Chapter 1

It was just another average third week of Summer in 2024 for the Ellsworths. This Caucasian family consisted of Owen Ellsworth, his newlywed wife Jeanne Ellsworth (her maiden name formerly being Burrow), and their children: Connor Rupert, Jeanne's son (with black hair and hazel eyes), who kept his birth father's surname; Mike, Owen's son and Drew's fraternal twin brother, though they looked more identical than fraternal, with Mike being the oldest by three minutes; Drew, Owen's son and Mike's twin brother, who shared the same green eyes and brown hair as his sibling; and Nick, Owen's son, with striking green eyes and red hair. As they began unloading their belongings from the moving truck and car, there was a palpable sense of excitement as they settled into their new home.

The Mr. and Mrs. Ellsworth had just managed to purchase a large house with a built-in driveway and garage. Upstairs, the house offered five bedrooms and two bathrooms, while the main floor contained a kitchen and living room, along with a small toilet room. The basement featured an entertainment room equipped for watching TV and movies, playing video games, air hockey, and ping-pong, as well as a laundry room and a storage room. In the backyard, surrounded by strong wooden fences, there was a large swimming pool and a hot tub. The house was located in a nice, safe neighborhood, perched almost on top of a small hill. Surprisingly, the house had been priced at only $2,500—a bargain considering its expensive appearance. Their new landlord, Decan Billson, explained that the house had been built by its previous owner twenty-five years ago, who had only visited it three times alone and seven times with a group. The ownership had expired three weeks ago, even after the owner's death in 2009, and thus the Ellsworths had been able to purchase it two days later. Oddly, Decan did not know the previous owner's name or what they looked like. There was no documentation to be found, and the only person who knew anything about the owner was the last landlord, who had passed away two years ago. Decan insisted there was nothing wrong with the house but advised the Ellsworths to be cautious. The couple, however, didn't mind. They considered the house a wonderful, almost magical gift that had come into their lives, making up for the tragedies they had endured.

Owen had lost his wife two years ago to heart failure, despite her being in otherwise good health. Jeanne had endured a verbally violent breakup with her ex-husband six years prior, ending up gaining full custody of her child. The two met by chance six months ago during an intense shopping spree at Walmart, where they bonded and slowly fell in love with one another. After dating for a time, they married two months later—not just out of love, but with the hope of bringing happiness to their children. Even their marriage was full of bliss for the next three months, children however didn't get along. Connor and the Ellsworth brothers constantly clashed, leading to a heated confrontation two months later. The situation nearly escalated to insults and harsh words toward their step-parents, which prompted a furious outburst from Mr. Ellsworth. In an attempt to calm things down, he revealed the painful backstory of both his and Jeanne's previous marriages, which silenced the brothers for a while. Feeling guilty for his outburst, Mr. Ellsworth sought to make amends. Two weeks later, he brought home two puppies as an apology gift for his family: Lily, a seven-week-old black Boxador with a white spot on her chest, and Joey, a six-week-old mixed-breed male, part German Shepherd and part Red Heeler. The puppies helped ease the tension between the boys, but they still didn't get along.

And thus leads up to three weeks later when the Ellsworth moved into their new home in the current day of now.

But this story isn't about the whole Ellsworth family. It's about the brothers, the puppies, and the grandest adventure of their lives.

This sucks. Drew thought as he helped Mike & their dad carrying the heavy fridge into their 'happy' new home.

The Ellsworth brothers weren't happy about their parents' marriage. Connor didn't want Owen to replace his dad, and Drew, Mike, and Nick didn't want Jeanne to replace their mother. The move had come with its own set of challenges. The brothers had relocated just two and a half miles away from their old home, now halfway closer to their friends and schools, including Connor's. But despite the proximity, they still felt the sting of the change.

The brothers were already wearing their swimming trunks, eager to get to the pool. Drew wore a blue t-shirt and black swimming trunks with two green stripes on the sides; Mike had on a grey t-shirt with a pocket on the left chest and dark blue swimming trunks with two white lines; Nick sported an orange tank top—once a shirt until he tore off the sleeves—and green swimming trunks; while Connor had on a black tank top and dark grey swimming trunks with two red stripes on the sides. All of them were wearing Crocs™ Swiftwater sandals, though each pair had a slightly different look to match its owner.

