Episode 9: Power Of Six
Early Morning
Jake was surprised by a visit from his uncle Tommy. After the events of Orion's arrival, all the Rangers were checking more often on him, and since his dad and Kat were out, Tommy was in charge of getting his godson to class without being kidnapped or almost killed.
"You are my babysitter today?" asked Jake, jumping inside Tommy's jeep.
"Yes, but I'm not your babysitter. We are just preventing you from getting in trouble, and whose fault is that?" asked Tommy.
Jake raised his hand, defeated, and Tommy smiled, starting his jeep. Normally, Jake would meet up with his friends and girlfriend on the bus, but they all wanted Jake to rest and they also made sure Orion had a nice sleep since he was staying at Ernie's BrainFreeze. So Tommy was there to get him to school on time, or at least that's what Jake thought.
"So, how's everything? Is Conner resting too?" asked Jake.
"You think you have babysitters, you should see him now. Kira doesn't leave his side for a second, not that he minds," said Tommy.
Jake laughed, looking around when he noticed they were not driving towards school. No, they were going to the Command Center. Jake looked over at Tommy, and he smiled, driving in silence.
"Uncle Tommy… I think this is the wrong turn," said Jake.
"No, it's not. Today you can skip class. They will meet us later after with Orion at the Command Center. But before that, Tensou, you, and I have something to work on," said Tommy.
"Really?" asked Jake.
"Yes, you will find out when we get there," said Tommy.
Jake said nothing, excited to see what he could do to help his Uncle Tommy and Tensou.
"Can you give me a clue?" asked Jake.
"Don't be your father, kid. Have patience. Your Aunt Kimberly is waiting for us too, and she made me promise not to reveal anything until we get there," said Tommy.
Jake was surprised but said nothing, knowing that Tommy would never say anything if Kimberly made him promise silence. He looked around, smiling when he saw people in peace, just enjoying another day in the city he and his friends protected.
He was so at peace that when he received his vision, Jake didn't expect it. Immediately, Tommy stopped the jeep, but Jake looked down and grabbed his head.
"I'm coming for you, Bastro…"
Jake opened his eyes, as the vision of a Ranger telling him these words disappeared. He could feel Bastro on alert, and even his Snake moved slowly, feeling the threat. It wasn't until Tommy put a hand on his shoulder that Jake felt at peace and looked up at his uncle.
"Jake, are you okay? Is it Bastro?" asked Tommy.
"No… ah, I'm fine," said Jake, giving Tommy his best smile. "I've been having headaches lately, you know, the power of the spirits."
"We can leave this for another day…" started Tommy.
"No! No… let's go. I want to know what you, Kim, and Tensou are planning," said Jake, with a reassuring smile. "Come on, Uncle Tommy, I'm fine. I promise."
Tommy sighed and nodded, starting the jeep again and driving towards the Command Center. Once they got there, Kimberly was waiting for them, and she waved at them when she saw them walking towards her.
"You took your time," said Kimberly, hugging Jake and kissing Tommy.
"Sorry, beautiful. Had to make a quick stop," said Tommy.
Kimberly smiled and grabbed Jake's hand, making him follow her inside. There, Tensou seemed to be creating something, and when Jake came closer, he could see the same belt they wore in the Super Megaforce suit.
Then he realized, this belt must be for Orion's.
"This is where Orion will be able to hold his keys, right?" asked Jake.
"Yes, we were wondering, since you did work with Andros and Billy and several other super genius Rangers, if there was something else you could add," said Tommy.
Jake looked at the belt and then lowered himself to Tensou, telling him what to do. The small robot raised his head, surprised, and then tilted his head, working on the belt. Then, Jake morphed into the Super Megaforce Green and grabbed the key of the Gold Zeo Ranger, showing it to Tommy and Kimberly.

Command Center (Night)
Sometime later, they heard footsteps and turned around to see RoboKnight, walking slowly towards Jake.
"You have changed, Jake," said RoboKnight.
"RoboKnight! How are you?" asked Jake, without his helmet, his happy face making RoboKnight nod and grab his friend's arm.
