It starts with Peter Parker goes on a field trip to Oscorp to visit the new genetics laboratory. While exploring,Peter gets bitten by a radioactive spider that went loose.
After the field trip,Peter went home,didn't feel well and collapsed on the bed. When he woke up,Peter can see and became muscular. After a fight with Flash Thompson,Peter ran out and realized that he has spider like powers. Later,his Uncle Ben notice this and gives him advice about with Great Power comes Great Responsibility.
That Night,Peter wanted to make money,so he became a wrestler. Weeks later,a thief robs the wrestling arena and Peter dismissed his chance to stop him. Moments later,he discovers his Uncle Ben was fatally shot while trying to stop the thief. Peter catches the killer,who turned out to be a thief. A mysterious figure open fire,killing the Thief. Peter quickly escape before the police arrived.
Peter begun making a spider suit to became Spider-Man. After graduating from High School,Peter goes out fighting crime as Spider-Man. Apparently, Jameson complains and keeps on ranting about Spider-Man. Peter has laid eyes on his classmate,Mary Jane Watson,who is now a reporter.
Later,Adrian Tomes,an inventor begun designing wing technology. At the Parade,Tomes,dubbed as the Vulture,attack the city. Peter suit up as Spider-Man and fights the Vulture. After he knocks out his mask,Spider-Man recognized him as the Gunman who killed the thief. He later gets knocked out.
As he regained conscious,Spider-Man goes after Vulture,who abducted Mary Jane. He quickly saves her and defeats him. After the Vulture is arrested,Mary Jane gave Spider-Man a kiss. Peter notice that his Aunt May is setting up F.E.A.S.T. He wished to tell her the truth,but he couldn't. Later,Peter continue his duty as Spider-Man.

Harry Osborn approach his Father,Norman,who was feeling sick,and tells him that he'll think of something.