Their parents had promised that once the moving and unpacking were finished, they could swim in the pool. The hot tub, however, was off-limits for now; it needed to be filled with water and cleaned first. The fridge was the last item to be unloaded, and Drew, Mike, and their dad worked together to position it perfectly in the kitchen. Once it was in place, Owen plugged it in and made sure everything was set up just right.

Nick was setting up his computer in his room upstairs while Connor was setting up his Xbox 360, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox-One S in the Entertainment Room on the shelf, along with the Ellsworth's PS5 Pro, Wii-U, their own Xbox-One S, and Nintendo Switches (one for Drew Mike, and Nick) next to the large flatscreen TV hanging on the wall while Lily and Joey were fighting over a rope chew-toy in the Living Room. Drew rested on the floor exhaustedly in the Living Room while Mike is resting on the newly placed couch more exhaustedly than Drew in the Living Room as well. The Ellsworth Family finally managed to get everything in their new home at 3:47 P.M. while starting it at 12:15 P.M. Owen and Jeanne managed to unpack all their things in their room and then went downstairs to the Living Room while smiling at Drew and Mike.

"Boys, was the fridge really that heavy," Jeanne said, "it looked easy for you both carrying it into the moving truck."

"Yeah, but Dad was there to help us with the fridge at that time." Drew exclaimed while Mike breathed heavily in agreement.

"Oh stop complaining you two." Owen said with a smile as he chuckled.

"Nick! Connor! Can you boys come to the Living Room please?" Jeanne called out to them.

"But Mom, I haven't finished setting up my consoles yet." Connor called back.

"I'm almost done setting up my computer in my room, just give me a couple more minutes" Nick called back as well except he's half way done since he refused help from his dad.

"Boys we want you all in the Living Room." Owen called. "We want to tell you boys something."

Both Nick and Connor looked annoyed and then came to the Living Room while noticing Drew and Mike looking exhausted, but mostly Mike.

"What's wrong with you guys?" Nick asked with a small smile while looking pleased to see his twin brothers out of breath.

"You already know, so shut up." Drew replied with an annoyed tone.

Drew, Mike, and Nick slowly became distant from each other ever since their mother died and the three of them coped with it by doing things different from each other. For Drew, he watches animated, some none animated, movies and TV shows appropriate for both children and adults like Disney's Lion King, DreamWork's Kung Fu Panda, Disney's Gargoyles series, and DreamWork's How to Train Your Dragon series since their mother loves watching those kinds of movies and shows with her husband and children every Saturday; also Drew learns the lore of the films and the people that made them. Mike copes with it by learning more scientific & knowledgeable stuff to get smarter while watching some of Doctor Who and other Sci-Fi shows/films and rejecting the existence of magic in the world. And for Nick he tries to grow up fast so he can easily cope with their mother's death. Connor didn't had it good either since his dad got remarried a six months ago and he is trying to reach out to his son and spending more time with him while avoiding his ex-wife; Connor is hoping that his parents get back together again.

"Both of you knock it off." Owen said with hint of annoyance.

Then both Drew and Nick went quiet. Owen then relaxed and looked at Jeanne waiting for her to tell the boys the news.

"Your Father and I going out to buy groceries and dinner for all of us." Jeanne explained to Drew, Mike, Nick, and Connor. "So we won't be back until somewhere around six to 6:30."

"And we expect you boys to be done unpacking your stuff by the time we get back." Owen added as he grabbed his keys and wallet while Jeanne grabbed her purse as both of them headed towards the door.

Jeanne turned toward the brothers and said "Love you boys." But both Nick and Drew went upstairs to their rooms, Connor went downstairs to finish setting up his consoles , and Mike stayed on the couch resting.

Jeanne sighed sadly as she and Wayne exited the house and closed the door behind them.

"Owen, don't you think we got married a little too soon." Jeanne asked as Owen unlocked the door to their car.

"Jeanne relax, they'll get along soon… I promise." Owen replied then he kissed Jeanne. "And no we didn't get married to soon, we both agreed that this will help the boys be happy… including us."

Jeanne smiled sweetly at her new husband, kissed him back, and then said "I hope so… I really do."

"Just like our wedding vows." Owen chuckled as they both got into the car and drove off.

Three Minutes Later…

Drew was setting up his small-medium sized black TV, with a built in VHS Player, on his chess n' drawers in his room while plugging it in. Then he hesitantly prepares to turn the TV on.

"Please don't die on me now." Drew begged but in a calm voice.