"Still in recovery, but I wanted to come before Kimberly brings me back to my room. I wanted to tell you and the Rangers you are doing a good job, and that, if possible, until I recover, I trust Orion in protecting this planet."
Jake nodded, he hugged RoboKnight and then Kimberly slowly guided RoboKnight away, knowing he still was not supposed to be awake. Jake watched them go and smiled, nodding to himself and still touching his father's key when they heard more footsteps, this time coming from outside.
When the Rangers walked into the Command Center, they saw Jake morphed in his Super Megaforce suit and Tensou holding Orion's belt on his little hands.
"What is this?" asked Orion.
"Well… apparently the team thought you needed one of these," said Jake, giving Orion the belt Tensou created for him. "With this, you will be able to carry all the keys of the sixth Rangers."
Orion looked at all the Rangers who were encouraging him and grabbed the belt, putting it on. The belt shone as it synchronized with Orion's morpher, and he looked up, smiling when Jake walked towards him and Kimberly appeared again, hugging Tommy.
"I also want you to have this," said Jake, giving Orion the key of the Gold Zeo Ranger. "My father was the Gold Zeo Ranger, a special Ranger, and believe me, there is no one else more deserving of it than you."
Jake grabbed Orion's hand and put the key in his hand. Orion looked at Jake with tears in his eyes and hugged the Green Ranger while the others looked at them, touched by the scene. After the hug, the alarm sounded at the Command Center, and the Rangers looked at the screen where they saw a new monster in the city, taking energy from the civilians and putting them to sleep.
"Seems you are going to have the chance to try the belt now," said Troy. "Rangers, ready!"
"Ready!" said the Rangers. "Super Megamode!"
The Rangers morphed and looked at the screen. X-Borgs attacked on one side and the monster on the other. So Red Super Megaforce looked at his team and sighed.
"Silver, Green, take the monster," ordered Red Super Megaforce. "We can take care of the X-Borgs quickly and find you later."
"Okay, let's go Silver!" said Green Super Megaforce.
Silver nodded and followed Green, teleporting to where the monster was sucking the energy of his victims. When he saw them, he clapped and ran towards the Rangers. But Silver and Green jumped at the same time, hitting the monster with the back of their boots before landing on the ground.
Silver quickly moved to put a sleeping woman away from the monster while Green grabbed his sword, ready for the fight.
The monster rolled on the ground and got up, trying to attack the Rangers when lasers hit them, and Silver and Green saw the other Rangers appear.
"That was quick," said Green Super Megaforce.
"They are easy, but this one may be a problem," said Blue Super Megaforce.
"We should use more power. How about Zeo?" asked Pink.
"Zeo?" asked Silver Super Megaforce, looking at Green Super Megaforce. "Your father's?"
"You can do it. Make him proud," said Green Super Megaforce.
"Okay! It's Morphing Time!" screamed the Rangers.
"It's Morphing Time!" screamed Silver Super Megaforce.
The Rangers transformed into the Zeo Rangers and started their attack on the monster, but he avoided them, running towards Green.
"Your energy is calling me! You will go down first!" screamed the monster.
"Green!"
Before he could move, Pink pushed him out of the way, and the monster's attack landed on her, taking her energy. Then, the monster attacked the other Rangers when they tried to help Green and Pink, leaving only Silver in his Gold Zeo suit, looking horrified at Green.
Green looked at his friends and girlfriend from where he had fallen after Pink pushed him away. They demorphed and fell to the ground. The breaking point for Green was when Gia's hand fell over his hand and he felt nothing—all his emotions disappeared.
All but one: pure rage.
Silver in his Gold Zeo suit saw Green's furious body language as he got up. White sparks surrounded him as he raised his hand and pushed the monster towards the nearest wall. Green couldn't hear anything but the sound of his friends, of Gia, falling to the ground because they tried to protect him.
The monster tried to take his energy, but Green kept walking, unaffected, and he punched the monster so hard it went into the building. The civilians ran, scared, but Green didn't pay attention. This monster was going to pay for what he did to his friends.
