King exclaims.
"Now King, not all humans are friends with gods and the ones that are … are more special than we normies," Luz tells him , "but King has a point I'm like super confused about what just happened."
"I guess I should shed light about my relationship with Bob and what he meant when he said 'you partially know why'," Nev started but got interrupted by his phone ringing, he looked at his phone and saw that it was his mom calling and that he had full bars of data, he sighed, "I'm going to take this and I will tell what I know after the call."
He answered the phone, "Hey Ma, what's up?"
*don't what's up me where have you been for the last 4 hours*
"Ma your not going to believe me when I say where I'm at," he replied.
*right now i just need to know where your at*
"Ok, I'm in a place called the Boiling Isles, in the Demon Realm, i really don't know how i got here so i don't know how to get back," he tell her.
*ok that's somewhat believable, is there anything else i should know*
"Nope, just that I'm going to be fine and someone is helping me out while I'm stuck here," he tells her.
*ok can you put them on the phone for me*
"Ok Ma," he hands the phone to Eda, "she wants to talk to you," he said with an apologetic look. "Hello?", Eda asks.
*hi my name is jan, what's your name*
"My name is Eda the Owl Lady," Eda replied.
*well Eda i need you to take care of my son or else, otherwise you'll get a thing or to coming for you* click
"Umm she hung up on me after telling me to keep an eye on you or else," Eda said while handing back the phone.
Nev just shrugged, "that's why I try to not make her mad as I've seen her mad and pissed off and it's not fun for the recipient."
"So how do you know Bob," Luz asked.
"Well, I know him because he and I are the same person," Nev started, "I made him during high school to prevent me from going insane cause I created the Multiverse of Fiction, and I made him the boss of bosses, hence the name Bob."
"So are you and him Omnidimensional," Luz asked, more excited then previously.
"I'm not but he is since that's what I delegated to him was to watch over the Multiverse till I can take over … I never understood how I did it but I did," Nev replied.
"Woah, so what did he mean by you partially knowing why you're in between genders," Luz asked.
Nev sighed before continuing, "Umm … how do I put this, oh I know … ok, so this was like a few years ago before I moved and I was with my ex at the time and I told her that i thought that I was trans," he said while rubbing his hands, "but after that I moved away from that area and didn't think about the topic much till more recently," he sighed, "i think this is Bob's way of telling to pick and making it easier with me being here than in my home dimension."
"Well I'm going to grab a cup of apple blood, I'll see you two tomorrow," Eda said while walking out of the room.
"Oh my gosh I didn't know you were a part of the LGBT community," Luz said very excitedly.
"Yeah I try to hide it as most people still look down on you if you're a part of that community," Nev replied.
"I'm Bi so I know how you feel but from what I've heard this place is a lot better on that front," Luz said happily, "hey you know I never gotten your name stranger?"
"My name is Nev R… Nev R…," He tried to say but he can't remember his last at all, "I'm sorry but I'm having trouble recalling my last name but I remember my middle name tho, so I'm going to go with, My name is Nev Lee and it's nice to meet you … uh, what was your name?"
"My name is Luz Noceda and it's nice to meet you too, Nev Lee," she said while giggling.
"Well it's getting late and I feel another headache coming along so I'm just going to head to bed … is this your room," he asked.
"Yeah, but let me get another futon and some blankets," she replied, then she went digging thru the rooms many boxes to find the futon and blankets, "alright here you go, um you don't mind sharing the room."
"Yeah, it's fine, just so long nothing weird happens," he replied nonchalantly.
"Well good night see you in the morning," Luz tells him.
"Good night, Luz," he tells her thru a yawn. And with that he passed out from all of the excitement that happened within the course of 6 hours.

Hello everyone and welcome to the start of my new Fic, I know that I've been gone for a while and that's due to me joining the military and the other fics aren't going to be not worked on, just on the back burner.
This one has been in the works for a bit after I've recently watched the show, i know I'm a bit late
Anyways there's a surprise for those who follow my fics and my profile. But for everyone else it's going to be weird for the surprise to exist in this world, but it's m fic and OC so just relax, sit back and enjoy the show I'm going to put on.
Ok so the plan for my for this fic is to go for as long as possible before it gets to the point where it needs to end