Drew pressed the on/off button and the screen still remained black. Fear and disappoint filled through Drew until the TV slowly turned on while making a small electrical buzzing sound.

"Atta boy!" Drew said happily while softly patting the TV.

"When are you going to get rid of that piece of junk?"

Drew turned toward who said that and revealed to be Mike outside of his room.

"It's not a piece of junk Mike!" Drew replied angrily.

"Dude, VHS Tapes are a thing of the past! DVD, BluRay, digital copies, and stuff like Netflix is currently the best way to watch movies nowadays." Mike said. "So why in the heck do you still have it?"

"For nostalgic memories I guess." Drew replied while putting his attention on his TV while making sure its fine.

Mike looked more annoyed and said "Come on Drew, you know that it won't last any longer."

Drew responded with an angry huff as he turned off the TV and then started to set up some books on his bookshelf while putting VHS Tapes in the bottom cupboard part of the bookshelf.

"I mean where you even got it anyway." Mike asked, and then Drew responded with a surprised and devastated look with anger and sadness in his eyes.

"Mom bought that for us to watch VHS Movies on road trips!" Drew said with slight anger in his voice. "How could you even forget that!"

That shut Mike up and then he quickly left as he passed by Nicholas who was almost close to being done with setting up his computer in his room while watching instructions on YouTube on his iPhone.

Connor finally finished with setting up his consoles and then thought "Maybe I can just play a game for a couple minutes just to make sure one of them is fine." Then he got up and went into the Storage Room to look for a video game to play as he passed by Lily and Joey fighting, playfully, with each other... with the Boxador winning. As Connor entered the Storage Room, he sees stacks of boxes everywhere including near the wall in front of him.

"Awww man… this is going to take forever." Connor complained.

Then Connor began searching for one of his boxes that either contained his Xbox 360 games for a bit until he found one right next to the wall… stacked among other boxes near the wall. Connor sighed in annoyance as he starts to carefully trying to get his box of games on the top of the stack while standing on his toes. He successfully got the box with triumph showing on his face until the boxes fell on him (his facial expression changed from triumph to "oh crap") as he gasped. As Connor fell, his right foot accidently hit the front wall very hard until a hug crack opened up. Connor managed to get the boxes off of him while being thankful that nothing broke in the boxes. Then Lily and Joey heard the commotion and came into the Storage Room sniffing at Connor.

"Don't worry puppies I'm ok—HEY" Connor said until the puppies began pulling on his hair with their mouths.

"NOOO! NOT MY 'DO!" Connor said as he quickly got up and the puppies responded with a sad and pouty look.

Then Connor felt something on his right foot, picked it up without looking at it, and then saw the crack on the wall.

"OH CRAP! I BROKE THE WALL!?" Connor said with panic in his voice.

Then Connor looked at what he picked and was slightly surprised. The item that he picked up was a very old VHS paper case of Disney's Snow White and the Seven Dwarves with the VHS tape inside it and Connor responded with a cringing "Ewww" look on his face.

"Must be one of Drew's VHS'… I'll just give it to him and make fun of him for owning it." Connor said with a smirk.

Then Connor put the boxes that fell away, put his box of games next to his Xboxes, and then upstairs while Lily and Joey followed him.

Drew, Mike, and Nick were at the pool. Nick was swimming, Drew was relaxing on one of the outdoor pool chairs, and Mike is checking his large shoulder-strap 13x10 messenger-bag like light-brown leather satchel (it sort of resembles to that of Indiana Jones but slightly modernized while being more vintage-like) with its contents as Connor approached them from exiting the house with the puppies behind him.

"Hey Drew I got—" Connor stopped as he saw them relaxing.

"Are guys already done packing?" Connor asked with a suspicious look on his face.

"No… are you?" Drew replied back without looking at him.

"No… but you guys know we're not allowed to be near the pool until after we're all done unpacking our stuff."

"You were planning on playing one of your Xbox games without finishing unpacking your stuff anyway." Mike said and Connor responded with an angry look with a hint of guilt in his eyes since he knows that's true. "So we three decided hang out around the pool… and besides, we have enough time to waste before your mom and our dad get back to our 'new' home."

"So what… so you can fiddle around with your purse." Connor retorted with a smile as the puppies ran towards the pool barking happily at Nick.