Silver in the Gold Zeo suit ran after his friend and stopped him, giving the monster the chance to escape. That didn't make Green happy, and he turned towards Silver in the Gold Zeo suit. But Silver in the Gold Zeo suit didn't take a step back and grabbed Green's arm.
"Green… they are alive, the monster only took their energy," said Silver in the Gold Zeo suit. "We can help them by defeating the monster, but to do that, you need to come back."
"He hurt them… I will destroy him," said Green in a voice that wasn't completely his.
"I know… but Green, we need to take them to the Command Center. They will be safe there while we take care of this. Please."
Green looked at him for a few moments and then nodded, slowly, forcing Silver to demorph into his Super Megaforce suit and run after him. Green, now in his Super Megaforce suit, held Gia close to him and looked at Silver Super Megaforce.
"Stay close, we are teleporting," said Green.
Silver Super Megaforce wondered how they all were going to teleport at the same time, but Green Super Megaforce only moved his hand, and white light engulfed them, teleporting them back to the Command Center before Silver could ask, leaving nothing but silence as they disappeared.

Command Center
After being reassured they were only sleeping and they were perfectly fine and would wake up soon, weak but alive, Jake finally took a deep breath, kissed Gia's hair, and looked over the others. Emma pushed him away, and the others tried to come to his rescue.
Tommy and Orion, near Jake and the Rangers, looked at the devastated look on Jake's face and sighed. Then, they looked at each other and walked towards Jake, with Tommy kneeling beside him while Orion sat between Emma and Troy.
"Jake, this is not your fault and they will be fine," said Tommy.
"I was distracted… I wasn't paying attention…"
"We all made mistakes, Jake. Don't you think I made some?" said Tommy. "I've been turned evil, lost my powers, got them again, saw the world almost fall several times, but we always came back winning. And you know why? Because we are stronger than the others think, and they are too. That's why you and Gosei wanted them to be Rangers, right?"
Jake looked down, touching Gia's hair. He nodded slowly. He wanted them to be Rangers because they were the best, and so far they exceeded his expectations. But the danger they are in every day… Jake's heart breaks when he thinks about that.
"Jake, there is still you and me to defeat the monster and return their energy back to them. We can do this, isn't that what you would say?" asked Orion.
Jake raised his head and looked at Orion when a new idea started to form in his mind. He looked at Tommy. As usual, Tommy seemed to read his mind because he looked at his belt, where Saba was resting in his sword form.
"You want to use Saba's energy?" asked Tommy.
"Not me, Orion," said Jake. "You are right, we have to do something, and I know what to use to defeat this monster. He wants energy? We are going to give him two of the most powerful Rangers morphs I know."
"What are you talking about?" asked Tommy.
"Please, give Orion your sword and trust me, Uncle Tommy," said Jake.
Tommy nodded slowly and gave Saba to Orion while Jake kissed Gia's forehead and smiled at her, whispering something in her ear before he got up and looked at Orion.
"Ready?" asked Jake. "We are going to look for the monster."
"I'll follow your lead," said Orion.
Jake nodded, and both Rangers left the Command Center while Tommy looked at them. Kimberly hugged him, looking first at them and then at the sleeping Rangers.
"What is he thinking?" asked Tommy.
"I don't know, but we will figure it out soon. For now, let's take care of the Rangers we have here," said Kimberly.
Tommy nodded, and they prepared water and food for the Rangers who would wake up soon, weak but probably eager to know what happened and who was going to stop that monster.

Park (Battlefield)
Green Super Megaforce and Silver Super Megaforce appeared just in time to block the attack on a kid with their sword and staff. After signaling him to run away, both Rangers stood in front of the monster, ready to give their all to the fight.
"What's on your mind?" asked Silver Super Megaforce.
"Follow my lead, grab the White Ranger key," said Green Super Megaforce.
The Silver Super Megaforce Ranger didn't think twice and grabbed the White Ranger key, looking at it and then at Green Super Megaforce. He had in his hand the Green Ranger key. The Silver Ranger nodded to himself, finally understanding Green's plan thanks to the data he received from Noah days ago.
"Ready?" asked Green Super Megaforce.
"Ready," said Silver Super Megaforce.
