"This sucks." Parker muttered, laying on the floor, his chin propped on his hand, staring at the ground.

"Don't use that language." Booth said from the kitchen as he read the newspaper.

"But I'm so bored!"

"Look, just because your school is flooded doesn't mean this is a free day off to do whatever you want. I've made a list of chores-"

"See ya." Parker said, getting up and starting to walk away.

"Where are you going?"

"Someplace not lame"

"Alright, listen kid! I may be cocky but I am not lame."

Parker looked at his father's belt buckle which usually says "cocky". It now says "Not Lame"

"Prove it." Parker crossed his arms. "Let's do something cool."

"Cool... okay" Booth rubbed his hands together in thought. "I got it! Have you ever been skydiving?"

In two hours they were standing in a room being fitted with diving suits and getting the "Squat Pray Leap Aah Touchdown" lecture.

As they were being escorted out to their plane, Booth said, "Buddy, I hope you don't mind but I invited someone else to go with us. She should be getting on the same plane as us."

"Bones!?" Parker asked.

"No. Better, for this purpose."

Hanna Burley walked over to them in a full Michael Meyers suit from Halloween.

"Oh, you're just making this too easy." Booth said without realizing he was speaking out loud.

"What's a matter? Am I just too irresistible in this suit?" She asked.

"Yeah... that's it."

"Yo, plane's leaving." the pilot said. The three of them climbed into the plane.

As they neared the drop zone, Parker asked, "Dad, why is she here?"

"Have you ever played that arcade game where the nuts are falling from a tree and the squirrel has to move from side to side and catch them?"

"Possibly different variations of it, yes."

"Have you ever played it in 3-D?" Booth gave a wicked grin and in one fluid motion got up, handed Parker a basket and took one for himself, threw Hannah into the propeller of the engine, and jumped out holding Parker's hand.

"You're right, dad! You're totally not lame anymore! Parker exclaimed with glee as he and Booth caught small chunks of Hannah's body parts in their baskets.

It was definitely more challenging in 3-D.

When they landed, they compared baskets.

"I totally won." Parker said.

"No way. I got both ears!"

"I think this is a spleen." Parker commented, digging through his basket.

"Happy Halloween!" Booth cackled at the irony.