Mike responded with a glare as he turned toward Connor while Drew and Nick slightly laughed as the younger Ellsworth swam towards the puppies.

"TAKE THAT BACK YOU LITTLE PUNK!?" Mike said while slightly raising his voice. "And for your information this is a SATCHEL! NOT A PURSE!"

"Mike don't start a fight with him." Nick said as he got out of the pool while Lily and Joey wagged their tails starring at him. "You don't want to start a commotion do you?"

"Nick, half of the neighborhood is either on vacation or out of town for a while." Mike said. "And besides why do you care?"

"I don't," Nick replied while drying himself off with a towel, "I just don't want Dad to get mad at us again."

Then the brothers shuddered at the memory of Wayne getting mad at them and the only sound made among them is when Nick threw his towel into the basket, next to the hose and valve, for dirty towels used after drying off when done with the pool or/and hot-tub.

"So Connor… what were you saying before?" Drew asked only for the sake of getting everyone off of that memory.

"… Oh yeah!" Connor remembered. "You forgot one of your cartoon movies downstairs."

Then Connor threw the movie at Drew and he barely caught it.

"Connor, I don't own this copy." Drew said as he started to stare at the movie oddly. "I got all of my movies back in my room."

Drew continued looking at the movie while catching everyone's curiosity as they approached him.

"Where did you even get this?" Drew asked. "This movie looks pretty old and in good condition."

"I found it in the Storage Room right next to my foot after—" Connor said and quickly cut himself off.

Drew, Mike, and Nick quickly looked at him suspiciously.

"After what?" Mike asked suspiciously.

"After the boxes fell on me after I grabbed my box of Xbox 360 games... and then I accidently made a crack on wall." Connor finished.

"WHAT?!" Drew, Mike, and Nick yelled as which caused Connor to take step backwards.

"Hey I told you guys it was an accident!" Connor said.

"That doesn't matter since your still going to get in trouble once we tell our dad and your mom." Nick said as he got his shirt back.

"I'll blame it on you guys since they'll believe me more since I'm younger." Connor said with a smirk.

"Yeah right, like our dad will believe you." Mike said.

Then Mike and Nick argued with Connor some more (which Lily and Joey didn't like) as Drew examined the VHS tape. Drew was about to pull out the tape to check its condition until half of it fell onto the ground. Drew stared at shock at the half that fell out, checked it, and realized that the half and the VHS case is actually a container of some sorts. Drew leaned forward to pick the half up until a piece of paper fell out of the container he's holding.

"What the?" Drew said which got the other brothers and puppies attention.

"What is it Drew?" Mike asked.

"The VHS case and tape isn't one at all! It's a container!" Drew replied as he picked up the piece of paper. "And it only stored this."

Mike, Nick, and Connor curiously looked at what Drew is holding while the puppies began to play with each other as they grabbed each other's scruff.

"Why does it only contain a piece of trash then something more valuable?" Mike said as he scratched his head.

"Maybe it's lottery ticket of some sorts?" Nick suggested.

"Come on Drew read it!" Connor pleaded hoping it to be a lottery ticket while Mike looked slightly greedy as well.

"Alright I'll check… geez." Drew said as he began checking the piece of paper and then looked puzzled afterwards.

"What is it Drew?" Mike asked as he say Drew's expression.

"It isn't a lotter ticket…" Drew replied which caused Nick and Connor to say "Awwww man!" while Mike too looked disappointed.

"… But it has got some weird writing on it that I can't make out of it." Drew finished.

"Is it in English?" Connor asked.

"Well yeah but—" Drew said but was interrupted as Connor impatiently said "THEN READ IT OUT LOUD THEN!"

Drew frowned slightly angrily at Connor's impatience as he then looked at the paper and read it out loud while trying to say it the best way he could "Acigami, nepo yht segat ot yht smlaer." Then a breeze slightly brushed everyone (including Lily and Joey) which caused the puppies to stop playing with each other for a second while the brothers looked unfazed by the wind.

"What?" Nick said in confusion as everyone else looked confused about what Drew read.

"Beats me." Drew replied, "I don't know what it means."

"I do." Mike said and then he snatched the paper and container (puts the paper back into the container and closes it) and threw it inside the house into the plastic garbage basket. Mike was then surprised how he made the shot perfectly, since he isn't very good with any sports, as Nick mutters "Lucky shot."

"What the heck did you do that for?!" Drew said angrily.