Both Rangers grabbed the keys and nodded to each other before pressing the key to the morphers and screaming at the same time.
"It's Morphing Time!"
Green and Silver transformed into Green and White Rangers, and now, they were ready to face this monster and defeat him to save their friends.

Command Center (At the same time)
Tommy closed his eyes for a moment, overwhelmed with pride when he saw two of his morphs in action. Orion was wearing the powers once created for him by Zordon and Alpha after he lost his Green Ranger powers, and Jake… that kid was wearing the whole reason why he was here at this very moment. His Green Ranger suit and powers.
From where the other Rangers were resting, Kimberly smiled. Now she understood why Jake talked about the two strongest morphs he knew. Tommy was a legend among other Rangers, and seeing Jake and Orion wearing Tommy's suit felt different. She looked up with a smile, almost as if she could communicate with Trini, thanking her for giving birth to such a wonderful boy.
The Rangers, who up until now were sleeping, started to wake up, weak and a little confused, taking all Kim's and Tommy's attention from the fight.
"Jake…" whispered Gia.
"The monster…" said Emma.
Tommy and Kim quickly moved to stop Troy and Noah from getting up and gave the Rangers water and something to eat. They were fine but extremely tired. Hopefully, everything would be back to normal after Jake and Orion defeat the monster.
"It's okay… Jake and Orion are taking care of it," said Tommy.
"Only them?" asked Noah, grabbing his glasses.
"They are using some… extra energy," said Kimberly, smiling at Tommy.
Tommy smiled and instructed Tensou to come and allow the Rangers to see the fight. Once the image was ready, the Rangers were surprised to find the Green and White Rangers fighting the monster.
"What is going on?" asked Troy.
"Jake had the idea of using my morphs to fight the monster," said Tommy, proudly. "I'm not called a legend for nothing, you know?"
The Rangers looked at the fight, amazed to see two of Tommy's morphs in action. While White was clearly Orion, Green seemed a real replica of Tommy, making the Black Dino Thunder Ranger even prouder when he saw Jake kicking the monster, pushing him back.
Then Green got his dagger and White his sword, and at the same time, both Rangers hit the monster, defeating him. They stood with their backs to the monster, proudly as the monster fell, defeated.
Kim and Tommy looked at the Rangers, seeing the energy come back to them while the monster was brought back, bigger, and ready to take the energy from the whole planet.
Tommy was about to tell Tensou to communicate with Jake and Orion to let them know the Rangers were recovering their energy and would be with them soon when he saw Jake talking to Orion while holding the dagger and Saba's sword after Orion demorphed, exhausted by the powerful sense coming from the power of the White Ranger.
"Wait a minute…" said Tommy, looking at Kim.
Kim also looked slightly worried, taking a step towards the image while the other Rangers were left wondering what the two veteran Rangers were thinking.
"Is something wrong?" asked Gia, already fearing the answer.
Tommy turned to her and the other Rangers.
"He is calling my Dragonzord and the Tigerzord," said Tommy, unable to believe what was happening.

Park (Battlefield)
"Are you sure about this?" asked Silver Super Megaforce.
Silver Super Megaforce saw Green holding both the Green Dagger and Saba's sword and looking at them. He could feel their energy, and Bastro and the Snake already told Jake what he could do to finish the monster without exposing the recently recovered Rangers to more stress.
They were always telling him to rest… well, now he had the chance to finish this before they were forced to fight.
"I can do this… wait here," said Green.
Green took a few steps forward and, taking a deep breath, used the dagger to call the Dragonzord. Suddenly, from the water, a big green Dragon appeared, and Green smiled, raising Saba up to call the Tigerzord.
With both zords on the ground, Green looked at Silver one more time before raising his thumb.
"I'll be back!"
Green jumped inside the Dragonzord before Silver Super Megaforce could stop him, and the Super Megaforce Ranger stood there, watching worriedly as his friend prepared himself for battle.
Inside the Dragonzord
Green activated the controls with the dagger and prepared himself for battle, looking at the monster in front of him when he heard a voice in his head.
"Master… you can create the Legend Ranger Megazord," said Bastro.
"I heard you saying that, but how can I do it?" asked Green.