"It's probably a joke left by the last owner of this house and it's not worth keeping." Mike said. "You weren't going to keep it were you?"

"Maybe I was, because the container was clever and cool!" Drew replied angrily. "And besides the writing on the paper sounds like a—"

"DON'T. YOU. DARE. SAY IT!" Mike warned in an annoyed tone.

"What? A spell?" Nick asked as he finished what Drew was going to say.

Mike face-palmed himself as he then dragged his hand down across his face in annoyance along with a groan.

"What? I was going to say it sounded like a spell. I wasn't going to say it is one!" Drew said.

"Magic doesn't exist!" Mike exclaimed. "It defies all laws of logic and accuracies!?"

"I know that but it doesn't hurt to like it." Drew said.

"Yah… if you're four years old." Connor said which Drew frowned angrily at him while Nick silently agreed with Connor.

"Drew let me get this through to you into your thick skull!" Mike said as he pointed his finger at Drew while Lily's and Joey's went down with sad expressions because they don't like the boys fighting. "There is no such thing as mag—" Then all of the sudden the electricity in their house, hot-tub, and pool went off as Mike finished "—ic"

The blackout startled the brothers as then Lily and Joey began to bark like crazy as if they sensing something that's going to happen very soon.

"Well that's just great!" Drew exclaimed. "I knew there was reason why this house is cheap to buy."

"Yeah, what did you expect when Dad and Shawna buying a house with the lowest price in history!" Nick said.

"Guys it isn't just our house." Connor pointed out.

Then the rest of the brothers realized that the whole neighborhood, and probably the whole town, has a black-out.

"Huh… must be a blown-out transformer." Mike suggested.

Then all of a sudden an earthquake slowly rose up causing everyone to fall onto their backs and the basket fell on Lily and Joey trapping them underneath like a cage (luckily the towel was behind the puppies which didn't block their sight of the brothers).

What the heck?! Drew thought as he rubbed the back of his head as he got up along with his brothers.

"That's… unusual." Mike said.

"Doesn't a earthquake happen before a black-out!" Drew asked.

"Yeah and where was a siren warning us before this happened?" Nick asked as he got Lily and Joey out from the basket.

"Guys let me think of a logical explanation for all of this." Mike replied as he tried to calm everyone down.

Then the power turned back on in the entire neighborhood as a strange storm cloud slowly appeared out of nowhere as it hovered over their home while sounds of thunder emitting from it.

"Do you have an explanation for that." Drew asked as he pointed at the storm cloud.

Mike is having a hard time trying to find out why as thunder and light emits more in the storm cloud. As the brothers were about to run away from a supposed lightning strike (as Nick is about to grab Lily and Joey), instead they saw a bright raindrop hitting the pool creating a huge ripple.

"Well that was anti-climatic." Nick said.

"You got that right." Connor said agreeing with Nick.

"Guys, do you hear something?" Drew asked.

"Nope… nothing." Mike replied.

"No wait… I hear it too." Nick said.

"Yeah it's coming from the pool." Connor said.

Then the brothers, Lily, and Joey approached the pool as they heard quiet lyrical humming emitting in the waters and unknown to them that the storm clouds began to spread throughout the neighborhood.

"Must be a waterproof stereo built into the pool." Mike suggested.

"I didn't see any when I was in it." Nick said.

"Maybe it's coming from one of the neighbors." Mike again suggested but with a hint of nervousness and uneasy-ness in his tone this time.

"But didn't you just said—" Connor said but was interrupted as Mike said in freaked-out tone "IKNOWWHATISAID!?"

"Mike calm down!" Drew said reassuring him.

"NO DREW! THERE HAS TO BE A LOGICAL AND ACCURATE EXPLANATION WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE!?" Mike yelled.

Then suddenly the brothers and puppies heard the humming slowly turning into singing as it got louder as whirlpool slowly formed while slowly enveloping the whole pool. Everyone stared with wide-eyed expressions in disbelief.

What the— Drew thought in disbelief until rainbow colors began to slowly cover up the water making it look either painted, animated, or colored.

Then music slowly appeared while coordinating with the lyrical singing making the rainbow-swirling whirlpool magical. Everyone expressions then say "WHAT. THE. FREAKIN' HECK!" with their eyes more widen and to the point they're about to pop out of their eye-sockets while their mouths are open and their jaws dropping down (Lily and Joey stared at the colors oddly as if they're no longer colorblind by looking at the whirlpool).

"Guys the pool… has a rainbow-swirling whirlpool… emitting music… and it's singing…" Drew said in a stunned and dumbfounded tone.

"THAT'S IT! I'M CALLING THE COPS!" Mike said not bearing to stand this illogical and inaccurate event occurring in front of him as he then started to storm back into the house.

Connor was about to follow Mike until everyone felt wind pouring out of the whirlpool and then began to suck them up. Lily and Joey are being sucked into the whirlpool until Connor grabbed them in time but the whirlpool began to pull Nick and Connor as they fell in. Drew saw the whole thing with a horrified expression as he saw Nick holding onto the edge of the pool with both hands while Connor held onto one of Nick's ankles with one hand while holding onto Lily and Joey with his other arm.

"HEEELLLLPPPP!?" both Nick and Connor yelled while Lily and Joey barked/whimpered saying the same thing but in their doggy language.

"Guys hold on!" Drew said while trying to avoid the whirlpool's windy grasp.

"Mike!" Drew called and then saw Mike's horrified expression. "Mike!?"

Mike then snapped out of it as he looked at Drew with worry as he said "What?!"

"Mike grab some rope so we pull them out of there!?" Drew said.

"Alright." Mike replied and then he ran into the house. "AND DON'T ORDER ME AROUND!"

Then Drew began to get close to Nick, Connor, Lily, and Joey while trying not to be dragged by the whirlpool.

If this is what a hurricane feels like, I am sooo not going to live in Florida! Drew thought as he slowly got closer to his young brother, younger step-brother, and puppies.

Mike arrived with some rope as Drew got near Nick, Connor, Lily, and Joey to help them. Nick then lost his grip as he, Connor, Lily, and Joey are slowly swallowed up by the whirlpool.

"NOOOOOOO!" Drew yelled while Mike looked horrified.

Then the whirlpool began to suck the twins in harder as they both were dragged into the pool but luckily Mike grabbed onto the edge of the pool while Drew held onto one of Mike's ankles to hold on.

Mike looked back at Drew and then was about to kick him off until Drew said in an warning tone with a glare. "Don't you even think about it!"

Mike then accidently lost his grip as he and Drew are then slowly sucked by the whirlpool.

"I DON'T WANT TO DIE!?" Mike complained as he yelled.

As the twins got sucked up, they found themselves in a tubed waterslide made of animated (both hand-drawn and 3D) swirled-rainbow colored water but the interior is big enough to fit in twenty people at once. Drew and Mike screamed for their lives as they turned and twirled up and down while heading straight down to somewhere. Then the twins saw a wall of mixed rainbow animated colors (both hand-drawn and 3D) as they screamed louder.

Oh crap! We're both going to splat like an egg if we hit that! Drew thought with intense dread.

Then Drew and Mike closed their eyes as they waited for their demise but then crashed through like a waterfall but it knocked some of the wind out of them. Drew tried to open his eyes but couldn't and it felt like he was being painted on but it didn't feel like paint at all but more like water. Then Drew and Mike hit more rainbow walls while getting the feeling of being painted until they hit the seventh wall and they felt completely painted. Then Drew felt like falling into a deep abyss as he slowly crept to unconsciousness.

Author's Notes

Drew Ellsworth's appearance is inspired by both Peter Parker from "The Spectacular Spider-Man" Tv show (but minus the mole) and Thorfinn Karlsefni (when he's seventeen years old) from the anime "Vinland Saga". He has a hairstyle that looks a fusion between Thorfinn's and Daniel from the "Daniel X" manga series.

Mike Ellsworth's appearance is the same as his twin brother's except he has a hairstyle similar to the Tenth Doctor's from the "Doctor Who" Tv series.

Nick Ellsworth's appearance like a fusion between Scott and Rodney from the Total Drama series except with Scott's eyes, minus the teeth and chubby facial cheeks of Rodney, and without plagiarizing whatsoever. Has a short, simple, and scruffy hairstyle (no fades, no curls, and no crew cuts) without looking similar to Drew's.

Connor Rupert-Ellsworth's appearance looks like a fusion between Jonah Heston from the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" series (minus the beard) and a non-fat/chubby & Caucasian version of Kohta Hirano from the anime "High School of the Dead", but without plagiarizing whatsoever. Has a short side-swept hairstyle with a somewhat faded-undercut.