"Grab your Megaforce morph and put it behind the dagger, then put Saba's sword in front of the dagger. Those will be the controls and will give you access to the Megazord," explained Bastro.
"Also, Master, call for me. I can help you and the zords, but be careful. Our energy will be too much for your body to handle," said the Snake.
Green looked at the controls and nodded, using his Snake Zord card to call his Snake before putting the Megaforce morpher behind the dagger and Saba's sword in front of the dagger. He saw the three objects react to each other.
Green looked amazed when he felt something at his chest, a the pressure, like he never felt before but he forced himself to stand tall and ready because, after all, he still had a fight to win and he was not going to give up.

Command Center (At the same time)
Tommy had to close and open his eyes several times when he saw his zords and Jake's zord combine. The Dragonzord's arms and legs with the tail, its head gone and replaced by Saba's head, and Saba's body creating an armor for the zord. Finally, Jake's Snake became a sword for the Megazord.
"What Megazord is that?" asked Noah.
The Super Megaforce Rangers were on the edge of their beds, looking at how Jake alone was able to form a Megazord with three zords—a Megazord they had never heard of or seen in the database.
"That's a new Megazord," said Gosei. "One that Jake created using Tommy's zords… I am impressed."
"You are not the only one," said Tommy.
"But… wait, will Jake be okay with this?" asked Gia, dragging the attention. "As far as I remember, there is no Ranger able to create a Megazord like this. How do we know he is going to be okay?"
"We have to go," said Emma.
Emma tried to get up, but Kimberly stopped her. Still, the Pink Super Megaforce Ranger tried to push Kimberly away, but Emma was still weak, and Kimberly was able to put her back on the bed.
"You don't understand…" said Emma. "My Phoenix thinks he is going to die. She's trying to get me ready so I can help the others!"
Kimberly stopped, and Gia looked at Emma as if Emma had just slapped her, but Emma didn't care. She didn't want to carry the burden anymore, so she made herself small while Troy moved towards her and hugged her close to his chest.
"My Dragon has been doing the same, but he talks about chances or possibilities," confessed Troy, kissing Emma's hair. "And my dreams…"
"Stop," said Noah.
"Noah…"
"No! Stop! Jake is not going anywhere!" said Noah, angry. "We are here, and we will keep him safe."
"Is because of us he is doing this now," said Gia, taking everybody's attention again.
"Gia…" said Noah.
"Look at the fight, Noah! Jake created a Megazord with his zord and Tommy's zords because we got hurt!" said Gia, pointing at the screen. "Do you think he cares about himself if we are in danger?"
Noah looked down, unable to answer that question because he already had the answer. Meanwhile, Gia did her best not to break down. Her tiger was already growling, but Gia's mind already played the same words over and over, and she couldn't stop herself from saying it.
"Maybe if we weren't Rangers, he would be safe. He knows more about this world than we do… maybe… maybe he would be able to do more with his family's help… with a better team," said Gia.
Tommy and Kimberly looked at each other. By the look on the other Rangers' faces, Tommy and Kim knew this matter would be a problem, and they would have to address it once the battle was over.

Park (Battlefield)
The new Legend Megazord walked towards the monster that tried to take the energy from the zord. But Green commanded the Megazord to use its right hand to send the missiles from the Megazord's hand. Then, the Megazord hit the monster with its head, and finally, the Megazord raised its sword, hitting the monster with a powerful attack that defeated it. Several orbs of energy left the monster and returned to the civilians, who recovered their energy all around Silver Super Megaforce.
Silver Super Megaforce clapped, happy to put an end to this battle as he saw the Megazord separate and the zords to return back to their hideouts. Green walked towards him, dizzy. Silver Super Megaforce ran to Green when he lost his morph and held him, offering his support when Green Super Megaforce almost fell.
"How did you do that!?" asked Silver Super Megaforce.
"I really don't know… but we saved the day," said Green Super Megaforce, patting his friend on the back. "Let's go home."
Silver Super Megaforce nodded, and still supporting Green Super Megaforce, they walked out of the area with another victory under their belt, not even imagining what was waiting for them back at home.
